I am transferring from Newcastle University to Macquarie and need to relocate early in the new year. Flexible with dates and house locations. Would rather a house, but happy to look at large apartments also. I like to garden, so no problem taking care of lawns and gardens myself! I have been in my current place for 3 years, and 1 year in previous property, and have a perfect rental history from both. I am very clean, love to cook, and easy going. I do come with a gorgeous 4 year old daughter. Good news is, she sleeps like a log for 12 hours every night!😊 So I am looking for someone trustworthy above all, that is clean and considerate and pays bills on time! Lol. Happy for a flatmate that is fine to do their own thing, but I am also happy to share a meal and a wine with you when time allows! Willing to consider single person or a couple and will take the smaller two rooms so you have your own bathroom if you would prefer that.
Please do not contact me if the house has already got more than two tenants. I’m a 27 years old full time professional, working in a contemporary art gallery in the city. In my spare time I like to cook, read and catch up with friends. Hygiene and own private space really matters to me. I don’t mind pets, parties as long as they get cleaned up afterwards.
Originally from Brisbane and now living in Sydney Have worked as a Designer, Visual Merchandiser and VIP Gaming and Events and addicted to travelling! Love spending spare time finding random adventures in Sydney ~ Very easy to get along with, love being social and respectful of housemates!

Preferably looking to move in with students or people around my age bracket but not to fussed.

Generous sized unfurnished room available in the heart of Five Dock. Light filled, with high ceilings, your bedroom has a well sized built in wardrobe with full length mirrors as well as full length windows and your own access to the main balcony. The bathroom (with full sized bath!) is shared with just one other. The rest of our unit is furnished. We have a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a great balcony and reverse cycle air con which is a godsend on those crazy hot summer days! The building has security access, and there is some undercover parking available. We're both working professionals - pretty independent, but always up for a bit of friendly banter or even some UberEats whenever our paths cross. We’re equally respectful of space and privacy when needed. Home is where we relax and unwind, so we prefer to keep it a chilled sanctuary and leave the parties/socialising etc. at the front door. Ideally, we’re looking for: • A likeminded young professional in their late 20’s – early 30’s • Someone that is down to earth, open with communication, respectful of others • Someone happy to pitch in with keeping the place clean and tidy • Someone to sign on to our lease • Can pay rent on time Five Dock is a super friendly and vibrant little community, which we love. From our place: • We have busses to the City and Parramatta right on our doorstep • Ferry access a five-minute drive away • Coles, 7-Eleven and the Post Office are super close. IGA is a short drive • There are two gyms in the area (one literally downstairs) • There are heaps of great places to eat – Italian, Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese, Indian… • The Bay Run is just down the road, as are parks, tennis courts and a golf course • Yoga classes and a dance school super close If you're keen to check out our place, please flick us a message with a little about yourself and we can set up a time to meet. Please, no couples, no smokers, no party animals, no pets.
-Looking to move to Sydney to help further my career as I'm currently restricted to more hours due to having to travel. -looking for somewhere close to public transport -my hours are 7am-4pm monday to friday but I have set shifts every weekend finishing at 2am, I'm very respectable of people's sleep and won't make any noise coming home :) -I'm an outgoing, work-driven person and I make the most my time at work, out with friends, or binge watching netflix. I do tend to keep to myself when I've worked long hours, but i am a very happy person and loves meeting new people!
Im a quiet, respectful and appreciate peoples kindness. I work full time (6 days a week) So I’m home only to rest & chill out really.
