Hey what’s up! My name is Payton and I’m looking to find a place or team up with someone! Moving from California to Melbourne and I'm currently looking for a place to live. Name: Payton Age: 23 Occupation: Retail Store Management Location: California, United States (Currently) Bio: Adventurous, friendly, and open-minded, I’m a 23-year-old seeking a like-minded individual to share a living space together. About Me: • I'm all about art, dance, and the outdoors: Whether it’s hiking, cooking in the kitchen, or binge-watching TV shows/anime, I love embracing a variety of interests. I’m always up for trying new things, so having a roommate who shares these passions would be a bonus. • Respectful and Responsible: I prioritize open communication, mutual respect, and maintaining a tidy living space. I firmly believe in creating a chill environment where we can both feel comfortable and respected. Cleaning schedules, chore charts, and common area guidelines are all things I’m more than willing to discuss and establish together. • Social and Independent: While I value social interactions, I also understand and respect personal space. Whether you’re in the mood for a friendly chat over a cup of coffee or need some alone time to recharge, I’ll be sure to strike a perfect balance between companionship and privacy. • Finances: I understand the importance of financial responsibility. Paying bills and rent on time is a top priority for me, and I expect the same from my potential roommate. Splitting expenses fairly and maintaining transparency in financial matters is crucial for a stress-free living arrangement. • Ideal Flatmate: I’m seeking a flatmate who shares similar values and qualities. Compatibility is key! Here’s what I hope to find in an ideal roommate: • Friendly and Easygoing: A positive and friendly attitude goes a long way in creating a comfortable living atmosphere. Someone who enjoys socializing, engaging in light-hearted conversations, and possesses a good sense of humor would be a perfect fit. • Clean and Organized: A neat living space can do wonders for peace of mind. If you appreciate cleanliness and have a knack for keeping things tidy, we’ll get along well. Maintaining shared spaces together and respecting each other’s belongings is essential. • Communication Skills: Open and honest communication is vital in any successful roommate relationship. If you’re someone who values clear communication, actively listens, and addresses concerns proactively, we’ll make a great team. • Responsible and Reliable: Timely payment of bills and fulfilling shared responsibilities are essential for a smooth cohabitation experience. Being dependable and responsible helps create a sense of trust between flatmates. If you think we could be a match feel free to reach out.

Looking for a furnished or unfurnished room for rent that can allow me to be put on the lease, to start gaining a rental history. After somewhere that hasnt got alot of people and a place with privacy, while also allowing me to learn independence around the $250 mark however would pay more depending on room. I do my best to keep my areas shared with others as clean and organised as possible. Happy to work with others with food shopping or to shop just for myself, I know sometimes it might be cheaper if we all out in for spaghetti Bolognese etc. I often would like to spend my time with Kmart craft activities or anything to entertain myself like colouring in while having Netflix on in the background, finding new places to explore, going for road trips, I enjoy listening to music most of all in the shower, or even just a good day doing nothing but staying in bed catching up on sleep I do have difficulties with dyslexia so I do apologise for my grammar, ADHD, ADD, suspected High Functioning Autism which mainly make it difficult for me to make friends as well as keep friends. Being only 24 allows me to still learn what the world has to offer and where it may take me. I finished my year 12 in 2020 as i left school for a year then when to tafe in complete VCE, also have completed my cert III in early childhood in 2021 leading to my first job as a fulltime educator working there for 2 and half years I no longer work there due to life events that snowballed however I am now hopefully back studying my Diploma in early childhood soon once enrollment have been completed. Been through alot the past year and am excited to find a place I can settle down having a sense of security. Can’t wait to start learning who I am as a person and creating my life.
