I'm 23, just moved to Sydney for a new job making video content for a music label. I'm a pretty laid back guy, clean and friendly. Like to keep things tidy. Pretty busy during the week but in my spare time I like to go to gigs, take photos and ride my bicycle around. I've been renting for 2.5 years with no issues. Let me know if you have any questions for me! Looking for something ASAP! Long term would be preferred.
I'm a Canberra born and bred pharmacy student at the University of Sydney. The lease at my current place is about to finish up and I'm looking for a change of scenery! I love to keep common areas and my room tidy and clean, but I'm far from being OCD. I love to go out on the weekends, but always feel the need to be on top of my uni work during the week. I love having a chat and chill, but appreciate alone time every now and again. If you're part of a pet-friendly household, I also have a particularly gorgeous ragdoll I'm waiting to have move up to Sydney with me at some point. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or just want to get to know me a little better!
I'm looking for a place for myself and my cat Pickle to call home with fun and friendly housemates. A place that feels homey and social where I can share an after work drink or two and chat, and also have space to do my own thing. My cat is 1.5 yrs old, fully house trained, pretty relaxed but occasionally has her playful kitten instincts come out. I'm an easy going and chilled person to live with. I'm clean and respectful. I have a full time job in Fashion Design and product. I love all visual creative things and design. Other interests of mine include : 80's, 90's and indie films, Punk and alternative music, seeing live music, drinking wine and eating good food, knitting, lego, AFL (GWS supporter ;) UFC (McGregor supporter ;)
Hi! :) I'm studying Social Work at the University of Sydney in 2017 and I'm looking for a place to live while I study! I'm hoping for my own room somewhere close to public transport. I come from a small rural town so I love exploring the city. I love love love my art, live music, snorkelling and travel (although I haven't experienced all that much). Im also a massive animal lover and more than happy to share with pets. I'm very easy going, definitely not a girly girl (hate drama :P) and I'm up for a fun night out or a simple night in.
Large and fully furnished terrace in the heart of Enmore. The house has 4 large bedrooms, patio, balcony, 2 living rooms, dinning room, huge kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Our garage has a great flat roof which we climb up on to make the best of drinks in the sun and hang out with our awesome neighbours next door. Located just off Enmore Road, a 5 minute walk to the centre of Newtown. The house is cleaned eery fortnight, which is awesome because the bathrooms and kitchen is always nice.
Hey i'm Ash I'm a 30 year old guy (male Ashley), moving back to Sydney for a new job in town starting Monday. I'm coming back to Sydney after being in Newcastle for around 6 years. Really hoping to get in a nice pace in the Inner West. I like places that are a little worn in,quirky, run down even as I find them a bit more homely so generally apartments seem to be out. Really like having a nice garden I can eat in. My work is Architectural work which is 9-5 and have a bit of my own stuff I'll trying to get through for the first bit. Other than that i'm single, I eat well, and do lots of odd things around the place, hopefully get to the beach a bit, want to ride to work, seeing friends and family. I'm hoping to move now!!!!!! Thanks. Ash.

Hey people, We're Audrey and Hayden, a young international couple from New Zealand and Canada who currently live in Long Jetty. However, we're looking at relocating to Sydney as the commute from the Central Coast to Sydney is no longer viable or practical. Hayden works full time in the community as an Occupational Therapist and at home occasionally and Audrey works part time and is currently studying at Tafe in the city. We're extremely easy going and a breeze to get a long with. Clean, considerate, and respectful of peoples belongings, personal space, boundaries, and beliefs. We dont hold any particular biases, and feel we would fit into any flat situation. We're not your average couple who need to be joined at the hip, hide away in their bedrooms, or who are frequently upset or in arguments. We're super friendly, open minded, fun, and love to socialise with everybody (incl beers/wine/good yarns), honestly, we're just looking for a place to call home and to meet great people who we can talk and joke with, go have a drink or stay at home and have a drink. We love cooking (and sharing it), into arts, going out, sports, reading, movies, and chilling. Would love to hear from you all, Cheers.
I'd like to think i'm a pretty relaxed and nice person. Obviously I care about keeping things clean and tidy. I'm currently 18 and working at a call centre (which is as soul sucking as it sounds.) On the side i'm an apsiring musician who adores animals and I promise I won't play music really loudly in the early hours of the morning. I like to hang out with friends and go on walks and i'm always up for a chat! Please let me move in with you i'm nice I swear.
Hello! I'm a home owner & film student, currently in Byron & looking at returning to Sydney in late October. Ideally I'd love my own place but due to the current budget I'm open to hearing any ideas that might suit both our situations such as: furnished rentals, house-sitting, pet minding, caring for gardens, subletting, giving you a break from Airbnb or sharing with awesome, respectful people who value authenticity & you know, are just decent, kind folk. I'd LOVE to share a beautiful home in a beautiful area with one or two other people who have animals, who travel a lot - and my pet minding could lower my rental contribution. Open to ideas such as that! My ideal home is a private, clean & quiet one and I have excellent references. I love fires, baths, & pianos too but will leave that up to the gods. Also, I've written '$250' as my maximum rent as this is ideal, but of course I am aware that it's not the 90's & would be willing to discuss this further if something perfect came my way. Thanks for your time, MG
Have been living in the inner west for a good part of 5 years now. Tale as old as time - originally from ADL and moved here for work. Currently living it up in Erksineville and am looking to stay in the inner west area as much as possible. So me...I work in IT/Finance (pretty standard 8-6 hours). Am a bit of a foodie (love to cook but equally happy for a fine dine) and am a craft beer nut (who doesn't love a brewery crawl). Im pretty easy going, very clean, always up for a chat, wine or binge watch of a Netflix show.
