Hi, I'm looking for share accommodation close to the city, I'm 51, very responsible, easy going, non smoker, professionally employed in real estate. I have a maltese dog (10) and my own home in the country, so I would only be there Wednesday to Friday each week. Thanks!
Hi my name is Estee I’m 36 and currently working as a Ambulance Officer and I’m studying nursing which is almost finished. Im looking to rent a room in the city fringe area I’m not too fussed about the exact location just close to the city. I’m recently single and looking for fun easy going people to live with. I’m friendly, polite and happy to share the work load with cooking and cleaning. I don’t smoke and I’m only a very light drinker. I have a beautiful Bernese Mountain dog who is my life she is a lazy dog and sleeps all the time, she loves other animals and is a gentle girl. Hollie has always been a inside dog as she is my shadow, our new place needs to accommodate Hollie as well as me.
Unfurnished bedroom with a built-in wardrobe in a furnished two bedroom unit. The unit has a big lounge room, a kitchen with lots of storage and gas cooking, a bathroom with a shower and a bath, a seperate laundry and a porch which are all kept nice and clean. It’s a 15-minute drive to the city, public transport is easily accessible, it’s across the road from a supermarket and close by to cafes and restaurants.
I am 20, I have a Bachelor of Science and am currently doing my honours. I am neat and tidy and friendly. I work hard but am always up for a cheeky glass of wine and cheese. :)
Easy going, don’t mind hunting for local bars and hang outs. Love a cup of tea and a good book in my down time. I love to cook, hike and attempt yoga too. Wanting to share house with likeminded people who are up for a laugh and hang, but also acknowledge the need for some individuality. From Port Lincoln originally but looking to move to the city ASAP for full time work, continuing through to my Bachelor of Business (Tourism and Event Management) at UniSA next year.
My name is Lidia and I am from Spain even though I am currently a PhD student at the University of Nottingham (UK). I'm going to Adelaide to do a 7-month placemnet at the Australian Wine Research Institute. I consider myself an easy person to live with, I'm tidy and friendly, but I'm not a party animal. During my stay in Adelaide I would like to do some tourism and for sure, to go to see the whales. I love cats!
My partner and I are relocating from Brissy to Adelaide! A change is as good as a holiday right?! We are looking to find somewhere for about 6 months to see how we like Adelaide and if we would like to live here permantly. Tim is a licensed builder and I am in HR. We love to spend most of our time outdoors doing stuff: hiking, biking, fishing you name it. We’re both clean and tidy, enjoy a nice glass of wine (good thing we chose Adelaide) and love to cook.

Hello, I’m a 24 year old law student at Flinders looking for somewhere to live in between the uni campus and the city. I grew up in Adelaide but have also lived in share houses in England and Malaysia. I have a degree in Politics, International Studies and Philosophy and work part time as a student support worker at a high school. Hoping to find down-to-earth, clean and friendly housemates. I would like to move into a fairly social household who also respect my need to study. I definitely need a car park but I don’t mind if it’s on-street parking. I have a fair bit of furniture/kitchenware etc. I would like to find somewhere relatively long-term. More than happy to live with someone who has pets. I’m happy to answer any other questions you might have :)
I devoted my life at a young age to self-actualisation, coexisting harmoniously, enlightenment,... whatever you want to call it, when there's an issue I'm super open, honest, communicative and non-judgy about it, and adept at resolving it. I'm super empathetic, enjoy socialising/ fairly outgoing while still a quiet dude... and I actually enjoy cleaning!
Hi, my name is Chris. I am an honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. My schooling was at Scotch College so I am very familiar with the area and the south eastern suburbs in general. I am always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment and I enjoy relaxing and having a few wines/beers on weekends. I think my level of cleanliness is well above the average person so rest assured I will keep and look after a home as if it were my very own. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any further questions or would just like to chat regarding team-ups for properties. Thank you :)
I'm 20 years old and currently in Queensland. I will be moving to study at Adelaide Uni in July. I'm fairly introverted and quiet and like my own time. I don't party or drink and am very respectful. Chilled out vegan. Will be getting rent assist and youth allowance and am very good with money. Love cooking, gardening, yoga, nature. I have a friend in Adelaide who can check out places for me.
Clean, tidy, professional in my last year of journalism studies. Friendly, sociable but respectful of others need for space. Regular gym goer and cycler. I cook and eat healthy meals and do yoga when I can. Love to wind down with music. Don't own pets but love them anyway.
DOUBLE ROOM FEATURE: Ever wanted to have your own apartment? Well look no further! This wonderful Parkside villa, only 10 minutes walking distance to Glen Osmond Road, Fullarton Road, and Duthy Street, is up for offer! Not only will you get a 5x5 bedroom (pause for effect..) but in addition a 5x5 spare room - whaat!? Currently I use mine as a study/lounge room, whereas my housemate uses his for storage but the possibilities are endless - a home gym? A studio? Personal theatre? Or perhaps a study/lounge room like mine - the choice is yours :) We also have two apple trees, and a lemon, mandarin, and nectarine tree so fruit is usually available (and delicious!) PLEASE NOTE: in addition to the four weeks bond will also be two weeks rent (including utility bills) paid in advance, totalling $1250.00 ($800 for bond and $450 for rent/utilities) ALSO NOTE: the bedroom/lounge room photos are of my own rooms and are NOT the rooms you will be getting, but as my house mate has not moved out yet I was unable to take photos.
