I am relocating from Brisbane to Melbourne for work for 6 months and potentially could be extended. About me, I am 24 and I work as a GP sales rep and often do yoga/gym/sport after work so I am not at home a lot. When I am at home, I like to play computer games and watch netflix. I am financially stable, clean, easily to get along with and enjoys my privacy. Looking for a new furnished place with a bedroom + seperate bathroom/ensuite with no more than 2 other room mates.
Hey everyone! My names Brody and I'm on the lookout for a new place to live. Social, but enjoy my alone time as well. I'm clean, respectful, honesty and a pretty reliable housemate. Also, put a huuuuuuge emphasis on being respectful of others space. All of which are pretty important qualities I seek in other housemates. Don't mind a bev here and there, a few laughs or just chilling out between work and study. Looking for a place, preferably with bills included. I'm a creative type of guy, having studied design at university and now I'm onto my second degree in Marketing. Love music (Rap Caviar's my go to), Netflix and just being creative. I love a bit of footy too. Hit me up if anyone's keen to chat about getting a place or wanting to add me to their housemate fam! Cheers, B.

I am a 28 year old professional who is originally from Canada. I work in the fitness industry and enjoy staying active myself. I am a social person who enjoys everything from reading and downtime to adventures and travelling. I am seeking a comfortable place that I am able to call home.
I'm a responsible guy, really easy-going, respectful of other people's space and expecting the same in return. Of course we can have talks and share some meals and experiences. I love listening to music (different genres), I play a little bit guitar and recently I bought an ukulele to try something new 😉. I like movies (from Hollywood mainly, so I make references to Oscars nominees or winners every time I can), I love football (soccer), play basketball (at least I try to) and recently I bought a bike so I hope to use it a lot. Also I'm taking my first steps into photography. I'd like to share and learn about all these topics in Melbourne, and of course if you want to learn some words in Spanish I can teach you 'mi amigo'. I'm gonna stay in Melbourne for at least one more year and I'm interested in finding a private room, so let me know what you think. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Cheers!!

2 rooms available in large house in Essendon from now until our lease expires July 2018 (with potential to move with us into our next house afterwards). Each room has carpet, built in robe, working blinds and access to two separate shared bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs, only used by 4 housemates total including yourself as the other rooms have ensuites). Bedrooms are unfurnished, but the rest of the house is comfortably furnished, including a huge lounge room with quiet study space (no TV), generous rumpus room with table tennis, TV and guitar hero, and massive kitchen/dining. It's a gorgeous 80's classic building: massive family home with generous backyard and the coldest floor tiles you've ever walked on in winter (nothing our delicious central heating can't fix). A fully enclosed backyard almost the size of a small town block means room for all those lazy summer BBQs! The house has enough rooms for 8 housemates (currently 6 living here). We love this sense of community and ‘doing life’ with others, and hope you do, too! Between the 2 huge living areas, big kitchen, 4 bathrooms, private bedrooms and massive backyard, there is tons of space for people to go about their lives in a very comfortable fashion without it ever feeling crowded. We like to hang out with a wine or beer and eat together, play board games, and talk about all things weird and wonderful. We enjoy each other's company, but are also really good at enjoying our personal space as well, and respect each other's privacy. We are in the process of adopting a beautiful 6 year old pup who gives the best cuddles in the world. She will be the only pet living here and at least while we get her settled into her new life, we'll have to keep it this way. Unfortunately, we can't accept cats due to allergies. Nearby: Buses going to and from train station, 2 minute walk away 2 km to Essendon station - 25-min walk/3-min drive 2-min walk to IGA, pharmacy/chemist, bar/cafe, pizza, chinese 5-min walk to park, public tennis courts 7-min walk to cafes, 24/7 gym, post office 15-min walk to Maribyrnong River and riverside running/walking trails 5-min drive to Keilor Rd & Mt Alexander Rd with lots of exciting boutiques, stores, salons, eateries and drinkeries! We would love to hear from you. Please message us if you think you could be the perfect fit!
I'm a 21, androgynous male, who loves to express their feminine looks more than masculine. I'm studying full time doing a diploma in beauty therapy at Elly Lukas. I'm also a promoter at two nightclubs called Poof Doof and Trill. Originally from NSW Wollongong and moved to Melbourne with my mother and siblings in 2000 and been here ever since. I'm shy and quiet at first but then I become more friendly, flirty, energetic, caring, playful, child at heart and random at times when I'm get comfortable with you.
