Im a swedish traveller who is studying english in byron bay english language school. Im now looking for some nice and quiet place to stay during my three months in school (first months I'm staying in school accommodation). More if i byron give me good vibes and I feel like staying (I'm on a working holiday visa). I will get myself a job in some point aswell. At home i like to keep it clean and tidy around me, so i can fokus on more important things. Like. Training, nature, food (vegan), write, relax, music or whatever im up for in the moment. I love to meet new people and can be social if needed, but i like my own space a lot. I belive its important to take care of the planet we live on. Respect all the living creatures who lives here. All life has the same value. Im a easy going person who wanna live in a relaxed apartment, shared house or room with some nice people or family. It really doesent matter for me as long we get along! I dont have a clue about the area, i want it to be with in a bi-cycle distance to school (max 30 min) or a not to long walk. It dont need to be in those dicstance tho, as i say i dont have a clue about areas and rents. My move in date is flexible. And my length aswell. Im NOT looking for any house/flat with parties.
My two friends and I have moved up to the area from the Blue Mountains (near Sydney) for work. We are all full time working girls who moved up for a sea change (we love the beach!). We are respectable girls who work most days and know how to maintain a neat and tidy household and yard. We are currently in a short term rental in South Golden Beach (paying $500 per week) and are hoping to find a long term rental (min 3 months) so we can settle down here. I have great rental references and we all have plenty of employer and personal preferences that you can check. We are very excited to be up in this beautiful area and can't wait to find a permanent place to call home! I hope you can help us out :) Much love, Aleisha, Dara and Alice
I'm a 30 year old man from Brazil, looking for a chill and quiet place to live around Byron region. I'm tidy and clean, easy to live with (almost 8 years living in shared houses). My main purpose of going to Byron is to enjoy life and nature, study English, exercise and work. I'm vegetarian (but I don't mind having roomies who are not), I compost my organic waste, I like to plant and I do not drink or take any kind of drugs.
I'm hoping to find a long-term home for at least a year or longer, if all works out well. I definitely like calm and quiet in my home environment, although I do enjoy relating with people when it happens, and having thoughtful and thought-provoking conversations. But basically I'm quite self-contained, independent and enjoy being quiet. Re shared areas; I believe I'm a very considerate, aware and respectful sharer of space. I leave the most minimal footprint possible and clean up as immediately as possible after creating food in the kitchen. As far as my life style/interests are concerned: I'm a retired teacher who worked with Indigenous adolescents in central Australia for several years, and before that in Wilcannia and northern NSW. I'm now studying a three year Dru Yoga Teacher Training course; I attend two Dru yoga classes a week, one a private class in Mullum, and one in Byron. I'm a regular volunteer at the Northern Rivers Community Gallery in Ballina (one or two shifts a week) I have my own income. I'm a creative who delights in the aesthetic in all aspects of living and I deeply value feeling connected to nature. I'm a keen gardener and enjoy planting food, herbs and flowers. I love eating good food and cooking, particularly different ethnic foods. I eat a vegetarian diet, but I'm not rigid about it. I guess if I were asked to encapsulate what I love and believe in, one word would have to be *diversity* and one concept would have to be *unity in diversity*. I'm a traveller and a seeker and always will be. Suffice it to say I can wax lyrical about things I feel passionate about, and act upon them as well. I look forward to connecting with anyone who shares similar values.

Hello there! We are an intelligent, kind and clean couple looking for a room to rent from anywhere between 1-6 months. We love to have a laugh with roommates but we also like our alone time so all types of living arrangements suit us. Originally from Adelaide but living in NSW for a change of experience. We are interested in meditation, street bikes, crystals, writing literature, movies, snorkelling and reading. Feel free to send us a message and discuss either a room available or team-up. Our moving date is also flexible depending on what suits you best. We hope to hear from you soon! Regards, James & Madelleine
I'm a quiet and considerate person. I usually keep to myself (you'll probably find me listening to podcasts and going for hikes) but I do enjoy a chat now and again. I work full-time hours (7-3) during the week. I don't smoke and I'm not a party animal. I'm pretty chill 😎👍
Very tidy, relaxed, and easy-going roommate! Will be completing some schooling and have at least a part time job. I enjoy cooking, being outside / active, and the beach! I am currently looking to complete an "internship" (job) for University which requires me to get a job in a hotel, so if you are near any that sweetens the deal!
My name is Jenny, I am a happy and kind person. I work in retail. I love a drink and a chat but also love my own space (binge watching Friends or Seinfeld). I am clean but am not a clean freak can handle a plate being left in the sink overnight. Love trying new things my most recent adventure is trying out hip hop classes and acting classes.
my human is a graphic designer (self employed) so i like all things design. I am mostly herbivore, so i wont be fondling meats in the kitchen making a mess :) I consume sushi & coffee more than what is probably legal to do in any country 🤣 . not a partier, but never deny a wine and conversation that friday evening. Love a good movie. dachshund appreciator but dont own a dog :). tidy and prefer living with women due to most* lads being too untidy. instagram stalker (photography). Lived in the Bay Bubble for 4yrs :) industrial rooms also 👌
I'm an active person who absoutely loves sports (rugby league, soccer and any sport really). I grew up on the coast in Newcastle and would like the coastal lifestyle again. I will be moving up to ballina in April to start my new job as an engineer. I'm a super chilled person who loves the beach and chilling/meeting new people. Not a full on partygoer but do like a casual party here and there. Im super clean and tidy and have lived in a sharehouse for the past 2 years. Would love to share with someone that has similar traits and lives on the coast. I'm also keen on starting up a new sharehouse with suitable people.
I'm very clean, quiet, very respectful and expect the same in return. I'm hoping to get into all my normal routine of gym, bike riding etc. I'm into surfing, meditation and anything to do with self-development. I am looking to live with someone, preferably mature female that has respect for others and especially themselves. I have police check, childrens check due to working with disadvantaged kids. I am honest and have great references. I also have a wonderful, polite and sweet 5 year old daughter who is my world. I have her Tuesday and Wednesday nights every week. I am hoping that if there are any single mums or dads out there that are in a similar situation would be ideal. I'm a non smoker, drink very rarely if at all and certainly not into drugs or partying. I hope there is someone who is into clean living and into self awareness and mindfulness as much as possible.
