Very sociable, banter on tap but do love some quiet myself and respectful of others space. Sprinkle in a pinch of OCD means I’m tidy and orderly but won’t throw a fit if the cutlery draw is a pic’n’mix. Generally clapped so you’ll always feel Vogue. I work full time, meaning I’m never home.
Looking for one person to join our sharehouse in Flemington! All three bedrooms are large rooms, easily fitting a queen bed, desk, wardrobe etc. The house is a five minute walk to Newmarket station/woolworths, and up the street from the 57 tram. Close to the racecourse and Maribyrnong river which is lovely for walks or runs, and an easy 25 minute cycle to the city. The house has a separate lounge which has a small private patio, a european kitchen, and a combined laundry/bathroom. The house is mostly light and airy, so it's wonderful on those sunny days to open it all up and make the most of the fresh breeze and natural light! Rent is $823 per month, bond is one months rent, and you'll need to go on the lease, so a minimum 7 month stay required. Internet is $20 per month each, and bills we divide by 3. I have some furniture and house supplies, but no fridge and the lounge is quite big, so there's definitely room for more.
walking distance to Woolworth supermarket, grocery, Flemington train station, Newmarket train station, RMIT uni, Melbourne uni, Victoria market, Melbourne Showgrounds, Flemington racecourse 2 mins walk to train station. Direct train to CBD. 24 hours public transport via night rider Outside smoking only
Hi! I’m a young professional looking for a friendly flatmate to share my spacious apartment. It's a recently renovated large 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment in one of the classiest suburbs in Melbourne - Flemington. The unit is showered in natural light throughout the day and the neighbours are very quiet. It’s a 300m walk to the tram that takes you straight to the CBD in 11 minutes (7 minutes if driving). The newmarket train station (3 stops from Melbourne Central) and Woolworths supermarket are 500m away and you will find the infamous Laksa King restaurant right next to the station. KFC, Maccas, Dominos and Subway are mere 250m away and the Gym and fast-food shops are just 5 minutes by foot. There’s guaranteed on-street parking 24/7 and Flemington is renowned to be one of the safest regions in Melbourne. What’s included - - A room showered in sunlight with huge windows and a walk in robe with wooden floors. You will not have to share the room with anyone. - A massive 50 inch brand new 4K tv. - A brand new Play Station 4 with multiple controllers and games. - Two recliner chairs ideal for watching Netflix. - A well equipped kitchen with all the appliances you could think of (Huge fridge, Microwave oven, Coffee machine, Blender, Toaster, Oven, Stoves, Knives, Pots, Pans, Cutlery and Glassware) - A Clean renovated bathroom with a bathtub and seperate wash area. - A washing machine (There are cloth racks in the backyard to dry your clothes) The rent is $240 per week including all the bills (Electricity, Water and High Speed Internet). I will never ask you to limit your usage on any of the utilities (Electricity, Water, Internet etc.) since I do not like to be restricted myself. The bond is one month’s rent.
Hi! I'm Emma and looking for a place preferably in the inner suburbs, close to work and training. I'm currently working part time at woolies (yes can get you that sweet 5% team member discount ;)) and do acrobatics (gymnastics) 4 times a week, so I'm pretty busy and between the two don't have much free time. I'm pretty chill, clean and enjoy some nice banter once you get to know me
Hey, I'm Ryshae and am currently working part-time and studying a bachelors of IT. I'm a friendly and respectful person, I love water sports or spending my free time on my PC. I've moved to Melbourne from the Gold Coast to study at RMIT in the city and I'm just looking for a place I can call home and focus on my studies. Please feel free to get in touch with me and perhaps organise a meeting
keywords: Belgium, scientist, travelling, sports, happy Hi hi, my name is Niké. I am just (like... today!) graduated as a Bio-engineer at Ghent University in Belgium. I can call myself a city girl, growing up in the beautiful Medieval city of Ghent, although I love to fly away from time to time. I love to discover all corners of the world, with my backpack/dog/bike/tent/hitchiking... So when adventure is calling, I must go. :) Apart from travelling, as my education explains, I like to play with human cells, experimenting on them to find new therapies for human diseases. In short, I am a scientist. An internship in at CSIRO is what calls me to Melbourne - for me, the other side of the world! I have lived in Norway in a share house in the woods by the campus and I loved it! Although I am a bad cook, I always have a positive vibe, never sick and always keen for new adventures. I am pretty clean (although sometimes I like to play in the dirt ;p) an tidy. As long as I can do sports, run, swim and dance, I am happy. :) My spirit is that you can do anything - absolutely anything - that you wish for. As long as you really want it, you will achieve your goals! This is my religion. ;) My life goal is to live fully, make people happy (including myself) and to make earth a better place. Thats me in *hum* short. Nice to meet you!
Hey there pals! I'm looking for a private room to move into in late before September 10. I love the Moonee Valley area and would preferably like to stay put around here or somewhere nearby. I just left studies in creative writing at La Trobe and am working as an administrative assistant and developing my own business selling prints of my art. I spend a good deal of my spare time at home in my own space, painting and drawing. Because of that, I might be wrongly perceived as reclusive to some but I always love having a good chat and am always up for doing things as a house. It'd be great to find a place with roomies who are likeminded and also enjoy that sense of company and actually being friends with who they live with. I also love yoga, learning guitar, I'm a tattoo addict and Seinfeld is my go-to show. I appreciate a clean house and am very respectful and I always have money for rent and bills in time. Message me if this sounds like I'd be right for your place :)
Hi everyone, I'm Giampaolo, an Italian student who's going to move to Melbourne for 6 months to complete his master thesis in Biomedical engineering, and I am looking for a house to share and enjoy with other people. I'm a very clean person (I'm used to sharing houses with other people for 5 years in Italy), friendly, sociable and I can't wait to meet new people, cooking some good pasta for them maybe lol and spending really good time!
