Hi there it's Twinny, born and raised in Hong Kong, studied in the US and has made Sydney home since a year ago after 4 months in Oz on holiday last winter (unexpectedly!). Worked in the Hong Kong Tourism Board, now working part time at the Westin Sydney. Love music, formally trained in ABRSM classical piano since 7 and morphed into the beach/soulful/funk/deep house girl recent years (and I do have a Yamaha keyboard and will be happy to teach you the 101 on request 😉) Bubbly, chilled, cheeky and speak fluent idiocy and sarcasm at times. Looking for good vibes living with amazing human beings chilling on the beach, having a drink or weekend brunch every now and then but also respectful of one's privacy and do my own thing. Looking for a sundrenched bedroom in Glebe/Forest Lodge with awesome housemates x
Brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located between Glebe and Annandale in Forest Lodge. Quality Mirvac New Development. Please carefully read all the details provided to ensure the room and apartment are suitable for you prior to making contact. Thank you. Own bathroom. Own balcony Security building, security level, plus dog. Outdoor balcony off lounge/dining and both bedrooms. Miele gas cook top, oven and microwave. New front loading washing machine and dryer. NBN Fast internet for extra $10/week. The decor and outdoor area are a work-in-progress in the garden and furniture department. There's the option of bringing some furniture. The decor is contemporary and modern. I'd prefer not to have not a lot of knickknacks about the place. If you like either a large TV or fridge, you may need to bring those as mine are small ... they save a lot on power. Technically there's no parking but you may be able to rent a secure spot within the complex. Or check car parking websites eg Spacer etc. Currently there seem to be spaces not in use that may be an option for you if you require parking. There is bicycle and motorbike/Vespa parking. Transport - buses and light rail are very close 2 and 8 mins walk, respectively. Close enough to city, RPA, Sydney Uni and UTS to walk or ride. Adjoining Tramsheds shopping/dining precinct and parklands fronting Rozelle and Blackwattle Bays; close to cycling, jogging and walking paths, great cafes, restaurants and pubs. All services: water, electricity, gas etc to be shared 50:50, unless you're a large, high end user (I'm at the low end - I use approx 45% of what they deem a Standard User on the bill), then you'd be expected to contribute your fair share for your own usage. I'm Liz, looking to rent the second bedroom in my apartment. Me 40 yrs; you likely 30+ neg. My current, fabulous flatmate has gone and gotten married. How rude of him! I'm rather quiet at home as I tend to socialise away. I'm rather light hearted, witty and respectful. I enjoy good food and wine, intelligent company, travel, and seeing live bands and shows. I'd love to be able to say "I'm into keeping fit and active" but it's more of a dream than a reality! (Any assistance in that department, would be greatly appreciated! But no pressure on that point.) It's an animal friendly home. Cat and dog in residence. Albeit the dog does not enter the bedrooms, and the cat elects not to leave my bedroom. So you must love animals and be calm, non-aggressively assertive, and comfortable around large dog breeds. Seeking kind, thoughtful, responsible and considerate flatmate, seeking a home. Seeking a mature minded individual. Responsible, kind, reliable, and clean and tidy; who is courteous and considerate and seeking a relaxed, harmonious environment. Age doesn't really concern me as I've shared homes with people much younger and older - I believe it's more about the emotional maturity than the physical age. Witty and amusing would be great, as well as someone who is interested in the world and their place in it. Preferably you scorn and avoid reality TV shows...although I plead guilty myself to the odd I'm a Celebrity Aussie Jungle episode... Seeking a flatmate who can cordially raise and discuss any issues as they arise, in lieu of getting stressed out, aggressive, passive aggressive or brooding over things. I'd really like someone with their own life and friends, who may be up for the odd drink or meal as a household but who is relatively quiet when at home. Someone who will reliably pitch in with cleaning and who cleans up after themselves. I'm allergic to all seafood, so if at home you like to often eat or cook it (i.e. more than 1 a fortnight), then I don't think we'd be a happy household. No addictions please. Non smoker. Seeking one person only. Suit 30+ negotiable. 100 points of ID required. No blocked numbers please. They're creepy. Own balcony Built-ins
Hi everyone. My name is David, I'm a 30yr old Taiwanese boy, currently studying cookery and working to pay the tuition fees at the same time. So I have a quiet busy life, but when I have free time, I like to do some social drinking, hangout, BBQ at park, beach, ...etc. Easy going, a good nonjudgmental listener, love food, love cook, and love to share, a big time home cook. As a chef, I can't stand people who doesn't clean after them self. That's pretty much everything I can think about right now. Hope can hear from you soon. Cheers :)
I'm a pretty cruisy guy. Work in the CBD during the week and usually surf on the weekends. Always up for a bit of chat/banter. In the house i'm clean, tidy and very respectful of others space and belongings. Only looking for a short 2 month stay as I will be moving in to my apartment in Ultimo in March sometime.
