I full time professional working in a social justice organisation and I'm passionate about what I do. You'll find me super easy going, compassionate, respectful and conscious of other peoples space and needs. I love exercise (tennis at the moment), food, music and the ocean (hopefully one day I will actually be able to surf). I am not a party animal by any stretch of the imagination but I like hanging out with a few important people in my life, and just happy and positive people generally. I also like my own space, so being able to get some peace and quiet is important to me and I ensure those I live with are able to have the same.
Hello people :) I'm looking for a (shared) room in a social and friendly house in the Inner West! I'm German and just came back to Australia for my second year and want to live and work in Sydney for the next couple months. I'm a very easy-going, open-minded person and fun to have around! I like red wine, disco music, fashion, reading and playing in the sun! Please let me live in your house (:

Hey everyone, I'm Richard, 25, living and working full time in Sydney. Originally from Melbourne but made the move up here in 2016. I'd consider myself pretty easy going but still able to keep up with the household duties so no one gets stuck with the heavy lifting so to say. Big into bikes and play bike polo a few times a week; this means that I come with a bike that lives securely locked up under cover or inside but not left outside on the street. I Like to get out and about as much as possible but I’m also a fan a being a couch potato and binge watching TV (series include Breaking Bad, Rick and Morty, Game of Thrones, Better Call Saul etc.). Love building things and pretty good at fixing whatever's broken so a garage or shed in Sydney would be the dream but not a huge thing if it’s not possible. I do have a car so really need somewhere where parking is available but I also commute everyday by train so walking distance to a station is a must. If you've got any questions drop me a message and we can have a chat.
Hello!! This is Kashish here, a guy in my mid 20s. I am originally from Mumbai/Bombay and moved to Sydney in 2015. I graduated from Sydney Uni and now work as a Research Economist for an environmentalist organisation. I am very friendly and love to interact with people of all age but at the same time respect everyone's personal space. I enjoy drinking and love to watch football. Happy to meet you over a drink and explore an opportunity to live together. Cheers, Kashish
I'm social and open-minded and would like to live with people that I can have a laugh with and/or an interesting conversation. At the same time, I'm quite busy and I value my own space and independence. I love (live) music, good food, art, yoga, reading and hiking amongst many other things. I'm interested and active in social justice issues and would prefer to live in a house where people are making an effort to be conscious of their impact on the environment. Ideally there's space to garden and compost! I currently live in a great house but am ready for a seachange, as such I'm flexible in terms of moving dates.
Im an easy going person who likes to keep to my self alot, but i can also be very outgoing. I love to clean, its like a stress relief for me. I have just started a new job in enmore at a resteraunt where i will be working mostly at night. Im looking for somewhere i can move in to this week as i currently am travelling over 2 hrs from my place to work which is not ideal.
FURNISHED room in a share house-FURNISHED (in NEWTOWN/ENMORE) Spacious room (with air con) is from 2.4.18 available, weekly 240$ per person (You will be sharing your room with another person) ! You will not find a better location! Situated right next to enmore theatre and where many busses stop along enmore road, good spot for public transportation. Bars, pubs, restaurants and honestly everything what you may need is only 1 min away. This house has a spacious dining area to chill and for some drinks! Also, there is an internal laundry on the ground floor! The available bedroom is on the first floor - shared room for 2 females. It is enormous! The room comes furnished, and at the moment we're still furnishing the rest of the place ourselves. If you're happy to contribute or have any furniture of your own, do not hesitate to bring with!
One bedroom available in 3 bedroom house. Move in March 26TH. Only $250p/week. No couples, sorry! Hello, Sydney! We’re currently living the high life in a spacious yet cosy three bedroom house that’s a stone’s throw (well, if you work out a lot) from the Enmore Theatre and two different train stations. Oh, and we’re looking for another housemate to join us and help us rule the land of Enmore. Interested? We have a nice-sized room available, and it’s not just any room. The best part of it all? We probably want to be your friend. We’re a rad couple and a rad gal looking for other people who aren’t ashamed of calling themselves rad, too. We all enjoy our private time and have our own friends, but also like hanging out and drinking wine and home-brewed beer together. We may even have some parties. We love shenanigans and/or escapades, and sometimes even experiment with tomfoolery. On occasion. Really, we just hate the whole passive-aggressive roommate hide and seek game. Ain’t nobody got emotional capacity for that. Oh, and we try very hard to be clean. Chores are handed out via trial by combat. You may elect a champion to fight in your place. Location is key here. A two minute walk from Enmore road – a chance for your tastebuds to embark on a sweeping tour of every exotic country in the world; a true escape for your senses. Also, bars. A lot of bars. The house itself is pretty great. It’s old enough to have charm and character, but new enough to...y’know, not fall down around us. A living room, dining room, kitchen and back courtyard! Which is great for BBQs, or parties, or dancing naked and free as the sun rises behind you and a new day is born again. Whatever you’re into. We have a washer, huge TV, shower with great pressure, etc. We don’t have a dishwasher, which is generally fine if everyone just cleans up after themselves! Also no drier right now, but we might rectify that soon. The living areas have beautiful hardwood floors. We have an outdoor heater and firepit. We’re probably gonna buy a BBQ. We'd ideally like someone for at least three months. Rent is $250 per week. Utilities and internet are separate, split evenly.
