The place is a modern double story townhouse in a small complex with two bedrooms, each with a bathroom, plus there is a third small bathroom downstairs. Gaythorne Station is a sub 5 minute walk, buses are even closer and one of Brisbane's newest Coles is a short 3 minute drive away. Brisbane CBD, Westfield Chermside and the Airport are all within 15 minutes drive. The empty bedroom [(BED 2) 3.1m x 2.9m] has a wardrobe with double sliding doors, its own air conditioner and a private balcony that looks out over the large courtyard. Although it's not directly connected to the bedroom you will have the convenience of your own fully equipped bathroom immediately outside your door (photo). The room also has coax and Ethernet connections. Additionally, there is a secure parking space beneath the complex that will be yours to use as well as a large storage cage. The apartment is fully furnished except for the bedroom but I'm open to changing up the set-up of the furniture to fit stuff in. There's already a washing machine, dryer, dish washer and fridge with room in the kitchen for a second if you wanted your own. Downstairs is also air conditioned and has a separated living and dining area, alternatively I'll ditch the table and this could be turned into a second living area. Unlimited internet ($30 month), Netflix, power and gas aren't included in the rent but usually aren't that much. The property is not suited to having a couple or any large animals including dogs. Overall, it's a nice, comfortable, modern place to live in a great location with a relaxing view out over a park.
I am a 22 year old Dental assistant, I am very easy to get along with and work full time. I enjoy relaxing and having a wine every now and then with company but also enjoy some alone time too. I am currently renting an apartment on my own but would prefer to be closer to the city! I am wanting to find a room soon as my lease is ending. Please message me if you have anything available ☺️ Thank you!
I recently started my full-time job as a radiographer at a hospital in Chermside (I graduated from QUT at the end of 2017). I'm 21 and from Toowoomba originally (but have rented in Brisbane for the last 4 years). I'm looking for a 2-3 bedroom place with friendly housemates, that’s easy to maintain and keep tidy (probably preferably a townhouse or apartment). I will be doing a lot of shift work (late nights, weekends and on call) throughout the year and so would like a place with 1-2 girls/boys who are also are studying/working, would be keen to occasionally chill/ have a drink but also enjoy time alone to unwind and are cool with me being out of the house a lot. I'd be keen to move into an existing sharehouse or find somewhere new with you (I have a fridge, couches, dryer, etc I could bring to the place). Feel free to shoot me a message if you're interested (my current lease ends 30 Jan, hoping to find somewhere before then). Thanks!

I have two rooms available in a three bedroom townhouse. The complex is small and quiet with a shared pool, bbq area and small gym. Plenty of on street parking. House is furnished, will just need your own bedroom furniture. Shared bathroom between two rooms are available. I can also look at renting both rooms together with your own bathroom at a higher price. Great location with walking tracks and shopping centers just around the corner.
Hello. My name is Giulianna, 25 years old, vegan, studying cookery in the city for now, but i am about to finish it in March. I am looking for a private room in a chill house with nice and relaxed flatmates. If there is any pet i am happy as well! I am also looking for a house, close to nature. I do not smoke, i am a clean and relaxed person. A quiet and relaxed house and flatmates is the ideal.
Hey! I'm looking for someone to take over my housemates lease in Enoggera as he has recently moved out (lease runs until July). The house is located on Samford Road just across from the army base, has three bedrooms and one bathroom and is pet friendly. $180/week will get you your choice of the two remaining bedrooms (or both to use if you want) and as many dog cuddles as you can handle :) The rest of the house is fully furnished so you would just need to furnish your room. Internet (if you want it) is $27.50/month and all bills (gas, water and electricity) would be split evenly.
Our home is a big and beautiful old Queenslander, freshly painted on the inside with polished timber floors. There is a verandah at the front of the house overlooking the garden, as well as a large party deck out the back - great for relaxing and entertaining. It is 3 bedrooms + study and 2 bathrooms. Your room is large with a leafy outlook, and you'll be sharing the main bathroom with our other housemate. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and the aircon is located in the living room. We're a 10 minute walk to Enoggera train station and close to buses on Wardell Street and Samford Road. We're only 6km from the city or a $15 Uber ride! The house is fully furnished including your bedroom, however if you have your own bedroom furniture we can move our things out.
18 yr old working part-time at Aldi. Studying a bachelor of business- international at QUT! Love hanging out and socialising but also like some quiet time. Enjoy spending my spare time going to gigs, chilling with friends and of course staying in and watching Netflix. Super clean and organised!! Reliable job which means rent and bills will always be paid on time.
Recently renovated and fully furnished. Bedrooms contain reverse cycle airconditioning and have a view onto the backyard. The apartment is at the back of the building on the top floor so no traffic noise is heard. 2 minutes walk from the train station and bus stops out the front of the block. Only 20 minutes on the train to the CBD. This apartment is peaceful and perfect for students or anyone looking for a clean and comfortable space.
