My name is Maddy, I'm 23 years old and I work part-time as a medical receptionist. I'm also currently looking for more work. I like to keep to myself but also enjoy good conversation over a cup of tea. Hobbies include medieval reenactment, baking, jewellery design and rock climbing. Let me know if you'd like to know anything else about me.
I'm a 29 year old British guy who's been in Australia for 7 months. I work in the city as an architect and my practice is sponsoring me so I'm around for the long haul! During the week I'm pretty busy with work but love to come home and relax with a glass of wine and some good food! I love getting out in Sydney and think it's one of the most amazing cities in the world so I am always game to explore and find somewhere new, Bit of a foodie so very much up for dinner and drinks. When I'm not working I'm busy flitting round Aus getting to know the place. I'm a pretty outdoorsy person so hiking, the beach and rock climbing are all things I like doing. As I am looking to emigrate to australia I am looking for a place to call home for the medium term. Somewhere that is comfortable and friendly after a busy week and a great base to get out and explore from.
Hi everyone, this is my brand new, three bedroom apartment in the heart of Erskineville. Less than 10 minutes walk to Erskineville train station, King St in Newtown, Sydney Park. Shopping, food, drinks, great coffee, open space for sport, running, picnics, etc. I'll be your only flatmate, so the place won't feel crowded at all. YOUR BEDROOM: Your bedroom is spacious (4.0m x 3.7m floor space), with built-in wardrobe. The bedroom will easily fit a double or queen bed and furniture like bedside tables and a desk. There's a built-in wardrobe and if you need additional storage, there's always the spare room and the storage cage in the basement. Please note the room is being rented UNFURNISHED (despite the photo). YOUR BATHROOM: The bathroom is large and modern and you'll have it all to yourself. THE APARTMENT: The apartment has a large living space and north-facing balcony that gets loads of morning and afternoon sun. The kitchen is spanking new with Smeg oven and cooktop, so great for budding home chefs. Other mod cons such as washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, big-screen tv, living and dining furniture, are all in place so all you need to bring is your bedroom furniture. If you have particular pieces you'd like to bring with you, happy to accommodate as well. The 3rd bedroom will be kept as a spare room / occasional guest room. It has loads of storage space which you are welcome to use. BILLS: Rent includes internet (NBN), electricity and gas bills. If you'd prefer to pay your bills separately, I'm happy to discuss and we can agree a lower rent. YOUR IDEAL ATTRIBUTES: You're relaxed and easy-going. You're social but also respectful of people's space and privacy. You're tidy and considerate. You know how to recycle properly (e.g. separating your hard and soft plastic) You'll have a steady job, ideally full-time.
I am a fourth year PhD student at the University of Sydney. I am an outdoorsy person who is fond of animals. I like an apartment clean enough to feel comfy and not stick to surfaces and I am willing to do my share to keep it that way. Since it's my last year I am pretty busy with my PhD and am not looking for party accommodation. I am quiet and reliable.
Hey there - I am Andrew, a 28yo Male who works in IT Consulting by day, typically 9-5 but varies depending on what project i'm on. I'm Into cars, board games, tech and youtube. Have lived in sharehousing before so i'm good in that regard :) Outside work I enjoy catching up with friends, social sports, the odd wine here and there and eating out with friends, some tv/youtube and a cheeky DotA game. Looking more for a 'homely vibe' and not just a place to stay. A place where we all have our own things going on, but also the odd catch up / wine and dinner is great.
I'm coming to Sydney from melbourne to Work on Sydney Festival as a music programmer which I do every year. I’m 30, I work long hours and take pretty regular trips back to melbourne on weekends so you probably won’t see me a whole lot but I’m pretty social when I’m around and like to have chats/drinks/dinners with Flatmate’s when I can. I also get access to lots of tickets through the festival which housemates are always welcome to!
Hi! My name is Amara. 25 and working full-time in Sydney CBD. I’m clean, tidy and respectful. Always keen for a good laugh and trying new things. Outside of work I enjoy keeping active (gym, yoga, hikes) with friends. I’m usually really busy, out and about so ideally would be looking to enjoy down time at home 😊