Hi, I am looking for a responsible, clean flatmate to share a large two bedroom flat (your own room). The unit is nicely furnished .. its old but means it has BIG rooms, high ceilings, huge loungeroom, massive kitchen (lots of bench space for those who cook) and full sized bathroom with bath. As it is above a shop, I am looking for someone quiet (and someone who is really respectful of the lovely shop owners below. The shop closes at approximately 5.30-6pm each night). I am a professional who works full-time in the CBD and I have a small quiet dog that gets dog-sat externally while I am at work every day. The unit is in a great area. It is only a block from the bay/water/parks. It has lots of cafes, restaurants and an IGA downstairs and lots of off-street parking. There is a bus stop at the front door (with city buses) and Abbotsford Wharf (+ Sydney Rowing Club) are at the end of the street to CBD/Barangaroo/North Sydney/Parramatta. About Me: I am very friendly but tend to kinda keep to myself at home (when Im out socialising, it's a different story). If you're interested in hearing more, Id love to hear from you. Cheers, Dee
I work in civil construction doing shift work (7 days 3 off, 7 nights 4 off), then go straight to gym/boxing, so i wont be around most of the time. Pretty laid back/friendly person, very clean and hygienic, always respect the privacy of others. Also spend alot of time at my girlfriends place, or out with friends.
Hello I'm Brad, a 22 year old male looking to move into somewhere new towards the end of October. I work as a paramedic at Northmead. I also have a Dog called Koby that I'm looking to move with. He's an 8 year old border collie x Kelpie and is the most affectionate/beautiful dog you will ever meet. He's very excited when you first meet him but he's getting a bit older now so he's happy to lay around in the sun all day. More about me: I'm originally from the central coast and have been living in Sydney for a year and a half now. I work shift work hours. I enjoy surfing, skating, running and snowboarding. If I sound like the type of person (and Koby) who would fit well into your place, flick me a message
Hi! My name is Eden, I'm a currently studying a bachelor of science doing a double major in sustainable resource management and psychology at Newcastle University. Which means that I have to travel to university throughout the week. I also work weekends in a bar and finish late (but I am super quiet coming in), and also work part time during the week. My partners name is Aaron, he is from the uk and will be on a working holiday visa while we work towards a partner visa. Aaron has a degree in sport coaching and is a big football fan. Very easy going couple, respect others space but do enjoy a drink or two at the end of a long day (no partying). I’m looking for a sharehouse/room for rent with a private room in a relaxed, clean household. No preference of male/female ratio or age. Look forward to hearing from you, thanks so much
Hi I'm Steve, Irish 31 y/o white collar professional working in the city, i travel interstate frequently for my job. Pretty easy going, laid back and enjoy a beer or two at the weekend. Clean, quiet and tidy. Expert ping pong player! I'm looking to share an apartment with a single male or female ONLY, no house shares, couples or short term rentals. My budget includes bills and length of stay can be 3-6 months or longer if we become good housemates. I am available to move in straight away! My demographic is broad as i have my own car so i am not bothered about location / public transport just as long as i am within a 30 minute drive to work. Hit me up!
Hi. I'm looking t team up with a few people to start a share house in the inner west hopefully in the areas i have mentioned. I work full time in construction and i can be pretty handy if anything requires fixing or building around the house. I'm relaxed, sociable, have a good sense of humour and am easy to get along with. I like to cook, and exercise, go out for food and an occasional gin and juice. I'm tidy, and I like to be organised and have plenty of experience of living in share houses. I am currently looking at houses and will be viewing some tomorrow. Looking to start a share house with private rooms only. Get in contact and lets start a share house. Chat soon.
I've just moved back to Sydney for work, from up the coast. Currently renting a room at West Ryde but would like somewhere that's a bit more suited to my dog, a little staffie cross kelpie. Looking for somewhere with a decent backyard, and ideally somewhere there's already a dog so there's a bit of company for him while I'm at work. I run a marketing team for a company that makes camping gear. I split my time between here and Port Macquarie, up there every second weekend or so. I work at Silverwater mostly extended office hours Monday to Friday but occasionally am away for work. I'm very easy going, quiet and respectful. Keen to make some new mates now I'm back down here in Sydney. Into 4WDs, camping and motorbikes, and somewhere secure to keep a few tools and a motorbike or two would be a massive bonus. Pretty flexible with move-in dates, just need to give 2 weeks notice where I'm at now.
