My name is Amelia, I am a full time IT project manager. I work in the healthcare industry and have done so for about 12 years. I am considerate of people’s space and privacy. I like to keep to myself mostly but do enjoy having a chat and wine/good food. Looking for a (preferably) long term housemate to move into our home - currently just two girls & a majestic cat residing in our quaint place. The house is a 15 minute walk to Essendon Station, 5 minutes to Mount Alexander & Keilor Road trams & busses & a short walk to lots of cafes, resteraunts, a selection of supermarkets & shops, The Linc Hotel & Lincoln Park at the end of the street (where they hold the North Essendon Farmers Markets on Sunday)! We have two living areas, a recently renovated kitchen & bathroom, split system heating & cooling in each room, off street parking, a garage for storage & a decent sized backyard for activities!
The house is double brick, light and bright and showcases wood floors throughout, high ceilings, a kitchen with giant, modern appliances and a couple of extra shared spaces for extra living, creativity or storage. There is also space for two cars in the driveway. The bedroom available is a lot bigger then it looks in the photo. We are located close to Pascoe Vale Rd and Brunswick West. A 3 minute walk to Glenbervie Station on the Craigieburn Line and a 5 minute walk to the number 59 Airport West Tram (stop 43) on Mt Alexander Road. The Backyard is amazingly large with fruit trees and a hills hoist (almost too good to be true!) We have all the furniture/whitegoods but there is definitely some space for new and always room for you to bring your sense of style to the place. The house is large and like a lot of Melbourne places is partly modern, partly retro (our bathroom boasts a delightful lavender bathtub, retro is still cool yeah?). Despite having only one bathroom, the toilet is separate to the bathroom and we generally have no problems securing bathroom time as everyone has their own busy daily schedule. Our lease started in February and ideally someone who wants to stay till the end would suit us best. Real estate is likely to renew. The room is available now but we are looking for the right person. Ideally you would be available to move in by August 20th. Monthly rent is $650. Looking for someone long term.
Hi Guys! I’m a 21 year old actor and animal lover currently living over in Los Angeles. I am returning to Melbourne August 1st and have a few jobs lined up, mainly in Brunswick. I am very easygoing and great to live with, clean and organised and happy to cook for the house every now and again! I’m a foster career with RSPCA so although I do not have my own pet, I will have dogs and puppies at times which will be completely my responsibility. I would love a chilled household, animal lovers preferably and roomies happy to have a glass of wine and hang out every now and again! Message me for more info, would love to chat x Best, Lauren
Heya! I’m currently working full time as a team assistant in the professional services world. I’m always down for a chat, drink Or two and a fun night out but also definitely need my own quiet time.
Hi Guys We’re looking for a new awesome someone in our light filled Essendon house. It’s a 4 bedroom place (for 4 people) and also has two dogs. Looking maybe for a guy just to have a bit of balance, but open to the best fit. Sorry no couples. Leah and I (who are have been here a bit) and Kate who is new, would love to find someone who loves dogs, and ideally be late 20’s to late 30’s+. We're pretty friendly, enjoy occasional drink and chats, so want new peeps that feel the same way. Looking for someone who wants to make the place a home, enjoys open communication, and also (and I know it's obvious but just saying) be clean, responsible, respectful etc... It would be great for you to want to go on the lease (hint, hint). And if you have a doggo, that could work too. The house and room: The room is closer to the back and is 4x3.5, no wardrobe but space for one and probably a desk too. The house has wood floors, high ceilings, double brick (good insulation esp in summer), hydronic central heating, a couple of extra shared spaces for extra living or creativity. There's room for two cars in the driveway, plus the hot water is gas so you always get a hot shower. Yay! We're close to Glenbervie station on the Craigeburn line; bus stops; a little walk to #59 tram; shops and cafes. The backyard is pretty big and has yummy fruit trees. The house feels large and like a lot of Melbourne places are partly redone and partly old. We have all the furniture/whitegoods but there is some space for new. Our lease started in February and ideally someone who wants to stay till the end would suit us best. The realestate is keen to keep tenants in. We have unlimited internet, and bills are reasonable. The bond is a months rent.

She was rescue breeding mum from a puppy farm, always loves affection and is medium sized. I live about my life solely on good vibes :) Would preferably want an unfurnished private room. Message me for more details :)

In my spare time I like to catch up with friends, go shopping, go to the movies, go to markets or visit family in country victoria.

Hi I'm Jaydon. I am relocating from Brisbane to Melbourne to start a new job at the airport. I am looking to move on the 28th July, require off street parking and would prefer to live with only 1 other housemate. I would be staying for minimum 6 months. I enjoy reading, listening to music, tinkering with electronics, hiking and exploring local cultural events. I'm a bit of a jazz enthusiast and I play bass (quietly). If I'm honest, I probably spend most of my time working too much. Most importantly I'm willing to share a glass of wine with anyone. I'm a generally quiet person but appreciate having someone around to talk to and hang out with. I'm very clean and having rented for a long time, I'm experienced in housemate diplomacy.

Hi my name is Samantha (Sam) I am looking for a relaxed and wholesome long-term household for myself and my pet rabbit. I am a self-employed Massage therapist, i also work casually in administration as well as doing a little bit of housekeeping on the side. My schedule varies from week to week. I enjoy getting outdoors, going for walks, creative endeavours, op-shopping & treasure hunting, gardening, a bit of reading and the odd trashy show (we all have our vices) I enjoy being social & having a laugh...and wine... :) however i really value space and time to myself. I will often spend the night away visiting friends or family down the coast (once a week or fortnight) I am honest, respectful & easy to communicate with. I like to keep home a healthy & peaceful space. I am currently housesitting for an old housemate so my move date can be flexible.
