Amazing, spacious house. Plenty of room, close to transport and the beach. Parking! The house is an easy 8 minute walk to Elsternwick station, 4 minute walk to trams up Nepean, 3 minute drive to the beach and just a short stroll around the corner to Tennyson shops. It's a big house with all of the living rooms and kitchen (with one toilet) downstairs and three bedrooms + bathroom upstairs. Central vogue style bathroom with bath. This impressive property also includes heating and cooling, separate laundry/ powder room, great storage, water filter, alarm system, remote GARAGE + off street parking for an extra car, pergola, sprinkler system and gardener included. All bedrooms are decent size, we haven't figured out who has what yet but that can be a discussion that includes you! Room size will depend on weekly rent. The master bedroom has an ensuite and access to an upstairs balcony. Bedroom 2 also has access to the balcony upstairs and fits queen/king bed + drawers and has a decent wardrobe. Bedroom 3 is one of the larger ones also but doesn't have access to the balcony. It also has a big wardrobe and heaps of space for activities. We have Netflix. WE DON'T MOVE IN UNTIL 3rd OCTOBER. Furniture will change but the house is in great condition like the photos - we can organise to show you through the house with the current tenants. If you have furniture that would be great otherwise, we are bringing what we already have and buying a few more items. You must be approved by the landlord and will also need to go on the lease.
Hey we are 2 Irish girls on a working holiday visa. Looking for a place to stay in Melbourne for a few months. We are easy going, friendly, clean. We are not fussy, just want somewhere to stay, preferably near transport systems. If anyone has something they think would suit us let me know. ☺️
Ozge- An open minded, environment friendly girl and also crazy about all animals (can’t choose either doggos or kitties). Working FT as engineer. Also loves to have a drink with homies and always keen to listen stories and share good vibes :) Basically I'm looking for a cozy place but also some good friends around to share the place I can call home. Stay length, dates, rent, bond, bills and everything else is just a detail and I'm very flexible with most of them. Please drop a message if you're interested
Hello, I have just moved here to start a new life in the city after living in regional WA for a while. I'm originally from Germany but have been living in Australia for the last six years. Currently, I'm not working but am looking to find something pretty soon. The room I'm looking for should be furnished. Now a few words about me: I love travelling, reading, cooking and meeting people. The people I'd like to share a place with should be corteous, respectful, clean and mature. The two months mentioned above is a minimum as I'm planning on staying longer than that.
I’m an early childhood educator. I love sports. I love meditation, yoga and Zumba.
Professional golfer. I spend most of my time working, playing golf, or studying. I'm looking for a 2 bedroom apartment with a flexible stay period. I love animals and I am very laid back.
My names Aden, 25, working full time for a travel company (10-6 Mon to Fri). My friends describe me as uplifting and positive. I'm clean and laid back and have a high appreciation for personal space (won't go marching into any bedrooms). Completely respect peoples alone time but I'll equally enjoy a night filled with laughs and drinks (Movie/Games nights most welcome) I'm independent and easy to talk to and I enjoy socialising. Moving from the suburbs, I'm keen to explore Melbourne's cafes, restaurants and bars with like-minded room mates. I get along with pretty much everyone, so I'm fine with mixed, full male or full female households.
Hey there :) I’m a german Working Holiday Visa traveller and looking for a great time in Melbourne next year. As a child I lived in Melbourne for three years, so I’m really looking forward to living there again. I am a friendly, open-minded, sportive, outgoing person and fun to be with. I love basketball, acting, music and coffee. I am also well organised, responsible and don’t cause any issues. My one confession: As much as I love Australia, I hate vegemite.
Hi my name is Maddie and I am a full time accountant. I am looking for a private room in the inner city Melbourne area. I am tidy and always clean up after myself, and due to work I am social but not looking for a party house. I have been living with flatmates for a few years now so know how to be a member of the house while also keeping to myself. I do require a car space but am happy with off-street parking. Excited to explore more of Melbourne and meet some awesome new roommates! Please message me if you have a room available :) Thanks and hope to speak to you soon!
