I am looking for an unfurnished self contained space to rent. A studio space, granny flat or the like or even a caravan for long-term rent within the Latrobe Valley Region. I am a self employed contract cleaner who loves to cook and keep the place tidy. I am a qualified Horticulturalist so i love gardening and growing my own food and love indoor plants to. I am great with animals and have a pleasant disposition and generally keep to myself. I am quite handy with home improvements and interior design.. I hold a fine arts diploma as well as for Laboratory technology. I currently live with my elderly aunt, for the last couple of years helping her out around the place and maintaining her productive garden. She is looking at selling now and down sizing.. Hence why I now need to find alternative living arrangements. I am also applying for rental properties myself but I figured my chances be better to team up with someone similar to myself. My cat BoyiBoyi is very well behaved but will need a cat door or window access which i can set up if need be. Hope to hear from you soon. ✌️
