I'm friendly, easygoing, clean and quiet. I'll be moving to Perth for work so I am looking for somewhere to move into next January. Ideally I will be looking for somewhere for a year or more. I like gardening, cooking, and reading. I love animals - but no pets of my own. Hoping to find someone who is easygoing and environmentally conscious to share a place with. 한국말도 합니다! 한국인 하우스메이트 찾을수 있으면 참 좋겠음!
Gorgeous, recently renovated place with minimal feel. Close to public transport that goes to Murdoch uni or Westfield Carousel. Included in the price are: 1 - Cleaner every fortnight to clean bathroom, toilet and kitchen 2 - Internet. Electric and Gas to be split fairly, approximately $20 per week. I am looking for a smart, clean and easy going flatmate who doesn't smoke and is reliable with money and security. You can count on me to be all these things. I am not looking for any furniture to be moved in other than what you put in your bedroom, which has a queen size bed in it, which you are welcome to use. There is a combined dining lounge area off the kitchen, which is shared, and a separate room that serves as my office. There is a reasonable outside area with a sheltered entertaining area. I have a great record of fantastic flatmates whom I remain close friends with. I am happy to let you speak to any of them. Cheers Mike
I’m Areena and currently am taking Diploma of Commerce in Curtin College. Will be in Stage 2 in Feb 2018. I am looking for an ensuite room. The reason it’s great living with me is because I’m very neat so you don’t have to worry about the kitchen getting dirty because of me. I like my room very organised and clean and basically I love cleaning up my room all the time 😂 I’m very friendly too, I love a good day with my friends out shopping or strolling in the city. I do go out for parties once in awhile but I don’t consume alcohol so yeah, that will never be a problem.. Hopefully, I’ll get a room because I have to before my school re-opens on the last week of February 2018. Ps. I am currently back in my home country for a long semester break so my friend will help me inspect but however, i will be involve 100% (via email etc.). My friend will just be helping to see if any of the rooms suit me. Thank you! :)
Hey! I'm Darren, a PhD student at Curtin University, and I'm originally from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I like to keep a clean and quiet house, so I'm pretty good to live with. I also cook a lot, which I think is a bonus for anyone looking for a good flatmate. I'm looking for flatmates who are chill and easygoing, but I'm usually down for a night out if I have the right company. It'd be awesome to have flatmates whom I can also call my friends!
23, Male, single have a pet schnoodle. Recent uni graduate now working full time, looking for a place to house share late Jan/ Early Feb. Easy going, house trained, very respectful and a decent cook. Not looking for a over the top party house however i do like going out on the weekends, don't mind a drink and a bit of noise. In to sports especially watching/ playing soccer, gaming, going out, somewhere within the southern suburbs preferable.
We are two friends (not a couple) travelling to Perth from 🇬🇧 on working holiday visas. We are both 18 years old and have taken a gap year before starting university back home. Looking for a flat share type arrangement whilst living in Perth or her suburbs. We intend to work and explore so do not expect to be at home all that often. That said, we're looking for outgoing flatmates who appreciate a friendly atmosphere, cleanliness, and having a glass or two together from time to time. It would also be cool if you could show us some of the city's best spots. About us: Tom is interested in languages and speaks fluent French, politics, most sports. Amy's interests are drama, travelling, and fashion. We also enjoy keeping fit. We're easy going, enjoy a laugh and going out. We look forward to meeting new, like-minded people.
I am a student at curtin and tend to spend most of my days there. But am always up for a few drinks and tv after a long day at uni/ work. One of my favourite things to do in my spare time, is to head down to the shops and hang out with my friends. I love meeting new people and making some new friends.
I am neat and tidy, love cooking, into arts & music, and hitting up the gym. Pretty interesting guy that loves nature and photography and i am always up for spontaneous adventure.
i'm a 20 years old dude from Malaysia and will be studying at Curtin in February. i'm pretty easy to get along with, tidy, considerate and respectful. i do enjoy sports especially soccer and would like to have roadtrip in the coming days. Not really a house party guy but do enjoy some drinking in the house. If you feel like we could get along really well or looking to team-up don't hesitate to leave me a message.
I'm currently studying Architecture at Curtin Uni, looking for somewhere close by to move into. Do work part time at a liquor store so that does have some perks. Enjoy chilling out, watching movies/binge watch shows, always listening to music, video games, almost all sports especially NHL and EPL. Usually keep to myself during the week, though up for anything over the weekends when I don't have to work or study.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
I'm a 22 year old guy from Holland, I study chemistry and I'm gonna do an internship at Chemcentre for 5 months. I like to be around people who are open, easy going and social. I'm not looking for a flat were everbody keeps to himself. I'm comming to Australia alone, so I want to meet new people, make new friends and have some fun. I want to live in a flat were people do things together and the majority is somewhat around my age (not much older than 35).
I am a full time professional working in the city. I am generally a quiet person looking to rest relax and unwind after work. I do not smoke and I rarely drink. I rarely have guests as well as I see the place I live as my private space. I cook and bake as a hobby as well on weekends.
Hi all! This is my second listing for an individual room. I'm looking for a single room with all bills and internet included, and a 2 weeks bond at maximum. Being a uni student, I'm willing to go upto 150 dollars:) A bit about myself, I'm 20 and from India(South to be exact). I study this cool hi tech cyber security course at Curtin and I just LOVE conversing. I am extremely friendly and I admire the difference in people and respect everyone's views and opinions. I'm doing my final year so a year to go:) I am also this really cool pool player so I'm always willing to go outside for a bit of fun if you like pool as well. I do have a car but I'm okay to look at the parking options available. I make sure things are clean and as it is. Do contact me if you find me interesting and have a room to rent!
