In life, I’m a considerate, energetic and inherently virtuous music producer, artist manager and academic, with an interest in abstract expressionism, ecology and philosophy. At home I’m neat and tidy, although not over the top; I love to cook, principally to relax; am sociable, yet equally respectful of people's privacy and personal space; am relatively chilled throughout the week, so adore an harmonious home. When I’m not at home or at work, I love the beach, nature, and all things arts; simply indulging a bohemian life overall. On the length of stay, I've an open mind too, as I travel interstate and internationally often, so will happily consider short/medium-term to long-term opportunities. Having lived in various parts of the world, over many years, I’ve a profound sensibility for share housing. With this in mind, I trust my relative age will be no spoiler.
Easy going, reliable, tidy and always up for a friendly chat and a good laugh.
Hi there, I'm currently looking for share accomodation in Sydney. Ideally I'm after a place that is close to a train station for easy access to Central. I prefer a maximum 30 minute door to desk commute and door to airport trip. I've worked in IT for around 20 years and now run my own consulting business in Design and IT Management. Generally I'm quiet and introverted but still sociable. I enjoy an in depth chat, especially about the world, travel, or anything creative. I especially enjoy the company and conversation of creative and open minded people. Although I'm 47, many of my friends are in their 30s. I get along well with people of all ages and have good friends anywhere from late 20s to 60. I'm a non-smoker and a social drinker. I don't drink much but enjoy quality single malt whisky, good craft beer, and occasionally decent red wine. I really enjoy music (live and recorded) and play several instruments - mainly guitar and bass, but also dabble in any other instruments that may be laying around. Other interests include graphic and web design, UI/UX design, tennis, cycling, hiking, and generally getting out into nature, especially to the ocean or the mountains. I enjoy reading when I get the time, mostly non-fiction but some fiction to break it up. I haven't watched TV in over 5 years, so I'm well out of the loop there. I don't mind if housemates watch TV though. I eat fairly healthy meals and as such enjoy cooking my own food at home. I'm totally happy to make a little extra for flatmates if they like what I'm cooking. I've recently returned from over a year of world travel and about to start some new contract work in the Sydney CBD. I currently have a place on the mid north NSW coast in Port Macquarie and I'm looking for a place to live in Sydney while I undertake this work contract. Initially the contract is for 4 months, but has a likely chance of extending. I would be returning to my place in Port Macquarie some weekends as an escape from the city, but will be around all week and possibly some weekends in Sydney. I have many friends around the city so may be out and about some week nights, but will definitely be at home many week nights. I'm up for a social game of tennis with anyone who may be interested and I enjoy getting out into nature, parks, beach etc whenever I get the chance. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people as part of this next phase of my life. Jai (pronounced Jay)
My name's Emma, and I work as a chef at a French Restaurant in the city. I am also a student at Macquarie University. I'm fairly active and enjoy running/ walking and going to the beach in summer. I like socialising with my friends and trying new restaurants. I'm also an avid reader and occasional series binger! I'm tidy and helpful around the house -but still easygoing. I get along with people of all ages and backgrounds. I like to have a friendly relationship with the people I live with. At the same time, I respect other people's privacy and I'm personally very independent and self-sufficient.
Hi, I am a professional, working in the events industry. I usually work Monday to Friday and sometimes weekends. I am clean, tidy and respectful of personal space, but I also like to be social, have a chat and a few drinks. I love to cook and am a vegetarian. I enjoy live music, theatre, art, movies and food.
I'm a full-time chem honours student who also works 25+ hours/week in telco. I'm always one to lighten the mood with a bit of situational humour. I love parties and great music but also cherish some alone time. Looking for a private room in a flatshare with some like-minded relaxed people.
Irish guy been living in Sydney over 4 years. Work full time as a town planner. I enjoy cooking and am neat and tidy. Like having a glass of wine or beer and a chat, movie, theatre, board games, music. Happy to share my Netflix account. Looking for somewhere close to public transport in a modern build with aircon a plus. I Don’t require parking.
The block is situated 5 minutes walk from St. Peter's train station, a short stroll to Newtown, has a gym, concierge, security, tennis & basketball courts, indoor and outdoor pool. Close to Sydney Park and the Grounds. The unit which is situated on the top floor, has reverse cycle air conditioning, built-in wardrobes, an internal laundry, 2 floors, plenty of bathrooms, a balcony, comes fully furnished and swish appliances for all those budding master chefs. So all you need will be a bed. If you don't, that could be arranged for the right flatmate.
I work as an accountant in Alexandria on McEvoy street and currently studying CPA Program as well. I like to relax on weekends with some cycling, brunch at local cafes, binge watching YouTube and finally some exercise in the gym. I'm looking to for a home near Alexandria, currently living in Newington (Sydney Olympic Park) bit far from work. I'm neat, tidy, non-smoker and active guy who pays rent on time. If you have a place to share, let me know, I will be keen to have a look at your place.
Self aware, eco conscious and very chilled. Looking for easy going flatmates who take pride in their home and enjoy a clean, calm environment. I love listening to good music and spend most of my spare time either by the sea, at the local farmers market, live music or practicing yoga. I cook and love a good bottle of red. Bonus points if you have a dog!

Young professionals that are very friendly, easy going and sociable. We work in hospitality and construction. Female from Newcastle, Uk and Male is an Aussie. Looking to rent a room in a house/ flat share on a long term basis.
As a working professional with experience living in share accomodation, I know what makes the ideal housemate. A relaxed attitude towards life, clean, tidy, friendly and low-maintenance. I'm a people person, but enjoy quiet time and meditation too. On the weekends I am out and about, but my partying days are behind me. I love to read, surf, and drink coffee, and am inspired by music and the creative arts.
Master degree student at USYD. Great personality, ZEN and easy to live with, always organized and clean. Have shared flats in cities like: London, Berlin, Beijing, Seattle... made lots friends along the way, ready for new experience;))
I am a clean and organised person, looking for a decent sized room in a suburb close to the city and close to a train station. I would prefer to only live with females. I have a warm and calm personality, am very respectful to others and their space, and appreciate it in return. I work full time in the events and music industry, so I'm a busy person who works irregular hours at times. I love my quiet down time and can be introverted after a long day at work, but also love a great chat (or drink) with friendly people. Looking to move out of home for the first time, so I can grow as a person and gain some independence. I am flexible with move dates as I am not pressured for time. I don't have a dog myself, but I love animals! Ideally, I'd love a large room to fit my piano keyboard in (don’t worry, I will always practice with headphones on), and my own bathroom if possible :)

I am a student studying design at UNSW. I have had many roommates over the years and am good at living with people and prefer a bright and tidy space. The place I am living now has a cockroach problem so I would prefer to move as soon as possible into a place without cockroaches! My term ends mid-May and I plan to travel to Asia in June.
