I'm looking to sublet my cozy, sunny room in a beautiful and spacious terrace house in Glebe/Forest Lodge from 23 July until end of September with possibility to extend. The house is very spacious. It has a large backyard with a BBQ which you are welcome to use and a spacious kitchen. It's a 3 level terrace house and you will have access to a large bathroom (shower + spa) upstairs as well as a tiny washing room with a toilet which is on the ground floor. The room is located on the ground floor. It's very cozy, with queen size bed, wardrobe and a desk. The other rooms are located upstairs which would give you an extra level of privacy. You would be sharing the house with 2 young professionals from Ireland and one lovely Scottish girl. They are all in their late 20s, enjoy a good laugh and a cold stout on the weekends. They are very friendly and respectful, so if you prefer to spend the time by yourself they will most certainly leave you to your own devices. If you are looking for people to socialise over the holidays, they will be more than happy to go to the local pub with you, have a laugh and share with you some local tips and quirks. Let's be honest, these guys are from Ireland/Scotland so they like to drink and dance/sing to Kate Bush's 'Wuthering Heights', so the house is probably not a suitable option for families. Additional bills include: Internet - $15 per month Cleaner - $15 fortnightly 4 min from Glebe Point Road (shops/cafes/restaurants/bars) 4 min from the University of Sydney & Victoria Park (outdoor swimming pool) 4min walk from Parramatta Road (excellent public transport connection to the city) 25min walk to Newtown 20min walk to Sydney Fish Markets 30min walk to Darling Harbour Very easy access to public transport via Parramatta Road (bus stops 3 min away) Glebe is excellent for those who wish to gaze at fireworks during Xmas. Incl. Bed, Wardrobe, Desk and Chair BBQ area backyard
Hello :) my name is Laura and I'll come to Sydney in mid July to study there for one semester. I am from Germany but I am studying Liberal Arts and Sciences in Holland. I would say that I am an easy-going person. I love to travel, enjoy meeting new people and seeing new places and I love to dance. I would stay in Sydney until the end of November. I am looking forward to hearing from you! Lauri
Room available in beautifully renovated furnished terrace house in Forest Lodge (Glebe). Gorgeous bedroom with double french doors opening over a beautiful rear courtyard garden. Uniquely overlooking a lovely bush reserve in the heart of the city! I'm looking for a friendly and professional woman, preferably over 30's. This room is an absolute sanctuary. I have love living here. The house is minutes walk to Glebe, Annandale, Newtown and Camperdown. Short walk to great restaurants, cafes and bars as well as shops and transport. It is in a quiet dead end street close to beautiful walking track to Blackwattle Bay and backs onto a unique bushy reserve and park. A gem in the inner city! This is a superb location and a great home to live in. Lovely flatmates.
I am 24 years old, gay, originally from the UK and will be living & working in Sydney until May 2018. I am fairly quiet, though I do enjoy socializing and hanging out with friends. I am very clean and respect other people's personal space. I love to travel, am always looking for my next holiday (and am open to suggestions for destinations)! I also enjoy cooking, swimming and keeping fit (when I can be bothered). My ideal flat would be close to the CBD - walking distance would be great, but if not then no more than 15 mins on the train. And I am looking to spend up to $400 per week (excluding bills).

Hey Guys :) I'm 23 and currently living in the south west of sydney and I'm looking to move out closer to the city :) I'm currently studying a bachelor of design, majoring in fashion marketing and I'm working part time for David Jones Online :) I like to be social and hang out with friends when I can and have a dance and a laugh but I dont bring the party home. I have my moments when I am a social butterfly but I also respect people's privacy and belongings as I would like mine to be respected also. In my free time I enjoy watching movies and catching up on tv shows as well as catching up with friends and exploring new places and meeting new people :) i do enjoy the occasional party and big night out with friends or even just through meeting new people and I'm hoping to find a place where these routines are shared as well :) I do enjoy photography, fashion, reading, movies and tv shows, drawing and I'm looking into learning how to surf so that should be fun! Just a side note also, I would appreciate it if anyone interested in showing me a place or room to directly message me off flatmates :) thank you! Xx
Im 24yo from Scotland, I've been in Sydney since October and work full time at a marketing company in the city. I arrived on a working holiday visa but am being sponsored through my work so looking for a home rather than just a place to stay. I'm pretty chill to live with but can be a bit of a neat freak, which has its pros as I love cleaning. Not a huge partier during the week but I like going out at the weekend. Currently trying to quit smoking so I have no issues with preferred smoking/non-smoking. A huge plus would be if the house/apartment had an animal because I miss my dog more than my friends & family combined!
