It's a modern apartment with all modern conveniences and a beautiful view from the 6th floor over the trees of Erskineville. The living room, laundry, kitchen and balcony are all furnished. The available bedroom is unfurnished except for a built-in wardrobe. There's a desk and chair in there at the moment (see pictures) which you can either keep in there or I can move them down to the basement storage. There's ducted air-conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room. There's an awesome BBQ for weekend afternoons. There's a public rooftop with plenty of chairs and a view over the city. The apartment has one underground car bay which is available for the new housemate. I use a bike to get around, so the car bay is otherwise empty. The apartment is secure and on a quiet street. The building itself is less than 2 years old and full of young hipsters and small dogs. It's a 10 minute walk to the Erskineville train station and high street, 15 minutes to King Street, Newtown.
I'm Alex. I've just returned from a sabbatical year in Netherlands and looking for an inner suburb/beach place. I work as a director with a creative group in Alexandria, and social life is usually in the area.
Sunny room in terrace house, quiet street. Close to train, bus and Newtown's cafes/bars. Friendly, down-to-earth people. Room is 3.6 x 3.6 m (pretty big). Courtyard garden and plenty of parks nearby. Great location. Quiet but close to everything. We're flexible about move in date.
I'm a New Zealander studying Software Engineering in Christchurch. For the summer I'm working as a Software Development Intern at Atlassian in the CBD. I'm a quiet and tidy person who enjoys indoor bouldering and reading in my spare time. I'd also like to get more into surfing during my stay in Sydney. I'm looking for a private room from approx 18-November -> 15 February :)
Mid twenties from the south coast of NSW. I love cooking, getting outdoors, checking out new restaurants and the occasional party. Easy going and looking for the same in housemates. In an ideal world, rent would be max of $350/w. I’m into cooking, eating, and wine. I like pretending I keep active and working hard through the week to earn a well deserved break on the weekend.
Hi! I am moving from Perth to Sydney for work and looking for a place to call home from about mid November. I am an insurance broker and work full time. I have lived in plenty of share houses so know the drill. I am clean, easy going, friendly and respectful. I am sociable and like a good chat but also like my alone time. Looking for some like minded roommates and excited to meet some new people. In my free time I usually go to the gym and I love to eat. I enjoy some downtime at home and like to read or watch a movie but also up for a dinner or a night out. Always happy to sit down for a cup of tea or a wine. Flexible on the weekly rent.

Hey everyone! I’m coming up to Sydney from Canberra for an internship in January, so I’m looking for a nice, quiet place to stay for a month. I’m studying science at uni, and I love to meet new people and have fun. That being said I’m very quiet most of the time! Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hi I'm Bec, I work full time at an accounting firm in the CBD. I'd describe myself as an ambivert, I love to get to know people but also can respect people's space. In terms of cleanliness I'd rate myself an 8 on the 1 to OCD scale. I'm an early bird during the weekdays and I will spend most of my time at work during the week. During weeknights, I'll usually take it easy and watch some guilty pleasure shows or have a friendly chat over some wine. On weekends, I enjoy brunches, hiking, the beach, festivals, spontaneous road trips etc. During the evenings on the weekend, I do enjoy a party every now and then or even just a fun night in with a glass of red. I always clean up after myself and generally like the place to be tidy. I also am very fair and dependable and will always hold up my end of a bargain. In general, I'm an open person and I love to chat with people but also can respect your space. My typical week includes working 9 am- 6 pm, Monday- Friday. I'd prefer to find flatmates with a similar schedule.
Hi, I'm Laura, I'm from Colombia and I'm looking for a room, shared or single while I'm in Sydney, preferably in the CBD, no bunk beds please! I like to live in a tidy and clean space, I am very organised as well. Don't hesitate to contact me, promise I'll be the best roomie you'll ever meet :D
Hi! I work in health, moving from the northern beaches to be closer to friends in the inner west and work in St Leonards. I love the water - coastal walks, swimming, etc.. I am sociable but also like downtime. Would be happy to socialise with housemates sometimes but also like to do my own thing. I’m respectful, straight-forward, and not into drama. I have a little dog who will be moving with me. She’s a gorgeous 7 year old shih tzu jack russell. She was rescued from a pretty horrible life so she’s pretty timid but so well behaved and everyone who meets her thinks she’s pretty great.
