I consider myself a super clean person and always pick up after myself, I work full time in retail so out of the house pretty much all day and on weekends I have a pretty big social life. I think I’m a pretty fun person and alway down for a drink or two with the roomies but I do also like my alone time now and then!
We have a bright & spacious townhouse with a spare room available. The room has it's own BALCONY, AC and ENSUITE! We live on a quiet street with only a short walk to the train/bus station, local shops, gym, local aquatic centre and cafes, we love it. There is acres of parkland and bike tracks nearby if you like to get out for walks and we are only 6km from the Brisbane CBD. The house is fully furnished, except your room. This price includes your wifi :)
Recently renovated apartment close to the train and direct bus to the city and QUT Kelvin Grove. The apartment has air conditioning in the living area, along with a small balcony off the living room. The apartment is fully furnished and the room comes either furnished (with a single bed and bedside table) or unfurnished if you have your own bedroom furniture. My adorable cat Harley is very accommodating and loves a good Friday night movie night on the couch. Unlimited internet is an additional $30 a month and approx. max. $150 per quarter for electricity.
I’m 20, studying Aged Care, while working part time in a pharmacy. I’m clean and quite but love a chat and wine and dinners. I have a little 10 month old Sausage Dog called Pippa who’s well trained, friendly and super loveable.
Things that are awesome about this house: - pool! and large yard (I see garden parties in our future) - ducted air conditioning throughout - spare bedroom/study/whatever we want to make it! - all the bedrooms have built-ins - you can close the living room doors to the dining to separate the spaces - Double lock up garage with remote The photos are from the listing page as I'm just moving in this weekend. I've got most of the basics but am happy if you have stuff/don't have stuff- we can sort all that out! Most important thing is the vibe of the house is fun, comfortable and home-y. Looking for others around the same age that still want to have fun but have difficulty making it past midnight (maybe that's just me), so are mainly into dinner parties and weekend adventures..
Bedroom is furnished and bills are included in the price, including unlimited internet. Fantastic location, 2 min walk to Enoggera station/bus inter-change and 1km from the army base. Nicely furnished, the loungeroom is airconditioned, large kitchen (stove and oven are electric), toilet is separate to bathroom and the bathroom has a separate bath and shower. Small balcony with seating surrounded by succulents (yes, I have a problem!). There's a built-in wardrobe and a set of draws as well as some shared storage space in the apartment and in the garage. *Move-in date is set as 20 March but there's some flexibility with moving things into the garage earlier if need be etc
Hello, I've just got a job in Milton Monday- Friday. looking to move closer, pretty flexable about location but somewhere near a city cat terminal would be ace. I will be bringing my dog Jack with me. He is kinda old now (8) and sleeps all day all.. and small and fluffy, cross lhaso alps... Or somthing like that. Also with parking... I don't mind if it's on the street aslong as it's actually accessible and not metered over specific times or is busy where I have hike it back home. I'm less after quality and more after someone I actually click with to share a home. I'm in no rush to move out and happy to wait for the right fit.
Hi everyone! I am seeking to join or create a sharehouse in Brisbane's inner-west or inner-north. I work as a freelance writer and I have a part-time job at a real estate agency. I also have a friendly labradoodle! Finn is fully house trained and very loving, has been an inside dog in an apartment his whole life but would love a garden to play in. He gets two long walks per day so spends most of his time asleep and shouldn't disturb you. Respecting your privacy is important to me, and I would love a room which has space for a desk so I can work from home with some privacy. I've been living by myself for the last year, so I have plenty of furniture and appliances to bring if you need. I'm looking forward to meeting new people and having a chat or a drink on the weekend and I have made some life-long friends through share housing! I am happy to pay up to $250 per week, including bills, or $220 - $230 without bills. I look forward to meeting with you soon! Thanks, Kate
Hi flat mate, :) I am a 29 year old female who works full time In allied health looking for a place to share where I can have my own bathroom. I am lgbt friendly and would like my house mates to be as well. I am quiet, clean, respectful and have a lazy inside cat Panda (ragdoll x) and the cutest small dog Kits (pomeranian x) he looks like a mini Shiba inu. Please send me a message if you have something available or If you have any questions. Looking to move 1St March.
A nice clean and tidy apartment in the perfect position for students or anyone who likes easy access to the city. This apartment is situated within a 3-minute walk to the Enoggera train station, along with having four bus stops all within walking distance to get to and from the city (about 15-20 minutes from the city). It is also situated within close proximity to a variety of shops, including a Coles only 800 meters down the road. If you’re interested in bush walking, mountain biking or just enjoying the outdoors this apartment will be perfect for you as it’s in close proximity to several conservation and national parks, along with a variety of normal parks. The room up for rent is a nice cosy room while still being spacious enough to fit a queen bed and desk (there is the possibility to place the desk outside of the room if you’d prefer). It comes with built in wardrobes, including a set of drawers and mirror. Currently it is unfurnished, however if required I can potentially organise furnishings for it. There is also some storage space downstairs if you require. Overall this two-bedroom apartment is extremely spacious and other than the bedroom that is available comes fully furnished. There is also a roomy balcony out the front if you would like to wanted to plant a garden or do something else. Pets are also a possibility (I have a couple, see below for details), however if you have a dog this apartment wouldn’t really be suited for one. The internet bill is currently included in the rent, which is currently a 500gb ADSL data plan. When the NBN is connected later in the year I am happy to look for other internet options if we require more data. Other bills include electricity, gas and hot water which we can split when they arrive.
