Hi! My name is Ruby. I'm 22 years old and in my final year of Law and Communications at UTS. I also work 3 days a week at UTS in student engagement and as a research assistant in the Law Faculty. I'm not home much during the week but on the weekends I like to hang out, read, watch movies and listen to music. I also really love bushwalking and cooking and am always down to share a meal and a glass of wine. I'm an easygoing housemate who is tidy, respectful and happy to help out with household chores. If you have a room that you think would suit me then please get in touch!
We live in a beautifully renovated home and are looking for a couple or single to fill the granny flat out the back. The granny flat is basically self-contained with a bathroom and shower as well as a large light studio/home office/garage space downstairs that you can use flexibly to suit your needs. The granny flat is separated from the main house by a large deck leading to the living area, which has bifold doors. The flat also has rear end access. The bedroom is fitted with built-in storage and a fold-down bed. It is situated on a quiet leafy street that is a short walk to Erskineville eateries, King St. and Newtown, Erskineville and St. Peters station. Ideally we are looking for a couple to move in but will consider a single. The rent for a couple is $550 a week.

Hey guys, I'm currently working full-time on the South Coast and I'm moving to Sydney next month, looking for a fun, friendly place to call home. I'm an easy going, pretty chilled quiet person although I love getting to know new people and can pretty much get along with anyone, I love cooking, going out on the occasional weekend for a few drinks with friends but also love quiet nights during the week and relaxing after work, so if you think we'd get along just shoot me a message!
Me, 38 year young female from The Netherlands am looking for a very private space, must be FURNISHED with a bed and wardrobe closet, a full option kitchen close to supermarkets and public transport (aren't we all...) Allergic to pets and old carpets but love a glas of Sav Blanc and a good read and chat. I am the outdoors type, go for long hikes, love the beach and places with lots of natural light. Also build in wardrobes in the room are a big plus! -Very tidy and super clean if I say so myself -Prefer cooking at home :) -Not the pary type at all! -I do have friends and relatives in Sydney -Positive and cheerful but need also my private moments -Work as an Executive Secretary and am very well organised
I've lived out of the city for a few years (Avalon/Dangar Island) and want to be closer to friends and work in the city so I'm looking for a nice (big) room in the Darlington/Redfern/South side of the tracks of Newtown/erskineville area. Would consider somewhere beachy too! I work in the photographic industry, love nature, I'm honest, clean and love to be around fun people. I'm female and 35. I work from home and at a photographic studio in Alexandria.
I am an extremely relaxed and tidy person who also doesn't mind sitting and having a drink or grabbing something to eat with close friends. I am currently an exchange student at The University of Sydney where I study Anthropology and Sociology. I moved here from Austin, Texas about a month ago and am looking for a permanent accomodation for the duration of my stay in Sydney. You can usually find me studying at a local cafe or at the gym (since Sydney has so many amazing ice cream shops on every corner that I can't help but eat at lol). This is my last semester as an undergraduate student, so I will soon embark on the long journey of graduate school with hopes of becoming an Anthropology professor.
I'm a final year law student at UNSW. I currently work part-time at a law firm in the city and will be starting a full-time role with that firm soon. When I'm not at work or uni, I enjoy baking, going to the gym, socialising and being a nerd.
A large sized 2 bedroom flat in the heart of Erskineville. The building is part of the Erko Apartment complex and the flat is on the 6th floor. The feel is modern, very clean and the flat is only 2 year's old but looks almost new. The living room is large and open planned with a breakfast bar/kitchen bench, room for a six person dinning table and two sofas. Decor is modern and minimalist. Each room comes with it's own bathroom. The room available has floor to ceiling cupboards and room for a double bed and walk around both sides. In regards to storage, there are another two sets of fitted cupboards in the hallway and a lockable cage for additional storage in the car park. Air conditioning is available in living room. There is a parking space available for rent at $250 a month. The bills are minimal and the internet is of a good speed. Erskineville station is only 5 minutes walk away and there is a Woolworth's only 10-15 walk. There is a really nice vibe to the complex - it feels like a little community and a Facebook page set up to discuss the latest that's going on both functionally and socially. Erskineville is pretty quaint although it's only 10-15 minutes walk to Newtown's lively Kings Street.
Im Kevin, im originally from ireland and i am currently working full time. I am neat and tidy and I enjoy cooking, reading and watching movies. At the weekends i like to chill out and catch up with friends and housemates etc.
Hey everyone, I'm Arty! I’m 23, Aussie, employed, well travelled and well rounded 👋🏻 I'm currently looking for a share house "preferably a share home" to join by this weekend "i've just let my lease creep up on me out of nowhere haha " I work full time on Oxford street as a bartender. I usually walk / night bus / uber home and would love to find somewhere accessible by transport or close by :] Id consider myself a very sociable and guy who respect's peoples privacy and space, and also like spending free time with my friends and housemates at home when I can. I'm probably your dream housemate :P I’ve lived out of home 5 years, so no BS. Have had my fair share of being responsible for managing bills and rent in share houses. Am able to pay bond immediately if required, sign a lease and provide advanced rent too. Am free all day before 4pm :] Thanks everyone 💖❤️ Happy house hunting!

