This is the best house I have lived in so far! It's really homey. Both the dining and living room are connected to the kitchen. This simultaneously makes the house feel spacious and full. The common areas area also far enough from the rooms that you can have privacy whilst the house is full. It is a 15-minute drive from the CBD or Henley Beach. On the other hand, you can bike and it will only take you about 25 minutes either way. There is also a bus stop just at the end of the street (1-minute walk).
