I do volunteer work at GPAR and receive money by selling my art online. (still currently searching for real paid work or further education) Preferably, I would prefer a team up with someone to split rent for a pet friendly house (at most 350pw) owner of a large caravan (portable room) and happy to keep myself and my pets inside it given that it can be parked on the property. the caravan does not have to come with me, i can always pay for it to be stored elsewhere. - I am mostly good with kids. - I am great with animals. - I am a non-smoker but fine with it. - I rarely drink and if I do, only up to 3 standard drinks. - I buy my own food but require space to store it. - I am mostly quiet. - I am kind but will not tolerate being mistreated. - I am not in a relationship or plan to be in one. no sex noises. :D - I am a clean, hygienic person. - I am not a thief, in return, I expect none of my items or food to be stolen, broken, or thrown out. - I often take long showers but am happy to limit them if requested to do so. - I am happy to help with house chores, but I expect that I am not the only one cleaning. I am unfortunately only able to tolerate the presence of cigarettes, weed and alcohol, other drugs are a massive no for me. hobbies include art, costume making/designing, exercise, gaming, animal care and training, cooking, cleaning and sleeping. I have my vet do home visits, so I hope you don't mind that.
