This property is in the prime location of Flemington, with a bus stop right in front of the complex and a tram stop and plaza 5 minutes walk away. There is an air-conditioner in the spacious hall, and the balcony sports beautiful views of the surrounding greenery (perfect for bird lovers!). There is also an indoor car parking and a well-kept tennis court. It is a 30-minute public transport journey to the Melbourne CBD, and 10-minute bus journey to Footscray Station. It also includes a dishwasher, dryer machine and a new oven. It is a perfect flat for a short 2-3 week stay while you look for a permanent home to move into!
Hi there, I'm an international student of RMIT, nearly finished my masters, from China with some Korean backgrounds. When I'm free you'll find me reading, watching movies or just enjoying a cup of pour over in the balcony but I do love chatting with flatmates about similar interests also going out for socializing from time to time. Love cooking yummy dishes such as Korean cuisines and Chinese dumplings, steams, stir fries etc and love to share them. Just recently have changed my diet, most of time I do vegetarian :) I train regularly, am into keeping fit so I do go to the gym and do yogas on a weekly basis and love cycling around the suburb. Not a party person, but enjoy having some wines and hanging out with friends, so I wish the place could be a quite and relaxing space, that can rest after work. I'm easygoing , friendly and love playing jokes while being respectful. Love to respect other's space and keep the place clean as much as I wish my flatmates could do the same. Have worked as a part-time cleaner while supporting myself and still doing some shifts at the moment. Currently keen to work as a barista after my course, as I am passionate about coffee and loved Melbourne coffee.

Hey there future housemate! I've tried to be as open as I can to answer any questions you might have so please don't be creeped out by how extensive this. Saying that, please ask me if there are any other questions you may have. Herrreeee we go: ME - 27, study and work in architecture field -Easy going, reliable, pay bills, clean, decent human being etc. etc. -Indoor plant enthusiast (although they don’t always reciprocate) -Strongly believe that dressing gowns are underrated -Love to go out for breakfast but rarely am awake enough to enjoy it -Not a ‘box ticker’ -Wants a comfy home with wonderful and friendly housemates I'd say that I am open minded, responsible, accepting and friendly. All of that stuff. I can be social and enjoy a good chat but I also understand others need for personal space. I am easy to live with and I have no problems with communal meals and chores etc. if need be. I have lived with people that identify as vegetarian and LGBTQIA in the past with no problems. I am also respectful of the culture and opinions of others. It does not matter to me what you identify as but as long as you are nice, responsible and respectful. Happy to share my time with all walks of life that fit into these categories. I have shared individual leases in four houses since I was a wee lass where I have paid rent and bills separately- always paid all on time. I can provide you rental references. I am really looking for long term with reliable people that can hold a decent conversation, respects privacy and is comfortable to be around. Ultimately, I am looking for a 'home' rather than just a house to crash. HOUSE/MATE/S (YOU) -Considerate of other people/space/culture etc. -Up for a chat and occasional drink -Not a raging house. Or ‘clicky’ - Hilarious (will settle for mildly humourous) -Up for meaningless intellectual banter -Wont push personal agenda (not arrogant) - Similar age -Lovely... just damn lovely BORING STUFF -$250- 300 -Longterm lease -Walking distance to PT and public amentities -No carpark required -washing line Let me know if you are interested in having me as your housemate! Please be honest with me, I will not take anything personally if am not what you are looking for.

Hi there, my name is Marietta and I am originally from Germany. I just finished my PhD in Brisbane. I am relocating to Melbourne in January and will stay until June inclusive. As this is rather a short-term stay, I am looking for a fully furnished room only. I am clean, quiet and respect privacy, but I am also in for the occasional pizza and movie evening :) I love the the outdoors, so I won't say no to a couple of day-trips on the weekend. Pets are not a problem as I love animals.
Hi, my name is Skye and i am looking for a place to rent while i am studying in Melbourne. A little bit you need to know about me is that i used to actually live in Melbourne about a year ago! I attended Lauriston Girls School for three years. Im currently working as a bartender in Adelaide/Robe, i will be doing the same thing when i eventually move back to Melbourne. I have been working in hospitality for almost 6 and a half years now, i really enjoying cooking and cleaning. I love being outdoors and i love animals! I have a beautiful little dog called Moo Moo, who sadly will not be joining me when i move, but i have no problem with animals at all, the more, the merrier! I'd also like to mention that i am looking for a house with a few roommates, preferably close to Swinburne University. Please message me if you're interested in having me live with you!
I am Patrick, currently looking for a place close to the city, but not the city, a fresh graduate from Charles Sturt, recently got a new job so I'm looking to move closer to work. I am an easy-going person who loves a tidy environment, love a chill setting with easy-going individuals, Positive vibes, I love to create art, I'm easy to hang with but also respect private space. I also love music, making beats, fashion (design and sketch) and good reasonable conversations.
I am an Engineer who is moving to Melbourne to live and work for a few years. I am a clean person and respectable of others privacy although I like being social as well. I like chilling out, yoga and enjoy looking after my plants.
I work for a clinical trials company near the Alfred where I look after the logistics of our clinical unit. Outside of work I enjoy running, gym, cooking, the odd skydive and camping trip. I''m usually up ealry and between work and gym I don't spend much time at home. Not a party animal in the slightest but don't ming a quiet night at the pub watching the footy/cricket/rugbg. I'm looking for a housemate(s) who are easy going and tidy. Off street parking is a must