I'm a Canberra born and bred pharmacy student at the University of Sydney. I love to keep common areas and my room tidy and clean, but I'm far from being OCD. I love to go out on the weekends, but always feel the need to be on top of my uni work during the week. I love having a chat and chill, but appreciate alone time every now and again. I'm vegan, but not the annoying kind (yes, we exist!). If you're part of a pet-friendly household, I also have a particularly gorgeous ragdoll I'm waiting to have move up to Sydney with me at some point. If this doesn't suit, it's absolutely no issue - it would just be a nice bonus for me! Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or just want to get to know me a little better.
Hiya! I’m a 29yr old photographer looking for a share house in the inner-west with a couple of other friendly and well adjusted people. I’m originally from Melbourne and have been living in Marrickville for the past 2 years (which I’ve loved). I’m clean, conscientious and respectful with general house stuff (and expect the same all round) and there will be no issues paying rent (can provide references if need). Looking for stability and long term, currently in temporary accommodation so move in date is flexible. I definitely love a laugh and a beer! Would love it if we all click well together, I’m also pretty independent, proactive and busy with work. I exercise, cook most nights and am always creative, bit of a nerd/tom-boy/hippy/humanitarian. Just went to Japan, hence the picture of the owl ;) Furnished house ideal, room does not need to be - I'll be bringing my own bed. Ideally would like off street or garage parking and a decent sized room (room for a large desk) with plenty of natural light. Would prefer house to apartment and a backyard area would be great. PS - I will be bringing my Seinfeld box set ;)
Hi! I'm a freelance festival and event producer and I'm looking for a new place for me and my little pug. I often work from home and like a clean and tidy living and work space. When I'm not working on events I'm usually cycling or doing something active. I quite enjoy spending time in the garden so will happily do my share of or duties around the house. Im a pretty easy going person and quite partial to a beverage or two occasionally. I love a good laugh and intelligent conversation with interesting people, but also happy to keep to myself.
Hi my name is Zeinab (Zay for short), I'm in my final year of uni, studying Interior Architecture at Enmore Design Centre and work part time at H&M in the city. I'm interested in photography, loving riding my bike, enjoy cooking (beginning to learn), listening to music, and spending time outdoors. I'm looking for a place to stay long term, I'm neat and tidy.
Hi awesome people! Nathan here, I'm 30 years young and a full time working professional. I work in the lighting/energy efficiency industry and love what I do. I moved to Sydney 3 years back from Florida, yes that's correct, Florida baby! Fell in love with this city and decided I ain't going back. I'm into fitness (big time!), healthy lifestyle, love road trips, prefer to have a chilled time with friends rather than wild binge drinking sessions (don't mind once in a while ;)) and very easy going with any human being and animals (except crocs, nah we don't roll). Considering myself not to be a boy anymore, the cleanliness department is pretty much covered (you can breathe a sigh of relief now). Always up for a chat/drink with my flatmates, and absolutely dig some group cooking sessions. I will also share a plethora of stories about our beloved crocs, sink holes and storms in Florida! I'm looking for a home and not a house where I can connect and have awesome friendships with flatmates. If you prefer a super quiet flatmate aka stranger, then I'm not your guy sorry. Looking forward to finding the right one, I mean home haha! Cheers Nathan
Flexible with the price range. I'm friendly and nice, I mind my own business, I'm really neat and organised and not noisy at all. Very easy going Only turned 16 couple of weeks ago and also recently found out I was "gifted" so I'm trying to get into a selective school for Year 12 this October (preferably fort street highschool I actually dont mind where the apt/housing will be aslong as its not too far from central considering selective schools are unzoned. I have a grant and a sponsor so I'm pretty much set for rent and all that I would do casual shifts for extra income but I will most likely not work so I can focus on my studies Prefer to live in a modern looking place and might choose to have a roommate to share the rent with. I have some experience living in shared houses as I used to live in Singapore in condominiums shared with other people.
Description of the home Beautiful and extremely spacious 3 level terrace, 1 min walk from Enmore Road (near Enmore Theatre and Cow and Moon!). The house has 2 living areas, a dine-in kitchen, a separate dining area, and an outdoor living /dining area. The house is fully furnished and has everything one could need (probably twice). All you'll need are things for your room. With all modern necessities of WiFi and Netflix, and a hilarious cat, the house is ready for you to move into. We get the house cleaned weekly, so there is minimal upkeep required for busy professionals like us. Located only a skip away from Enmore Road, the home is everything convenient: Supermarket, cafes, restaurants, bars, gyms, massage joints, medical and dental centres and more... anything you need, all within a short walk. A spacious secluded courtyard allows you to enjoy the outdoors within the privacy of your own home.
