Hi ,I’m a personal trainer so I tend to get along with people very well. I can’t handle tantrums or antisocial behaviour communication is key. I’m very clean, reliable and easy to talk to , I do my own thing and pay my rent on time eveytime
I'm an apprentice plumber originally from rosebud, but have lived in tootgarook for the last couple of years Think of myself as pretty cruzy and easy going, easy to get along with and decently tidy around the house, like to get out have fun and do stuff over the weekends and am a full time VB enthusiast 👌🍻
Hello, My name is Jessica and I am 22 years old. I am a passionate down to earth person who has recently completed a certificate in Conservation and Land Management. I am working part-time, and currently looking for more work. I enjoy topics surrounding sustainability, getting in touch with nature, listening to music (and playing guitar and singing), animals, health & well-being, walks along the beach, spirituality and natural living. I am a non-smoker, like to keep my space tidy and am very respectful of the people living with me. I like to live in a comfortable chilled out environment as I am not a party goer, so I do not invite many people over or drink alcohol. I live a pretty relaxed lifestyle! If the opportunity arose, I would love to live in bungalow/studio type place, so please if you have this let me know and I’d love to check it out!! For people wanting to rent a room, I am seeking flexible stay so we are both able to decide whether we will be suitable for living together more than 3 months. I would enjoy being friends with my roommate/s, although I really do cherish my personal time as well. I am hoping to find a positive environment to call my home, as a comfortable home means a lot to me, and I would love to share it with someone like minded. It would be ideal if there were animals as I absolutely adore them and always wanted one of my own, but I understand that renting restricts me from having this. I do not have my license so it would be convenient to be near public transport, shopping centres and somewhere nice to walk :) It would be awesome if i could get the bills included in the rent. Shoot me a message if you think this resonates with you, I am happy to give you more information and organise a meet up to see if I am the right person for you. Cheers :)

Hi, We are looking for a student/teacher or quiet person who is clean and respectful to share with 2 others, the home has been recently renovated and has 4 bedrooms, (only one bedroom is available) It is in a quiet area and only 4 kms from the Centre of Frankston, Frankston Hospital and the Peninsula Monash Campus. The rate is $180.00 pwk . Due to not having a good camera the photos are pretty ordinary as the room is really nice. It is fully furnished with a single bed, drawers, wardrobe, desk, lamp and bookcase. Students/Exchange Teachers from across the world are very welcome. We are looking forward to hearing from you to answer any questions that you may have and to arrange a look at at the room. Have a great day. Lesley.
Besides the home being recently renovated with new timber floors, decking, bathroom, laundry and carpets in the bedrooms, next door is a park, bus stop at the end of the road, yet more importantly, it is a place to call home no matter what your circumstances. A home with heart, peace and tranquility where you belong, whether you are working, studying or travelling our wonderful Peninsula, you will be made welcome. Your privacy is respected and your social inclusion welcomed. A safe space, just for you.
Hey future housemates! Sharntel and I looking to team up with one or two people to complete a share house! About us: I'm working at Frankston Hospital from Jan 2019. Sharntel is a full time fine arts student studying with Chisolm in 2019. We are a friendly couple who enjoy a mix of both social time and private time to ourselves. We are hoping to find housemate(s) who are like minded and who might be keen for the occasional shared meal or group outdoor adventure or movie/tv binge night! We are not looking to live in a party house, but would be fine with friends visiting. We are both very clean and would like a household where people clean up after themselves and pitch in with cleaning responsibilities etc. We are hoping to find an unfurnished 3-4-bedroom place with parking (street or garage) as we both have a car. We’d like to have two rooms between us, with one as a bedroom and the other as a study/studio. We are happy to contribute items of furniture to the share house and I already have some kitchenware, a microwave and a large fridge. Our budget is maximum $175 each per week (before bills) but ideally we’d like to spend less. It’s also important to us that its done right and no-one feels short changed (aka we'd want to meet you/inspect places before making a commitment). I'd like to be in before the 7th of Jan for the start of my work. Please get in touch if you’re interested, we're negotiable and we’d like to get to know you.
Been living in bali filming a TV pilot and am back in Aus for a few months working out next steps. Good sense of humour and don’t take myself too seriously. Two beautiful daughters aged 9&6 (they won’t be living with me). Can’t live in a messy place, so am very clean and tidy without being OCD :)
It's a big house nice and close to Frankston beach and Bayside Shopping Centre (5 mins) with a bus stop 30 seconds up the road to get you either down the Peninsula or into Frankston. There's parking space available behind closed gates, a nice pool for summer, and garage for storage of anything you don't want taking up space inside the house. The room is upstairs with a very large shared bathroom. Kitchen, living (there's two large living areas) and outdoor areas are all communal and a mostly used for drinking/board game nights or the occasional group Netflix binge or gaming session. Only room that you need to furnish is the bedroom, and there's also office space available for a desk if needed. The room is hard to take photos of but I've included a few with previous housemates belongings to try and show how much fits in there. The bed pictured is a double size, and the wardrobe with mirrored doors is built in with hanging space.

Hi, I’m house proud, quiet.. funny sometimes or so I’m told. From the UK and been here 18 years and absolutely love it. Easy to get along with, like to chat sometimes and also like my own space at times too... like most people I guess. I am currently in the Uk on an extended visit home and am due back in Melbourne on 11th October.
