Hey friends! Luke and I are looking for a friendly rental or team up. We’re a down to earth duo with a nice mix of chill, cleanliness and respect. Both of us have a good sense of humour, like to cook, play guitar, game and do artsy stuff at home. Luke is a student and works in hospitality and Jess works in media. We love animals and if you’ve got a garden we’d be delighted to help out. We also have a friendly adult cat. We’re looking at paying around $120-$220 for the both of us. Central ‘burbs would be great but open to suggestions. Thanks for reading! Get in touch if you think we'd vibe well together
I am 19, lived in Adelaide for a year now with a couple friends but I think its time for me to experience something new so I am looking to move at the start of 2018! My room can sometimes get pretty messy but I don't slack off in any shared spaces because I know how annoying it can be when others do it haha At the moment I am studying makeup at TAFE in the city so somewhere close or easy to get public transport would be preferable and housemates that are willing to let me practice my makeup and tanning on them would be a plus! I am not currently working but I'm always applying for new jobs so any day now! In the meantime I am getting help from Centrelink to pay rent and bills and I haven't missed a week yet so don't let the unemployment scare you away haha In my spare time I usually study, or watch tv/netflix, I love a good chat around the house and housemates that could be friends is a big bonus I like to go out every now and then to have a few drinks I also have a small pet snake called Darling who mostly stays in his tank! Although if you are interested he can be handled without a fuss and I hold him all the time So if the snake isn't a deal breaker for you then send me a message! :)
I'm very independent. I cook and clean and depend only on myself. I don't have much of a social life. But will occassionally have friends over. Very much a home body but do like to go out when the opportunity arises. Work in hospo so don't really have a regular routine. Gym often and enjoy and healthy lifestyle most of the time aha. Looking for easy going like minded people.
I am a friendly, responsible mature aged female considerate if others. Clean & tidy I am happy to ‘pitch in’ to keep living spaces in order. Returning to Adelaide where I have managed properties and been invited to house/pet sit, gaining referrals along the way. Quite sociable, I enjoy what Adelaide has to offer from festivals, internatinal events to live theatre or a coffee with friends.
Our home is in a quiet suburban street in Fullarton with friendly neighbours, close to the city and Adelaide University's Waite College. There is a bike lane close by and it's only a 30 min walk to the CBD fringe. The 171 bus stop (3 min) to the city as well as two large supermarkets are both in close walking distance. There are also cafe's and bakeries around the corner. Our's is a typical Adelaide stone home, it is air-conditioned, clean, and has high ceilings and big rooms. It's recently been redecorated and has a big established kitchen for everyone to use. We like to cook together if time permits. The kitchen has most appliances, including dishwasher, stovetop and coffee maker. There is a comfortable living area, entrance room, and a large bathroom with a separate laundry and w/c. Big, green front and rear gardens, BBQ. Your bedroom, available from 14th November to 14th February is fully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a huge adjustable desk, chest of drawers and plenty of light. I keep to myself, easy going and very tidy. I am a native of this fine city. My job is to turn paper into happiness. I am great to live with because I am open-minded (but closed enough that my brain stays in), reliable, funny, modest, and I can cook. I'm not real picky about fun as long as it's fun.

Hi Everyone, 49 year old professional straight guy. Spend most of my spare time outdoors engaging in endurance sports such as trail running, triathlons and mountain biking. When not out training or exploring, I enjoy relaxing at the beach, markets and winery trips. All this means I am not home much, however I am house trained and house proud, owning a few properties myself in NSW and QLD. Not into drugs of any nature and only occasionally have a few drinks. Not looking for a party house however am hoping to find a mature, fun, lively environment, clean and organised - a place to call home! Over the past 6 years I've shared with one other in various different homes, with each lasting over 1.5 years - ranging from girls in their 20's to 40's, including a mum with her 8 year old son, a guy and his girlfriend etc. Usually out of the house by 6am and often not back much before 7pm. Have National Police Clearance Certificate (NPC) and references. Thanks Andrew. PS - thanks to the dozens of people who have contacted me offering a room in a share houses that will be occupied by 4 people and more. Whilst I appreciate the offers and promises of order, cleanliness, and no anti-social behavior or sad sacks, for the last 6 years I've always found a place living with just one other person and prefer to pursue this option for the time being. Thanks again.
I'm very easy to get along with. I am a professional guy who works 9-5 in the defence industry. I enjoy the outdoors, fitness and time with my dog. I love to cook and especially for others. I love to be surrounded by similar people and enjoy relaxing at home with my friends or new house mates. I am clean and tidy and respect privacy. I am not a party animal. I also have a small dog, Winston, who is 14 years old and my best mate. He would love to find a home too with me.
I'm a dentist who works in Norwood. I am a quiet, considerate and friendly. I love animals, and sport. In my spare time I like swimming, running and jogging, and playing the violin. I have a senior dog( adopted greyhound back in Perth), Would look to see whether can look to move dog over to Adelaide if negotiable. Looking for accommodation 1-2bedroom for couple.
Hey there! I'm a 25 year old professional from Tassie but made the move to Adelaide for a full-time 9-5 position in the Arts industry. I studied and lived in Melbourne for 4 years and have plenty of share house experience. I am a tidy, considerate and sociable housemate. I enjoy cooking, hiking, good wine, live theatre and travel (but who doesn't!). Ideally would love a furnished room but willing to be flexible. I hope to hear from you soon! Camilla
I am a 31 Indonesian student at The University of Adelaide Waite Campus taking Plant Biotechnology course. I will start my study on Feb 2018 until Dec 2019. I'm an easy going and respectful person. I love going to the beach, cycling and goofing around with friends. I'm a clean person, love tidiness and will gladly doing shared-chores. I don't drink and smoke. I am looking for a clean, comfortable place to live with friendly and responsible roommates.
Hello! One large bedroom with an ensuite and spacious walk in wardrobe is available in a cool house with two housemates aged 20-30, one male, one female. The housemates are welcoming, relaxed, friendly, pretty tidy and respectful. Start date is flexible – Preferably early December (pending reference checks). The bedroom is the only room located on the mezzanine level, giving you lots of privacy. An off-street car-parking space is generally shared with one other housemate in addition to plenty of street parking, without time restrictions. A public reserve is located at the end of the quiet street, with a cycling/walking path taking you straight into the city in no time! The open plan living area is generous in size and fully furnished with a large TV, A/C.. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge, pantry space and all the usual utensils. Washing machine available in the laundry and BBQ in the backyard. You'll just need a bed for your room, the rest of the house is already furnished. Water, gas and electricity bills are split evenly between the three housemates. The friendly landlord is the owner of the property and communicates directly with tenants infrequently, keeping the rent down. Bond is $860.00. One housemate covers the Netflix bill for the house 'cause he's a champ. So no charge to you. Winning. Internet is split with one housemate paying 60% the rest is shared. Great cafes, supermarkets and public transport within walking distance on Glen Osmond Road and Unley Road. Please feel free to contact me for more info and to view this great room!
Nice, clean , modern room in quiet location. Room facing north. Easy access to shopping centres and Glenunga International High School , close to transport and near the city . Would suit a student. Internet available. Close to many facilities.
It's a great location, easy to get into the city and the house has plenty of space with a nice little backyard. There are a few nice cafes only a short walk away, a pub on the street (but far enough away that you cant hear it). Public transport is also really easy with a bus stop at the end of the road, but if you have a car we have parking available. The room itself is unfurnished (it does have a painting on the wall) but its has a built in robe in the wall for storage and clothing.
