I am super neat and tidy and I love to cook. What more is there to know? I work in a hospital so cleanliness is one of my greatest attributes. I have a pet snake and two lizards which live in escape proof tanks.

PERFECT CITY LOCATION.....The room is an upstairs carpeted room with extra large built in wardrobes. We have a spacious open living area with outdoor patio. Modern kitchen with dishwasher. Situated very close to Victoria street and bridge road, Richmond, walking distance to Fitzroy and the city. Close to a number of parks. Supermarket is within walking distance. 3 minute walk to train station, tram and bus stops.
Hi peeps, We have a large double bedroom with heaps of storage coming available early November as our lovely Jen is going travelling 😞 It comes unfurnished so you'll need to bring your own stuff but you can easy fit a double bed, sofa, desk etc and comes with a built in wardrobe. 4 sweet housemates (Aussie, English & Russian) share this HUGE renovated victorian terrace a short stroll through Fitzroy gardens to town / hipster essentials in Fitzroy / bars and restaurants in Richmond. The house is pretty ridiculous, 5 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with plenty of space to do your own thing or hang out. It has a separate lounge room, dining and kitchen, all the up to date amenities plus one balcony, one roof top deck, two court yards and a little garden - and is opposite the park! Mixture of study & full time pro's (social policy, music & advertising) aged 22-27 we like a night out on the weekend but are relatively quiet in the week. Send me a bit about yourself and we'll set up a time for you to come check it out. No couples (soz) Smokers welcome but outside please
Such a great room, on the bottom floor of a three story town house in Colingwood, walking distance from so many good bars and restaurants. The room comes with a spot in the garage as well, so no need to stress about that inner city parking. The room itself is huge, and easily fitted multiple pieces of furniture over my stay here including a queen bed, desk, wardrobe etc. The house is modern, and boasts an amazing balcony that overlooks the city on the top floor! The house is actually furnished (mostly) I am just lazy and stole the real estate agents photos!
My apartment is absolutely inner city, so super close to everything you'll need. It's two storey, spacious and light, fabulously furnished and ready for you to move in. The room available is the downstairs master bedroom, with large ensuite and sunny courtyard. The room is fully furnished and is available for short (min 4 wks) to medium term (3 - 6 months). My preference is for a professional female aged 40+. My apartment is a 5 - 10 minute walk to: * Trams and trains - 15 min trip direct to the city centre * The many fabulous restaurants in Victoria St * Supermarkets and local shops * The cafes and boutiques of Smith St & Gertrude St. * The Yarra River, Abbotsford Convent and parklands Whilst there is little need for a car, there is also off-street parking. The apartment is in a quiet block of 4 townhouses and is not a party house. Therefore I look for people who are quiet, respectful and independent. My preference is for mature, professional guests / travellers/ visiting artists or academics (pretty handy to Uni Melb, RMIT etc). If you're wanting to stay longer term, I'd ask for references.

I have a room (dimensions 3.4m x 2.9m) on the ground floor of a large townhouse that will be available from Saturday the 19th November 2016. Rent is $165/week (bills are an extra $25/week). I'm looking for a quiet tenant preferably a student. The room is part of a large new townhouse which is beautifully furnished with everything you could need (luxuries include a coffee machine, filtered water dispenser, an ice-machine). The townhouse has a large outdoor balcony on the first floor which overlooks a quiet street. There is also plenty of on-street parking available nearby. The photos of the room itself and the rest of the townhouse are current and what you see is what you get. The location of the townhouse is just perfect for an inner-city living lifestyle. It is just 2km from the city center and just a few minutes walk to all forms of public transport (trams, trains and buses). The townhouse is right next to the famous 3 Bags Full cafe, the Hive Shopping Center (which has both a Woolworths and ALDI supermarket) and the main road (Victoria St) which has numerous restaurants, pubs, Asian groceries and retail stores. I am looking for a quiet, clean and considerate housemate that will get along with the existing residents. Please contact me if you are interested in the room and would like to find out more about the people staying there. The room is available from the 19th November hence I will be holding inspections at the start of November. Please drop me an email if you are interested and I'll organize an inspection time.
Hey! We are looking for a new housemate to join us in our Abbotsford home! The back room is available, with access to the second toilet and windows looking on to the courtyard. We are located a 5 minute walk from Victoria street and a 10 minute walk from Smith street. Trains, trams and buses are all within 5 minutes. We are two girls, Rowan and Hattie. Rowan is studying a masters of environmental engineering and Hattie is working for an environmental consultancy. We love getting outdoors, riding bicycles, growing vegetables and having a beer. We sometimes cook together but mostly run on our own schedules, catching up on the couch, or on the front verandah. We are looking for someone who will not just be a new housemate, but a new friend!