Our shared home is within a walking distance to USYD, Newtown train station, and RPA Hospital. Its also very close to bus routes going to UNSW. Newtown's and Enmore's cafes, bars and restaurants are all close by. Once a week, a cleaner is provided to clean all the common areas, including the hallways, the bathrooms, and the kitchen. The housemates are young national and international students and professionals.
Lovely 3 bedroom freestanding house in one of the quiet back streets of Enmore. The house is old-school but fairly recently renovated and has high ceilings, picture rails and polished floorboards. The 3 bedrooms all have built-in wardrobes. We share a comfy lounge room, good kitchen with gas cooktop/oven and dishwasher, washing machine with an outdoor clothes line, one compact but contemporary bathroom (excellent water pressure!) and a little verandah out the back, overlooking a small lawn. The location is pretty fab: buses around the corner and walking distance to Newtown & Stanmore stations, close to the action of King Street but tucked away from the hubbub. The available bedroom will be unfurnished, but you might be able to buy the double bed from our departing housie. :)
Friendly, bubbly working professional. 9-5 mon - Friday Easy going, I clean up after myself and I'm not in your face. I can find my own fun but also up for hanging out, a good chat and can take a joke and laugh at my own expense! Also love a good beer and wine- a social drinker and eater :)
Hi I am Hugo! 23 year-old currently working in the public sector as a financial analyst (young professional *tick*) I have had 5 years of share-house experience so definitely share-house-trained. I respect others' privacy but also like to chill with others, share the occasional meals and wines (though I prefer gin-and-tonic), fit right in with most households listed here. (This is more than what I have written on Tinder and hopefully I have made a better impression here!)
I'm looking for a furnished bedroom around the Newtown area (will consider nearby areas) for about $350/w for 4-6 months, maybe more. It would be great if the room also included a desk - or enough space for one - so I can work from home occasionally but that's not essential. I don't need a parking space. I work in live events so my work hours change often but I mostly work 9-5 and some evenings or weekends. I'm clean, I always tidy after myself, and when I'm home I tend to just chill out in my room but am more than happy to participate in house meals and stuff when I can :) I do smoke but almost never once I come home and absolutely never inside (I hate the smell of a smokey room) so if I do decide to have a cigarette at home I'll go outside or go for a walk. I'm LGBT friendly, 420 friendly (but don't do it myself), and am just generally easy going and try to get on with everyone. I have to be out of my current place by Fri 27 April so would probably want to move in a few days before as I'll have to work it around my work schedule.
I'm a polite Canadian looking for a place close to the city. Since I work in the Sydney Westfield, I'd like a place fairly close preferably 30 minutes of travel or less. I'm usually not home because of my hours. But I do enjoy to have a drink after work sometimes. I like to socialise with my friend and meeting new people.
I have lived in many share houses from Perth, to Melbourne, to London, to Sydney. I am currently living with my 3 mates but our lease is coming to an end and we have decided to part ways.
Hi! Im Carla, I come from Chile and Im currently on a working holiday visa but soon to be in a student visa. Im very outgoing, nice and respectful. I work in hospitality so I m sort of a people person haha. Im looking for a private room thats is not to expensive and close to the city. Thank you!
Hi all :) I'm warm and friendly and work in health-care. My housemate is moving back to his parents for the final cash save before buying a place, so here I am, back in the housemate lottery! Looking for flatmates who enjoy a bit of a chat now and then, although I should warn that I'm not in at home that much on weeknights. At home I like reading, knitting, watching films, and baking/cooking/eating (among other things of course) and I like going out to live music shows, for hiking, and to go and eat delicious food.
Hi Everyone, I'm currently studying part time, and working full time, so pretty busy along the week. I enjoy so much good Food, wine, Cheese and coffee. I Like to go out sometimes if not too busy and not working the day after as i'm getting old (30) ahah !! I'm very easy going person, who respect privacy and property and i like spending time with my roommates when our sheddules allow it... I love sports and particularly soccer. also Beach#cinema#music#fashion#history#science#travel

My name is Josh, 23, and I'm in my final year of a teaching degree to be a high school maths teacher. I'm also working as a concierge in tourism to fund myself while I'm studying. I love music, playing guitar, cooking and try and get outside for a run or bike ride every day. I like to think I'm a pretty chill housemate to live with and I'm almost always down for a chat and beer if people are around!
