Hey, I'm Matt. I work in TV as an editor. I love getting to the beach, going to gigs, meeting up with mates for a few drinks in the park or one of the many fine establishments the inner west has to offer, the occasional art/cultural events, and the odd festival if life permits, and of course Netflix and music :) I also like to chill at home and escape the outside world. I love a good chat about anything and nothing. I'm pretty laid back and independent. I like to get to know the people I live with and I do love the occasional cook up and cheeky glass of something something with the housemates. I'm tidy and respectful of other housemates and shared spaces. I'm fairly socially active, but do my partying outside of the home, I like home to a sanctuary from the outside world - but I'm not adverse to the occasional impromptu gatherings or house parties if we are feeling it! I'm looking for a friendly fun home to share with other cool humans! I'm technically 36 years old, but I don't think I've ever mentally moved on from 29... ;) My move in dates can be very flexible, I could move tomorrow if need be or in a few weeks time. I'm looking for long term accommodation preferably at least 6 months, though I'd rather 1 year plus.
Located really close to Sydney Uni and Broadway shops, as well as Parramatta road for buses. Three bathrooms, so you get your own bathroom! The room is attached to a study alcove which opens up onto a lovely courtyard. The house has been recently painted and has a fairly new dishwasher, washing machine and oven so everything works! No smokers Internet is $23 a month each, and bills work out to be roughly $140 per quarter.
Hi! My name is Sean, I am an architect and tailor based in Sydney. I'm looking for a nice share house to join. I enjoy a good chat, am easy going, and clean (without being obsessive about it). On days off I like to drink beer and listen to music. Please let me know if you think I would fit into your house, I'd love to hear from you!

Hi guys, I'm looking for a long term place, preferably to set up a new house with another / others. Definitely want to create a comfortable home with likeminded people, not a budget / party house / anonymous sort of arrangement. I'm an easy going guy working in the restaurant and wine industries. I work business-ish hours and am pretty busy during the week but always keen to share a home-cooked meal / drink when I can Monday to Friday. Enjoy being social on weekends and would like the sort of place where everyone feels comfortable to have friends around but also respect housemates when they do. I already have quite a bit of good furniture and most appliances / kitchenware so we wouldn't have to set up the place from scratch. Ideally thinking of a three bedroom terrace in the inner west but am completely flexible to go bigger, smaller or an apartment if I find the right person or people

Incoming postgrad student in USyd from the Philippines (although English is my first language). I'll be moving to Sydney mid-Jan and would need a place to stay until December, with a possibility of extending. I'm 23 years old and I've been working in Real Estate Business Design for 3 years. I cook and bake (we'll have a healthy stash of cookies for sure). I love traveling, but also down to hibernate and binge watch on Netflix. Always down to eat and drink! I'll mostly be studying, but I'm not a stickler for noise or whatnot.
Hi, I'm a French guy looking for a furnished room with its own bathroom, in a modern and fully equiped apartment/complex close to public transport and shops. On/off street parking would be ideal. My budget is $350 maximum, all bills included. I'm a clean, tidy, responsible and sociable person looking for like-minded flatmate(s). Cheers ! Alex
Hey dudes, my name's René and am originally from New Zealand. I'm 23 which seems old as for a student these days. I'm in post-grad nuclear medicine but might go med school if I can get my shit together (unlikely but who knows). I finished my undergrad end of 2014 and have worked a fair bit since then, so I don't have to drink $2.99 wine anymore. As for me personally I'm pretty relaxed on just about everything. Or think I am at least. I've grown up a wee bit since undergrad and I can't really be bothered partying hard like I used to. I'd rather get stuff done ya know? A beer and low quality chat sesh every now and then doesn't go amiss however. I guess my schedule is a bit irregular, but not like getting in at 3am irregular. In my spare time (hah) I'm busy with sporting commitments, work and owning a motorbike (off-street parking for this would be heaps good, lots of bike thefts in Sydney lately :'( ). Feel free to ask me about anything else I may have missed in this very general summary.
I have just returned to Australia from nine months travel. I'm bubbly and fun but also like to have a homely home which is not party Central all the time. I like a drink and like to cook. Im a permanent resident originally from the uk. I hope to study a 6 month photography course in the new year. Thank you.

HI ya'll My name is Cecilia and I'm a 20 year old third year student who works part-time. I'm not looking for just a place to go home to and literally never talk to my housemates. I'm legit looking for a long-term home. At least more than 6 months where it'll comfortable and we can be mates at least. Hopefully looking for people around the same age as I who might be students but that's not a deal-breaker. If you're also interested in teaming up for a new place that could be cool as well so just let me know. Just to remind ya'll, my maximum budget is 300 as most so please don't message me asking to look at your listing that's at 350. Please, no places where there are people living in bunkbeds or lounge rooms Thanks :) I'm cool with both dudes and chicks since I'm too poor to pay for flatmates, I'm really sorry you need to have early bird access to message me. However I can be found on social media by searching my first name and my last name which is sendah :) If that doesnt work then I can be found on the gram - - - - - - - - - - - - sencecilia If this is still up then I'm still looking :)
I am considerate, fun and practice the art of joy and love. I've just spent 6 months teaching scuba diving in Bali and now have a full time job at North Face retail. I'm Australian born Cantonese; love beaches, climbing, yoga, and smelling flowers.
Shared home at a walking distance to the University of Sydney and UTS as well as the light rail on Glebe Point Rd . Spacious room with all bills included. There is a number of close bus stops providing easy travel to the city and Coogee beach. The house is a 2 levels terrace with a quaint character, well lit and with a garden. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Hey guys, I'm an active individual that loves getting up early and going to bed early. (With exceptions on some occasions). One thing that I can promise is that I clean my stuff up in common areas ASAP. I've been living out of home since I was 18. I value personal growth and development, health, being the best version I can be, having fun and keeping that energy flowing. I work full-time for Success Resources. I also operate a part-time business helping people get physically fit and financially free. Not a drinker. Not a smoker. Chill dude.
Hey, hi! I'm Sophia and I will be starting my first year at National Art School in 2018 and am looking for a place to live! I'm patient, adaptable, considerate and easy-going. I love exploring, adventuring and just hanging out at home. I'm vego but have no problem with living in a home with meat-eaters :) Please message me with any questions you have and hope you're having a good day/night!
