I'm Lauren! I'm a progressive and queer baby lawyer, who has lived in share houses for the past 6 years and loves the inner west. I'm clean, respectful and fun. Very busy and have my own shit happening but also keen for chats, some weeknight TV and indoor plant shopping. I'm not looking for a party house but am looking for fun vibes and happy to have mates over.
Hi! I'm Peach and I currently live in Manila, Philippines. I'll be moving to Sydney in June to pursue my masters (Usyd) and will be working to complete the degree in 1.5 years. I am warm, friendly and adventurous (particularly with food) but I can also keep to myself and enjoy alone time reading and listening to music. I value other people's space and choices, same way that I want others to value mine. I love coffee , cooking (if I have time) and enjoy going to the beach. I will be pretty preoccupied with my studies but I hope to explore Sydney as much aas my time and energy allow! I am on Whatsapp if it’s easier to connect there. :)
I am very easy going, friendly, social and tidy. I get along with everyone, and am happy to contribute to a happy peaceful household. I always change the toilet roll when empty, and clean up after myself. I dabble in cooking, and baking. Happy to meet you and discuss fitting into your home.
Hello! Have we got a house for you. Three bedrooms (almost all of which are unhaunted). A stone’s throw from Enmore Road (if you’re really good at throwing stones). And three really rad roommates (one couple and one super single dude who aren’t at all ashamed to call themselves rad. We also have a bonus extra cute furry feline roommate. We’ve got a great backyard (great for the occasional party), huge TV, washer/dryer, and even...*drumroll*...a shower with amazing water pressure. The room itself is pretty dang spacious for Enmore. Chores will be assigned via trial by combat. We’re looking for someone who will be both a friend and roommate, and who is interested in sticking around for a while. If you’re interested, drop us a note telling us about yourself. We’ll get back to you about coming over for a drink of choice, and seeing if you’re a good fit! We'd ideally like someone long-term. Rent is $250 per week. Utilities and internet are separate, split evenly. No pets or couples, sorry! MOVE IN JUNE 1ST

I'm an artist having completed my Bachelors at the National Art School (NAS). I am independent, like working on my own design/ fashion-business. I was born and raised in Newtown and love the area. I work at Parliament on King training refugees. I have my beautiful pet love bird "EGG' who keeps me company. We are a team. I need a place with light and quiet.
Hi! I'm Tamara (or Tam) and I'm about to finish my medical degree at the end of May and looking to come back to Sydney where I did my first degree! (I know it's a weird time of year to finish, due to illness last year I had to do a little extra time!) Just keen to work part time and be a human again and work on myself before starting internship next year. About me: -Hoping to rediscover what this concept of 'hobbies' is again now I have spare time. Keen to get back into making retro style clothing and baking. Would also like to finally learn to make resin jewellery... -Absolutely obsessed with dogs (probably should have been a vet instead tbh... lol) -Born and bred geek. Would be lovely to get back into more gaming again. Currently on a Civ 6 binge and love RPGs. Looking to get into more tabletop games! -Love to chat with people and hang out and sometimes just read by myself and recharge a little (I think I'm maybe an extroverted introvert.) -Enjoy learning languages and about linguistics. I've lived in some... less than ideal places the last few years at times when having to move a lot in my degree so would be lovely to have a place that feels like home and people I like to spend time with. :) Feel free to ask me anything! x
The room is very spacious and ideal for a couple who can enjoy their own bathroom and balcony. This beautiful house is very modern, quiet and has got easy access to public transport. Close to city, parks, cafes and restaurants in the Newtown /Enmore area. Internet and all bills included in rent
Easy going social introvert! I like to stay active, seeing live music, going to local restaurants, dancing. But also need some quiet time which normally consists of a tv series, book or a craft project. So looking for a chilled yet social home. I come with a 3-year-old greyhound so am looking for a home with a backyard and without another dog and especially a cat.
The terrace is just a 10-minute walk to Newtown train station. It's also within a walking distance to USYD through King St. A nearby bus heads straight away to UNSW and Coogee Beach. The maximum stay is for 8 weeks but could be negotiated. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a great gas cooktop. The rear garden is a great place to wind down. All bills are included where you pay no house bills. The housemates are young, responsible and sociable.
