I am a hardworking professional with my office in Kent Town on the city fringe. I am a good communicator and have a great sense of humor. I love the outdoors and reading in my spare time, but lead a quiet life during the week as I work fairly long hours. I am organised, enjoy a clean and tidy home after a long day's work and love cooking when I have the time. My background is ex South African.
Our home is in a quiet street in Fullarton with friendly neighbours, close to the city and Adelaide University's Waite College. There is a bike lane close by and it's only a 30 min walk to the CBD fringe. The 171 bus stop (3 min) to the city as well as two large supermarkets are both in close walking distance. There are also cafe's and bakeries around the corner. Our's is an Adelaide stone home, it is air-conditioned, clean, and has high ceilings, polished floorboards, ornate features and big rooms. It's recently been redecorated and has a big established kitchen for everyone to use. We like to cook together if time permits. The kitchen has most appliances, including dishwasher, stovetop and coffee maker. There is a comfortable living area, entrance room, and a large bathroom with a separate laundry and w/c. Big, green front and rear gardens, BBQ. Your big bedroom, is fully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a huge desk, chairs and plenty of light. You will have three housemates: a female student , a male student (both early 20's) and myself: a friendly, older Australian male. We have a spare bicycle to help you get about. We are looking for a friendly, honest housemate who is non-smoker, no pets, willing to engage and share. We can provide references! If you need to move in earlier we can accomodate that too. Looking forward to hearing from you soon!
I'm Lisa, 27, easy going and tidy. Love a chat and a catch up but also like my own space. I'm respectful of other peoples space but would love to share with someone I get along with. I'm mostly interested in beginning a new house (just as a preference) as I would like a decent yard for my 2yo pup Dutchess (who is house trained and very friendly). would prefer a place with my own bathroom and don't mind paying a bit extra if it means i get a room with an en suite. Hoping to find people who are easy going and respectful. Feel free to contact me if you are interested Thanks :)
I am a 23 year old, graduate interior designer, currently working full time. I am friendly, social, considerate, fairly clean and I am a chilled, easy going sort of person. I like to hang out with friends or housemates on days off, going to the beach, out for coffee and am keen to chill on the couch, with a glass of wine or go out every now and then. I was originally from the country and moved due to study 5 years ago. I have lived with many housemates and enjoy the company of others as well as respecting their privacy. Would be keen to live with like minded people.
Hi guys, my name is Ian. I am a 24 year old guy, studying full time at Adelaide University, and working part time in a bakery. Big fan of dogs. Bigger fan of coffee. I spend most of the working week split between being at work or uni. Weekends I spend studying and catching up with friends. My interests include netball, surfing, gaming and brunch. I have been in a share house for the past year and I am clean, tidy, and respectful of communal living spaces. Looking for a place in the east of Adelaide with like minded individuals.

Hi, I am an extremely easy going 24yr old originally from the Eyre Peninsula looking for a quiet place to reside. I work for a tattoo machine manufacturer called Inkjecta / Sashiko Tattoo in Mt Barker Monday - Friday and more often than not Saturdays. I have lived in rentals with friends and a sharehouse before so I know the importance of being up front, paying bills on time and keeping a clean home. I would prefer to live with a person or people around my own age but I’m also open minded. I love having a good social aspect in a house but also enjoy having a certain level of privacy at the same time. Anyway if you want to know more send me a message Cheers Dom
Hi I’m Georgia, 23, I work full time in Early Childhood. I enjoy the gym, netball and socialising! I’m neat and tidy - enjoy my own space but I’ll never say no to a glass of wine and a chat! My lease is up in April so starting to look for a new place!

I'm responsible, friendly and organized. I love to play the guitar, football, and filmmaking. I´m half Peruvian and half Venezuelan, and I have moved a lot during my life, so I have developed a nice skill that allows me to get along with different kind of people. Hey everyone, I am looking for a place to live near Adelaide CBD! I am moving there at the end of this month and would love to live with some chill, and fun people preferably students! I'll be starting at Adelaide uni so I'd like to live somewhere thats not too far away from the city. I'm organized, outgoing, friendly and clean! Cleanliness is a priority for sure :) Let me know if you would like to team up though I'd prefer moving straight into a sharehouse and meet some great new friends.
I grew up in country SA and moved to Adelaide for university in 2011 before moving back to the country for work for the past 2 years. I am looking to move back to Adelaide into an existing share house with some great room mates, in the suburbs close-ish to the South Eastern Freeway. I'm a very clean and respectful roommate, and I enjoy living with people who I can share a meal, glass of wine, or love of a tv show together with. I'm a huge sport fan and enjoy going to games and watching it on tv, and I otherwise enjoy watching tv, movies and travelling far and wide.
Hey! I’m moving back from Sydney and am looking for a share house close to town but also easy drive to the hills for work. I am a tidy, easy going person who likes drinking coffee, cooking and relaxing at home (sometimes with a glass of wine), but also enjoys entertaining or going out for live music. I like to play my guitars and music but am respectful of others space and downtime. (Non-smoker)
I am a very positive person. Love animals, nature and peace. Also love cooking and gardening. Looking for a place to start growing some roots.
The rental area is a new extension at the back of the house with a bathroom, one double bedroom (with queen size bed), built-in robes and a large living area. This living area has a sofa, two desks, chairs, TV, evaporative air conditioning, gas heating and unlimited internet access. BYO linen. Adjacent to the bedroom is a small private porch for your use. You will have your own keyed access through the back door of the house and the central door separating the front and back halves of the house can be locked for your privacy. Kitchen and laundry facilities are at the front of the house and are shared with the owner. The 171 bus stop (No. 8) on Fullarton Road is around the corner from the house and drops you off in-front of Adelaide University on North Terrace. The bus trip is approximately 20 to 30 minutes depending on traffic. For students at Waite Campus, the bus trip takes a few minutes in the other direction, and includes a walk from the Waite bus stop on Fullarton Road to the campus. Shopping facilities at the corner of Fullarton and Glen Osmond Road (10 minute walk or two minutes on the bus) include supermarkets, chemist, fast food outlets, medical facilities etc. The house is in a quiet, safe and prosperous area. It is anticipated that the rental agreement could be extended for one or more years for the right person/s. Looking for someone with a positive outlook who is considerate and respectful. I am a 54 year old male, a professional in the environmental management field and anticipate a respectful and calm relationship between myself and the tenant. Both of my boys have moved out of home, leaving the back half of the house empty.
