    $300/week25 year old man

Hello, my name is Don (25, male). I’m from South Korea and recently got a job at John Dee, so I’m looking for a place to stay in Warwick. Back in Korea, I worked in a similar industry for about three years and stayed in the same house for the entire time. I’m an introverted and quiet person who enjoys spending time alone. I don’t drink or smoke. I like living a routine and tidy lifestyle, and I love animals — in fact, in most of the places I’ve stayed, I was the one who looked after the dogs or cats in the morning. I’m the type of flatmate who’s quiet, respectful, and easy to live with — more like someone who’s there but doesn’t disturb anyone. In my previous share houses, the owners even trusted me to look after the house when they went on holidays. About my living habits — I’m not really into cooking and I don’t like making too many dishes. Instead of using the stove often, I usually eat simple meals like tomatoes, bananas, or salmon. Because of that, I tend to keep the kitchen clean and never leave a mess behind. I also store my food neatly in containers or zip bags after grocery shopping, and I usually take up very little shared storage space — often lending some of it to others. I have a strong habit of keeping things organized. I don’t like seeing items left out. Everything has to be in a drawer or cabinet. Even for shampoo or body wash, I pour them into small refill bottles so large containers aren’t visible. I’m a minimalist — I prefer empty, open spaces rather than cluttered ones, and I only keep what I really need. It makes cleaning easier and keeps the home peaceful. In terms of living with others, I’m quiet but friendly. I don’t usually initiate hangouts because I see home as a place to rest, not socialize too much. But I do enjoy people’s company — if someone asks me to have a meal together or hang out, I’m happy to join. I rarely have conflicts with others; if something bothers me, I prefer to avoid it or talk about it calmly rather than argue. Some might find me a bit reserved, but I take pride in being a considerate and cooperative housemate. I expect to work from around 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekdays. If the job suits me, I plan to stay in Warwick for at least two years. I like settling down in one place. Even though I’m still young, I’ve been living independently from my parents for almost ten years, so I’m responsible and know how to take good care of my living space.
