I've lived in Manly for some years but when my last lease ended due to renovations I decided to surf and travel Europe for 3 months. I am with family in Holland now but am looking for a new place again in Manly, Queenscliff or possibly Freshie, for the 24th Oct and after. I have lived on my own and with flatmates for many years so I know how to keep a place clean and I enjoy a chat and drink together (possibly discuss life or Netflix recommendations). Am not after a party house, but a friendly social home with a positive vibe! Other than a surfer I am a creative, and work independent in film and video graphics. I still have my van in Manly and enjoy camping, and weekends away. I'm still in Europe now but maybe we can video call to meet me and give a virtual tour? I hope to find a steady place to call home again (to enjoy that second summer:)

20- something professional just returned from overseas who loves food and a good laugh. Clean, tidy and respectful of others, easy-going and a non-smoker. I enjoy going out and about town on the weekend and escaping Sydney when I can. Will always cook enough if you are going to be home for dinner too!
Hi I'm Alex! 27 year old male backpacker from the uk. Spent last summer here in Manly and the northern beaches and loved it so much I'm back. Would love to find a room I can call my own over the summer, and have a little space to relax in. Currently working in a cocktail bar in manly, so ever need a few fancy drinks for your party, I got that covered. Clean and tidy, will always do my fare share in communal areas. Ideally would like to move in before the end of October.. primarily to get away from hostel life.
My name is Raen (rain) am from the northern beaches of Sydney, this past year i have spent working in Europe aboard a super-yacht, i am currently living and working in hawaii with family until the end of this year. At the beginning of 2019 i will be commencing full time study in sydney Im an easygoing person and I get along with most anyone. Hi guys, I just returned for 15months of travelling and will be looking for somewhere close to the northern beaches so I can go surfing most days. It will be from late January or early February 2019 as I’m going away soon again but will be back to stay then. I’m super friendly, clean and a good housemate to live with (I hear :)). I love surfing, traveling and do yoga. I’ve been living in Australia for 7 years and became an Aussie citizen last year. I would ideally like to start a 2 person apartment as close to the beach as possible or join someone else. Preferably a 6 months lease but open to staying longer depending on my plans. Thanks Klara :)
Hi I am Ash, I am an incredibly tidy and friendly 21 year old female looking for a room on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. I am quiet and respectful of privacy and work full time during the day in jewellery and mon-fri evenings in pathology so you will see me come and go on the occasion. Happy to help with cooking / share groceries, I love eating healthy and exercising on the beach front in the mornings.
I am a 31 year old IT professional from the UK and have lived here for nearly 8 years. My weekdays are mostly taken up with work so I like to relax on the weekends and enjoy a few drinks and a BBQ. I am not looking for a party house but am sociable so, looking for flatmates who are the same. I like my own space but am also happy to sit on the couch and watch a good film or tv series. I am easy to get along with and like to keep things neat and tidy around the place but I am not a clean freak! 🙂
I'm Bruno, 27 years old. I live a pretty active life ; play foot volley, skate and surfing. I enjoy a drink on the weekends though and am very sociable with lots of friends living in northern beaches. Looking for someone who is sociable too, likes a chat after work but appreciates their own space.
Hi there! My name's Taren and I'm currently studying nursing and working part time as a carer. The reason why I'm looking for a new place is that I'd love to move closer to the beaches. What makes me a great flat mate is that I'm clean, I respect peoples space, and I'm easy to get along with!
Hi, I am Sarah. I am a Personal Trainer, a Nutrition Consultant, working in Business Development for a marketing agency and in the coaching industry. I live a simple, quiet (but vibrant!), healthy life. I love everything outdoors, nature, being active, martial arts, eating heaps good food, coffee and a proper dance sesh. My best flat/ housemate situation would be: All of us live an independent, professional life, respecting each others space, and enjoying an inspiring conversation where we exchange thoughts around our professional and personal life while sipping a nice wine or a coffee. If this is you I would love to meet you.
My current flatmate who I share an apartment with is moving to Melbourne in approx 1 month, so looking in advance for somewhere to flat share. Possible move in date would be mid November. I’m a registered nurse who works on the northern beaches. It would be awesome to find people to flat share with who also like to go out and socialise together etc but also like their own space and time. Love going out at the weekend, going on adventures and going to festivals etc. Very tidy and mindful of other people. I also have a car, so parking would have to be a must. If you need to know anything else, drop me a message :)
Hi! We're a couple, just arriving in Oz for a year. We're freelance in graphic design, mostly working at home. So we would like to have a nice space indoor or outdoor with wifi to work. We're friendly and quiet couple; We like going at the beach and enjoy the Ozzie life. We're respectful and tidy.
I'm a Spanish girl who has lived in Australia for 4 years now. I'm easy going, tidy and clean. Love to meet new people, share some laughs, a drink or a tea, nature and outdoor activities
I’m an easy-going, friendly, clean and tidy person who enjoys meeting new people but is respectful of other people’s space. I enjoy going out for food, drinks, etc with people. In my free time I enjoy walking and spending time outside. I’m here from the UK on a working holiday until March 2019 and I currently work part-time in retail at Warringah Mall. I’m seeking a place with good bus links up to Warringah Mall and back down to the city.
This place is one to call home: Great location! - 7min walk to Freshwater village, 15min to Freshwater beach - 20min walk to Queenscliff beach - 2min walk to bus stop for the city - Placed on a street with only local vehicles passing Modern and Renovated! - Queen bedroom, Huge built in Wardrobe, Ceiling Fan, floorboards - Modern bathroom - Good balcony with hammock, BBQ and sitting chairs for peace and quiet - Furnished with Queen bed and storage Electricity split quarterly, internet at $30 month FREE Spotify and Netflix! :)
Second bedroom in a newly renovated ground floor unit in a quiet street. Five minute walk to Freshwater village, restaurants, coffee shops and Freshwater Beach. Equidistant from the Harbord Hilton and Harbord Diggers. Two minute walk to bus stop to the city (E65). Buses also go to Warringah Mall and Manly on an hourly basis. Perfect summer location with the beach at the end of the street and a pool in the complex grounds. BBQ on the balcony. Painted, carpeted and new gas kitchen in 2017. Bathroom is original but is all functional and clean. The flat is fully furnished in a beach style. All kitchen items are supplied. Your room is unfurnished, however, it has a large built in wardrobe and block out curtains. The photo of the master bedroom is not your room but will give you an idea. The second bedroom is smaller. There is an internal laundry off the kitchen with a washer and dryer. Quarterly bills kept pretty low and are split 50/50. The most recent bills were in total (so you would pay half of the below): Gas - $127 Electric - $171 Water - $177 (this is a standard rate for units and remains the same every quarter) Internet is unlimited. NBN is coming later this year, no date yet. It is $70/month and includes a home phone with 120 minutes per month of overseas calls which we can split too. I have a cleaner who comes fortnightly and does all the washing floors and vacuuming, In between cleans we keep it tidy and do the basics ourselves. Parking is available on the streets around the area. There are no time limits.
Hi All!! Originally hailing from Canada, I have been living in Sydney for 13months. I work in the CBD as a retail manager at a bottle shop. I like to spend a lot of time outdoors, walking/hiking, beach days, and playing sports. Having always had a roommate (for the last 10 years) I understand the meaning of personal space, yet a good chat over a glass of wine, and sharing of the household cleaning duties.
