My name is Rodney and Ashlee we are writing to express my strong interest in renting your property. My partner Rod and I are looking for a comfortable and secure home that we can settle into
Rod works part-time and full-time across the week as both an NDIS support worker and a self-employed tradesman. He runs his own small business providing fencing and roofing services throughout Melbourne. I work casually as a mobile hairdresser and also study two days a week. I’m also an NDIS participant, which allows me to access some financial assistance with rent and living costs if needed.
We are both reliable, caring, and respectful tenants. We take pride in maintaining a clean and tidy home and would treat your property with great care. We enjoy a quiet and balanced lifestyle — spending our downtime watching movies, relaxing after work, exercising, going for walks, and catching a game of football.
If your property or business operates under an ABN, I may be able to arrange part of the rental payment through my NDIS plan, which could include a lump-sum advance payment for several months of rent and utilities. If that’s not possible, we are still able to meet rent payments comfortably through our regular weekly income.
