Hi I'm Hannah! I am - a marketing student at UTS - clean and reliable with rent - easygoing and can cop some banter - appreciative of our own privacy but still want to go for coffee and have dinner together sometimes - working at a gourmet donut shop (free donuts for living with me 😎) I'm looking for - a chilled group of gals who want to share a home and be friends not strangers - private room in existing place or we can find a new one together - a place with easy access to transport, max 30 min to get to central (preferably less but willing to compromise for a beaut place) - bathroom shared with only one other - move in in late January (lease ends around the 20th but happy to move in February) stay for at least a year I know it's impossible to judge someone over a tiny bio, so if you think it could work please get in touch I'd love to get to know you before we move in together. Ps. Sorry in advance for the shit jokes
I am a full-time PhD student in human movement sciences and I will be freshly arriving in Australia at the end of August. I'm easy going and I love being outdoors. The best part of living with me is that I love to cook and I'm pretty good at it too (I spent a year in the south of France too). Additionally, I speak 3 languages fluently (Dutch, English and French) and I would love to add Spanish to my list soon.
Hi! My name is Connie, I’m a 26-years old girl from Chile. Back in my real life I’m a psychologist, but here I work full-time as a warehouse manager for an awesome start-up. Netflix has become one of my best friends, but here I’m trying to put that on pause and go outside to discover all the amazing places Sydney has to offer. I don’t drink, don’t smoke — but I definitely enjoy having a nice conversation that includes some good laughs (and I’m also a pretty good dancer). Since I’m working full-time, I plan to stay here for a while, so I’d like to find a place I that feels like home. And if it’s on a walking distance from my job, that’s even better.
The room is big enough for 2 friends or a couple! @$420p/w Close to Newtown, St Peters and Erskineville is our lovely house. It features neat and spacious open-plan kitchen & loungeroom, cute outdoor courtyard with bbq, large bedrooms and numerous transport options right on your doorstep. Also on your doorstep: bustling King Street with all it's glorious shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and bars. Sydney park is 5 mins away, Erskineville shops and cafes is 5 mins away on the other side - and you're in the middle in this in one easily accessible and surprisingly quiet, leafy location. Bedroom details: Here comes the good bit! Huge bedroom that could fit a one-bedroom apartment in it... Easily fits Queen bed, desk, couch, wardrobe etc. (B.Y.O. furniture however, the room is semi - furnished: Wardrobe, desk and bed available if needed ). It's nice and airy with two large windows which overlook courtyard and leafy gardens beyond. You'd be sharing with two others - We're 2 friends who are both pretty down to earth, quiet during the week due to demanding jobs, social on the weekends, but not huge party animals.. We both like seeing live music, going to festivals, pubs rather than clubs - that kinda thing.. Normally weekdays are quiet but we do enjoy the odd beer or glass of wine here and there midweek. Just clean up after yourself and we'll all get along fine ;). Also note that the house is fully furnished. * Undercover parking available ( negotiable ) RENT:* - Cost for one person = $350 per week - Cost for two people sharing = $420 - Rent is paid via direct debit fortnightly (bills not included - these are super reasonable however). BOND: = 3 weeks rent If you're interested, please send us an email with some details about yourself (name, age, phone, profession etc) and we'll get back to you to arrange a time to come view the room.
Hi all, I have been living in Sydney for almost two years. I moved here from South Australia for work. I am an easy going person, have a few hobbies, play sport (basketball and indoor soccer) and work in the city as a commodity trader. I work shifts which can mean long hours but that doesn’t stop me from being social when I can. Would like to live with people that enjoy a good friendship but enjoy time to themselves as well. I definitely appreciate a clean house so I clean up after myself.