**Looking for potential housemates to complete rental application** **Photos are real estate photos** My housemate and I have just applied for a newly renovated 4 bed/2 bath terrace house which is located super close to gyms/restaurants/fun times. Modern gas kitchen with an island breakfast bar, timber floors, high ceilings, internal laundry, spacious living and dining areas that flow out to the backyard. It's stunning! We’ve been told by the agents that they’re happy with our applications but that they can’t approve us with only two people on the lease so we’re searching for another two people to buddy up. Only catch being that we need to have final documents submitted by the 3rd of Jan so we’ll be looking to find people fairly fast with an aim of moving in by the 15th January. If you are interested let us know! We aren't fussed as to gender, age or sexuality but no smokers or pets I’m afraid. Will consider couples on an individual basis. Minimum 12mth lease so you’d need to be down for that and have solid employment to pay the rent + bills. Would prefer non-students but feel free to send through a message if you think you might fit.
Hey everyone! I'm looking for a place from the 29th of jan, preferably with some respectable but fun people that I can make friends with! A bit of context - after growing up in Tassie and spending half of 2016 living in Melbourne, I decided I missed the ocean too much and found myself in Sydney in October! I'm 22, studying Graphic Design at Billy Blue College of Design and working part time in retail. My current lease ends on the 29th so I'd like to find something soon!! I've lived in two different sharehouses and consider myself a very respectful person who is considerate of others (clean, quiet when I need to be, reliable and responsible) but also have a fun side (love to go out, be social) and a fit and healthy side (play hockey, love going walking and running and the gym!). Because I've only just moved, I don't know a whole bunch of people, so I would ideally like to move into a place with some girls that I can make friends with 🤗 While I'd like a nice place, I realise I don't have the biggest budget. But if I find some nice people in a nice area I am very willing to stretch it! Thanks! 💕
Hi there, :-) I'm an international student from Switzerland and I'm looking for an accommodation for the next 3 month near Sydney city center. - I'm studying about animal well-fare and volunteer at the Dingo Sanctuary every Monday where I work and study to complete some additional TAFE core units. - I'm tidy and clean up after myself. - I normally eat out most of the time and cook only small and easy meals in the kitchen (kitchen and bathroom will left as clean as I found it). - I'm responsible and do my very best to keep everything in a good condition. - I'm always ready to help and clean the communal rooms. - lgbt+

I am a clean person. I love socialising, meeting people from different culture and background. I love music, sports, and outdoor activities. Exploring new places is a joyful activity for me. I also love cooking, especially Indonesian traditional dishes.
