The ULTIMATE Sydney experience is HERE! (The room is for 2 people, you can come alone and we'd match yourself, with a friend, as a couple, or we can give it just to you if paying extra) Here's why this place provides the ultimate experience... Aside from having the best vibe, best flatmates, an awesome location and a well-kept wicked house (Yep! We are modest here! Our landlord gives us perks you wouldn't see anywhere. He has been giving anyone staying in the house all costs covered weekend speed boat trips, Hunter Valley trips, kayaking days and a whole bunch of other stuff (which everyone in the house gets once every 2nd month we're in the house) because he can access it cheaply via his online business.... No extra costs, courtesy of the landlord of a house, socializing once every 2 months have included: • A weekend trip to the Hunter Valley • Rock climbing night • Paddle boarding or kayaking around Sydney Harbour • A speed boat trip around Sydney Harbour • Vivid festival cruise around Sydney Harbour + buffet • Go Karting day What? Why does staying in a house include such things? Our landlord says he offers this because he wants to help us flatmates: - get to know one another - to be able to experience some of the best Sydney has to offer - and because he felt the other places in the city offered a pretty crappy experience with over-crowded houses and little fun. So if we're not cooking up a BBQ or chilling at home, this makes for awesome days out together as a group of housemates and is included for FREE. Shared: $190/week plus $15/week per person for the bills and internet.($205 Total) Couple: (We will change the bed to a double bed): $360/week plus $15/week per person for the bills and internet.($375 Total) Private: (We will change the bed to a double bed): $360/week plus $15/week per person for the bills and internet. I'm currently a full-time student at USYD (Environmental studies) and also working casual shifts on the side. Outside of uni I enjoy photography, to travel around, concerts, the beach and spend hours in the kitchen if the time allows it :)
Hi, I am Bella, I am looking for a room that would allow me and my boyfriend to stay in your lovely house for about 1 week as we want to attend our graduation ceremony in the uni and have little fun around the city. We both are friendly, easy-going, fun and respectful. Pets friendly and so it would a good opportunity to get in touch your pets. Neither of us is smoking or drinking. We also have experience of sharing accomodation with others and so, we will respect for your space and privacy, and make your house clean as you used to keep. We would also love to chit-chat with you if you are willing.
Hi! Looking for a relaxed Person to potentially look at leasing a two bed place, I work full time in medical and busy days so generally like to chill at home but also enjoy a catch up with friends / gym / go to a event or gig etc through the week. Would ideally like to team up with someone in a similar position, enjoys home chilling also but has their own social life / does their own thing but also likes to chill out over dinner/a drink / invite friends back etc :) I do have a cute little baby Cockateil that is very tame & friendly :) so am looking for a place that allows birds. 😬 Get in touch if you think this sounds this something you're looking for also Liss :)
Hi, We are an Australian couple originally from the small country towns in the Southern Highlands. Chris is in sales for software and I am in sales for wine and also pursuing acting. We both work Monday-Friday. We are of mature nature and our lifestyle reflects this, so we are more keen on living with people older say late 20's to early 40's. We like healthy living and go to the gym together. We don't want a party house, dinners and BBQ's are fine though. We are moving out of our 5 bedroom place in Leichhardt because we want a tidier/nicer/closer place. We would take care of the lease and fully furnish the lounge/dining and equip the kitchen/laundry with appliances. We are looking at inner Sydney suburbs only for convenience and want to team up with others wanting a modern and clean place for long term stay (1year+). Looking around the price range of $340-450 per bedroom and 4 bedroom minimum house. Preferably with a backyard that we intend to put a chicken coup and compost bin in...because whats not to love about free eggs, birds, and caring for the environment? If pets are allowed we may eventually get a puppy. Some perks of living with us: - I work as a wine advisor so I get to bring home a lot of wine which others are more than welcome to, we prefer red so I will literally give away the whites. - I have a keen interest in interior design so the house will look very stylish - Chris is extremely organised so bills and rent will be dealt with efficiently - We are 6ft+ so can get things from high places for you - We enjoy gardening so maintenance would be fairly simple - Respectful, friendly and clean!! - Will keep to ourselves but enjoy a good chat If this sounds like we could be a good match for living arrangements, shoot me a message about yourself. We are on the hunt for a property now so will be looking to move in around April/May time. Look forward to meeting you, Kate and Chris

Looking for a furnished private room/place to move into ASAP for six months to infinity. Would prefer my own bathroom (or shared with one other). Non-smoker and would prefer to live with other non-smokers. LGTBQI friendly, animal lover (especially cats) but not bringing any with me. Would prefer an all female flat, or a mix of girls and guys. I'm 27 years old, working in digital advertising full time and just finished my masters last year. I work in Pyrmont so ideally looking for something within walking distance or close to the light rail or a train station. Born in Australia but moved away and having been living abroad in Hong Kong and New Zealand up until 2015. I'm very chilled and sociable, but also like my downtime and respect other's space. I like quiet nights in watching a movie, drawing or learning a new language (I speak six). I also enjoy swimming and trying new cuisines. Traits I appreciate in a flatmate are cleanliness, respectful in regard to noise and privacy and just being generally friendly. I've lived in a variety of situations including on my own, in a penthouse apartment in a hotel, flatting with singles and couples (straight & gay) and in a dormitory. Happy to provide references from previous places if requested.