I'm an organised young man, I'm currently completing Year 12 at Marryatville High School, running my own small business and working at a pub in North Adelaide. I've been living on my own on and off for the past 2 years because my parents often live outside of Adelaide. This has meant I've become an extremely capable cook, cleaner and gardener. The lease for rental house I am currently living in runs out December, so I am looking to move into a new room before then.
I have recently finished a bachelor of science in evolutionary biology and am taking this year. Love a good conversation about pretty much anything. Generally a pretty clean guy and will respect whatever standards are in place. Have steady income. All round pretty open minded. Pretty tall, so can reach things easily.
I am a caring and considerate full time student studying cognitive neuroscience who values privacy and will respect your privacy too. I am very clean and organised. Looking to move out as soon as possible (within a week or two) close to the city or close to public transport. Recently moved to adelaide from a small town so just getting used to the city. Ideally I’d like to ‘team up’ with another female and find a new place as I already have a lot of new furniture but open to just renting a room in a sharehouse. Feel free to message, open to all offers :)
I'm a 24 year old arts adminstrator who would always keep the fridge stocked with beer. I work 9-5 at the Adelaide Film Festival, so I'm generally out of the house during the day. I enjoy chilling out with dinner or a drink in the evening and on weekends. I do a lot of writing outside of work, I like to cook (trying new recipes all the time, and I've not had any complaints on my cooking yet), and I try to get out on the weekends to do a bit of hiking or go to the beach (whichever is seasonally appropriate). I'm looking for a mellow kind of household, preferably close to the city, with great, accepting housemates :)
Just a real easy-going, country Victorian looking at making the move over to Adelaide in the near future. At the moment, the move date is looking like end of April/Early May, just working out things with work over the next few days. I'm a fairly social kind of guy, I pride myself on being organised, neat and tidy. Sport is my biggest passion and consumes most of my life, I enjoy living a fairly healthly lifestyle, I don't drink or smoke and I love getting in the kitchen as well, I'm no Oliver or Ramsay, but food is a bit of a passion of mine! Prefer to live on the South East/Eastern side of the city, however also open to other areas close by the to the city. Quite open to share houses due to being a good way to meet new people, anywhere between a 4 - 12 month stay would be ideal for now. If you feel like I'd be a good fit for your home, shoot me a message, I'm open to anything!
My partner Daniel (male 29) and I (female 30) are looking for a medium/large room or even two smaller rooms for about six months if the place doesn't allow pets, or hopefully long term if we can find a pet friendly place as we plan to adopt a cat at some point. We also love dogs and all other animals but at the moment we don't have any pets. We are pretty quiet but also friendly and like to get on well with our housemates. We are open minded and down to earth and get along well with most people. Both of us like to keep living spaces clean and tidy and when at home we like to do gardening trying to grow vegetables or watching movies, reading, making and eating lots of soups etc we're not as boring as we sound really. We would love to make friends with our housemates and maybe watch horror movies together sometimes or other stuff at home but we are perfectly happy to just keep to ourselves if you like more alone time :) I'm a full time student at Flinders and Dan works and studies. Always pay rent and bills on time and can provide references. Been at our current place for a couple of years and only moving because we need a bit more space. I'm really hoping to have access to a bath tub because I've really missed being able to have the occasional relaxing bath :) and also some outside space like a good size courtyard or even an actual garden would be amazing. We can pay up to $350 per week if room has a bed and bills are included. Otherwise more like $250 max. Can move from about 27th April or maybe earlier.
Nice, clean , modern room in quiet location. Room facing north. Easy access to shopping centres and Glenunga International High School , close to transport and near the city .Reverse cycle aircon. We are a couple from Manila, Philippines. We are migrating in South Australia on April 2018. We are well organised, friendly, and easy to get along with. We are looking for a furnished private couple room for rent with internet and bills included. We are hoping to find a house that are near to the city, the bus stops, train stations, supermarkets, and restaurants.
I'm kind, considerate and clean. I've lived in a sharehouse for the past 3-4 years and so am well versed in sharehouse etiquette and finding a happy balance between being a social house-family and getting some solo R&R. I keep active, enjoy rock climbing, trips to the beach, cycling to/from work, and other kinds of outdoorsy activities. I'm a working musician - I play folk/blues on guitar and vocals and gig almost every weekend. As well as this, I work in a music store and teach piano and guitar. I keep very busy with these things, and so even when not at my day job I like to stay focused building my music career. I'm currently booked until May which hopefully eases any concerns that you'll have a tone-deaf hopeful amongst you ;) I absolutely love animals but am highly allergic to cats, so any homes with those are firmly non-doable.

I am an international student at UniAdelaide who moved from Canada last semester, I transferred my degree so I'm not an exchange/study abroad/temporary student. I'm loving Adelaide so far! I love forming good bonds with the people I am living with so that we live as friends and not just as housemates. I am very neat and clean and respect other's privacy. I would love to live with people who share the same views, especially regarding cleanliness. A relatively quiet person who loves reading, cooking and baking, so frequent free tasty treats are given. You'll often find me curled on a bean bag cradling a book. Also, I love plants and gardening and going on impromptu adventures to explore the wilderness, camping, hiking or a sunset by the beach. (that's Hallet cove trail on the photo on a rainy day, thought I could outwit Adelaide weather mood swings) I don't mind having a night chat over a cup of tea and catch up every once in a while. :) Also, contact me only if you're looking for/ listing all-female flats. Thanks!
Hi, I'm Michael. I currently work full time in IT and study Commerce part time at Adelaide Uni. I'm looking for somewhere close to the city to move to to be closer to work and uni. When not working or studying I'm either reading or outside hiking and running. I typically prefer a quiet, minimalist type lifestyle.