Good sized room with BIR available in brand new apartment. It's never been lived in before and we have just signed off on a 1 year lease. The living area is a has an adjacent balcony, perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. The rest of the place is fully furnished with primarily new stuff. Off street parking is abundant with a car parking spot included in a secure garage. Air conditioning throughout however the place maintains a comfortable temperature regardless of weather.
Awesome double story townhouse - 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom in the centre of Richmond. Within walking distance to Bridge Rd, Vic Gardens, Citizens park (dog park), gyms, cafes/bars/restaurants, Richmond station and tram stops on Church St, Victoria St, Bridge Rd. The living area is very spacious and comfortable with a dining area and a decent sized balcony (amazing in summer!). Bedrooms are on different levels, for that added feeling of extra space :) The house is fully furnished: modern appliances, BBQ, washing machine, dryer.. all you'll need is your own bed. Plus we have Foxtel, unlimited internet and heating/air-con throughout. The street is quiet and wide and there's plenty of parking. Also access is via a private courtyard so the place feels very safe and secure.
Hey Flatmates! We have a bedroom available from December 1st in a modern three storey house (negotiable). The house is close to, well, everything ... AND, everybody’s fave cafe, A Thousand Blessings, is about 400m away! Between Victoria Street and Bridge Road, we are easily accessible by 5 different tram lines - win! It’ll take you a whopping 15-20 minutes to get to the city, so just enough time to choose the perfect Insta filter along the way. Your bedroom is on the middle floor and overlooks the street. The house comes fully furnished except for your room - Your room has a mirrored built in wardrobe and heater. Unfortunately, there is not a car space available but the potential of a permit. The old housemate doesn't need the bed or bedside table, so there is the possibility they can be left in the room for you. The rent per calendar month is $996.67 including gas. Power and unlimited internet are shared equally three ways. Bond is $1500. We are looking for a friendly, respectful and clean housemate who is looking for a place to call home and is familiar with living with other people. Seriously, you must be housebroken. Someone who is independent and will bring some personality to the house but not so independent that you don't leave your room (hermits need not apply). We both work full-time so if you like to kick it with da boiz until the early hours of Wednesday morning, this probably isn't the place for you. On the contrary, If you like sharing a house meal together now and again or hitting the local bars, then we'd love to hear from you! ** We are a STRICTLY NO DRUGS household **
Working full time. Social, love sport, fitness, music, cooking and most importantly appreciate living in a clean and respectful home 👍
21, law and finance uni student, work a lot, clean and keeps to herself.
Hi, we are a couple of young people and, because of work, we just recently started looking to move from Brisbane to Melbourne end of January. French woman working in Optometry and English man full time worker in Marketing for Telstra. Looking for a place: somewhere close to CBD, public transport and all facilities are must. Very friendly, we are used to live in houseshares or flatshares and like socialising. Comfortable living with other people. Clean and involved in the everyday tasks at home. We are after a new home with a nice, chill and quite atmosphere.
Helloooo! I'm a 25 y/o professional, live a relatively well-balanced life in that I like to gym/cook dinner/chill during the week but pretty active social life over weekends... Few beers who cares etc ;) Keen to live with some chilled, like-minded people in a well-kept place!
Hi! I am originally from Cambridge (UK) but have lived in Canberra for the past 10 years. I moved to Melbourne to start my PhD at the start of this year. I work regular hours for my PhD from 9-5 every weekday, but sometimes over that if there's a deadline. I'm always quiet at night and am almost never home late! I'm also a very tidy and clean person, and I'm very considerate of others' needs. I also cook all of my own meals, but I cook and tidy quickly so that the kitchen is ready for the next person. I am coeliac (cannot tolerate gluten) and vegetarian, so if you are either of those things you won't have to worry about flour or meat in the kitchen! I also don't smoke, and hardly drink. I am an LGBT+ ally. I occasionally travel to conferences to Canberra to see my family, so sometimes I will not be home at all for a few days. I'm a very outdoors person, I spend my spare time reading, walking, running or cycling outdoors. I also climb both indoors and traditionally on cliffs. I'm always keen to join others for these activities! I love good music (though I will always wear headphones if others are about), Netflix, and the gym. I am looking to move in to a new place from my current flat at the start of December.
Fun, friendly, professional Irish doctor relocating to Melbourne to work in the Mercy Hospital for Women for 14 months initially, starting Nov 2016. Home owner in Ireland and as a result clean and respectful of property as well as personal space. Big into health and fitness currently into crossfit. That said I really enjoy chilling out with good food, nice wine and friendly people during my downtime. Hoping to find a flat share with somebody similar in order to experience the best Melbourne has to offer during my time working there
I'm 25 and work full time (Tuesday-Saturday) in retail in the CBD. In my time off I like to keep fit and social and travel every chance I get. I'm looking for a new place to call home ASAP, preferably with someone I can call a friend and not just a housemate. I would love to find someone who's happy to hang out and share the occasional meal but also has their own thing going on. I'm very tidy but not ocd and not a huge partier but enjoy the occasional night out.