Hi, I'm a tidy , organized & sociable person. The good thing about living with me would be that I have a diverse range of interests and prefer to engage in activities when I have the time. On any given day I might get in some gym time before heading off for some weeknight karaoke in the city ( I don't myself sing, more of a spectator). Alternately I'm game to gown to down to the beach or do a little trek and find a good party later. Currently my 2018 plan is to learn how to ride a bike, hopefully I can add cycling to my list after that. Somedays I might just stay home, cook and have a movie marathons with my mates.

I get along well with different types of cultures. if you get to know me I'm very outgoing and have a big heart . Hi! I’m Laura looking for a room with my boyfriend Eduard. We are both architects from Barcelona on our late 20s. Eduard is moving from Melbourne to teach at the UTS and I’m moving from Barcelona to look for a job in an arch studio. We are pretty relaxed and open-minded and liked to live in a shared house with a nice atmosphere. We like to share meals, drinks and good conversations with our housemates but also need our own private space sometimes, nothing out of the ordinary :)
Hey you, yes you. Are you looking for someone cool, calm and laid back? Someone who respects you and your privacy but also likes to get loose for a chill sesh every now and then? Even accompanies you for a good night out? Oh and someone who cooks and cleans after himself? Yeah you came to the right dude. So lets just get together, rent a nice place for ourselves and spice our lives up. PS: I just started my 3rd year at Macquarie. Shits getting real.
Very reliable and conversational/sociable but also like my alone time every now and then. I’m really into my music and sing around the house a fair bit. I work 40+ hours a week including weekends, so I won’t be home through the bulk of the day. Would really love to live with people that I could get on with rather than people I just pass in the kitchen with an awkward “morning” and a half smile.
I've been travelling for the past 7 months and sharing accommodation with others so I'm accustomed to meeting new people and adapting to new environments easily. I am independent yet still enjoy company. I like to keep my space clean and tidy, so we won't be having annoying conversations about dirty dishes, etc. I'm a non smoker and like to keep fit and health. I'm a yoga teacher as well as studying anthropology and french. I like to live in a place that I feel relaxed and comfortable in.
I'm a really nice, fun girl from Sweden who likes it clean and quiet since I have to be up really early for work. I'm hoping to become good friends with my flatmates and be able to just chill with them, maybe cook together and have a laugh, but I also really enjoy just hanging out by myself. I like going out for a drink, but not hosting parties. I value my own privacy and also respect others'. Looking for a private room somewhere inbetween Newtown and Padstow, everything is interesting!
Hiya! Im Haley! Im 30, work full time at Qantas (generally 9-5) and am looking for a new place to call home. Im pretty chilled, try and get to the gym a few days a week and binge watch whatever is popular. Like a glass of wine and a chat about my day with fellow housemates but also am weary of personal space and know when its quite time. Ive been house sharing in Sydney for 10 years so more than capable of cleaning up after myself and any other chores. No pets, but love animals so more than happy to have them around.
Hi I'm Jasmine! Friendly and caring person that gets along with people and likes to help out. I enjoy being social and exploring the world around me. As a housemate I've been told I'm fun, respectful and like to get to know who I live with. I Always pay rent on time and clean up after myself so no worries there, my budget is $170wk and looking for long-term accommodation aka more than one year. I'm a non-smoker and don't own pets :) Message me if interested in a chat.

A laid-back, easygoing and clean guy looking for a private room, ideally not too far from USYD. I'm 24, from Hong Kong, currently a full-time law student. I've got a pretty heavy study load, so don't have to worry about me throwing parties and making a mess etc. Though I won't mind joining roommate's party once in a while. Also, respect for personal space and privacy is essential, but I'm up for sharing a few drinks in spare time or chatting about random stuff, like the last season of GOT or whatever, lol. I enjoy the idea of living at a 'home', not just some motel where ppl comes and goes.