I'm political science major; originally from Turkey, studying in the US, in Sydney as an exchange student. I study hard, but don't stress much over academic accomplishments as it's more about learning and the rest falls into place eventually. I spare most of my free time to reading and traveling. At the moment, I'm in Turkey, working on a few literary translation projects. So far I've lived in four countries and have travelled to fourteen others. I was in Sydney last semester as well, and went hiking, spelunking, surfing etc. most of the weekends --that's how I anticipate this semester to be too. I love exploring around with people, or just going for a stroll or for a cup of coffee. I'm easy going, sociable and lively. I like going out, and through some wild craze every once in a while. Though, when home, especially on weekdays, I cherish some personal time and silence. I've lived with people for about five years and have had enough time to understand house dynamics. I'm respectful, understanding, clean, sharing, and I demand the same from my flatmates. I'm pretty good at cooking; I enjoy movie nights, trivia games etc. I'd like to spend my time in Sydney with warm hearted, peaceful, chilled people who can open up and can just go with the float. P.S: I'm looking for a single room, $300. Flatmates' gender, age etc. don't matter.

Hello I will be relocating from Hong Kong where I was born and bred. I also lived and studied in the U.K. My profession is in tertiary education and I am beginning my PhD at University of Sydney in March this year. I am a very tidy and clean person, love cooking in and eating out too. I also like movies, music, and outdoor activities and indoor sports. I am looking for a nice (big) room where I can read, write and relax. Quietness and privacy are both very important to me as I also love meditation daily/regularly. And I'd like to socialise with my flatmate(s) whenever we feel like. If you think this personal introduction meets what you are looking for from a flatmate. PLEASE reply to me ASAP. Cheers, Billy
Hi. My name is Anton, I'm 43 and I'm looking for a flatmate to share an apartment/house with. I am married with 3 small children. I'm a Crane Operator and keep regular hours and occasionally do a little o/t. I am needing housing till mid year then I return to my family in Italy
Our terrace house in Sydney is in an awesome location and has great charm. We are super close to University of Sydney, RPA hospital and the city and have Glebe Pt Rd on our doorstep. My room is upstairs and has access to the front balcony onto a quiet street. The room has a double bed, a desk and wardrobe space. The bathroom is shared with one other girl and is very new and always clean. It would be perfect for a student doing a summer course at USyd or a placement at the hospital!
Hello! :) I'm Joey from Singapore, and I'm looking for a home away from home. I'm 24 and have recently graduated from uni in Melb. Moving to continue studying @ USyd in March. I'm friendly, clean, respectful and open to pets! Not really the party type, but I do enjoy a drink or two. Am doing my best to live a healthier lifestyle (eating clean, going to the gym, etc.) I also love going on adventures and taking pictures. My finances are assisted, thus I certainly will pay the rent on time. I'm interested in other cultures since I'm from a multi-racial country; I welcome living with flatmates of diverse nationalities. If you think I could be a good fit and would like to connect to know me better, do drop me a message. Cheers! :)
I'm 22, working a receptionist for Google and IBM. I'm responsible, kind, clean and always pay my bills on time. Definitely queer and veg friendly, also love animals. I'm a creative personality, I love movement, dance, singing (not at 3 in the morning I promise), yoga and pilates. I've been in Sydney 2 years and I'm looking for a long term place with people I would in time be able to call friends. If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact me and let me know if you want to meet so I can see your place.
Hey! My name is Alex and I am originally from Toronto in Canada and will be heading to Sydney for vet school! I'm a very positive person who is very studious and respectful. I am a clean individual who is very considerate when living with others. Chances are I will be quiet in my room studying or will be out at the library/in class. Feel free to ask for my social media and I will be happy to provide :). I am looking for a furnished place (private room, shared bathroom ok) to stay preferably within walking distance (10-20 minutes) to the University of Sydney campus. My budget is no more than $300, including internet + all bills. I am unable to attend inspections until February 7th.
I'm a young professional working in media/marketing looking for a place close enough to the city that I can get out of bed 30 minutes before work, but far enough away that I can relax on the weekend with a quiet coffee. I'm pretty friendly and easy going. I love books and movies, as well as a good chat about books and movies.
