Ben and I are two students at ACU studying Nursing and Paramedicine (2nd Year). We are looking for a 3rd person to rent with in the Ballarat area. Both of us have already spent time living together in our first year of Uni. We have clean and tidy habits and we are both very friendly. I work part-time and Ben is very involved in many extra-curricular activities with Uni. Ideally we would like to move out around late Jan to early Feb. We would love to hear from you to organise our accommodation.
Very tidy, polite and fun people! Both studying full time and looking for work, so will be out most days. Happy to accomodate whether that be spending time with other housemates or if they prefer to be more private, give space where necessary!
Hi there, I'm a 3rd year nursing/para student at ACU. I like movies, musics and am easygoing, friendly. I currently work down in Geelong on the weekends and in Ballarat during the week. Would love the opportunity to meet with you! :)
Hi! I'm from Brisbane and will be moving down to Ballarat where I'll begin studying a Bachelor of Music Theatre. I have lived out of home for over three years so I have rental history through a real estate agent. I'm a driven young passionate, easy to get a long with person. Other than singing practice I tend to live quietly. I am very respectful of shared areas/others space and wishes in regards to how they prefer to live and roam in their home. In my spare time (aside from immersing myself in Music Theatre) I like to hunt down incredible coffee and regular visits to the pictures. I watch Friends and Harry Potter on a regular basis and I also enjoy reading and the occasional knitting project.
I'm starting work at Ballarat hospital and will be working full time. I'm tidy and conscientious about contributing to my share of the housework. Non-smoker, no pets but I'm happy to live with any. Looking for a place close to work.
We are two females from Sweden who are looking for a double room or two single room in Ballarat. Linda is going to study at Federation University and Josefin will work in Ballarat. We are both very social and easygoing. Looking forward to hear from you!
Hi! I work in customer service in Melbourne CBD . I value all the things great housemates should value, in particular cleanliness, tidiness, a positive outlook and tolerance. My main interests apart from things like coffee and travel and running and good food, are in the arts and humanities. I'm a person who likes to talk to and get to know my housemates - communication is important to me and I'm the least judgemental person on the planet. I'm moving with minimal things and am looking forward to the change!
I'm moving to Ballarat from the u.k for a teaching job. I'm tidy and responsible. I have lived in a house share previously and enjoy the company of others. I tend to spend my evenings quietly to recharge after a long day's work.
Hi! I'm looking for a room to rent or to team up with people to move into a share house! I'm hoping to find people around my age to share with, I'm 23. Don't mind if it's females or males! I'm pretty easy to live. I work part time in the city & then I do full time studies. But I do like to have a good time on the weekend! I'm always busy seeing friends or being out the house! I'm looking to move out as soon as possible.
Hi, I'm 18 and I am looking for a place to live while I study at ACU for a bachelor of Nursing and Paramedics. I love to cook, and I am a tidy person who cleans up after myself. I'm friendly, have a good sense of humour and am easy going.
I am a Graduate Nurse about to start work at the Ballarat Base Hospital in March. I am a friendly person, easy to get along with and I like to bake cakes! I am moving from Geelong and looking for shared accommodation with 2-3 other people, preferably within close proximity to the hospital.

I am coming down from Castlemaine for a course in International Studies at FedUni ! Music is my primary hobby, but there will just be a banjo and maybe a few quiet little gizmos. Looking forward to moving out of home and pulling my weight. I do not drink, smoke, or party. Narcotic-free. I've got a whole bunch of brand new kitchen stuff if needed, or for backups if you're inclined to bend spoons into horse-shoe shapes. As well as that I have a couple books and good spirit. Can move in a bit sooner or later than specified... whatever works for you. Keen to meet anybody interested in having me. Cheers !
I am moving from the Shepparton region to study a course in Business and expand my horizons in a new area. I dabble in various instruments and have an appreciation for music however I am not disruptive and respect others and their space! I am cooperative and groove well with other people and critters, I pay rent on time and am looking forward to doing something new after my gap year.
The room available is of decent size with a walk in closet that connects to the bathroom. Rent is 460 a fortnight, which will be split by both tenants. The house is pet friendly, I have a small dog myself that loves meeting new people. Other pets are welcomed, just need to sign off a form. There is a front and back yard. There is wifi internet and parking. The area is really quiet and I've had no issues for the last two years.
Yo yo. We haven't moved in yet, doing that as soon as we can. It's threw bedroom, all have storage and a pretty sweet back yard. Also 5 minute walk from shops and 10 minute walk to the camp street fed uni campus.
Hey! We are two 22 year old University students. We are extremely laid back and social, we enjoy movies, drinking and games with mates. We are extremely respectful of personal space. One of us is a pretty heavy sleeper and the other doesn’t sleep a whole lot, so we don’t have much of an issue with noise. The room we have available is situated at the quieter end of the house, with our two rooms being at the front with a large living between them. Smoking is allowed outside. The room is the size of a living room with cupboards along one wall. We have NBN unlimited, Netflix, gas heating (including a personal heater for your bedroom), electricity, water, household/cleaning items and toiletries and gardening that is included in the rent price. House is also fully furnished (excluding the vacant room) including a washing machine, fridge, 55inch 3D TV, lounges, dining table and ironing equipment. Look forward to hearing from you, Tara and Rosario Located 2 Minute walk from Ballarat Central Coles and Woolworths
Being located on Black Hill means we have a beautiful view of Ballarat from our front deck! The house is a 15-20 walk from the CBD and a 2 minute walk to a bus stop, post office, Black Hill pub and milk bar. We have central heating which is super important for those cold Ballarat nights and we also have a split system in the lounge and ceiling fans in every room (in case it ever gets hot in Ballarat haha). We have a dog named Teddy so liking dogs is essential! He is a Maltese-Shitzu and he's very cute. Our house is fully furnished (aside from your room) including washer and dryer, all kitchen appliances, and dishwasher. We also have a piano! Although we only have one bathroom the toilet is seperate, and sharing one between 3 people has never been an issue in the past. We are super easy going and would prefer to have a housemate who wants to spend time with us and enjoys the company of others as well as their own space so we can create a family-like feel in the house.
Hi Huge apartment in Ballarat's cbd, in fact it would be hard to be more central! You really can walk outside to all that Ballarat has to offer! The apartment is fully furnished and includes a double draw dishwasher and large washing machine. There's even linen and a fully fitted out kitchen. The apartment is so large that there is space for each tenant to have their own separate office at no extra charge! Nbn, gas and power bills are an extra $25 per week unless the bills are higher than budgeted.
