Hi all, I have a room for rent in Enoggera, only 6km from CBD. It comes with a double bed, a desk, an air con, a ceiling fan, a small built in wardrobe, and a cupboard. If you need the room unfurnished that can be arranged too. Rent includes all bills and unlimited internet. The house is breezy and bright and there's a pool out the back, perfect for summer. We're only a 5-10 minute walk from the Enoggera and Alderley Train stations and the new Coles. There's a heap of gyms and parks nearby too and 2 really good opshops if you're into that. Let me know if you're interested and I can send through further details if needed.
Well first up, I work away in the mines in Central QLD so although I'll be paying rent and bills, I'm only there half the time. I'm super chilled out. I enjoy a beer in the afternoon and go alright on the BBQ. I do like a clean house but in saying that, if we do cook a big meal the night before, I'm happy to leave the dishes until the morning. I love to keep active so if i can find a flatmate who is also the same then that would be great (but not necessary). I enjoy jogging, Kayaking and hiking. Sorry, I hate cyclists!!!! 😂😂. If you're a chilled out and easy going kind of guy or girl, hit me up.
I work full time throughout the week 6am - 2.00pm so im an early sleeper, i sometimes like sticking to myself but am friendly and would enjoy catching up now an then, im wanting to stay in a comfortable place and potentially make new friends.
You'll love this well-kept, three bedroom two-storey townhouse. Convenient location - just a short stroll to Enoggera train station and buses as well as Coles. The downstairs living space includes a modern kitchen (with dishwasher), internal laundry, and private outdoor patio area. All bedrooms are located upstairs. What's more to love is the property has ducted air conditioning and security screens throughout. The room available is unfurnished, it's carpeted with a built-in mirrored robe PLUS you get your OWN private bathroom! On-street and visitor parking available. Sharing with just one other- a friendly 30 yr old working professional female. What are you waiting for? Your new home is just around the corner, SMS now to arrange an inspection :) (Please note: Wireless internet, and other bills are not included in the cost of rent).
Hi! My name is Natalie and I am a 20 year old working and studying in the interior decorating industry. I love to cook, especially Italian and Mexican food. I'm really creative and love learning new skills. I'm very social, but only have a few close friends. I'm OCD-tidy and I'm very respectful of other's space. I've lived in Brisbane for the last six or so years. I work in the city: commuting, so I don't need a car space. I'd love to live with people my own age and of similar disposition. I don't mind dogs, and I don't have any pets of my own. I have a slight cat allergy. If you think that I'd make a great roommate, just send me a message! Hope to hear from you soon! :) xx
As a wandering muse ive travelled the country, and what tales i have to tell! Easy going, Dte, respectful and independant... I wont take your food, and i clean after myself. Definately unique.. And i lo.ve cats. Looking to study and work next year, in social welfare sector.
I am a 22 year old female, working casually in a bookshop and pet sitting job ( at other peoples places) who loves the outdoors , animals and keeping busy. I love to cook and to keep things tidy and would say i'm very easy to get along with.
Hi there! I'm currently studying Law and Fine Arts at QUT. I'll be starting my second year of uni in 2019. My lease ends in late January, so I am hoping to find someone to team up with by mid-December. I have been living in a sharehouse for a year now with two other girls and went to boarding school for six years prior, so I have quite a bit of experience living with others. I find that I am a tidy, friendly and respectful person. I'm quite quiet and like to keep to myself, however I'm always up for a good chat. I love watching Netflix, playing video games, and looking after my often-neglected succulents. I would like to find someone who is quiet, tidy and has a sense of humour to move in with come January. I would prefer to stay within the Newmarket area. I have quite a bit of general furniture, including two small sofas, a TV, a coffee table, a dining table and chairs, and a washing machine. I can also find a fridge if needed. I also have a car, so off-street parking is ideal. Message me if you're interested in teaming up!
We are friendly but generally like to keep to ourselves. We respect personal spaces and property. (so like we won’t steal your milk XP) We love animals and have somewhat of an active social life so we won’t always be in the house. Feel free to PM us for any more information. :)
I am Seoyeon Kim from South Korea. Studying Nursing at Tafe in Southbank, working at a restaurant in front of QUT, and going to work at an aged care facility in Enoggera from the middle of November. I am looking for a private room in share flat/house located in South Brisbane, Kelvin Grove, or Enoggera/Newmarket. (Any areas near those are still okay.) I'd like to stay for at least 1-2months to one and a half year maximum. I enjoy communicating with sharemates, but also I respect their privacy. also willing to share my culture if you are interested. I would like to have inspection as soon as possible since the lease of my house that I am living in at the moment is going to be expired on 28th October which is pretty soon.
I'm looking to start up a share house with 2 others who are interested in taking up a few environmentally friendly practices around the home. I'd love to be able to share with like minded people who are also all about creating a welcoming and comfortable space to live. Other than having an interest in the environment I’d like housemates who are friendly, positive, respectful of other’s space and privacy, will keep common spaces tidy, but are also totally down for a chat and bit of socialising whether it’s with a beer, cuppa, or glass of wine in hand! :) A little bit about myself: I’m a 21-year-old genderfluid person, studying Environmental Management at UQ. I’m definitely a bit of science and enviro nerd although I also love to explore my creative side by painting, sketching, and singing with a local community choir (swear it’s groovier than it sounds haha) in my spare time. Being a trans person, it is very important to me that housemates are open minded and lgbt+ friendly or from the community themselves. My move date is also pretty flexible. I'm currently doing research in China but will be back in Brissie October 15th. Please flick me a message and tell me a bit about what you're looking for if you're interested. I'd love to hear from you!
Hi! I am a Primary School Teacher looking to move into the Alderley/Newmarket/Windsor area. I am a cheerful, fun-loving and respectful person who is know to be the 'clean one'! I love singing, music and cooking. I enjoy a good chill and a few beverages on the weekends!

I am easy going and very clean. Enjoy quiet time during the week as I work full time. Love to catch up over a glass or two of wine on Friday's. Also love gymming, so if you don't find me at home I will definitely be at the gym.
We are three ladies that moved into this gorgeous 5 bed Queenslander on 11th September. We are now looking for one more lady to share with us. The house is huge, which is why one more will not impact. The rent is significantly less with 4 people than three, so happy days for that! I have a video of the house (before I moved in), describing everything in much more details, but I cannot list the web url on here....so PM me and I'll send through the video url. Much better than a bunch of boring photos!!!! Its a gorgeous Queenslander. Quiet and spacious. Leafy area in Enoggera 5 bedrooms (house is advertised as 3, due to ceiling height....which I cannot understand as the ceilings look about 8ft to me!) 2 bathrooms Floorboards. Wood panelling Big kitchen HUGE rumpus downstairs 2 bathrooms Walk to bus and train There is a HUGE amount of space and also storage, so no problems if you have a bunch of your own furniture. I like restoring furniture so have a few projects going with coffee table, dining table etc. The smallest bedroom is not for rent. It is for guests to come and stay. We welcome family and friends...(but no ‘overnight’ guests, if you take my meaning!)
Hey, My name's James, I'm a 27 year old self-employed creative professional. I'm super low key and work as a professional filmmaker and photographer which sometimes sends me out of town for a few weeks or more. I don't drink, but enjoy hanging out and socialising, but also really value my privacy and respect that of others. In my spare time I enjoy watching movies, reading, playing video games and training in martial arts. I'm neat, tidy and considerate of others. I also have several appliances including a fridge, washing machine and tv that I'm able to bring to the new place if required.
