The property is large and modern across 2 levels with aircon, 2.5 bathrooms, spacious front and rear courtyards. The room is spacious (fits a queen sized bed), full of natural light (floor to ceiling windows) and has built in wardrobes. The room is unfurnished. Marc and I have our own bathroom, so the second bathroom would only be shared by yourself and 1 other person (Matt). The location is close to the Tramsheds at Harold Park (which includes numerous restaurants, a supermarket, gym, medical centre and pharmacy), lightrail and bus stops, and a brisk walk down to jubilee park and Blackwattle Bay.
I work casually in child & family services (basically full-time hours though, including some weekends). I also study and keep pretty busy in general, so when I'm home I'm often asleep. Or if not then probably cooking/eating. /Both. In a nutshell: super easy going, occasionally hermits for a week (:
The property is ideally located about a 300m walk from Sydney University and Glebe Point Rd. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk etc though it could be changed to suit your taste...It is fully carpeted and is near the bathroom. The room itself is long and narrow, about 2mx4.5 but a good size for one person. The house is fully furnished with cable broadband included, all kitchen utensils provided, washing machine TV, air-conditioning etc... There is also a great back deck ideal for relaxing in the sun with a wonderful garden courtyard, with BBQ facilities etc. The internet is included in the rent, however electricity is split between the house as it can vary depending on usage, winter etc. The main attraction to this house is location, great outdoor spaces, and a friendly neighbourhood area. The room would ideally suit a student who needs to be close to USYD or UTS which are both within walking distance. This room is for one person only......Available from 8/12/2019
Hi there! We are three post graduate Architecture design students looking to move to the inner city (hopefully) by January 2020. Born and bred in Sydney, we've all lived overseas which has helped shape us into the responsible, mature but still fun loving adults that we are. We all strive for balance - love our quiet personal time but also love to hang out and be social. We're looking for a well located house (entire property) with an outdoor area and some character!
Large double room, available in quiet share house in leafy Glebe/Forest Lodge. Moments to Sydney University (5 minute walk), UTS (20 minute walk), RPA, Glebe Village, Broadway shopping centre (15 minute walk) and bus routes to city almost at the front door. Available from November 29, 2019. The room is large (master bedroom) 4.5 x 4 meters, with a firm queen size bed and is at one end of a fully furnished house. Sharing with two other quiet professionals. The room would suit a professional person or student, someone who'd like to focus studies and be just 300m from Sydney University. All kitchen and laundry utensils provided, and the house has great outdoor spaces, with a back deck with BBQ, perfect for relaxing during Summer. The house has a wonderful leafy outlook secluded from neighbours and the street. What you see in the photos is how the house is furnished, bedroom furniture included. Sorry not for couples, single person only...
Looking for two private rooms in the same house or a shared room for two people! Hi, my friend and I are looking for a place starting mid January. I'm originally from Chicago, Illinois but just graduated from Santa Clara University in California. I studied in Sydney for a semester two years ago, fell in love with the city, and decided that I wanted to come back! I'm moving to Sydney with my friend and we're both clean, easygoing, and social. We'd ideally like to live with people who are around our age and are social as well! Budget is about $200-300 per week.

Hi, my name is Ottavia, I am Italian and 22 years old. Lived abroud for my bachelors degree. Already experienced having flat mates and because of this consider myself easy going with everyone. I am tiday, clean and friendly, but not annoying. Love personal space, but always up to share a glass of wine.
⭐ The bus stop is right at the front door and around the corner of the house, 10 minutes bus to CBD, Central station. ⭐ Walk to Sydney Uni, Glebe market, Broadway Shopping Center, Coffee shops, convenient store. ● Housemates are friendly, from different countries, so it is also a good opportunity to practice English :) ● This is a home away from home, and everyone who stays will introduce themselves and know each other. ● In order to maintain the safety of renting houses and the rights of the residents, this house is forbidden to open parties or non-resident friends to visit and having a drinking session in the house. ● The environment is very quiet, so it is suitable for people who want to rest and study. ● You can have your own key. Fully furnished, Wi-Fi and bills are including in the rent. ● Look for people who are clean and tidy and can comply with the above conditions.
Hello there, future flatmate! I’m looking for a place to call home during my exchange semester at USYD. I’m looking for a furnished private room near the Camperdown campus from February until the end of June/early July. It would be ideal for me to move in somewhere between 2nd and 12th of February. I’m currently doing my master’s degree in nutrition science. This exchange will be the last part of my studies and I’ll graduate in July. I’m easy going and sociable and looking for like-minded flatmates. During the week I’m pretty low key and studying full time, but on weekends I like to go out for a few drinks/dinner/movies/other happenings. I respect other peoples’ personal space, but I’m always down for a chat and a glass of wine. It would be great to make new friends as well as find flatmates! Cheers, Hanna
