Located in a quiet street, you will enjoy the peace, but still able to get around with public transport at the door step. Trams, trains and buses are all a short stroll to access. Beaches, St Kilda proximity but far enough away for peace..
Hiya potential living mates! I'm currently studying Ayurveda and looking for an already established household that I can rent a room in for a couple of months before heading to India around June-ish in 2020. I love to cook and I'm neat and tidy. Ideally looking for a veggie/vegan household :) I'm quite spiritual, I practise yoga and mediation daily. I'm not a keen party-er but will have the odd drink if the occasion calls for it! I am pretty outgoing, but prefer to be out of the house for socialising, my home is definitely a 'me time' space! Please reach out if you have any questions or think we could be a good fit!
Getting ready for summer! It's the perfect location to live in! Everything is accessible around 1km range! Acland Street, which has plenty shops, restaurants, Coles, Woolies. It's a walking distance to the beach/ Luna Park through Elster Canal, there is also a gorgeous park right in front of the house. It's a hidden gem on a very quiet/ family friendly street. The house has plenty natural light, gas heater for the cold winters and amazing water pressure. Spacious new fridge big enough for a whole family and fast 100mbps NBN is also available! 10 mins walk to Ripponlea train station. From there it will take you only 15 mins to CBD. It is also a walking distance to Tram 67/78/16/3/96 and some buses around. By the way, I only moved in this apartment recently. So the apartment is not furnished. The photos are from agency before I moved in, so you would have some idea what the place will look like after full furnished. Good news is that you can add your personal touch to make it your new home!
Hey! I’m Clancy :)) I’m 23 years old and working in Dandenong south as an engineer. I love spending time at the beach kitesurfing and sailing. I am very easy to get along and love catching up with friends.
Currently just chilling in Fairfield - flexible with move in and move out date - just need to give my housemate 3 weeks notice. I enjoy trekking, going to the gym, going to the beach. My interests include movies, cracking hilarious jokes, science/history, wine/beer, sports - I love a good game of ping pong. I have just landed a new job in Parkdale (Podiatrist) . Preferring a homely place to stay 6+ months . I am 28 years old. My expectations from my housemates would be to be reasonably clean + mutual respect/honesty. Having housemates to have good chats with is also a bonus.
Hi, I am looking to start a new lease with 1 other person. I. I am naturopath and also doing some post grad study at the moment, working part time in retail. Looking for a relatively quite house, though I like to be social with the people I live with, I also spend a lot of time studying. I really enjoy cooking healthy meals and am more then happy to share. I would like to live with an eco conscious person who wants to reduce waste. People interested in a healthy lifestyle and no party animals, couple or smokers. Someone responsible who respects each other space. Be interested in meeting up with people for a coffee, if anyone is interested in a team up. Linda
I’m an easy going person, loves to cook doesn’t mind cleaning. Likes to go out and have fun but also enjoys Netflix and chill. I am currently studying full-time as a nutrition science student and love to cook which is obviously a bonus for any of those who aren't interested in cooking. Whilst I'm not studying I am either with friends, at the gym or I tend to go home sometimes on the weekend (in the country). Looking for a more permanent accomodation as I am moving off res.
Hey guys. Moving from Ballarat to Melbourne within the next few months. Currently working in retail as a store manager in Knox but also a fully qualified graphic designer (self proclaimed art wanker). Looking for a room in a house with likeminded people. I'm down for general tomfoolery, drinks and board games and I'm super keen to be mates but can also be introverted and holed up in my room on my computer playing OW for hours. I'm a cat mumma to a lil asshole named Huxley, but he doesn't need to tag along with me. Preferably a household that's LGBTQIA+ friendly would be brilliant. Ty ty 💕
Hey! I’m Sarah :) I’m 21 years old and work as a registered nurse. I’m looking for a furnished room and a short term contract (3 months) starting in January as I make the move from Brisbane to Melbourne. I spend most of my weekends at the beach or catching up with friends! Very social (outside of the house) and always up for a laugh, but also really enjoy my quiet time! I am a shift worker so can be sleeping at odd hours, so I’m looking for housemates that are respectful of a quiet, calm living space.
My wife and I are looking for a furnished Granny Flat (or suitable apartment). We live 6 months in Amsterdam and 6 months in Melbourne and both work part-time. Our previous accommodation in Melbourne has been sold by the owner and so we are looking for another place we can use every year for 6 months from around mid-November. We are keen cyclists, so we are an active couple and not what might be considered usual for our age. We are very quite and clean tenants who prefer our privacy and respect that of the landlord. We need space to keep our bicycles in a secure and ideally dry area. We will be buying a vehicle, so we will need nearby street parking for that also.
Hey guys! My boyfriend and I are moving to Melbourne in October on a working holiday visa, and we are looking for a room to rent for the next few months. We are clean, friendly, and pretty relaxed people. We both love travelling, playing sport, watching Netflix, cooking, and socialising with housemates over a few drinks. We are also mindful that a home is a place to relax and feel comfortable, so we enjoy our own privacy and respect others too. Dhi is an economics graduate and enjoys going to the gym, playing tennis and gaming. I am a psychology graduate and enjoy doing yoga, sports, cooking and watching tv. I’m from the UK and my boyfriend is from Malaysia. We’ve both been living in the UK for the past 3 years at university.
Social laid-back girl year looking for a sharehouse with some likeminded people, ideally near the beach! Currently working in education. I love sports, outdoor activities, relaxing with a bit of netflix, and socialising with friends. I'm pretty quiet during the week but definitely always up for a pint on the weekends. I'm clean and tidy, always pay bills on time, and know how to live/get along well with others. I'm very flexible on my move-in timeline, and willing to wait a bit to find the right place, so let me know if you think I'd be a good fit for your flat (or if you want to team up and find a new place) :)