I'm a 25 year old female, moving to Sydney in July to pursue a Masters degree. I have been working as a Media Executive for a TV Network and have now decided to take on full time study. Ideally, i'd like to find a place close to USYD. As i'm heading back to the books, I will end up splitting my time between uni, gym, some casual work and off course keeping sane with some wining and dinning. Being new to Sydney, I'd love to come back to an awesome flatmate! Someone who can respect my quite time but also be around for some chats and hangs. My weekends vary, anything from a weekend being social, or chilling in watching tv and i'd hate to admit this but catching up on study. I'm not the best cook so I'm hoping to find a flatmate who loves to cook! So I can learn a thing or two ! I'm quite clean and organised and would prefer to live with someone who likes to keep their living space the same. I hope to find a house with females & a private room that is furnished.
I'm an international student in sydney, studying accounting and finance at Macquarie university. Looking to move to the city on 28 July. I'm an out going, dte and social person and fluent in English. I love to travel, socialise, cooking and much more.
Hey! From the UK, studying at Sydney Uni for my third year. I'm super laid back, kind and tidy. Looking for a fun, friendly flat share, with an easy commute from the university and preferably with people around my own age. Free to move in from mid July, let me know if you have any more questions.
Hi there! I'm Taco, a Dutchie, and am over a year in Sydney now. After living in Collaroy (Northern Beaches) and Surry Hills, I'm looking for a winterproof room in another vibrant suburb. I'm in Sydney studying Travel and Tourism Management, which will last till November, so I'm looking for a place to call home for the next 6 months. Besides my study I work as a bartender. Since i've got to work a lot, i'm not looking for a partyhouse, although I love an occasional drink with my housemates! If I have any sparetime, I love to be outdoors, watch a movie/series (Netflix n chill it is!), or enjoy the Sydney life.
Hey Future Flatmate, Hey, you! Yes, you! Famoso here. Fam or Fammy (very endearing though) for short. Well, that’s how my friends call me. I will be moving to Sydney as an international student to earn my masters degree in University of Technology Sydney. Truth is, it's funny how equally sanguine and choleric I am. I tend to be lively, sociable, carefree, talkative at times but also sensitive enough to listen, and pleasure-seeking. I am warm-hearted and optimistic. I can make new friends easily, be imaginative and artistic, and often have many ideas. At the same time, I can show leadership, good at planning, and most of the times, practical and solution-oriented. Which is why I am really going to give my best shot at earning this degree. But regardless, I am very tolerant and loving on people. I work out quite often and by quite often, probably everyday would sound sufficient. I also live a very active life, do yoga, and love to sunbathe in the beach. I’m a photographer who’s quite daring on social media so please don’t be shocked. I’m actually prim and proper in real life. More so, I like to take things seriously but wait! Seriously fun. So we can laugh our hearts out everyday. I really do think it’s an amazing thing how the world can be very big yet meeting like-minded people who like to see this big world make it small. I like being in an avenue where I can see the world at least through the lenses of other people's eyes. It gives me such an adrenaline rush meeting people from different races, cultures, and perspectives. So hit me up, who knows, we could have the most memorable time as housemates! Cheers!
10 Minute bus ride from Central Station 5 Minute bus ride from Broadway Shopping Centre/ Coles 5 Minute walk from the University of Sydney A beautiful and relaxed neighbourhood in close proximity to many cafes, bars and restaurants. Double bed room with lots of natural light Share bathroom with one other housemate Parking in garage available for an additional $15 p/week Large courtyard at the back w/ BBQ facilities. Would best suit professionals & mature students.
Hi there, I'm looking at sharing a clean and cosy house with some nice, working people. I'm a very friendly and easy going girl. I work full time. I like to watch movies, read, drink wine and eat cheese :)
Call me Mizo! pronounced like the soup and twice as delicious lol Engineer gone rogue and now a google-er. Love dancing and cooking; will cook and bake lots of cookies when I'm home. Not a drinker, not a smoker mostly am the designated driver X_X. Organised, clean and considerate of people's time, space, and sleep. Sociable and always love a good company. If you want to dance, I shall teach!! Cooking is one of my hobbies; i love to cook for myself and enjoy sharing meals. If you like cookies and milk on a sunday evening, make sure you bribe me accordingly lol.
Looking for a place 30min away max from central. Been living with same housemate for 5 years.we get on really well but his job is out west and I don't enjoy the west a lot. I work in the city and spend my free time near the city so makes sense for me to move closer. Not in a rush, prefer to find a long term place and hopefully move to a place where I can have a place to stay and make new friends I can be a messy person in my own private room but very neat & considerate when it comes to shared space. (P.S: messy is not dirty...the 2 are quite different) Thank you for reading my profile. P.S: I won't be able to move asap. So ideally would work if you're looking for someone to move in after a month or so. I will need to let my housemate know I'm moving out, allow him time to give notice to landlord and start looking for a place. So my move date is 3-7 weeks from when I find a place I like.