Hi, my name is Diego. I recently relocated back to Sydney. I am looking for a furnished home to share with other young professionals (ideally a room with an ensuite). I'm originally from Colombia and have been calling Australia home for the last 15 years. I have travelled quite extensively both overseas and interstate during that time. I'm a professional with +12 years of experience in the Energy Sector. I own a couple of investment properties interstate and am currently exploring a career change. I'm a positive and easy going person who enjoys the simple things in life. Travel and experiencing different cultures, countries, food are only a few of my favourites things to do. I play tennis and football and enjoy going to the local cinema for an independent/art-house film. What can I offer: - I am very clean, tidy and organised - Financially stable - Non-smoker - Responsible, reliable and respectful - Easy to get along If anyone has something coming up, please PM me. Thank you.
Hello! I'm Ellie, I'm 26 years old and work full time as a primary school teacher. I've been living in Sydney for about 2 years now, and am moving out of my current place due to relocation of housemates (going overseas etc). I would love to find somewhere that feels like a home - relax with a glass of wine after work, occasional dinners/drinks with housemates, or simply vegging out on the couch watching netflix. Keeping common areas tidy is important, as well as chipping into jobs around the house (cleaning bathroom etc). When I'm not working, I enjoy being near the water, catching up with friends and eating good food. I'm looking for a place to stay relatively long term, so it would be great to find some like minded housemates!
If you’re looking for a great house with great people then you’ve come to the right place. We are four easy-going, fun loving and respectful professionals (in our 30s) looking for someone who wants to share a home with a family; not just a room in a house. (None of us are related btw). As a family, we do our own thing and lead separate lives but mingle a lot too and have the occasional family night. We keep parties outside but we are by no means boring. Housemates with small (immaculately trained) dogs will be considered. We live in a wonderful house in Forest Lodge/Glebe. The things we love about our house are: Our location - we are a hop, skip and a jump away from Glebe point road, some fantastic restaurants and the fabulous forest lodge hotel. Sydney university is only moments away The large open plan living/dining room area The gas heater in the living/dining room area that warms up the whole house in winter The large kitchen (it’s so big two people could cook two different dishes and not feel like you’re in each other way); and The leafy courtyard We all pitch in for a cleaner to visit once a fortnight. So there is no need to clean anything but we expect the house to be kept tidy, kitchen cleaned after cooking e.t.c. Street parking available except between 8.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday
We are a friendly, social, active and easy going couple moving down to Sydney from Newcastle. I will be starting my masters at Sydney Uni and Dan works full time as an electrician. In our spare time your can usually find us at the beach (dan loves to surf), at the gym/swimming, eating brunch (we love food), drinking copious amounts of coffee or watching netflix. We don't mind the odd drink (or many drinks) here and there and we can't wait to get out and explore Sydney on the weekends.
Hi there, my name is Alex. I'm a 25-year-old guy who is focused but fun, wanting to contribute to a homely and respectful household. I'm very tidy, clean and quiet. I love a good chat and friendly housemates. I'm originally from Melbourne, studying postgraduate law at Sydney University. Don't hesitate to ask me anything you'd like to know.
I'm a 23-year-old female on a Working Holiday Visa. I've just arrived in Sydney today and am open as far as inspection times go. Looking for a place for the next year or so. I'm a pretty balanced roommate; I keep to my own space a lot, but love being able to hang out with my roommate at the end of the day. I like wine, I'm not loud, and I'm clean. Please reach out! I promise I'm not weird or too messy.
Great location in one of the new Harald Park Developments. Very close to the city, broadway mall, glebe point road, a park and the new Tramsheds shopping center. Huge balcony that spans across the living room and both bedrooms. Full airconditioning and heating through out the house and it's fully furnished. You will also get your own parking spot in the basement car park. There is a dishwasher so no need to worry about doing dishes as well as a washing machine and dryer 😁.
