$225 including bills (internet, electricity and water included, Gas excluded) We have a room becoming available on the 20th of January in our beautiful home. Located in ewingsdale, 10 minutes drive from town, 2 minutes from the farm and the Byron Bay hospital. We live on a shared property, with a lady and a couple living underneath us. The land lord comes and goes from the property and has private residence. There is a pool and spa on the property which is also shared and maintained by the real estate. The room is small, but large enough for a queen bed, a bedside table and a chest of drawers. The room has an inbuilt wardrobe and fan. It is located off the lounge room and has a large window which brings lovely afternoon light. You will be sharing with three other girls in their early 20’s. We are all studying full time and working. We are looking for a female roommate who is looking for a permanent home. Must be employed. No couples and no travellers. Non smoker only. Message me if you’re interested or have any questions 😊
Hey potential housemate :) I currently study osteopathy full time at SCU, teach a little bit of yoga and massage as well, but otherwise squeeze in as many activities and random fun things as i can manage.. I'm well travelled and house trained with plenty of experience sharing spaces. I'm really hoping to find a place to call home.. wether its with others or on my own in a studio type space is ok. I would like to have a second small space (doesn't need to be a bedroom) where i can setup a treatment space for massages (maybe 5-10 per week at most?)... this could maybe be a study, a sun room or a clean garage for example? (the table doesnt need to be permanently fixed and can easily be packed away for a sleeping space for guests or for other purposes?) I don't need to be out by a certain date, but i am exploring possibilities (this includes collecting people to move into a new place together.. let me know if you would like to be in the loop) Also if you only have a small space that can be utilized as a massage space i would love to hear from you!
It's a lovely one bedroom loft apartment with all mod-cons, dishwasher, washing machine and tastefully furnished. There is an outdoor setting in a small garden area. A short walk to the beach and local shops. Its situated in west Byron, so is quieter than the hub of Byron Bay town itself which is an easy bike ride away, or a walk either along the beach or by pathway. It would suit a single or couple in town perhaps wanting to find their feet in Byron and have time to look around for somewhere else in the area, or someone working here for the summer peak period. I am renting this place and would be very happy to have a respectful, easygoing person or couple to stay while I am away. The real estate agent would be aware of your stay so should anything be needed in terms of the property, they can be contacted, as can I (I'll be in Sydney).
We are a couple that just put away some money to leave our town, to share an awesome experience. My girlfriend wants to learn some English and surf, I'm taking my kayak with so I can surf with it, and wanna lear board surfing too!!! We have a big age difference, but I'm still up for travelling and she's done pretty much none. Super enthusiastic for this trip, and knowing new people!!!
Hi I'm Sophi from Germany. I'm also a half italian. At home I finished my study as nurse in a psychiatry and also worked as a barmaid. I'm a uncomplicated person who likes to stay at the beach, hang out at bars or do a chilled evening at home with you guys. Sometimes I enjoy cleaning the house, its kind of relaxing for me.
Born in Canada, but drawn to the ocean I love being barefoot, and connecting with the world around me. I enjoy yoga - and will soon be completing yoga teacher training in beautiful Byron Bay. I also love (attempting) to surf, healthy living, and animals. I enjoy being social, but also love alone time. Super easy going, and always down to chat over a cup of tea - or a margarita :) x
Hey there ! I'm a 20yo french traveller who's looking for new experiences and encounterings in Australia. I've already experienced collocation in France during my movie studies, so no worries, I know how to live in community ! Not exactly a party animal, love to talk around a drink, share tips and stories, laught and have nice meals ! I am a real culture lover, especially music lover, and curious to learn from everything and everyone. Been traveling the north part of the east coast for a month, and attnd to move along the rest of the east coast for now, and head to Melbourne. So I will be looking for flatshares in Byron bay, Sydney, and Melbourne ! I planned to stay something like a month in each city, but it totally could be more if I find a place where I feel like home :) If you smoke or have pets, that's really not a problem for me ! Cheers ! A bientôt :)
We're 25 year old Boston natives travelling around Australia on working holiday visas. We've been road tripping down the East Coast since September and will be arriving in Byron Bay on November 19. We love the outdoors (surfing, hiking, biking, running, etc), cooking, and enjoying a nice coffee or beer (depending on the time of day). We are clean and always respectful of others and common spaces. Feel free to message with any questions or opportunities!
I'm relaxed, accepting, enjoy poking fun at myself, know how to keep a kitchen tidy. I've house-shared for seven years now. . . So I know the importance of boundaries and respecting others opinions & lifestyles. See you soon.
Sun and ocean loving 24 year old. Studying Marine Science full time, live a healthy, lifestyle and excercise daily. I spend my spare time volunteering and cleaning up marine coastal areas and SCUBA diving. I am from the Mornington Peninsula near Melbourne, so have always grown up around the beach and holidaying in Byron area.