I am a social person who also likes their own space much of the time. Not a big TV or movie watcher so I will not take up a lot of space in the lounge room. I like to cook and share a meal on occasion and do not mind doing the dishes. I have a relaxed attitude to life and my surroundings and do not hold grudges. I like exercise and have a motorbike and bicycle and enjoy extended walks each day. An engineer by trade I also like intellectual pursuits.
One of the girls is moving out to rent with personal friends and this is where we welcome another person to the house. Moving in cost is bond 392+480 1months rent. You will be going on the lease, which is currently month by month. We have an awesome real estate agent who is easy to communicate with. Room available from the 30/09/2017. We are looking for someone who is a heavy sleeper as there can be a bit of noise at night time. Not the best house if you are seeking a career in law, as we do like to have indulge in a bit of recreational Happy hours. You will share the main kitchen with four other people and the bathroom is shared by three people. The house is really big and yes there is 7 of us living under one roof. Rest assured you will get your space. The bedroom you will be be hibernating in is of a reasonable size. You can fit a double bed, drawer and a make shift wardrobe. Its one of the smallest rooms in the houses but it is very affordable. Parties - Sorry we dont do that. While we like to have the occassional drink and have friends over, its not a place for parties, more chill and drink space. Animals - cats are fine (must be desexed-treated fleas-housetrained) may consider other animals. No dogs, sorry i already tried with the landlord and gave me the thumbs down. Main lounge has a big tv that is used mainly for video games, odd occassion there will be a movie night. It has been a victim of Mario Karts lately. Back deck is slowly coming along with outdoor furniture, we do have a BBQ which was used recently, it is a great area for a small bunch of friends and family to visit.
Amazing apartment with city views from balcony and awesome flatmates to match. Fully set up apartment with fully equipped kitchen and two living areas, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, washer and dyer. Tram stop to the city is right out the door. Your new room is the middle one with built in robe and easily fits a double bed. Surrounding area has plenty of brunch and food options with walking distance, also short drive to Essendon food precinct. Short walk to local shops including, Kmart, Coles, Aldi & Woolworths. Local pool and park is less than 5 minute walk away and great in summer time. Easy street parking. I'm moving states and pretty sad to be leaving this place.
I'm Easy going, fun to be around and got a great humour. I love company and being social. I am extremely clean and love a movie with my 8 year old son. My son tends to come for a visit a few nights a week for two hours and our time usually consists of reading his reader and a bite to eat not to forget a couple of games of uno!! My son also comes in my care on one day over the weekend and it's spent on a day outing event! I get along with everyone and am not shy to introduce myself and make myself adapt to my surroundings.
My name is Emily and I am currently living with my family in a town about an hour away from Melbourne. I am currently working at Melbourne Airport for Tiger Air and am looking at moving closer to the city to allow less travel time to my work. I am not studying this year and am taking a gap year to work and make some money. I also love animals so am happy to be around any! I am a neat and tidy individual and believe that I would be very easy to live with!
I'm 22 looking for a female only housemate to move into an apartment or town house with in Dec/Jan. I work full time as a beauty therapist. If I'm not home I'm usually at the gym or out and about with my friends. If you want to know more just contact me 😊
I'm introverted but friendly, clean but not a neat-freak, respectful of personal space but value social interaction in and out of the house. I study full time at Swinburne Uni in a bachelor of games and interactivity, so I'm very much into playing games and watching film/tv and all that nerdy stuff. I also work part time but will be starting full time work in mid 2018.
Hi, I'm living in Ballarat at the moment but plan to move back to Melbourne to find a job in travel as I've almost finished my Cert IV in Travel and Tourism. I'm pretty friendly, tidy, pay my bills on time and like chatting with others but also enjoy quiet time on my own. Favourites of mine are art and craft, history, period dramas, travel (obviously) and food. Looking for a peaceful household with friendly people. Happy to cook for everyone occasionally, am pet friendly and ready to pitch in with cleaning routines. Let me know if you think I would fit well into your household. Cheers, Rachael
