Hi I'm Grace! I'm looking to move to either Manly or Paddo (close to the beach or close to work). I'm tidy, a non-smoker and love the beach. I work full time as a registered nurse so I do get up early most days. I'm pretty house-proud and I definitely like my home to be neat and tidy - but I get that sometimes you can be too tired to do the dishes before going to bed! I've got a fair bit of my own furniture so it would be ideal to team up with someone without much. At this point I'd be looking to share a 2 or 3 bedroom place with someone looking for something more long term (more than 6 months). I'd say I'm a pretty damned good cook, I like to eat well and look after myself - but I'd never say no to a glass of red after a long day . I'm pretty chilled out, I like to head out for a drink with friends often rather than being a party animal. I love design and like the place I live in to both look nice and feel like home :) Let me know if it sounds like we could team up!
Hi There, We are an Italian couple in our early 30. We are both working full time, I am an educator for families with special needs and my partner is a chef so he works very longs hours, he is basically never home. We are very easy going, we love socialize and we are very respectful! We are looking for a place in January!
Both of us are busy, like to be social but not party animals. Live a mostly Eco-friendly, non-toxic lifestyle. Clean, responsible, healthy and active. Into sports, watching documentaries, music, beaching and cooking.
Hi, The bedroom and the flat are very nice place to live... spacious and quiet! Closed to the shop (7min - Coles, Wooly, Bottle shop, Fairlight centre,...), the bus stop is just behind the building, 20min to walk to go to Manly, and 40 min with a bus to go to the city (direct bus). Perfect location! There a a queen size bed and your own bathroom (ensuite) with a large wardrobe... the street is free and easy to find a park. Don't hesitate... it's very nice place!
I'm an active non-smoking woman in her thirties who's the right balance of social & chill. I'm looking for a sanctuary by the sea to call home with social housemate(s) in Fairlight, Manly, Queenscliff or Freshie. I'm Aussie but have lived abroad most of my adult life so like mixing with people from different backgrounds. Looking to share a light filled space with folks who don't mind sharing the occasional activity or meal but also like to do their own thing too. At sunrise I'm often found in the sea, yoga or exercising at the beach. Specifics: single car garage / carport, double room with built ins, space for SUP, Surfboard, Bike. No furniture but can get some if needed. Prefer not to live with couples, smokers and people who watch TV all the time. Interested in long term only. Willing to team up with like minded person to start new lease if necessary.
Easy-going, enjoy being social but also enjoy my own space. Love to cook, keep things clean and keep active: yoga, trail runs, ocean, cycles etc. I am a teacher, so silence is golden, especially during the week. I am still new to Sydney, having only relocated here for work a few weeks ago. Originally from South Africa but have lived in a few countries in the last 8 years. Looking for a flat share or one or two people to team up with from about mid-to-end of December.
Hey, My name is Lydia, I am 25 from the UK here studying fitness until September next year. I work full time, studying three nights a week and spending the majority of my weekend out with friends. I am clean tidy and respectful of other people's personal space. Would love to meet up for a coffee to see if I would be a good fit four home. Lydia
Hey there, im an IT Professional, i'm pretty laid back, and chill and always keen for just a kickback session. Nothing more happy to spend some time over a beer, coffee, or wine. Some days i'll be after a bit of adventure and go wear out my boots or something. I'm looking for a studio place or a 1-2 other people to share in a house. Compromise and happiness is key and i'm more than happy to work something out with you if you are interested.
To say nothing of my boundless knowledge and enthusiasm for fine wine, I am a great person to live with because I'm very adaptable and positive and I was born to handle dishes. I've experienced a great variety of living situtions before, and love to strike a golden balance between all housemates and the house, putting the wellbeing of the whole group first. I've lived in a fraternity in Virginia, and was the only dude in a house of ski babes in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. I even lived with an actual crazy person (but I'd prefer to never repeat that experience). About us: Vassil and I have known each other for seven years, travelled on and off, going wayyy back to college in America. We were in the same fraternity (many stories, none appropriate for this space). We are very flexible and - believe it or not - have a sense of humor about most things. We are excellent cooks and froth on sharing food with others. I can crush street tacos and margharitas that will make your taste buds think you've gone on holiday to Mexico. We also surf, swim, and ski. Vassil works in data consulting and I work at Manly Wine. I know much less about wine than I'm supposed to ;) but my enthusiasm remains undiminished. My ideal schedule: wake early to swim Manly to Shelly with Bold and Beautiful. coffee with freinds (maybe you). Surf with friends. Lunch/Dinner shift at Manly Wine. Bring home a bottle of hella jammy Pinot Noir to share with all. Repeat I look forward to sharing space with you

