The house is a bit older but very comfortable, it's rented privately and the landlord largely leaves us to our own devices. It's close to the cbd and for those without transport there's a bus stop literally 2 doors down the road. Cheap rent with bills included, easy going housemate and landlord, but must be okay with animals, as I have a dog and 2 cats. The room for rent has air con in it for warmer months, it's at the back of the house so it's off the street and quiet, comes with a wardrobe and is the biggest room in the house. Unlimited NBN internet is included in the cost of rent. Smoking is okay, just not in the house. Additional pics of the room available on request
Love living here because it's in a nice quiet spot, with only the birdlife creating much noise. It's only a short drive to the cbd/supermarket and Western Freeway. There are two bus lines that run quite close, with the closest stop being about 500m away. The unit is 2 years old so is very easy to keep clean. We have a decent amount of storage in our single car garage. There is astroturf (fake grass) so almost no garden maintenance which is great. The room available nice and bright and a great size, it has built in wardrobes with full length mirrors. Bond is $413. Bills are not included in rent. We have central heating and a split system air con in the open plan living area. We are two students, 29 and 27, I’ve just recently moved into the house and am new to the area, Brooke enjoys catching up with friends, playing volleyball and going for walks. I love getting out and about on the weekends even though at the moment this isn’t happening due to a crazy uni schedule! I love cooking and just getting to know new people. We are both friendly and enjoy a good chat with our housemates but are out and about being quite social also. We are a non-smoking household. We are looking for someone in their 20's or 30's who has lived in a sharehouse before, is social, friendly and tidy. If you are interested to come and check it out/meet us, please send me a text or give me a call. We look forward to meeting you soon

I am looking to move back to Ballarat due to University and starting part time work. I enjoy spending time with friends and family as well as playing netball on the weekends. I'm easy going and happy to be social but also like my own time too. Looking for a property close to the centre of Ballarat due to having to commute to University.
I'm a friendly, conscientious roommate, and like to keep where I live clean and tidy. I'm respectful of space as I like my own downtime but I'm also happy to hang out, watch tv, play boardgames/cards and cook together. I'm new to the area as I'll be starting a job full time as a paramedic, so if you ever need a band-aid I'm your man 😄 It'll also mean I'll work the occassonal nightshift, so if I move in you'll not only have those nights to yourself, but hopefully be agreeable to a quiet environment during the day 😊

I am a young professional who is enjoys being active, getting outdoors, sport and cooking. I work full time as an exercise physiologist/workplace rehab consultant, and I'm moving to Ballarat to start a new job! I am responsible, reliable and pretty mature, and enjoy my own space, but also like having a chat and laugh as well! I am not looking for a party house (no smokers/drugs); just somewhere relaxing, tidy, friendly and fairly quiet where I can chill out and have some banter when needed too!
I’m outgoing, love to socialise and get to know people! Work part time at McDonald’s, as well as a winery, I also occasionally babysit children. I have my licence and a car, am a very neat and tidy person, play a variety of musical instruments, so I could attempt to entertain you 😂 saxophone being my main though! Love to exercise and keep fit and healthy, love to cook up a storm, as well as bake sweets like brownies! Totally into smoothies too, I’ll be studdying the double degree of nursing and paramedicine at ACU (I’ll be 19) which I cannot wait to begin! I am studying paramedicine/nursing at ACU, I am looking for people to share rent with/roommates. Hi, I'm Andy and I'm looking for somewhere in Ballarat to live for the next 6 months or so. I work full time on a rotating 4 day on, 4 day off roster. I tend to keep pretty busy on my days off. I'm extremely easy going, I'm big on keeping clean and tidy and I'm very easy to live with. I am extremely reliable and considerate to others especially in a share house environment. I have 1 dog. A Border Collie called Stella. She is toilet trained and gets on with all types of dogs. She hangs out at my parents whilst I'm at work as well. She is no trouble at all! If I fit what you're looking for then please send me a message. I look forward to hearing from you!

I live and work in Melbourne so I am just looking for a place I can stay whilst I am in Ballarat for Uni (BN/BP at ACU). I will be a second year next with large amounts of placements so there may be periods where you barely see me and others where you see me all the time. I am very social but also like to keep to myself and like my down time. I've lived with a few different places with different people so I know how to live with different types of people, I am very independent but also love to be around friends having a laugh. I'm super friendly and love animals as I have three family pets (none of which I will be seeking accommodation with).
I’m an easy going person who will most likely be working or studying. Respectful of other people’s space privacy and wants! I’m social but also like my alone time, possibly looking to get a pet later on but that’s not on the cards for a bit yet 😊
I am neat, tidy, considerate. I am studying Business at Federation Mt Helen campus. My family live in Bendigo, I have a part-time job at Crust Gourmet Pizzas, I play tennis and basketball. I enjoy football, soccer, playing computer games and going to the movies. I enjoy my own company and am focused on my studies which are my first priority. However, I am socialable but not a 'party animal', so do not want to live in a situation which is noisy and disruptive. I am looking to live in a house which is respectful to all living there.
Hey guys, my names Charmaine 17 ( turning 18 in January) & im looking for a somewhere to live, & move forward with my life. I work at the sporto as a waitress for the time being, I'm neat & tidy. A very energetic person, I like my space but I also don't mind socialising every so often! I'm easy going and a non drinker to the occasion, feel free to chuck me a message 💞
Our house is situated in a very quiet street which is central to Ballarat and within walking distance of many pubs and shopping outlets. The house has a very large backyard which backs onto the Yarrowee River which has walking tracks just metres from our door. There is plenty of on-street parking out the front and a large deck off the side of the house which will be perfect for a BBQ in summer. The bedrooms in this place are very large, however there are no robes. The toilet is seperate to a very large bathroom which comprises of a seperate shower and clawfoot tub. The house will be fully furnished besides from the bedrooms. Bills are not included in the rent, however with being uni students we like to be energy efficient to reduce the costs of these.