Hi, my name is Alice and I'm from Sweden. I am 23 years old and I've been here in Australia for about two months just traveling. Now I'm looking to start working. I am very easy going, a very happy and outgoing girl who likes to have fun. I actually like to clean, although that's not what I do for fun. I absolutely love scuba diving, and I also enjoy having a beer now and then. So yeah, hopefully I'll see yah
my name is Rooney and I am 28 years from Hamburg, Germany. Starting to travel Australia by myself on the 1st of December 2017. I am an artists (graphic designer) and a pre school teacher. Living with me is easy, also I spend most of my time outside and do yoga or surfing or pretty much any kind of outdoor activity. I have ten years of experience sharing flats. I tidy up after myself and I am respectful of other peoples space. If you have questions, ask away, I am happy to hear from you! LOVE, Rooney
I just arrived in town and I need a place to stay for 3 months cause I'm working full time on a farm in Alstonville. I'm Italian, 26yo, easy going, love cats, to cook, eat and drink a glass of wine or a beer at the end of the dayin good company. I'm a professional waiter and I worked at Aria Fine Dining Brisbane from June to November. When home I'm really quiet. Clean, tidy and organized. Also friendly, easy going, reliable. I have my own car I have my own car. Let me know if you have any questions or if you want to meet me in person.
Fit fun loving guy who loves a wave and to cook. Work in Byron. Seperated and have a son attending school next year but at this stage with mum. Looking for easy going non party house. Keen to get back into yoga and try pilates. I am young at heart but party days behind me and healthy living is me now but it does not consume me eg protein shakes for breaky lunch and dinner. Haha.
Hi there, myself and my partner have been travelling around Australia for the past two years. We have stopped in Byron and would love the chance to work and experience what this place has to offer. Originally from Perth WA we enjoy all things beach, good food and company and mostly our four legged child Hiccup 🐶 Hiccup is a staff x and is fine with other dogs and people. He is a bit of and old man though and would prefer not to be with a young hyper dog if possiable. Tom is a painter by trade but has worked in a cafe/bar/restaurant for the past few months. I work in marketing but have also been working in hospitality whilst travelling. If you have something that sounds suited to us please let us know ❤️
Hey guys, I have 12 years of shared flat experience in different countries and with different flatmates. I am German but easy going, 34 years but social, from Berlin but not too crazy. I like to have a cozy atmosphere at home. I am definitely up for having a coffee or beer together or cook something if time and space are fitting. So if you guys think, this could somehow suit, lets catch up and get to know each other. Hugs, Sandra
Moving from SA to study marine science at Southern Cross University Lismore campus. Moving either the start of uni or for the second semester. Love surfing, traveling, art, music and can cook! Also will be looking for work in either hospitality, retail or child care (OSHC) as my current jobs are in Adelaide. Cheers!!
I´m an argentinian girl but half of my life I've been living in Spain. I used to work as social educator and as a yoga teacher. Traveling and continue learning is what motivates me, so I decided to continue my learning as yoga teacher, this time in a wonderful environment like Byron Bay. I will fly to Brisbane next 15 of november and I think I will arrive to Byron Bay on 17th. I'm going to start studying in BYRON BAY YOGA CENTER on 29 of nov. I expect to live in a peaceful and clean space, with nice people, In a atmosphere of respect and positive attitude.
Easy going, self sufficient, friendly and tidy, that's the dog, Salty. The human is OK too. I am interested in places in the general region, having moved to the area from far South Coast NSW. I am currently living in Ocean Shores short term and I am intending to rent for a year or so while I get to know the region and choose a home to buy. We prefer to be close to a dog beach or in the forest but are also happy in town with a private leafy outlook and access to good dog walking spaces. I am active and creative and busy keeping up with the demands of a multi-faceted career. I work from home making natural dyes and doing botanical printing, I also work in adult education and professional and technical writing. I like cooking and baking, gardening and growing food. I am fortunate to love my work. I sometimes travel for work but mostly work from home or nearby workshop. A shed, roof, garage area or warehouse space I can use for workshop would be fantastic, especially if I could live in it! I'm good to live with because I am respectful of the space/time/social needs of others. I ask, listen and am able to express my own needs and perspective. I do not like drama. I make sure Salty is happy and other members of the household are comfortable with him and understand his cues and commands. Salty is pretty friendly, a desexed red Smithfield, he likes most humans and other animals, he walks away from drama with other dogs rather than be involved in aggression. I live a mostly healthy lifestyle, lots of dog walking and swimming - not much party these days! I still love music and dance. I drink alcohol now and then and I do smoke occasionally. I always make sure no one is offended or adversely affected by my smoking.
