We have a beautiful house in forest lodge, 10 minutes walk to the city and UTS and 2 mins from Sydney uni. It's a huge terrace , super central but also really quiet and in a beautiful street. The bedroom on offer has a big double bed and also a huge built in wardrobe, nice window and a little seperate from the other two rooms. We are looking for someone short stay, an intern or traveller looking for a short term room with a bunch of lovely housemates. If you are the right person, we will consider having you stay longer ! We have a very neat house with lots of beautiful furniture and we require someone who is respectful of this and is willing to do their part each week to tidy and maintain the house. Somebody mature and studying or working full time would be ideal, it's a quiet environment but we often have chats and a beverage in the lounge room together on weekends. No couples No pets Smokers can smoke outside Internet is 15 per month and household items are 20 per month- we all contribute for things like toilet paper, cleaning stuff that we all use. Thank you- let us know if this sounds like your kind of thing ! Arielle

Hey! I’m Matt, a 20 year old student moving to Sydney from Perth in February next year. I’ll be studying the JD at USyd, so am hoping to find a place to call home near uni. I’m an open and friendly person, who loves hanging out, whether enjoying the night in with roommates/ friends or a night out. I’m hoping to find active roommates who like to spend time together to chat, cook, play games, watch movies or anything :) I love travelling, so will definitely be doing lots of day trips to explore around Sydney. I’m also a clean and organised person, so you won’t need to worry about finding my clothes all around the house or dishes on the couch ;) Apartment/house wise, I’m after a private room (furnished or non furnished works), ideally within 15 min from USyd. If anyone is interested in getting together to make our own apartment, hit me up too :P Hope to hear from you :)

Hi future flat mates! I'm moving back into the city after spending the summer at home in Wollongong to study my second year of architecture at USYD. A little about myself: Aside from being at uni 2-4 days a week and working part time in Surry Hills, you'll probably find me out on a run, at the gym or at pilates (not as pretentious as it sounds, don't worry), visiting family and friends back home or exploring the city or the beach with some mates. This year I'll also be interning at an architecture firm over in Miller's Point, so I'm always on the move but love to come home to a bit of banter and a more chilled out vibe. Nitty gritty: - I'm looking for a place to call home in the long term (potentially beyond 9 months) which is both lively yet peaceful. - Must be a private room ie. no sharing. - My budget is definitely negotiable for the perfect place. - Fine with places with pets (a plus, even). - Genuinely like to keep the place clean and tidy but won't be OCD about it either. - Room doesn't need to be furnished but a built in wardrobe is a big plus. I love a place with a bit of character and am happy to check out potential places over the summer so shoot me through a message if I sound like a good fit! Cheers, Sophie :)
Hi my name is Lisa and I am 26, originating from the Northern Beaches. I work full time 9 am - 6 pm in the CBD. On the weekends you will find me outdoors - hiking, snorkeling or having a picnic with friends. Nothing better than a glass of red and dumplings. On the weekdays I will be relaxing after work, going for the occasional jog and looking at taking up salsa dance classes with my brother.

Hello future housemates, female in my late twenties post-student, easy going, tidy and caring human being. My routine is usually weekdays at Uni and during evenings always up for a chat to relax and get ready for the next day. I like to spend my weekends away from the weekly routine, random but nothing crazy. I have been living in shared houses for a while so I am absolutely aware of the meaning "clean up after yourself ". I am looking for "The right place" somewhere I can call Home, surrounded by nice and fun ppl. I am available to move mid December and willing to commit for long term. Let me know if you are interested!

