I am in Melbourne for my masters and am looking for a place to share with some interesting and open-minded people who are eager to interact and can keep a place clean. However, I would respect your privacy too since I value my own personal space as well. Reach out for any more information anytime!

I am Jessie, a 23 year old student from the Netherlands. I have arrived in Melbourne three days ago (excited!) and will be studying at the University of Melbourne until the end of November. Back in the Netherlands, I’m doing a double degree (two engineering masters: Systems&Control and Biomechanical Design) and here I will be taking some elective courses for half a year. I love doing sports (dancing, rowing, gym, running), listening to music, hanging out with friends (both just chilling on the couch and watching a movie as well as going to a party), reading and studying (yeah, I actually enjoy that). But most of all, I love travelling; last year I’ve been backpacking on my own for half a year and for this reason I’ve decided to come to Australia to discover what it’s like to live in another country. In the Netherlands I live in a shared house with three other students. We love eating together, studying together and having a chat every day. We also like having a drink once in a while. I’m looking for a house with a chilled vibe where I can chat with people, and share a drink or meal every so often.
I’m a happy and responsible and respectful girl who has already been living out of home for twelve months. I work full time at Optus and when I’m not working I really enjoy seeing live music and having a dance!
I'm an easy-going 25 year old guy from India, working full time in Melbourne CBD. A non-vegetarian too. My clients are based in Melbourne CBD (I'm a tech consultant), so I'm looking for an accommodation preferably near to CBD. I'm a smoker (outside the house), but I am also a very clean person. Non-judgmental and understanding. I blend in with people easily. I'm very responsible when it comes to doing my share of the household work, paying rent/bills, etc. I don't have pets but I'm totally fine with them being in the house. I will respect your privacy, quiet-time and expect the same from you too. I'm looking to move in between August 24-Sep 1. Perks of living with me: 1. I've a couple friends who are pursuing their masters in Melbourne. You get to socialize with them, their friends and so on (on weekends), if you want to. 2. You get an ensemble of recommendations about trending and amazing Movies/TV Series to binge on. 3. A lending ear to your problems and tons of free and good advice whenever you need it. 4. One stop solution to all your PC problems. I love fixing Windows PCs/Laptops. So if you ever got a problem, you know what to do. 5. Exceptional critic and reviewer when it comes to patching up job resumes, blog articles etc. 6. A co-op mate if you're into gaming. 7. You get to taste a lot of Indian dishes and be a part of several experimental cooking recipes. Don't hesitate to Ring me up to know more.
So a little info about me! 29, just about to move to Melbourne for work (government), and will be brand new to the city. I'm pretty relaxed and quiet, but enjoy a few social beverages, gaming on the PS4, or movie/netflix marathons. I've got a motorcycle so i like to get out of the house and go for rides on my days off. Cheers! Jack
Looking for room to rent. Need to be dog friendly. I have been traveling since 2006 including living in Germany and the UK. Most recently did 4 years in QLD and now settling back home in Melbourne with my beautiful kelpie x dog Ali LaLa. I work in Administration for a Not for Profit organisation in the CBD. I've done house-sharing before and come with references. They will tell you how I usually keep to myself as I do a lot of work writing/reading on my laptop. I adapt to how other house mates want to spend their time in the house. Happy to hang out and chat about each others lives and escapades but still have their own space. I love to garden and growing food if possible and try to be as self-sustainable as possible. Outdoors walking the dog and taking photos as I love photography. Prefer a psycho-free home. Somewhere safe and respect each others property/possessions. Yes I clean up after myself. No I don't take forever in the bathroom or leave a mess. Yes my dog has rules and house trained. She gets along with other dogs and cats. Length of stay I would hope long term so I can settle down and work to save money. Bottomline: Great sense of humour and easy going. Honest and respectful. Always pay money on time. Good listener. Clean. Would prefer to live with people that have similar qualities.
I'm a 24 year old young professional working the the cheese industry. I'm originally from country Vic, but have lived in sharehouses for over 6 years now. Cleanliness/tidiness is important to me, as is being respectful of shared spaces. I definitely enjoy being social - a movie night with a G&T never goes amiss - but I also value my own space. My interests include reading, history and growing my own veg. I also love to cook!
Hi, I'm a friendly Californian girl :) I recently moved to Melbourne, I’m a post-grad student (UoM) and working part-time. I'd like to live with other social, nice people. About me: I’ve been working in Asia the last few years so I have lots of houseshare experience, I love to cook (oh yes, I’ll share), I'm a news junkie, I love hiking / being outdoors, i like to see live music on the weekends, I’m kinda a goof ball and since I’m from Napa Valley I love wine as well (can that be a hobby?). I’m tidy too. Ideal home: private room in a shared house with multiple, friendly roommates in their twenties or early thirties! I’ll be busy most days working/studying but I like to socialize on the weekends or during the week watch movies together, chat, cook, etc. I’d love to have a garden if possible + ~20min bike to UoM. Move in date: late July Tendency: long-term / 1 year Pets: I have none (but would love yours!) Age: 26 *LGBTQ+, 420, non-discriminatroy!