Hi guys...my name is Carlos, from Colombia, moved to Australia to study (postgraduate - UTS) and work. I'm looking for a flat to share (preferably with another couple) for me and my wife Viviana who will be arriving on May 2nd to Sydney for study english initially. We've been married for 4 years (no children so far) and we just decided to change our lifestyle for a few seasons and im pretty sure this is the place! :) :) I'm a 'Good music' lover (just not too loud) and like sports and sharing sometimes a glass of wine with friends. We are very social but calmed, tidy and respectful.
Hey there! If you are looking for a tidy, organized, mature, social, respectful and positive teamplayer you have found one. I'm a 31-year-old Finn and will be starting work in North Sydney in April. I'm thus looking for a room (private) as near to it as possible. I'm very passionate about dancing and like singing too, but don't do the latter in the shower ;). You can also count in communication, languages, (future) technology, science, sustainability and neurology as other interests of mine. I don't smoke or consider myself as too much of a cook either so am able to keep smoke out of the kitchen too :D. I'm not a partyer, the energy for that is wasted on exercise and working during the daytime, but I do enjoy a salsa night out every now and then. And when enticed, a beer/wine with flatmates is always welcome. I have a recommendation letter from my former landlord in Finland and you can also check references about me as a guest from AirBnB or scoop on my profile on Facebook. Better yet, give me a ring and do a second degree in person :)
Hey there, I'm a 19 year old guy from Munich, Germany. I finished school last year and like nearly everybody hear in Germany, I want to travel around in New Zealand and Australia. Luckily, I managed to get an internship at a shipping line in Sydney (Pyrmont) from 3rd April until the 30th of June, so I'm able to improve my english skills and gain some work experience. For this period of time I search for a furnished room with some nice mates to talk and to hang out with. :) I'm an easy going person and easy to get along with. In my freetime I'm mostly hanging out with friends, watching TV-series and movies. Feel free to write me a message or an e-mail, if you're still looking for a roommate and think that we could get along with each other quite well. Thanks for reading and hopefully contacting me :) Greetings, Vincent
Close to Newtown, St Peters and Erskineville is our lovely house. It features neat and spacious open-plan kitchen & loungeroom, cute outdoor courtyard with bbq, large bedrooms and numerous transport options right on your doorstep. Also on your doorstep: bustling King Street with all it's glorious shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and bars. Sydney park is 5 mins away, Erskineville shops and cafes is 5 mins away on the other side - and you're in the middle in this in one easily accessible and surprisingly quiet, leafy location. Bedroom details: Here comes the good bit! Huge bedroom that could fit a one-bedroom apartment in it... Easily fits Queen bed, desk, couch, wardrobe etc. (B.Y.O. furniture however, the room is semi - furnished: Wardrobe, desk and bed available if needed ). It's nice and airy with two large windows which overlook courtyard and leafy gardens beyond. You'd be sharing with two others - a South American guy and an Aussie girl - both professionals working full-time in creative industries. We're friends who are both pretty down to earth, quiet during the week due to demanding jobs, social on the weekends, but not huge party animals.. We both like seeing live music, going to festivals, pubs rather than clubs - that kinda thing.. Normally weekdays are quiet but we do enjoy the odd beer or glass of wine here and there midweek. We're clean (but not cleaning psychos) so just clean up after yourself and we'll all get along fine ;). Also note that the house is fully furnished. RENT:* - Cost for one person = $330 per week - Cost for two people sharing = negotiable. - Rent is paid via direct debit fortnightly (internet and bills not included - these are super reasonable however). *Ideally we're looking for one female professional to take the room, but it's also big enough for a couple... BOND: = 3 weeks rent If you're interested, please send us an email with some details about yourself (name, age, phone, profession etc) and we'll get back to you to arrange a time to come view the room.
I've been living in Sydney for 6 years now (I'm french), love that city and planning to stay here for the next couple of years! I'm working as a research scientist at the University of Technology Sydney. I'm an easy going person who love to hang out but also like to have some private time. Always smiling and very curious (happy to discuss about anything)! I'm looking for a house to share with 2-3 people max (no backpackers!).
Hi, I am a 20 year old physiotherapy student from the Netherlands. I will start my internship on April 24th - August 25th. I am looking for accommodation in the Roseberry area. I enjoy socializing and sports, but can enjoy peace and a good book just as much. Robert
Hi there! My name is Bec and I currently work full time in Human Resources on a large infrastructure project located in Sydney. I'm looking for new home for myself and my (part time) 10 year old rescue terrier - Nahla I am quiet, respectful, mature and easy going. I currently live in a lovely share house in Stanmore and need to look for a new place as the lease is sadly coming to an end! Overall, I'm looking for a home around the inner west where I can be close to a few nice cafes and parks. I'm very clean and tidy, and overall a very considerate person. A normal working week for me is that I generally leave for work around 7 and get back around 7 after gym. In addition to this, I usually I'll have around 1-2 meals during the week out with friends. I'm pretty chill on the weekends which usually consist of catching up with friends out and about and trying out some new and exciting places to eat, I have a weakness for gelato! A little more info on little Nahla is that she is toilet trained and a very quiet dog. I currently share her with my former partner and have her three weeks on and three weeks off. She has lived her life and is at a point where she spends her days doing rotations from lying in the sun to the shade. She is to her hearts content sitting on the lounge with some cuddles to keep her happy! Cheers :)