Looking for: long term stay, UNFURNISHEDUNFURNISHED and private room Working in UTS full-time, studying Masters part-time at USYD and currently living in Enmore and loving the area. Consider myself both a nerd and a geek, love 'em comics, read a lot of literature and non-fiction, social sciences, politics, philosophy, behavioural sciences, art... also watch some TV when I can get around to it... scifi/fantasy anything dystopian or with zombies really... = a versatile conversationalist! Would love a house hold that I can share a meal or drinks with every now and again. However I am pretty quiet around the house, mainly because I work long hours. I like to keep my surroundings clean and tidy, and respect others' space. I'm not passive aggressive which you can consider as a plus or not - if I have something to say, I'll say it so we can resolve it. If we run out of dish washing liquid or toilet paper I'll get it, no problem, chill.
Hi all! My name is Cameron, I'm 22 and at the beginning of 2016 moved from Perth to study law at the University of Sydney. I'm moving out of student accommodation and looking to find something in the general vicinity of USYD / transport to USYD. Please note that my move in date is extremely flexible and I'm more interested in securing the right place to live in than what date I start paying rent (i.e. happy for an earlier starting lease!) If you think you may be interested in my spiel on how well house-trained, clean and respectful of everyone's personal space I am - please get in touch!
I'm 23, working full time in a brand consultancy in the CBD. I'm a very friendly, down-to-earth and easy person to live with. I work regular hours (9-6pm) Mon-Fri and usually lay low during the week, but always down for good chats over a glass or some quality Netflix shows with my housemates in the evening. My ideal weekend consists of a swim, any art/film events in town and catching up with friends over some vino. Looking for a non-party house with working professionals who respect down-time during the week, but treat the place like a home rather than a b&b. Let's meet up and chat!
I'm a special ed teacher recently returned from overseas and need to find a new place to live. Am always tidy and clean in my living habits and have also been known to be a bit of fun from time to time. I love animals, am a bit allergic to cats but have also lived with them my whole life so it's not an issue. Also love music in many forms but am well aware that people don't always want to be listening to other's music. I do enjoy a good chat most of the time, as well as going out and making the most of my weekends. This usually involves hitting the beach (weather permitting), diving, climbing, catching up and partying with friends, etc. I do also cherish the odd bit of solo time to relax and unwind by myself to read, watch TV, play music, write or just chill - so I respect the privacy and space of those I live with.
Hello hello! I'm Angus, and here's the essentials about me in a few bite-sized paragraphs with handy subheadings :) Work: Yes, I work and can pay the bills - tick! I work part time on the front desk of a hotel on the north shore and also do an occasional shift at a cafe in Glebe near where I currently live in a sharehouse. Passions: Music! I've recently completed an Honours in composition and composing is what I love doing. I'm really dedicated to it and spend a lot of time writing. Around the house: You'll find me clean and tidy, and respectful of people's things. I'm friendly and easy going, and I hope to live in a house where everyone is reasonably quiet but enjoys a chat. Move date: I can move any time from mid-January to the very start of February. Hope to hear from you!
I'm a digital designer currently working full time and studying part time so I'm fairly busy. Friendly and up for a chat at the end of the day, I can cook and clean, into live music, tv shows and movies.
Friendly, clean, I like exploring and meeting people, good at giving people space and privacy. Medical school, working part time that involves travel.
Chill conversations + wine after a long day. Add a little bit of music and it'll be perfect! I'll be in Sydney for a while (2 years at least actually) as I'm going to read at the University of Sydney (so somewhere within 15 mins walking distance would be great) but i can always get a bicycle or something! Super clean and tidy and a tad sociable but highly laid-back (not looking for a party house, really). I respect personal space as I love mine too (don't we all?). I do smoke and if you don't take the smoke well, I'll be more than happy to find somewhere outside to go about my business. And I would actually prefer to have a room in a shared house! Will probably arrive in town mid February before school commences in March 2017. I don't mind meeting up and searching for apartments together as well! Feel free to drop me a message! Cheers!
Hey. I am looking for a place to stay whilst I finish my last semester at the University of Sydney. I am on a year studying abroad from England. I am really easy going, tidy and looking for some fun, but chilled people to live with. Message me if this suits you. Daisy X