Hey everyone! I just moved back here from Europe after living in the UK for a year. I am loving Australia, I'm hoping to stay here permanently. I'm just looking for a new house to move in to. Get a fresh start, meet some new cool people all the jazz... I work in retail in Westfield Chermside. I am quite socially awkward I'm not gonna lie lol. I'm just not the most chattiest person and I love my own space to peace out. That being said I would love to meet new people and gain a couple of friends, I could sure use someone to go out more, maybe even go clubbing and stuff. I am a huge fan of social media and my list of favourite TV shows is never ending. Ideal (Friday) night is just a bottle of wine and good company. I do love my wine. A lot haha. Also, I am vegetarian so.. if you are too, I already love you! HMU! P.S. I am gay and would love to have gay housemates cause I have never had them before, but in a prefect world right? Obviously you need to be LGBTI+ friendly tho lol. Also just FYI I am a smoker if that's an issue for you. Obviously I don't smoke inside but yeah.. Just heads up.
Hi there, I’m looking for a new roomie in a 3 bedroom, two-storey townhouse - with 2 bathrooms and a 3rd toilet downstairs. Large bedroom, you’ll have your own private bathroom. The 3rd bedroom can also be utilised as a spare or study as its currently not being used for anything. The place is fully furnished, (except the 2 rooms) but open if people have their own household furniture. It also has a great courtyard/ outdoors area to sit and relax. The townhouse is part of a complex with a small gym and a pool. Great quiet neighborhood, and street! Super convenient location, close to public transport, a 5 minute drive from so many shops (Brookside, Stafford, Newmarket) including some great cafes and eateries. 15 mins from the city!
Hi I'm Emilia, I'm currently studying and working casually at a medical centre. I believe I'm a kind and considerate person that enjoys keeping my house clean and tidy. I'm looking for housemates that share my similar values of cleanliness, respect, kindness and honesty. I don't smoke or throw parties. I'm looking to move in somewhere between March-August.
Hi there, my name is Chantelle and I am a 22 year old student from Cairns. I’m February I will be relocating to Brisbane to complete my honours in psychology at QUT, and I am very excited (and nervous) for the move. I am a conscientious student, however when I am not studying to working I enjoy a good book, glass of wine and catching up on downtime. I am kind, considerate and quiet, and I am also looking for flatmates that become friends. I’m passionate about books, mental health and enjoy a good discussion. At this stage I would be most comfortable in a female only situation. Please feel free to message me if you feel I might be a good fit for your home or if you have any questions about me.
LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO TEAM UP AND RENT A NEWER PLACE Very happy bubbly girl, love adventures and sports. Very respective of others and clean. Have most necessary furnishings eg, fridge, washing machine, I also have a queen and a double bed available. (So big expensive furnishing will happily be provided). I am a cheerleader and also study sport science at qut. I love animals and pasta 🙂 I’m looking for a respectful person that is interested in looking for and renting a new place with myself.
I'm quite neat and tidy, not much of a party goer. I just graduated from QUT with a bachelor's degree in Justice and I'm a young professional in a law firm in Brisbane's CBD. I like to cook so I'm happy to share meals like sushi, burrito bowls or stir fry's.
Im 21 years old, currently working full time and looking for somewhere new to live as my current lease has ended. Ideally I'd like to find somewhere that is available before the 28th of Feb, however I am flexible with dates. I’m looking to move in with someone roughly the same age. I am very tidy and respectful of others. I generally like to keep to myself, however always down for a chat and a cheeky wine.
Hi my name is Sarah, I'm 22 years old and I’ve recently relocated to Brisbane from Gladstone for my full time job. I work as a Recruiter and tend to travel a fair amount for work. I’m very relaxed, clean, tidy but always down for a chat. I’m looking for a furnished room to move in to preferably close to the city due to work but am open to any option.
The room comes with air-conditioning, built in wardrobe with drawers, a remote controller access garage, ensuite with shower, and it's only a 4 minute walk down the street to Enoggera train station. There are multiple bus stops nearby and so much entertainment facilities, gyms, and food and drink available. The balcony offers a view of the mountain range.
The apartment is completely furnished except your room. The apartment has a washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, chest freezer and plenty of room in the pantry. The living area is air-conditioned. There is a balcony for entertaining. If you have any large items we can discuss placing them in the apartment or we can store them in the garage. There is Fetch TV, Netflix and Stan available on the living room Television and unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the house. The unfurnished room fits a queen sized bed, has an air-conditioner and inbuilt wardrobe. The room is connected to the main bathroom by an internal door and this will be yours. There is a garage with storage space and plenty of street parking. Enoggera Train station is down the end of the street and the 390 bus stop is right at your doorstep making it an ideal place to live if you need to travel to the city or both of the QUT campuses. This would be perfect for a student, professional or anyone looking to live close to the city. Located only 1km from Enoggera Barracks it would also suit anyone who works at the Barracks. I am seeking $200 per week with $20 a week to cover bills. I would prefer someone long term. Any tenant who applies will need to be approved by the real estate.
