Room available in my flat. Place is fully furnished except the room to be rented but can be furnished. Electric heating in living room. Small balcony. Reasonably large unit however the room to be rented isn’t huge. Lovely street close to everything including beach, Acland St, Carlisle st, St Kilda botanical gardens, train and trams.
Hey! I'm Stace, 32, Kiwi, relocating to Melbourne from Brisbane at the start of June (mad excited!!) so I'm putting this out there early in the hopes I can find a cool person or 2 to live with! About me...fairly chill and down to earth, I enjoy the simple things in life and appreciate genuine chats with people. I’m super cruisy, not much botheres me really only MESS. I live a pretty balanced lifestyle, working as a designer in Digital Marketing and training most nights - mon to fri are pretty tame for me. Good music never goes a stray, nor does a insightful docco. Non smoker, animal lover - so if you had a cat or dog this would a bonus :D :D Really just looking for a awesome spot to call home with some down to earth humans. Close to good food, public transport, not far from parks or the beach - I have a car so street parking is fine :)
I'm a fun sports loving sociable Kiwi, Moving over to Melbourne on the 12th of July. I am starting a new property services job with most work based in the suburb of Toorak. I am very tidy and easy to live with. I do like to explore the city and go on day trips. And i'm always ready to walk down to the local pub for a beer!
I am currently studying at uni as an international student in ACU. I am particularly interested in having a private bedroom and places near tram/train stations. I like to be tidy, and I am very sensitive towards the needs and dynamics the people around me. I am considerate of the people around me as well, and I know that everyone likes to have their own privacy. I like to make a system out of everything to keep it all organised so you will have no issues in living with me. Shoot me a message if you think you have an offer.

A well sized 2 bedroom apartment, one of ten & no shared walls so it’s super quiet. Bedrooms are separated by the hall too. It’s close to the beach and right on the canal park that leads to the beach one way and elsternwick station the other. A stone throw to Elwood street cafes, It really is a gem of a spot. Please note the pics are from Realestate.com so not my furniture and pre fresh paint & lighting. The bedroom has a BIR and a nice outlook, fits a queen or double and a desk. Maybe a queen and a desk but I haven’t tried. Bath and separate shower, there’s a balcony and being an older style apartment the kitchen’s big enough for a table in there too. There’s a separate laundry. I can furnish the room if you need prefer but it’s empty at the moment.
Emily and I are a same sex couple. We both work PCA and dancer. Emily is doing her bachelor of nursing and I just completed my course in community services. We own a cat and a bunny. The cat can be either indoor or outdoor and is litter trained. We both like to keep clean, tidy and house trained. Our interests include food, TV shows, uber eats, shopping, music and seeing friends. If you want to know more chuck us a message. Thanks
25 year old female originally from Sydney but have been in Melbourne 2 years now. I work full time in a night shift role (4pm-2am) which generally means I am home by about 3am. I'm extremely considerate of sharing my living environment after 10 years of shared living now so you won't come home to a mess, a rowdy party or be woken up at a ridiculous hour by a blender. I'd like to think I'm really easy going and always up for checking out cafes/bars/restaurants around town but my happy place is definitely trail running out in the mountains, hiking new trails and camping or adventuring down the coast. I keep active with these pursuits but also like to compete throughout the year in off road ultra marathons and am slowly dipping my toes into rogaining/mountaineering. Pretty easy going and love meeting people from all walks of life. I'm a non-smoker and looking to live in a smoke free home.
Top floor apartment with decent sized balcony and out door setting gets all the sun in summer. Close to all public transport Trams, Ripponlea and Balaclava train station, Chapel Street, Acland Street, Fitzroy Street, Botanical Gardens and the beach. Cosy house separate kitchen living bathroom and toilet Your room isn’t actualy the one in the picture it is a bit smaller w a BIR and blackout curtains. Have unlimited internet w TPG, Netflix, PS4, Stan Lots of sunlight, its all furnished except the spare room. The pictures i chose aren't what the place looks like now i just grabbed them off the net, i think it looks a lot nicer now :)
Hi there! I'm Candice, I'm 28 and I'm an interior designer. I am currently looking for a small share house within inner-city Melbourne. I love the sun, botanical gardens, produce markets and enjoy chilled rosé come aperitif hour. I try to ride my bike as much as possible (weather permitting!) so something within cycle distance to work would be great too. Cleanliness and tidiness are very important for me, as is being considerate of others. I am very respectful of other people, their spaces and belongings. That said, I know how to relax and have fun too. I would like to find a housemate who identifies with these qualities, and who seeks a friendly and warm home atmosphere.
My name is Ernesto, I'm a 29 year old mechanical engineer moving to Melbourne. I am originally from Venezuela and Spain, speak fluent english and spanish and know basic (very basic) chinese and french. Have traveled around to about 20+ countries and lived in 4. I played competitive tennis for about 10 years, so I like keeping an active healthy lifestyle. Enjoying socializing with friends out in the city or a get together at home for grilling, wine night etc. and also enjoying the beach or going on adventures. I also don't mind staying home just relaxing. I am super easy going, tidy, friendly, and considerate.

I’m a 25 year old American. I’m level headed, and a chill person to be around. I work in theatre back in the US. I’ve been working in childcare in AU. I love being surrounded by similar artsy types. I love pets (but I don’t come with any), occasional cocktails, Netflix, and dancing. I’m open to location.
