The house is fantastic and we all love living here. It's clean and tiled throughout with tons of space in the kitchen & living area. Kitchen has gas cooking + dishwasher + fridge + walk in pantry. It has a great covered outdoor area with garden shed for extra storage. We have a gardener who maintains the lawns for us. We split all the bills evenly (about an extra $12.50 roughly per week). The room available is a decent size double room with built in robe. Shared bathroom with 2 other females, with bathtub and shower, separate toilet and vanity area.
