I’m 26 and have just moved to Sydney from Perth for a full time Architecture job. I’m looking for long term accommodation to commence as soon as possible, either in an existing sharehouse or with some like-minded people looking to set up a new sharehouse. Hoping to find a sharehouse in the inner West (near the train line would be great) up to $270 a week for the room or $300 including bills, sharing with 2 or more housemates preferably of around the same age. Garden or courtyard would be a real bonus. I like to spend my spare time between indoor rock-climbing, heading to the beach, having a quiet drink, checking out bars and cafes, playing games with friends and watching movies and TV. I’m pretty easy going and considerate and a bit of a creative type, happy to have my own space and chill out but also enjoy a good laugh and am looking to spend some time with my future housemates and make some new friends in Sydney. Have a large TV, amp and speakers and a few gaming consoles I’d be happy to share but also more than willing to contribute to appliances if the house is in need of anything new. I’m free to inspect properties any time on the weekend as well as after work. Please let me know if you are interested! Cheers, Wes
Hi I'm Brooke and I'm a 2nd year uni student at UTS studying finance and international studies. Ideally I would like to move in around mid/early March 2017 for the start of the semester as I'm travelling overseas in January/February. Looking for somewhere for a minimum of 3 months but would like somewhere for 9 months or longer Currently work as a waitress, real estate receptionist and tutor. Love to paint, cook, stay active, drink wine/coffee and visit art galleries. Always keen for a chat but respect peoples privacy Clean and tidy, always pay my bills on time Looking for a place that feels like home and would love to move into a friendly house :)
I'm pretty friendly and chilled, very mindful of others and would love to be friends with my flatmate, share a dinner or a few drinks every so often. I'm not a party person, but will sometimes have friends over for baking purposes (or eating of said baking) but usually pretty quiet at home. I have a wide range of interests and do enjoy spending the night on the couch watching/marathoning TV shows or movies. I've lived in different countries a fair bit so there's always something to talk about. I'm (in theory) very creative, but also a procrastinator when it comes to creating. I enjoy creative writing, my flute (sometimes), karaoke, and tasty food.
I've just finished my Masters of Radiography from Sydney University and will start working at RPA in the new year. I am originally from Melbourne. I am looking for a room big enough to fit queen bed and I have a car so will need some sort of parking, happy with street parking though. I am a friendly, well travelled girl who is a clean and respectful housemate. I love the beach and try to keep a relatively healthy lifestyle.

Hey, My friend and I are looking to team up with a third person to start a new house. I'm a web developer working in Redfern and he is a service manager working down near Cronulla. We're looking to share with someone sociable but we'll keep it fairly quiet during the week since we have to live like adults these days :/ I've moved around a lot between the UK, Canada, New York and Sydney so I've shared a lot of places and never fell out with any one :) Here's a link to my buddies profile: https://flatmates.com.au/F1706861

I can always offer an advice or two about diet, supplement, nutrition and fitness ;) I am totally pet friendly,if u have pets it is cool :) I particularly love dogs and they generally love me back ;)
Hi I'm Robbie. I'm 32. I'm a friendly, down-to-earth, easy going, super fun-loving guy with a very infectious laugh who likes to keep active, stay fit and I'm incredibly social. I'm still fairly new to Sydney as I only moved here from Adelaide in August this year to kick-start my career as an Architect. Up till now I've been renting a studio on my own in St. Leonards - but I'm now looking for a housemate/s to move out into either an existing place with or to team-up and find a new place to move into. Even though I'm a busy guy and I work pretty hard, I also know how to have a good time and I like to surround myself with like minded people. I like to spending a lot of time with friends and family, entertaining & dining out, checking out new bars, cafes and resteraunts, watching movies, music, cycling, the beach, swimming and formula one. If you think we would be good housemates shoot me a message or feel free to give me a call.
Hi! I'm an English girl looking for a room with social and respectful flatmates. I'm really easy-going and enjoy a good night out just as much as a night in with a good film, glass of wine and pizza. I'm a very liberal person and get along with just about everyone. I'm an animal lover, aspiring writer and adventure seeker. With my current room let up at the end of December, I'm looking for somewhere cosy and tidy, with friendly people to spend the next few months before I go travelling in March. I look forward to hearing from you :)