About me I've recently moved to Sydney from the Gold Coast but I'm originally from the UK. I am looking for a minimum of 3 months at the moment but hopefully can extend. Just a bit about me...I love healthy living and fitness. I enjoy travel, feel at home outdoors or being on the water, by the sea or exploring the hinterland by foot! I am getting into art and photography and regularly post pictures of my food or travel adventures on Instagram. I practice yoga and meditation pretty much every day. I am easy going, fun and friendly and a considerate housemate. I am not looking for a party house but it would be nice to meet like-minded people.
My apartment is in an incredible location with the tramsheds precinct, foreshore parks and light rail just 300m away, and the north, east and south of Sydney just a short drive away. The apartment is fully furnished, including a queen bed in the room to let. A built in, separate bathroom and secure car space comes as part of the agreement.
I'm a current student at UTS, studying a Bachelor of Forensic Science in Applied Chemistry. I'm from Newcastle originally but moved to Sydney for uni. I play guitar (have done for ~6 years?) and I love to cook, and would happily cook anyone dinner. I drink far too much beer and I'm always up for a jam session
Hi! I am an international student of the university of sydney. I am easygoing and friendly. I speak English, mandarin and a little Spanish. I usually get up at 7 a.m. and sleep at 11 p.m. I enjoy reading, jogging and making new friends. :)
Hello, I'm Mitch, 34yrs, Australian, a 2016 arts graduate from University of Sydney and now a full time worker. I spend as many afternoons/evenings as I can at the gym, and I like to pursue my dilettantish interests in music and literature when time and energy allows. I'm clean, mature, respectful and sane (so far as any of those categories can be assumed to bear a shared meaning between strangers on the internet who, for all they both respectively know, may have completely different notions of cleanliness, maturity, respectfulness and sanity). Still, i think most people would find me pretty easy to get along with, so do feel free to get in touch. Cheers.
Gorgeous three storey terrace house with back courtyard. Open plan living and dining with two (non-functioning) fireplaces on the lower level and one fireplace on the (private) second living area space. Large double bathroom with two sinks, double shower, bath and place for a washing machine (though we don't have one - but there is a laundry-mat 2 mins up the road). Pretty back courtyard with outdoor table. For rent is a private 2 level space (unfurnished) - First level is a medium sized room (on level two) with doors opening onto a pretty balcony (I use this as a living area). Second level is an attic bedroom with big windows and brick feature wall. This is a beautiful space which gives you the privacy to set up your own private living area for when you want it, but you also have a second communal living area downstairs too. The bedroom has loads of natural light and is a beautiful peaceful space (no built ins - room is empty). I've tried to capture everything in the pics. This really is a lovely place to live. Central location far enough away from the business of Glebe but still only 10 mins walk to Glebe Point Rd and Victoria Park, 2 mins walk to bus stops and Parramatta rd. Coffee shops and cafes on Ross st 2 mins walk away.

Professional working in E-commerce who is easy going, can cook and likes to keep the place tidy. Quite active so im normally out most weekends and do enjoy mountain biking, waterskiing, camping, gym and socialising over a few drinks or a nice feed. Looking for a place to call home and a flatmate/s that are easy to get along with. No parties every weekend (Ok from time to time) but a beer or glass of wine at times would go down a treat. Preferably need a car space but that can be a little flexible. More importantly, looking for a good fit with the flatmates so happy to take my time to find the right place. If you have similar values and you're in the right areas, feel free to reach out. JG
I am from Peru really chilled doing a bachelor of teaching in early childhood, I am very sociable, house trained, tidy but not a freak for it, like to cook but every time I do it I have food for the next month because I suck at ratios (which is good for other housemates because I tend to offer food a lot) like going out too, but really enjoy drinking while I binge watch something
Hey hey viewers, I'm Tom, a 4th year Australian student studying IT and Business at UTS, from Forster NSW. I'll be arriving back in Australia from student exchange in Munich, Germany, therefore I'm looking for a lease until the end of the year starting mid March 2017 (or thereabouts) I play futsal regularly, am active and social but sometimes like my own space (don't we all) and a clean home. Looking for a home rather than a room. I have my own car in Sydney and so any parking on the street/near by is a plus. The past years living in Sydney I have lived on campus for a year, and also in a share house for a year. I like to party/social drinks sometimes but more so this year will be settling down and keen for chilling. Keen to watch movies and TV shows (GOT anyone?) cook, explore, beach it, play board games and Xbox (classic) plus whatever else, other than that I have a pretty tight year coming up balancing my R&D job and study so I hope to keep myself busy! Andddd so I'm looking for a modern private room, with people of all shapes and sizes (preferably young working professionals or students). If that detailed description is good enough then hit me up with a message. Cheers and much appreciated for reading my essay, Tom.
Hey all, I'm Leonardo from Rome, Italy. I'll start my PhD at USyd in a few days (it's a paid position which involves research and some teaching) and I'm looking for a shared house close to the University. I'm 25 years old, friendly and easygoing. I've lived in a shared house for years, always being respectful, collaborative and clean, and taking part in house chores. Ideally I'd like a shared house where people like to spend some time together, cooking, sharing meals, talking and laughing over a glass of wine from time to time:). In my free time I enjoy listening to music (mostly over my headphones, without annoying everyone), reading, exploring the city and surroundings, cooking and having a good time with my friends and housemates.
