I'm a 19 year female who works as a bartender in Fortitude Valley. I am super easy to live with, I'm a very tidy person who loves to socialise but I also like my own privacy.
The unit is situated in a prime location. It has a bus stop over the road, it's no joke a 3 min walk to Coles, bakery, post office, butchers, fruit market and a large range of restaurants. It's 9km NW from the city and 5.5km from QUT university. It is one of eight units in the block and all the neighbors are friendly, they don't mind when we have people around for drinks & make a bit of noise and they are all relatively quiet also. The actual room for rent is not furnished but the rest of the house is. So all you'll need is some things for your bedroom. It's the perfect place for a student considering how close it is to everything and how cheap the rent is.
My name is Jorma Bushnell, I am a full time Primary School Teacher moving from the Gold Coast to Brisbane to work at Grovely State School. I am an easy going person, talkative and outgoing and like to keep my living space clean. Looking to live with someone of similar nature. Needing a place asap. Looking to move in by the end of this week.
clean, tidy and organized. Social drinker, non-smoker, do not take any drugs. I love animals, can help around the garden and house. I enjoy my own company, however, it would be wonderful to make new friends. I love reading, cooking, art, movies, tennis, swimming, horse riding and bike riding. I try to be healthy and enjoy learning about new places and alternative pursuits.
Hi there, I am a 22 year old female (turning 23). I have completed all my studies and now working full time in teaching (primary). I am respectful, clean and easy going. Love the occasional wine and socialise but also like my downtime as well. I live what I like to think an active and healthy lifestyle. I am looking for like minded people. Ideally, I'm looking at places that are more on the modern/newer side and my own bathroom. My current lease is due to run out on March 16th but may find someone to fill my current room earlier. If you think I'll be interested in your listing or would like to team up, please feel free to contact me. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you. Annie

Hi, my partner and i are looking for a room to rent. A little about us, im 24 and studying a double degree at QUT. I also work part time (about 30hrs p/w) in retail. My partner works full time in south brisbane. We are both active people who get to the gym about 4-5 times a week so between work/study and gym we are rarely home but when we are we like to just relax, not party animals at all. We are considerate of others space but also dont mind socializing after work or on the weekend.
Hi! I am looking for a place with a suitable backyard for a medium-large sized dog. I'm chill as, love the beach, music, adventures, animals, I am vegan (I'm mentioning this because I would like who I live with to be cool about this). I am very tidy, I look after my own mess and believe in an equal household. I would love to live with people who are Kind, laid back, respectful, and down for a laugh.
We have a puppy named Axle who you will fall in love with. Trust me. Also have an eight years old cat named Jagermeister. Both of us have lived in and around brisbane for years. We arent the party type but still like to have friends around the house a bit. Would prefer our own bathroom and garage space fenced yard a must.
Quiet house that is close to shops and public transport. Teralba park is just 100 metres down the road, Brookside and Everton Park shops are a couple minute drive each. Close to the Mitchelton train station, and there are also bus stops nearby. The room available is the master room with an ensuite, and opens onto the backyard. It also has its own aircon!! You'll also have use of the internal garage. The room is partially furnished, but if you don't want to use anything that's been left behind the former housemate will clear it for you.
Hi there, looking for 1 or 2 people to help cover rent. The place is massive, so plenty of space to do your own thing. It's a really nice place to live, very calming and lots of airflow through the house. The street is nice and quiet but shops are only 100m down the road (woolies, gym, Charlies fruit & veg, donut time + the rest.) I have a chicken coop in the backyard. They're pretty fun to watch. The yard is completely fenced so bonus points for anyone with a dog. The place has everything already but you're welcome to bring whatever you want (bed, furniture, whatever) There is heaps of storage space downstairs in the garage just in case. Other noteworthy stuff included: Netflix , very fast internet connection, PS4 with many games, weber q bbq. The inside paint job is a bit too funky for most people's taste but I like it and the owners are fairly forgiving when it comes to hanging things from the walls. There are two rooms available just so you know. Pics 4 & 5 are the white room and pics 6 & 7 are of the cooler green room. Anyway that's it. Hit me up if you're keen and want a look.
This is a comfy, spacious, established shared home ; well set up- great kitchen, swimming pool, three lounge areas plus big deck, woodfire, even a massage chair. The room has a double bed and lots of storage built in, with a fan and adjacent bathroom. Good local amenities; a few minutes walk to Brookside, Mitchelton station and Everton Park shops/cafes/ transport, a big park and bike tracks at the end of the street. We are a mixed gender, age, orientation household, looking for a stable employed person, probably 30+ to make this their home. However we've had great times with backpackers, travellers, students before so we're also open to shorter term/younger folk passing through on a mission. Smoking is fine on the big outdoors deck balcony. Contras: we're looking for a single person though of course your friends/partner are welcome to visit. We don't need any more furniture, strictly no pets. We're not looking for heavy drinking/party people.
Pretty open about life and tolerance levels are high. But if you are religious we probably won't get along. Officially a contractor to Dexion and will operate out of a storage shed. Part of the production crew at Blend Line TV and can get passionate about motorsport as I am a race driver in a past life. Gaining an interest in philosophy. Probably a spin off from practicing yoga. Board game enthusiast and likes being around dogs and cats. Likes dog memes. Chases food trucks around Brisbane and is a light drinker. Only speaks about himself in third person when filling out profile descriptions. I'm resettling in Brisbane after many months of coming and many months of going all over the world and Australia. It's been a long migration from Sydney over the last 3.5 years but i really feel Brisbane is home. Work has been low on the priority list lately but once settled I will be pushing that up the order. Please don't think that because I haven't been working that money is lacking. I'm pretty well covered on that front and if I can travel the world and race cars i'm pretty sure I can cover rent and bills. I choose to share for a few reasons- i'm on a minimalist streak so less is more, I'm happy to help others, and freedom of choice and not having to commit to buying or signing contracts. Prefers unfurnished room. Can provide fridge, washer, lounge room stuff etc.