Hi! I've just returned from doing my 2 years in the UK, followed by a short stint working in the UAE, and am now making the move from Brisbane to Sydney to complete a masters at USyd. Looking to move anytime between the end of November and the end of February (next year). I'm looking for an affordable place, with good public transport links. More importantly, I'm looking for some friendly housemates - people who are keen to hang out socially every now and then, not just a house where we're constantly ghosting each other 😁. I'm an easygoing, friendly, clean, and straightforward housemate. I love cooking, eating, binge watching TV (the same as pretty much everyone else), live music, and pub quizzes!
Hi Guys! We are easy going and relaxed students from Germany. The both of us are staying in Sydney for a fulltime 9-5 internship. Andy is working in the area of Surry Hills and me near Hyde Park. We enjoy a sporty and healthy lifestyle, have a great sense of humour and like to enjoy some drinks and shared dinner/BBQ in a relaxed atmosphere with our new flatties. In addition, we are very reliable and tidy flatmates. Furthermore, we have several years of flatshare experience and enjoyed it! By the way, we are not one of the newly in love couples, so we don't always want to be on our own - we love to socialize. We are searching for a place up to the end of April (but we would also consider a shorter stay). We look forward to meeting you guys soon! Don't hesitate to drop us a message :) Cheers Kathy&Andy
Hey future housemate! I'm Rohan and I'm a full Digital Content and Video Producer and on the side I do a bit of concert photography! I've lived in Glebe for 7 years in two different share houses and my current housemates are moving overseas! So I'm looking for a place in Glebe / Annandale or Forest lodge with a car spot. I'm after a housemate I can have a laugh with, share a glass of wine and watch absolutely awful movies or maybe some doccos and talk crap/science. I'm very clean and respectful of other housemates and am open to sharing food, or not, whatever you're into! If you wanna catch up, grab a beer, let me know!
Like dancing, love aerial arts and a clean housemate. Great with technologies and fixing things. Also a good cook and a foodie. Love good tv shows especially sci-fi stuff also play MMO. Also love to sleep. I'm not a party animal, and I respect others privacy. Please Note: I won't be able to move until around Christmas time. and also, no room share, thank you.
Hey I'm Rob, I've just finished high school and am looking to move into the city early next year before I start my Bachelor of Science at Sydney Uni. I understand personal space and the need for housemates to be respectful about noise and cleanliness. And while I don't currently have a job in the city I've already made sure rent funds are 100% in order so even if I starve, I'll still pay rent on time. Ideally I'd love to move in with other students who are keen to have a beer and a laugh after work or uni. You'll usually see me out and about roller skating with my sister, so give me a shout if I sound like someone you'd be interested in living with. Ps I can give you free lessons :D
I am an incoming student at the University of Sydney for a Master's degree and looking for a place to stay in temporarily or can be permanently. I am a very flexible and fun to be with. I love weekend parties and traveling.
I moved in recently to a amazing apartment situated close to the corner of St Johns Road and Ross street. It's a secured 2 bedroom apartment with intercom, located very close to the centre of the cafes, bars and restaurants, with a bus stop outside the door and about a 15 min walk to Broadway shopping centre. Netflix, electricity and natural gas is additional. The bedroom is a decent sized bedroom, without built-ins. There's room to fit in a wardrobe etc. You can buy a bed and mattress off me if interested. The bedroom has its own private exit to the courtyards so plenty of light, outdoor furniture and a brand new BBQ. The highlight of the place is the massive entertainer's private courtyard, brand new white goods, a brand new barbie, a coffee machine, a 55 inch led with Netflix, air conditioning and outdoor furniture.
Relocated to Sydney 18 months ago for work. Currently living in Glebe and working in the CBD. Am a considerate housemate that will respect others belongings and space. I know how to cook, and happy to do so for my housemate(s). More importantly, I know how to clean up after himself. Am a non-smoker and exercise most mornings (boxing, Muay Thai, running, pilates). I don't mind socialising and some drinks on the weekend, but I'm no party animal. Looking for a chilled shared house, no dramas, just relaxing good times. Hoping to move in Dec 2016 or Jan 2017.
We are a friendly couple from Barcelona looking for a place for our last months in Sydney. We are both full-time workers, responsible and chilled. I work in the interior design industry and my partner Oriol is running a non-for-profit company in North Sydney. We have a 2 year old puppy who loves walkies in the park and swimming faster than Michael Phelps!
I'm 22, Canadian, moving to Sydney in a couple months to study education at USYD (exact move date is fairly flexible). Since I don't know anyone in Australia, I'm looking to find a place that will feel like home and not just a place to stay! I love being outside, and hope to live with people that I can develop close friendships with! I am clean and respectful of the space and the people I live with, and I also love social gatherings and sharing drinks with friends. I will be spending most of my time during the week studying but enjoy going out on the weekends, going to the beach, etc! Let me know if I sound like a good fit or if you have any questions :)

I'm Ilayda, a 20 year old political science major. I'm originally from Turkey, studying in the US, in Sydney as an exchange student. I study hard, but don't stress much over academic accomplishments, as it's more about learning and the rest falls into place eventually. I spare most of my free time to reading and traveling. At the moment, I'm in Turkey, working on a few literary translation projects. So far I've lived in four countries and have travelled to fourteen others. I was in Sydney last semester as well, and went hiking, spelunking, surfing etc. most of the weekends --that's how I anticipate this semester to be too. I love exploring around with people, or just going for a stroll or for a cup of coffee. I'm easy going, sociable and lively. I like going out, and through some wild craze every once in a while. Though, when home, especially on weekdays, I cherish some personal time and silence. I've lived with people for about five years and have had enough time to understand house dynamics. I'm respectful, understanding, clean, sharing, and I demand the same from my flatmates. I'm pretty good at cooking; I enjoy movie nights, trivia games etc. I'd like to spend my time in Sydney with warm hearted, peaceful, chilled people who can open up and can just go with the float. P.S: I'm looking for a single room. $300-350. Flatmates' gender, age etc. don't matter.
I'm Hannah, I'm from the UK and arrive in Sydney at the end of November to start my year on a working-holiday visa. I have got a job as a vet at the RSPCA in Yagoona, Sydney for 3 months initially. Looking for a chilled, sociable flat in a nice location, good for getting to work but also a good base for exploring and getting into town! Would be great to find housemates who are up for having a drink or dinner together occasionally and can point me in the right direction! Like being outdoors and active, eating, drinking, looking forward to exploring Sydney and have some friends there already but also happy to chill at home in the week as have long days at work! Considerate housemate :)
