Hi there! I'm a 29-year-old professional wrapping up my PhD and moving to Melbourne from Adelaide for new full-time permanent position on St Kilda road. I'm currently looking for a sunny bright room with enough space for a double bed, desk and chair, preferably furnished and preferably with an ensuite, nearby St. Kilda road or close to public transport. I'd also prefer bills to be included in the rent. I'm tidy, hardworking and determined but also friendly and easy going. I've grown up and lived in five countries and I enjoy exploring new places and experiences. I enjoy jogging, swimming, camping, soccer and cycling. I also love cats. While I'll be focused on a new job, that won't stop me from being a social flatmate who is keen to chill out and relax. Always respectful of space and privacy, clean and willing to help out and listen when it's required. I enjoy having a place with the right atmosphere where we eagerly look forward to coming back to at the end of a long day Looking forward to meeting you and checking out the place! :)
Hi everyone, my name is Sergio and I am a 35yo Italian guy. I am coming back to Melbourne on November 26th with a student visa and I am looking for a single room. Hopefully not so far from CBD, main suburbs are fine, but I can also consider far places if near to the train stations. Price max 220-230, depending on the bills. ABOUT ME: - easygoing - respectful - sociable but I also need my space - I have been practicing yoga for 2 years and I love it - I am NOT looking for a loudly place or party house, house for me must be a shelter where I can relax and recharge myself and enjoy with housemates. - I don't smoke and I drink just sometimes, like sharing a good glass of wine while talking about deep life topics :)! - I like healthy food - I love nature, but not plants inside the house. ABOUT YOU: - you have similar interests so we can easily get along and share similar interests. - you shouldn't have pets I will consider all the offers, unfortunately I can't have any inspection till my arrival date. Thanks to anyone! -Sergio-
I enjoy trekking, going to the gym, going to the beach. My interests include history, cracking hilarious jokes, science, wine/beer, sports - I love a good game of ping pong. I am working as a Podiatrist in Parkdale/Clarinda/Brighton (contract ends at the ends 31st January but good chance of getting permanent position soon). Preferring a homely place to stay 6+ months but short term is also an option. I am 27 years old. My expectations from my housemates would be to be reasonably clean + mutual respect/honesty. Having housemates to have chats with is also a bonus.
Big room available in this awesome place in Elwood/St Kilda .. close to beach, trams, botanical gardens.. close to St Kilda and not far from the city. Perfect location! Street is a beautiful leafy green street, with free street parking. There is also an amazing, big shared backyard. Your room is large, with carpet, built in robes and a big window. The kitchen and bathroom are both renovated and you'll share the bathroom with me. Great place for summer! If you're interested, send me a message telling me a bit about yourself and we'll go from there. No smokers or pets, sorry!
Hi there, Thanks for reading my profile :-) I’m 37 and working as a freelancer whilst setting up my own home organisation business, with some of my work being on the weekends as well as during the week. I have a 20 year old indoor domestic short haired cat, that is very clean and toilet trained and pretty much sleeps all day in a sunny spot in my room, and I am very fastidious about cleaning up after her. I’m quiet but still like to socialise and chat, friendly, clean and tidy. Ideally i’d like to find somewhere that will allow me to bring my cat, but if not then somewhere short term for just myself until I can find a cat friendly home, would work also. Warm regards, Mel

I love the beach and cooking fresh organic summer foods including salads and fruit smoothies. I like to practice yoga most days and art when Melbourne's weather takes a turn to the cooler side. I work casual in the construction industry mostly week days and intend to spend weekends at the beach. I keep clean and tidy and don't drink anymore. I love inner city suburbs for the life and accessibility especially on PT or skateboard.
2 Canadian Wildland Firefighters on a working holiday visa in Melbourne. Dave is currently working as a kiteboard instructor and myself (Dane) as a bartender. Quiet, tidy, and very sociable. Used to living in shared accommodations so you don't need to worry about having your space properly respected. Also great company for a little banter and a beer. We like to keep busy and are usually on the go. Looking for a tidy and welcoming place to kick back after a long day and unwind. Dane is an awesome cook and used to work as a nanny so the whole domestic side of things is covered. Dave is one of the most easy going guys on the block, the guy doesn't believe in bad days.

I'm moving to Melbourne in the end of November, from the North with a working holiday visa, presumably for a one year time (if everything goes well) to get out of my comfort zone and avoid our freezing winter. I'm a very chill and fun vegan workaholic, get along with everyone easily. Love travelling, music and dogs (don't have one but totally don't mind living with). Super tidy and organized. Love a cozy night in with a glass of wine and movies, as well as to go out once in a while. Appreciate privacy greatly, as been living alone for the past 3 years, but absolutely love meeting new people. Would love to explore Oz during the time I'm there and figure out my future plans. Will look for a job upon my arrival there as well (customer service oriented). Cheers :)

Love to chill during the week days with Netflix, vino, have the chats, cook or head to the gym. Looking for positive vibed family house with friendly roomies. Looking to move ASAP and stay for six months. No room shares.

All these offer comes with a tranquility at your own when you need. Your room, living and kitchen will have abundant of natural light. Renovated floor to ceiling robe. Bathroom and kitchen is fully equipped. You need to have your bed (optional). You'll be sharing the unit with down to earth bloke, Mon-Fri 9-6 professional, organised, chilled also active. Mature, hardworking, organised and health focused. Melbourne local looking to move closer into the city after travelling extensively over the last couple of years. Currently very busy working part time, studying post grad and socialising with friends. I'm looking for a clean, relaxed flat with interesting flat mates who are up for a drink on the odd occasion.
Lovely room in a beautiful light and airy Elwood appartment. The place is situated 4 min walk to the Brighton road tram, 7 min walk to ripponlea station and 15 min to the beach. The apartment is on the 3rd (top) floor of a small appt complex. It is very spacious and light, comprising of a separate kitchen to dinning and living area, a full bathroom and then a separate toilet and basen. The room is a good size and easily accommodates a queen bed. It has a big window. Space for a wardrobe and also a massive wardrobe outside the room. You'd be sharing with Olivia and Ashlee, a nanny and a office worker/hairdresser. These girls are super lovely and friendly. They are both very active and social, also clean and quiet I.e the perfect flatmates! Looking for someone equally lovely, you must be female, 25-30, a permanent resident/ citizen and be able to commit to a year. No couples I’m afraid.
This is a ripper flat in chill Elwood. Your room is a good size with a built in wardrobe. The flat is quite large with big living and dining spaces as well as our kitchen and bathroom being quite spacious. We also have a lovely balcony which is so good when its warm! Ill be moving out in April next year so it would be wonderful for someone to take over the apartment at that time. Super close to all forms of public transport and we have on street parking as well. Also super close to Chapel st and the Balaclava shops.
