Hi mates, We're a couple who's looking for a flat-share or house-share. A bit about me, I have been living one year in Queensland and now I'm a student in Greenwich English College until January 2018 and then at Monash university for 5 years (Clayton Campus). I am also doing a lot of sports and dance. My boyfriend, 25, Jason, is just arriving in Melbourne to work first and then to study Logistics. We're working most of the time, easy going, clean, friendly and quite even though we enjoy having a drink on the weekends. We're looking for a private double room for at least 9 months lease - fully furnished will be a must. Let us know if you'd like more information about us! Cheers :-)
Hi, I’m a professional working full time in the Textiles/Fashion industry. I like sport, I play netball twice a week. I’m also a bit creative and enjoy drawing and sewing. I'm a pretty relaxed easy going person, who likes to have a chat (or watch a movie) and chill out in the evenings. I enjoy a good coffee and socialising. I'm looking for a place to call home, with similar age people.
**Available from April 15th Looking for a housemate to join our share house in Elwood because our current housemate is travelling to Switzerland. The house has been modernised - new bathroom, kitchen, split system air-con/heating. The house is designed well because even on hot days it stays really cool inside by itself. There are 2 living spaces. There is offstreet parking for 2 cars and a large garden. House has 1 bathroom but 2 toilets. The bedroom has a built in wardrobe, and fits a queen bed and was painted recently. The room has leadlight window. The room is $265 per week and $60 per month covers all bills - internet, water and electricity. The house is close to the beach (5 minutes walk), Elsternwick Train Station and Trams on Nepean Hwy (10 minute walk). The back of the house is undergoing some improvements so you'll have to check it out when you come.

Working professional, reliable private and friendly female looking to share, preferably in a place that has a courtyard or yard as I have a 9 yo staffy who's super friendly and likes company. He's fully housetrained - so am I lol. Moved back to melbourne for work. I like to chill on wknds seeing family and friends, fairly settled with a routine during the week of work, gym and walking my dog daily. I like to think I live a fairly healthy lifestyle, like cooking from scratch (mum's veggie patch is going to come in handy yay), I'm clean and considerate as have been in a share household for most of my adult life. Don't mind the occasional outing, but prefer dinners with great company. Have some furnishings but not much. Can purchase if needed for a share house that's new. Looking for another person th share with to create a home rather than somewhere to just live. Pls msg if you're looking to look together for a new place also.
A Huge modern room available in a beautiful three bedroom house located on the waterfront in Elwood. The house has high ceilings with exposed beams. Great natural light throughout, a fireplace, ducted heating and cooling and is fully furnished besides bedroom. Beautiful location with a late 20s, fun, friendly and active housemate that travels frequently for work. I'm looking for two new housemates so if you know anyone else feel free to come see the property together! I work in the entertainment industry so I don't really like to bring that part of my life home, I'd much prefer our home be a place to chill out and have a wine and binge on netflix. Close to Acland st, St.kilda and Ormond rd shops.
I'm a very social person, always having a laugh and enjoy kicking back more now rather than partying although Im a big techno enthusiast. I pretty much keep low key these days. I worked at Bupa Health Insurance for almost 2 years and left recently as Im gonna look for something else but I'll never be late with rent or anything to do with finance. I've gotten into the nature side of things lately so I do enjoy going to parks, beaches etc but also enjoy just chillin at home. I get along well with pretty much anyone and we will definitely become friends rather than just housemates. Im open to pretty much any area not just the area I put in lol
**available for two months - would suit traveller or professional looking furnished room until they find their dream place: Great, sunny fully furnished bedroom with bed apartment with balcony and fresh room in lovely fresh flat with city views 7 min walk to train, 2 minute to tram, only 12 min walk to the beach. Prefer female flatmate. $960 per month including all bills, broadband, Netflix and amenities. The flat is in an older building which has had some renovations (freshly painted, new carpet, new blinds, new vanity unit). It is located at the end of the building (facing the city), which means we have no adjoining walls with neighbours apart from the bathroom wall which is double brick. The room is small to medium size, fits a queen bed, bedside table with a row of built in robes. The morning light is gorgeous. I'm easy going, friendly professional. I enjoy going to the beach for a jog or walk and love the cinema which is close by. I also like to head out on weeknights to see live music or catch up with friends. I'm very independent but always happy to have a chat when we bump into each other. I'm considerate of the need for downtime and rest that is needed - some nights you just need to chill or relax. This place is great for transport- a 7 min walk to Ripponlea station, 2 min walk to 67 tram to Melb Uni, 12 min walk to the beach and park. Cinema is about a 10 min walk away and there are plenty of shops and bars in the area. Just be upfront I'd prefer not to accommodate partners overnight when I'm staying there, but am flexible on this.