22yo Female - works full time in Brisbane. I am an easy going & considerate housemate. I look after myself but also more than happy to share house duties/bills etc. Looking for a room in a existing share house or a team up. I have a friendly, full grown, vaccinated inside cat.
Hi I'm steff, I'm urgently looking for place to rent,I work as a fulltime hairdresser and I'm also a qualified beauty therapist, I'm studying aswell. I'm a happy hardworking person, and I'm always smiling, I have my own transport, and also have a 7 month old dog Louie, who is very well be haved as she has attended obediance, but loves people. My bills are always on time, and up to date, I have most Sundays off, so I usually catch up on washing etc, and cook a nice dinner and movies. I love a good chat and laugh, I'm hoping to move out soon, Kind regards steff
I'm currently not looking for a place but thought I'd register now rather than later. My name is Jessica and will be turning 24 in March 2017. I currently work as a full time librarian but am currently looking for a different full time job that can guarantee a stable income. I would say that I am a quiet and reserved person who is awkward at first but can be outgoing once I get to know others. I don’t drink, smoke or drive nor do I go out partying and I also have a cat allergy. I have lived with dogs since kindergarten to present time with my family, so I am perfectly fine with living with dogs. I enjoy staying up late when I don’t have work and doesn’t go to bed until midnight on a work day. My spare time primarily involves reading manga and watching anime. My other interests include books and fanfiction, watching movies and TV, and (recently solo travelled Japan in September 2016). Besides my love for anime and manga, I also am a huge Harry Potter fan. I have never lived with people except my parents, brother and dogs so I apologise if I am incredibly reserved as I don’t normally live with people outside of my family. In terms of length of stay, I would like to stay at a location for over a few years so I can save up to buy an apartment or home of my own. I identify as an aromantic asexual (doesn’t experience romantic or sexual attraction) so you won’t see people visiting me except maybe the odd friend or family member on rare occasions.
The available bedroom is 3m x 2.9m, with a double mirrored, sliding built-in robe, and with it's own detached bathroom. The bathroom is massive with a bathtub, separate shower, toilet and large vanity with great storage and large mirror. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and shutter blinds, with decorative curtains. The house is fully furnished, excluding the available bedrooms (which are negotiable on furniture), in a quiet townhouse complex just 8 years old. Unlimited wifi is included in the rent. Reverse cycled air conditioning is available in the main common area. The kitchen is spacious with stainless steel furnishings, gas stove, oven, and dishwasher. The common area includes open plan lounge, dining, kitchen, with access to a courtyard. There is also a guest powder room. The laundry is on the main floor, and has a washing machine, and outdoor clothes-line. There is ample laundry and broom cupboard space. There is some capacity for storage under-stairs. There is a bus stop to the city and local shopping centre 200m away. The city is just 7kms away, and the two local shopping centres (Brookside and Arana Hills) are just 6 minutes drive. It's a 3 minute drive to the IGA, pharmacy, and bottleshop. All the major take-away venues (inc KFC, McDonalds and Hungry Jacks) are within 6 minutes drive. QUT is 18 mins drive, UQ is 25 mins drive. Technically the parking is supposed to be off-street, but there is a parking spot directly outside the townhouse which we can use until told otherwise (hopefully that will never happen). The townhouse comes with a resident, very cuddly Rag Doll cat.
What makes me great to live with? Well I am clean and tidy with out being too OCD. I work casually in childcare and get good hours so pay my bills on time. I am social but still like my alone time. I am easy to communicate with plus I have an absolutely adorable loving dog (she is a bit of a giant but she is amazing) and a cat who is super loving too. I enjoy partying on the odd occasion but don't want a party house. I would like a nice home 😇 I am social but also enjoy my down time and space too.
This is a townhouse in a modern four unit complex, which is nice and quiet for this area. It is 9km from the city and close to public transport, the shops and places to eat. Unique to being so close to the city is a field at the far end of the street with beautiful Hereford cattle on the edge of the Kedron Brook cycleway. This is a great pathway for walking, running and cycling and you can get onto it approximately 100m down the road.

My name is Kelsey, I am 21 years old and I work full time. I am a clean and committed person who is looking for a stable house or apartment to live in the Everton park region. I am a social person who enjoys dinner and drinks but also someone who can respect space and privacy.
Fun, energetic 25 year old looking for new roommate as mine has just bought a home in N/QLD and is sadly moving away. Working 6 days a week in realestate so hardly at home, just looking for a quiet place with cool people to rest my weary head at night but also happy to be sociable when the time fits. I don't have any pets but happy to reside with other pets, I also like to go out for weekend drinks but still enjoy my quiet private time.
I'm a uni student who is also working part time, i'm pretty laied back and enjoy a good chat but also enjoy my own space. Im looking for a room in a share house or a granny flat. I have a boyfriend and while he wont be over all the time, I would like for him to be welcome in the place I stay. I have a large t.v, fridge and an abundance of kitchen appliances all of which I'd love to share or can keep in storage at my parents house. I love cooking and baking and I love sharing food, if thats not your thing thats ok too. I'm a very openminded person and im completely open to spirituality and other religions. I don't party often but I do enjoy going out with friends when the opportunity shows itslef. Most of my time is spent at uni, work or working on a photo book and youtube channel with my boyfriend. I get along well with most types of people and have a pretty diverse friendship group.I love animals but don't have any myself at the moment.
