This is a late 1970's currently original home that has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The current photos in the ad are from the recent real estate listing, however, there will be renovations and refreshing to be done on the property before it is available. This includes new carpet, replacing carpet with floorboards in the living areas, painting of the whole house, new blinds and refreshing of the bathroom. There will be further work over time, including adding a second bathroom at some time along with an internal laundry. It has a large kitchen, two separate living areas, bedrooms on the large side (approx 3.5x3.5), a large central bathroom and an outdoor patio area. The backyard is huge but the laundry is currently within the garage. The renovations will bring the house into a clean a modern look and ensure it is as comfortable as possible. There are also extensive established gardens, large shed and ducted heating/cooling. The house is a 5-minute walk from the Greenbrook Shops (IGA and local food outlets) and the Smart Bus Route along McDonalds Road. It is about an 18-minute walk from the Epping Station and about a 20-minute walk to the Epping Central area. Pacific Epping and Westfield Plenty Valley are a short drive (5mins) with all the facilities you could need! The CBD could be about an hour door to door if you get the timing right... As I haven't moved in yet myself this is all from trusty Google Maps!

My name is Belinda, I'm 21. I am currently living with my parents and am looking for somewhere for myself and my desexed male cat Stark to live next year (2020). I would prefer to live with at least one other female. I have just finished my final exams for my Bachelor of Biomedical Science degree and will graduate in December 2019 and will hopefully go on to further my studies next year. So, am looking to move mid January 2020. I love being neat, tidy and organised. I enjoy cooking and baking and talking walks in my down time. I feel moving out of the family home will both help me to further my studies and to gain independence
