Hi Flatmates! I'm Ioannis, a graduate architect working full time, relocating from Melbourne to Sydney with a job secured. After backpacking for the greater part of last year, I'm now on the lookout for a place to settle down, meet new people and work on my career. I'm looking for a room ideally in the inner west to anywhere from $250-300 a week. I'm flexible with the length of stay and move-in date. I'm also happy to offer to pay 3 months in advance upon signing the lease. As an open-minded and social person, I love getting to know people from diverse backgrounds. Having lived at two shared houses before, I always enjoy a good chat with the people around me but also respect people's boundaries. I'm easy-going, clean, tidy and responsible when it comes to paying rent on time and keeping communal areas nice and tidy. More than happy to provide phone numbers of my previous landlord and flatmates and who I'm still friends with. In my spare time, you'll find me hiking in the woods, doing architectural photography, hitting a fitness class or just going for a drink with mates. I'm also crazy about meal prep and cooking delicious snacks which I'm always happy to share with flatmates. I don't have any pets of my own but happy to share a place with other people's.