I am respectful to others and their belongings. I clean up after myself, and am generally tidy. I love animals, and i am easy to get along with. I mostly work on my computer during the day. I love making food, and baking. And i like to share.
Hey, I'm Kim! I'm a 22 year old Primary school teacher looking to move closer to where I work sometime in early Feb. I'm really into indoor plants so you'd have to be okay with me bringing my small rainforest with me. I'm pretty clean and organised (I will want to make the pantry my bitch), I like to watch Netflix and go to the beach/park/movies when I'm not doing stuff for school. My ideal housemate would be someone who's into similar things as me (art/movies/feminist banter/having the occasional beer and d&m/trying to eat healthy but slipping up fairly regularly), and maybe a potential gym buddy. I'm not much of a party gal but I like to go out for a drink occasionally. I might like to invite friends over occasionally, but mostly just to make nachos and watch TV. I'd like to live in a cute Queenslander-type house or a nice apartment that's a reasonable price but big enough for us to have our own space too. I put 6 months on the ad but I am happy to stay longer, it's just dependent on my work contracts. Let me know if I meet your criteria!
The room: Fits a queen bed and bedside tables, and has BIR's and ceiling fan. Carpet floors and windows. What we're looking for: Someone who's friendly, easy going, clean and tidy to move into our place on the Alderley/Enoggera border, right next to the Kedron Brook! We're looking for someone who is studying and/or working full time. Relatively social but we all respect each others privacy and need for space. About the house: Fortnightly cleaning of communal areas is included in the rent however you'll be expected to be tidy in the living spaces, clean up after yourself in the kitchen and maintain your own room. Rent is paid fortnightly, $173/week. This price includes your rent, unlimited internet, the cleaning of communal areas and water. This also includes money towards all communal house items like toilet paper, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, bin bags etc. Electricity is paid quarterly, there's solar on the house so it's relatively cheap and works out to be around $40 each. Location: 8km to Brisbane CBD. 1100m to train station, 10min walk. Coles at Alderley or Woolworths and Everton Park shopping centre at all within walking distance. Stafford City Shopping Centre, Brookside shopping centre all within a few minutes drive. Located right next to Kedron Brook for bikeways, paths and parks. Well serviced by bus stops. Plenty of secure car parking in addition to street parking. Fully fenced yard. Large, two storey house, open plan kitchen/dining and two seperate living areas. Internal stairs and laundry. BIR in bedroom as well as ceiling fan. House is fully furnished, room can be furnished or unfurnished.
Hello I am 29 years old I study full time and work full time in Retail. I am a quiet but friendly person, I enjoy my alone time, but love to socialize over wine, food and board games. Always up for a Netflix binge session. I am reliable for rent and bills, I am a clean person, and I am respectful of other peoples alone time and things. I am searching for a room until I graduate in June/July. I don't smoke.
We’re a professional couple and now a new family of three with a 3 month old baby. We’re hoping to save to buy a home by reducing our rent per week for the short term but need a temporary place to accomodate the three of us and our Poodle. Working full time as a professional in Clayfield and I am on Maternity Leave till mid/late 2018. An easy going friendly couple who are respectful of others.

A well looked after house, friendly neighbours and convienient location only 10-15 mins from brisbane CBD. All rooms are large, have ducted airconditioning and built in wardrobes. 3 storey house with additional garage level. 4 bedrooms with a study capable of housing a fifth bed for guests, 2 entertainment rooms, laundry and fully equipped kitchen with walk in pantry.
Hi I'm Luke, work full-time, I cook, clean and I also meal prep (but eat whatever i want for dinner, so more than happy to cook meals for u and help u eat the ones u make 🤣🤣). I have my own furniture including a fridge and washing machine etc for us to share. Im fun and adventurous. Only drink socially 6 months of the year as the rest of the year im prepping to get back on stage. Don't mind going out, and don't mind if you wanna have people over (it's your house too). I also like staying in and watching netflix. I like the beach and love the gym. I would prefer to live with a female as I get along with them more i suppose. Im tidy but not a clean freak. Id also like to become friends with my housemate. I have a medium sized dog as well so i hope thats ok. Im keen to live anywhere really as long as its with 37km of enoggera as Im in the Army and need to commute to the base. Dates to move in can be flexible if need be. Ideally I'd like to team up with someone and find a house together.
Hey : ) I'm a laid back all-rounder who loves music and other creative stuff. I work as a casual barista at Bowen Hills and typically spend 20 hours a week working. The other time is either playing games (lol), producing/writing music, studying (film @ QUT), or doing dumb shit with friends. I'm pretty relaxed towards just about anything and am not the kind of person to cause any conflict so feel free to hit me up and chat!