Hi, I am 27 years old Polish moving to Sydney at the end of January. I've just got visa to work and live in Australia, and I'd like to spend some time living and working in a new place - getting to know the culture, people and places. I keep my space tidy, I don't smoke, and I respect other flatmates. I am a relatively quiet person and I like spending my free time on watching TV series after hard day at work. I don't mind spending some of my time on chatting with flatmates. Ideally, I would work during week and do some sightseeing during weekends or holidays.
Heya! I'm keen to join up with some social humans and find a place together. Looking for something more long-term and people who wanna talk with each other as opposed to just live together. At the same time, of course, I respect people's space and time alone. Message me if this sounds like your sort of thing! I want to move in somewhere early February 2018 (: H
Hello everyone , I am polite, well mannered, super clean, friendly, caring and very considerate! I am very respectful to others , private and a positive happy person! Been in Sydney about a month on 2years skilled migrant working visa and currently staying in the hostel which is driving me crazy 😔! I have a good job , I am a nurse (St Vincent) and work 10am to 7pm weekdays and one night shift on the weekend! I can be quiet at times as I am a shy person ( not boring by any means haha, just shy ☺️) but once I am comfortable I am pretty fun 🙈 I enjoy almost everything life have to offer, I am a calm reasonable and sensible person ( as my friends would tell you) but I don’t mind a casual fun times , I am always smiling, and love to cook especially for others (a culture thing-I am from Haiti) I love music , gym and socialising with friends ( although I haven’t made any here in Australia yet) I prefer my own room and not sharing with anyone else! My own bathroom will be a plus but if I like the place I could share! I need a place which is close to public transport and not far from the city! I am still learning my way around and everything still looks the same! Been lost few times already 😂 I am a good person! Thank you
LISTED 17/12. NO COUPLES. NO EXCEPTIONS. We have a semi-attached granny flat available for rent, and it come with a private bathroom! This is a lovely, quiet community and you'll never hear much noise even at night. Brimming with funky cafes, bars and upmarket pubs (just a stones throw to Newtown too) you'll always have something to do here! The room will be available from the 5TH JAN 2018. Viewings will BE FROM 5:30PM, 19TH DECEMBER 2017. Our abode is small, and probably not suited to someone hoping to bring lots of personal items, or large appliances. There is some furniture up for grabs for a small price too if you're looking to move in without alot of stuff. The bond is $935 and rent is $280 p/w paid fortnightly. There is no parking (its the inner west, of course there isn't) but street parking which is quite limited. The granny flat has its own entry by ways of a side gate entrance, although we love our housemate to use the kitchen as its their home too. No pets unfortunately, but a pet lover is a must! The two other rooms are occupied by myself, Cate and the wonderful Zia. We both work full time at the local doctors and enjoy a good Gin! We are both chill people, so are not looking for hardcore party goers. Ideally, we're looking for someone who enjoys their own company, (yet up for a chat with their cool housemates) is considerate of noise, clean and respectful. We've got a small house stocked with all you could need ! There is very limited space so nothing large could possibly fit in the house. There is a small up and coming veggie patch in the courtyard, so a garden enthusiast would be great. Close to two train lines - McDonaldtown and Erskineville stations - 4 pubs within walking distance - 8+ cafes in walking distance - Deli, pharmacy, post office, convenience store and green grocer within 50m - 5 minute walk to Newtown's King Street - Two bus stops less than 50m from your front door - A number of great parks, walking tracks and bicycle lanes. - About 10 minutes to central station from either line. - Delicious Thai restaurants and Local eateries for dinner. - Room equipped with Air Con, Wardrobe, Laundry If this sounds delightful then shoot us a message, with a bit about yourself! we will require a bit of a bio for any applicants so please do not just write a one worded response! Cheers, Cate and zia

I'm a sculptor, photographer and I work as a freelance photographers assistant. I have my own workshop in greensquare so won’t be making a mess at home. Some of my work can be seen on www.woodsee.com I'm hetero, a bit deaf and wear hearing aids. I'm fairly quiet and have been told i'm very easy to live with. I have lived in a number of different share houses and remain good friends with many of my previous flatmates. I'm happy to socialise and will respect your belongings and space. I'm pretty neat, I love to cook, listen to music, beer, wine and conversation. Im interested in art, theatre and Netflix binge sessions. Must be 420 & LGBTQI friendly as I have zero interest in living with people who don’t realise it’s the 21st century.
Hey I’m P, 26, currently living in the inner west. Moved here to Sydney from Melbourne for work early this year and work full time in sales. I'm reliable, well travelled and open minded. I enjoy a quiet night in whenever i'm not working as well as an occasional night out. Respectful of other's privacy and space but always up for a beer/glass of wine! Looking for a private room with ensuite and ideally a parking space. Also open to team up and find a place with someone like minded.
Come and check out our cosy terrace in Erskineville, 5 minutes' walk from St Peters station, plus awesome bus connections to the City/Coogee Beach/most places that your heart desires. We're also just a few minutes' walk from all the lovely cafes and restaurants on King St, with no shortage of options for brunch/lunch. Our local supermarkets are Aldi and Woollies at Marrickville Metro, or you could stroll over to Marrickville markets if that's what gets you going. The room for rent is on the ground floor, with plenty of storage space. You get a lovely breeze coming through the window and the hatch above the desk, perfect for hot summer afternoons! The house itself is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped, so you wouldn't need to buy a thing. Current furniture in the bedroom is a mattress, bedframe and bedside table. Happy to negotiate a price for these if you'd like to buy them! Bond is four weeks rent. The room is available from 1st January-Mid February. Dates are flexible.

I'm 35. Work temporarily in hospitality so my hrs vary at the moment but will be on regular human hours as soon as possible. I'm very clean and considerate of other people's space. Not a party animal however I do like to socialise. Would be nice to find housemates on similar wavelengths. I would love to find housemates that are somewhat minimalist and do not tend to hoard. Clear house, clear mind!
