The place is a modern double story townhouse in a small complex with two bedrooms, each with a bathroom, plus there is a third small bathroom downstairs. Gaythorne Station is a sub 5 minute walk, buses are even closer and Brisbane's newest Coles is a short 3 minute drive away. Brisbane CBD, Westfield Chermside and the Airport are all within 15 minutes drive. The empty bedroom [(BED 2) 3.1m x 2.9m] has a wardrobe with double sliding doors, its own air conditioner and a private balcony that looks out over the large courtyard. Although it's not directly connected to the bedroom you will have the convenience of your own fully equipped bathroom immediately outside your door (photo). The room also has coax and Ethernet connections. Additionally, there is a secure parking space beneath the complex that will be yours to use as well as a large storage cage. The apartment is fully furnished except for the bedroom but I'm open to changing up the set-up of the furniture to fit stuff in. There's already a washing machine, dryer, dish washer and fridge with room in the kitchen for a second if you wanted your own. Downstairs is also air conditioned and has a separated living and dining area, alternatively I'll ditch the table and this could be turned into a second living area. Unlimited internet ($30 month), Netflix, power and gas aren't included in the rent but usually aren't that much. Overall, it's a nice, comfortable, modern place to live in a great location with a relaxing view out over a park.
One room available in two bedroom apartment! There is a built in wardrobe in the room, with a full length mirror, two windows (one east facing and one south facing). Shared bathroom with separate toilet and also aircon in living room. Living room is furnished, there is a little balcony that opens up from the living room that looks over a backyard and not into someone's home. I have a weber BBQ out on it at the moment and am happy to share the use of that (just clean it off after each use and chip in for gas bottle refill if using) Only 7km from CBD. This apartment is only a quick 100m walk to Enoggera train station (15 minutes to city by train) and also to two bus stops. A new Coles and Liquor Land has opened 1km up the road, but if that's too far we have a night owl convenience store, kebab shop, Wok me, fish and chip shop, Subway, Indian, Liquor Land, BWS and pizza capers all within 150m walk of the apartment. $150 week rent, paid fortnightly preferably! Additional costs: - $60 for unlimited internet for a month, so is split $30 each. - Electricity bill each quarter, which is split between us.

I'm relatively new to Brisbane.I'm 32, originally from the Philippines. I came to WA last year but have to move to Brisbane for work. I work full time from M-F 8-5 in Albion (IT). I'm easy to get along with, respectful and independent. Happy to cook, share and clean up. I'm up for a chat, happy to socialize but also need alone time to recharge. Looking preferably near train station and would prefer dogs over cats.

Hi, The house is located just beside the army base at Enoggera, 2 services station on either side of the road, a small but convenient shopping centre is within 2 min drive (Gym, bottle shops, bakery, restaurant and take away). You have then 2 bigger centre with woollies, coles and aldi within 5min drive. It's very close and fast to the city, I usually pay $15 in uber if I want to go to the city or valley. The house is all furnished (not the bedroom for rent) with high quality furniture. The yard and deck are very large so plenty of room to enjoy the sun and have nice outdoor dinners. The rent is $160, the internet is $55/month and so far electricity works at about $150/ trimester. The bathroom is large and includes a spa bath and a shower + toilet. There is a large cabinet with lots of shelves for towels, bed sheets etc + space underneath the sink and 4 draws. We will share the bathroom. The bedroom for rent isn't very big but comfortable enough, my housemate has a queen bed, a large wardrobe from Ikea and an office. The room has a small built in wardrobe too. The street is very quiet and the neighbours are very friendly. You can park your car under the carport or in the street.
I am a female Singaporean student, clean and tidy (not spotlessly so but I try my best!), and considerate towards people I live with (read: no loud noises or messes). I'm generally friendly but also enjoy my own personal time. My studies are pretty intensive so I may not be around that much. If anything crops up, I'm pretty easy-going so am open to discussions. Not a smoker and enjoys a good work out or sports(: Am looking for a place preferably near a train station as I need to commute a fair bit!
I'm tidy and respectful, completely independant and easy to get along with. I come with my own furniture (including fridge) and would prefer to have my own space. I do tend to keep to myself a bit but that doesn't mean I'm standoffish, I'm just a bit of a private person. I work at McDonalds, at the moment working 5 nights a week. I plan on studying once I've settled in, so possibly won't be around much. Happy to hang out and binge TV or have movie marathons, or have any sorts of fun adventures. Will look at staying for up to a year, but definitely plan on moving on.
Self-employed copywriter and business coach. Love people but I don't party, I'm a quiet type, don't even watch TV much, prefer reading, writing, cooking, baking bread or a cake, and a good conversation. I like art and craft, love animals and children. Writing my first children's book. I have an elderly cat who sleeps most of the time. By the way, other suburbs in the North Brisbane are fine, I just can't add them, I type the suburb and try to highlight it on the list but doesn't always work.
My fiancé and I and our two medium size pups are looking for a place to rent. Needs a large backyard that is fully fenced! Really don't care what the place looks like as long as the yard is good for our puppies. We can afford $300 a week preferably with utilities. I work part time and study full time hours. My fiancé is a apprentice diesel fitter who works 6 days a week. Eldest pup is 3, who is a 3 legged ridgeback Youngest is a 1.5 year old chocolate Labrador They are like very tempered and well behaved dogs. We desperately need a place sooner the better! Thank you in advance For more information please contact me
Hello there, I am looking to share this lovely and well positioned flat with someone friendly, clean and easygoing (ideally). We are simple and not fussy and you will always catch us with a smile :) Looking for a furnished place with a big enough room for a couple to squeeze into. Odelle loves her kitchen space, so if you have long benches, your a winner haha!
