Im a 41 year old working professional and full-time student. When I'm not working or studying I'm trying to stay fit and spend time at my boyfriend's in Enfield. Hello! I am looking for another person to locate and share a house between the 2 of us. I am keen for this to be a long term prospect (for me at least), so it will be more of a ‘home’ and less of a ‘house’. I am keen to find a decent 4 bedroom (maybe 3 bedroom, although I will need 2 bedrooms to use one as a study), 2 bathroom, 2 car garage house, that is not too far out of the Ballarat area. I am still recovering from a near fatal car accident (not at fault) from back in January 2024. I sustained an open fracture to the right femur. I am able to look after myself. My major recreational activity is the gym. Price range I am looking at per week (to share) is $380-$475. I have much of what is required to set up a house, although I am negotiable on that too.