You will also sign an agreement with me, basically saying how much bond and rent is etc. This is to ensure transparency.
Respectful & clean Commercial Pilot, looking for something a little closer to the city. I travel for work alot, but when home I like things to be quite relaxed. I don't mind a party once in a while but certainly too old for a party house! Prefer Erskineville, Newtown, Redfern or Surrey Hills/Darlinghurst general area. Ideally from 10th Jan onwards, and available to view until 19th Dec. Flexible on dates however to secure the right place with nice people :)
Just moved from Perth, for my job at a Share Registry in Sydneys CBD. I'm a laid back person who enjoys watching tv, going out to pubs or a nice day out exploring Sydney. I'm not the best cook but I am a tidy person.
Hey I'm Becky. I'm orking in the city, play soccer and looking for a share house starting mid-Jan :)
I generally like having quiet nights, watching Netflix etc, although I can also be very sociable with the people I'm around. It would be great to live with people I could potentially become friends with. I'm going to be working full time in urban planning, so feel free to rant to me about how much you hate Sydney transport. I love to cook and experiment with different cuisines and I'm pretty particular about cleanliness too.
Alright, I'm Alex, 25 years old and work in digital marketing. Originally Scottish but have been living in London for the past few years. I'm transferring through my current company to Sydney in the new year and looking for an relaxed and tidy place to stay. I'm extremely easy going and get along with pretty much everyone. It would be great to live with people I can have the occasional drink and dinner with but likewise, I'm pretty independent and happy to do my own thing so respectful of people's own space and privacy. I'm active and social and a big fan of music, film and of course, wine (pretty generic description, I know...).
Lloyd and I have been living in Erskineville since January 2016 after moving from Melbourne. I am a vet nurse and Lloyd an electronic engineer. We both love to socialise and go out and discover new clubs, and love it when some Drum n bass comes to Sydney! We equally like to chill at home watching tv or cooking with housemates. We are both clean, tidy and very respectful of our housemates. Would love to live with like minded, liberal people and even a furry friend!
We are a really relaxed friendly couple. We like a little socialising on the weekends cooking watching movies doing sports. We'll both be working hard so we wount be around too much in the week. We like to have a good friendship with the people we live with so its nice to able to all sit down to eat together time to time. We're looking for somewhere for around 2-3 months
My name is Emy and I'm from England and just turned 30. I work as a portrait photographer in and around Sydney and have spent some time this year traveling the country in my van & seeing lots of cool places. I am on a working holiday visa but will be changing visas next year to be able to stay in the country for longer. My boyfriend is called Michael and he's 28 and is Australian (from Dubbo originally). He works full time as a video editor for a wedding video company. He's lived in Sydney for a while and studied film here. He also works on short film for film festivals in-between his editing job. We don't smoke and I don't drink (just really don't like the taste!). Michael only drinks a little bit. We are both into eating good food and like to cook (always wash up after we have eaten!) After work we tend to cook food and chill out with netflix, or go out for dinner or cinema. We both try to keep fit and I regually go to fitness classes in the city. On days off from work we catch up on sleep, socialise and take trips out to the beach or shops. We are both pretty chilled out and don't like drama so are looking for a friendly and chilled out place to live. I'm pretty chatty where as Michael is quite shy so it takes him a while to get chatty with new people! But we are both super friendly and positive people who are clean, tidy and respectful of other people. We totally respect other peoples space and privacy and are looking for the same whilst also being able to hang out with our future flatmates if they want to. We don't have an ideal set amount of time that we would like to live in Sydney so I wrote down 4 months but it's rough! This is because we plan to travel at some point next year but we need to spend some time to work hard and save up for it and we don't know how long it will take! So a flexible lease agreement would be ideal for this reason. Our ideal place would be within a 10 minute walk to the train station and walking distance to supermarkets. Own bathroom and outdoor space like a balcony or garden would be a major plus but not essential. And an apartment that comes with gym facilities or is near to a gym would be even more awesome.
