The room is cozy and fits a queen sized bed and has a full length mirror just outside. Shared bathroom with two girls includes shower-bathtub combo, large mirror and a sunlight. Separate toilet, and also a second toilet! Huge lounge room with plenty of space to relax - many Netlix nights with the girls are spent in there. Massive garage which holds two cars and ample street parking. We tend to take it in turns with who parks in the garage. There's also space to park on the driveway or in the backyard. The bond is actually $560 as we split it three ways when we moved in. I am planning to move to brisbane from a rural city and have full time employment in the arana hills plaza and am looking for a place to live to get myself settled into the area. The house has 3 levels, with 4 bedrooms, 2 car garage (no free spaces but street parking available), some gym equipment in house, a moderate sized backyard with grass and a patio. The house is furnished, however the bedroom will not be. We are happy to discuss furniture needs if you want to bring some extra things. Guest parking is available and also cars can be parked on the street. Large kitchen with Utensils, plates, cooking equipment and more. Entertainment area has decent sofa and recliners and has large TV and consoles. Spacious dining area as well. Rent is 150 per week. Internet, gas and power bills are split between the room mates. Internet is $12 per month and our last Gas/power bill was roughly $60 and $110 respectively each for 3 months. Overall it's cheap to live here. 5 minute drive to Mitchelton train station and brookside shopping centre.
