Hi, I am a honest, trustworthy and reliable person and flatmate. I am chatty, sensitive approachable. However I also enjoy my privacy and quiet time. i am a fairly relaxed and easy going, caring individual, As long as you respect me and my belongings. Including respecting me and my personal space/items and special food items is a must!! As I am type one diabetic. I don't mind sharing general house cleaning tools and equipment. Including sharing the washing machine or dish washing machine I like the rule ' if you break it or damage something then just tell me or replace it. I am looking for somewhere to live with a minimum of 6 Months stay possibly longer depends on work. I work in Hospitality as a kitchen hand and I love it, ( Most of the time). I do have a mini Dachshund (dog) who is very friendly. I'd love for him to be able to stay over occasionally ( he can stay in my room or in the backyard if it is safe and secure. I don't like foul language, nastiness or bullying. or party animals. But I do love music and enjoy having my stereo on occassionly. Usually when I'm cleaning the house or doing my washing. I love country music the most. i do like the occasional drinking/ party night or card/board game day/night. I am a clean person and do my best to keep the house clean and tidy. But i am not a freak about it! I do occasionally find myself with a big mess especially in my room. However i will always clean up after myself. And I aim to stay tidy. always happy to clean the kitchen, bathroom/laundry room and any common areas. I also don't mind picking up after others if needed. I respect others and their things and there space. I love most styles of music. Especially country, rock'n'roll and most of the 70's - 90' songs. As well as the latest radio hits. I like watching on Television The Voice, Home And Away and The Big Bang Theory and a few others. I like listening or watching the News. And most types of movies. I hate horror or extremely violent movies or TV shows unless they are a bit funny. I am Type one Diabetic and Allergic to Lavender. i would like to have a shelf or section in the fridge/pantry that is mine. Anything Can be discussed further in person or via messages. And I don't mind pets in or outside of the house.

Also having 2 rooms & a bathroom each makes it’s not so shared if that makes sense. And gives us both space & privacy. I currently live in Ballarat and commute to work.