My beachy and airy home has a spare bedroom and bathroom available to rent. The apartment boasts a private huge north facing terrace to enjoy. Hey! I am an Australian female who currents lives and works full time in Manly. My lease has come to an end and I'm interested in something new. I have lived in flat share for the last few years so I am pretty housetrained and very clean. I am working in hospitality so I work all different shifts, which means I am rarely home. I'm a 29 year old female originally from the UK and have been living in the Manly/Fairlight area for the last 2 years. I'm looking to find some likeminded people to live with, as it would be great to find someone to enjoy hanging out with as well as a flatmate. I work full time in advertising Monday - Friday so enjoy chilled weekends getting coffee and brunch / get out and stay active. Not opposed to the odd glass of wine in the evening and like to have dinners with friends. I'm pretty relaxed, like my home to be tidy and understand the need for personal space. Drop me a message if you think we would get along. :)

Hi, I prefer a house or ground floor apartment so that my cat can get out to play in the garden and stretch her legs! I currently live in a lovely first floor apartment so she only gets the balcony and window sill at the moment. I'm originally from Brisbane, I've been in Sydney for 3 years and I love the Northern Beaches because it's the only part of Sydney that is most like the area I used to live in back in Brisbane. I'm studying Interior Design at Sydney Design School at St Leonards, but school won't start back until 30 January '17, so I currently work 40-50 hours per week as a waitress.

Hello, My name's Ed and I'm moving to Australia on a 12 month working holiday visa because i'm almost 100% sure it'll be better than working a rubbish job in the wet and cold UK. I'm moving to the Manly area to work full time for a few months (could be longer) and then i'll be moving on from there to do that standard backpacker traveller stuff. I have money saved up and a job lined up so i'll have no trouble with rent and paying a deposit. I'm a nice guy but i'm obviously going to say that, no one opens with 'i'm a horrible person', so you're just going to have to trust me. If you like bad jokes and puns then we'll get on like a house on fire. I'm pretty sociable and enjoy nights out but i'm also a bit of a TV and film nut so don't mind staying in. I love beer, gin, wine, rum, vodka (the list goes on), I would ideally like someone who's up for drinking one or all of those with me so i don't have to drink alone. I'm there ultimately to have a good time and have fun so i'm looking for someone of a similar mind set. Message me for a full medical history
Hi there, My name is Alex and I've just moved to Syndey with work for an initial two year secondment. I'll be working full time (based in CBD), however hoping to make the most of what Sydney has to offer in the evenings and weekends. I was previously living and working in London, however the opportunity to experience some good weather and the Australian lifestyle was too great an opportunity to pass up. I am a keen sportsman, however lately this has predominantly involved more watching than participating; somethings I hope to rectify while over here! I am anticipating plenty of abuse from the locals owing to my staunch support of the English sports teams, especially the rugby...!! I do find it horrifically embarrassing writing little synopses like these, so if you have any questions / require any additional further info from me; please do not hesitate to contact me. Alex
I am very considerate and easy-going person. I am an architect who enjoys surfing, and now am moving to Sydney from Melbourne. I am super easy to live with, unless you are a total mess and do never clean up after yourself. Im looking for a place either close to my work (CBD) with off or on-street parking or at the beach, but close to a train or ferry.
Single Professional Male, who has been living and working (for the same business) in the Sydney area for the past 3.5 years. Originally from the UK and working in Recruitment, I enjoy spending time with my friends, beach walking, swimming and great restaurants!