Relocating from NSW to Melbourne for work. Looking for accommodation for a few months prior to my partner moving down. Working Monday to Friday. Looking for a relatively quiet house near public transport. Pretty easy going, enjoy sport and the odd beer. Mid 20's, have lived in multiple share houses before, clean and honest.
Hi guys, I'm Wayne, 27 year old Australian, just returned home from the UK and a working holiday. Ideally looking for a room in the inner suburbs or East Melbourne, $170 per week max. I enjoy music, guitar, films, art and travel. I'm easy going, tidy and I've got plenty of share house experience. Looking forward to hearing from you, thanks.
I am a masters student at UniMelb studying creative writing, publishing and editing. I will also be working part-time in my industry. I'm super laid back and would love to be chill with my flatmates and make it a positive living space for all of us. I'm Aussie but have only lived in Australia about 6 months now so I'm quite a newbie with things that may appear a given haha. Love movies a lot. Have many posters and desire to purchase more posters. Into anything a little artsy, always down to check out new things in the city and outside. I'm at Uni most of the day every day but I do like to chill at night, have a chat. I want to be semi-close to UniMelb's Parkville campus so anywhere in the CBD, Brunswick, Carlton, Flemington, North Melbourne or in Parkville would be great too. If there are bars, cafes, supermarket and tram nearby, even better! Looking around the $180-200 mark per week. If you have anything or want to team up, please let me know! Cheers!
Postgrad law student at Melbourne Uni. I'm clean, undemanding, respectful of others' space, and usually sociable :) I love cooking, travelling, and just returned from teaching English in South Korea Looking for a private bedroom not far from Melbourne Uni 한국어 연습 해야하니까 한국어 하는 룸메이트 찾으면 좋겠다
I’m respectful and conscientious, easy going and kind! Have a passion for houseplants, ice cream and sleep. I’m a full time design and marketing student, also working two jobs. In my spare time I love to take photos, watch movies and enjoy delicious food. I’ll cross the road to pat a cute cat, but not in a weird way. Born and raised, I’m Melbourne to the core and still in love with this city!
Spacious apartment with balcony and pool gym and entertainment room. Furnished and I am Looking for a responsible young professional who respect quiet living and clean space. Tram stop right in front of the building, easy access to city or restaurants
My name is Emiliano and I just got to Melbourne from Mexico City. I will study the coming semester in VU. I have lived in a share house with roomies, so I am aware of how to behave and how people want to be treated. I am a calm person who enjoy sports, walking, and a good chat.
Hello Flatmates My name is Sean, I am a 27yr old guy. I'm currently a student in Communications (Media) in my final year at RMIT. Ive just returned from a 6 month study exchange in Singapore/China and i'm hoping I can find a cosy place I can call home. To make ends meet I work for a few companies as a subcontractor/casual in the live events/audio visual industry. I'm a quiet natured fellow who likes coffee, making videos & music. I also like going to friends shows and doing yoga on occasion. Previously I lived in Thornbury and held a lease for two years in a house of four, so I know the importance of a clean, functional and cohesive house! I would say i'm out and about a lot, always scheming on some sort of project, however I do value building meaningful relationships with fellow housemates. If you want to know anything else, get in touch! Cheers Sean
From Sweden, graduating as a dietician next year (therefore love everything about food - cook, grocery shopping, talk about it, eat a lot of it and so on). I'm spending my next semester at Victoria University. In Melbourne from July 14th. Nutrition and food is one of my greatest interests so if you want to exchange knowledge I'm more than willing to contribute with everything you need (and don't need) to know about nutrients! ...Or we just stick to other topics as it's not the end of the world not eating perfect or enjoying the good things in life! When I am not busy with studies I like to relax by watching Netflix or a movie (but I am the worst in remembering the ones I've seen), going for a long walk and spending time at the gym. I usually keep the evenings short during the weekdays but it's nice to have activities in the weekends and aparts from the ones above it’s always nice to go out for a coffee, or a drink occasionally, but I’m not really a party person. I don’t smoke or have any animals. And I have the most respect for privacy as I do value my own but would also enjoy a nice chat after a long day! Experience of living in a sharehouse previously, not looking for a party-house but would be nice to be able to have friends over for dinner or drinks occasionally! So if you want a housemate that will keep it tidy, clean, are down to earth and won't mind about what movie to watch (except horror movies), I'm the one!
I’m 29, been back in Australia for 18 months now after almost 8 years in Europe. I can cook, I’m clean, and I enjoy a beer or glass of wine. I equal part social but also happy to be on my own. And I can give you unlimited amounts of the worlds best coffee! The weekends I live to explore, hike, and take photos.
I am very tidy and clean person. I like to spend some time with people but i respect privacy of others as well. I am international student. I am doing a diploma In IT and still learning English.