Hey, I'm Mitchell. A little bit about me - I'm a 22yo working as a health professional Mon-Fri. Looking for a room preferably around the inner northern suburbs. Prefer clean and tidy housemates. I like being outside, going bike riding or hiking.
Heya. I've just moved to Melbourne by way of Brisbane and before that, Canberra, for work with the APS. I'm clean, tidy and bill-punctual, chill, tall and nerdish; a longtalker, deadpan and absurdist banterer, dank meme connoisseur, humanities graduate, reliably good for drinks, games, generating food, dumb jokes, and making hay out of city loife. Pets are a life goal; big, sympatico, gender balanced share-households (4+) are a longstanding preference. I’m looking for the premium Melbourne sharehouse experience with some harmonious characters, somewhere colourful, inner-northish, with a bit of a garden and within reasonable riding distance of the CBD. I'm currently staying in Northcote with fam so I can move whenever, or even get on board with a team-up with other cool interlopers. If you've got a space to match and think that we might gel, don’t hesitate, shoot me a DM and let me know. No roomshares pls. Thank
Hello Melbourne! I have recently moved (from Brisbane) for work and I am looking for a place to make a home. I'm in my twenties, love staying in with a glass of wine and good company equally as much as I love weekend adventures. I'm tidy and mature and can clean up after myself. I work in marketing. I have no furniture to bring but happy to furnish my own room. I do require a place with space to park a car. My partner lives in Bendigo so I am also looking for roommates who don't mind him being over on the weekends. Looking for a home with great people! It's a plus if you have a puppy 🐶 I'm open to any location 15-20 minutes from the CBD. Feel free to send me a message.
Hi, My name is Arthur, I’m a French student from Paris, I arrived 2 months ago in Melbourne and I’ll be staying until September 2017. I’m currently studying at the Australian Catholic University and I’m also working part-time at Subway. I’ve spent the last 6 months in Brussels where I was living in a flatshare with 6 others amazing flatmates and I really enjoyed it ! So my preference goes out to living with other people :) I’m easy going, clean and friendly. Happy to meet new people from different background and countries. Always up to go out, have a drink and discover new places. I’m a real movie lover and always keen to talk about it. I also love music and go to a few concerts every year, I hope I’ll have the opportunity to do so in Melbourne as well. I had never been to Australia before and plan to travel around the country a bit and maybe to New-Zealand. I can pay both bond and rent immediately. I don’t smoke and have no pets (love dogs but allergic to cats). Thank you very much, and please feel free to ask me if you have any questions :)
Super neat, hardly home, quiet, pet free, smoke free, drama free! Moved to Melb a month ago for a role in a engineering company. I travel quite a bit and will most likely be away one week each month. Hobbies? Cooking, reading, yoga, travelling and dining out. I'm looking for a furnished room within 5km of the CBD.
Hi everyone! I'm a newish fella to town, having recently moved from interstate for a job opportunity. Looking for somewhere around the (but not limited too) Collingwood/Fitzroy/Richmond area, preferably with a car space. About myself, I'm a pretty happy chappy - like to meet new people and laidback. I am 21, but I look like I'm 28 and have a mortgage and two kids. Like having my surroundings tidy (though not super anal with it). I work for an airline and get super cheap tickets to travel around, so solid chance I'll be away on some of my days off. I work 24/7, so I can be working at any time. I am super quiet getting up during awkward hours though! Thank you! Ryan
47 year old professional father of three, two are young adults at uni and a 5yr old little man who has a beautiful personality, is polite, understands boundaries and stays with me every other weekend. Like to stay fit and healthy, enjoy socialising as much as my own time. I'm quiet and respectful of people's needs, yet enjoy turning the music up loud at times especially while house cleaning or cooking. Easy going, very approachable and will go out of my way to consider others needs, yet expect the same in return. Clean, tidy, very busy and travel sometimes for work.
Hi I'm Lya, I'm international student and working in hospitality. I'm very easy going, kind and respectful, like to keep things tidy and clean. I prefer a place where there are no parties. I do not mind to share a meal and hangout sometimes. But enjoy been by my own.
I'm a 20 year old Swedish girl and I'm moving to Australia in August. I will be studying full time at Billy Blue College of design. Looking for a private room not too far away from Melbourne CBD. I prefer living with females. I'm easy going and down to earth. I love being creative and I also love music. I'm trying to learn to cook more vegetarian food. I like to socialise but I always respect personal space. I like to go out to bars and clubs as well as just staying in watching Netflix. I only want to live with humans, because I'm allergic to dogs and cats...
I am from Sao Paulo, Brazil, I am currently interning in a architecture studio in CBD area . I am very organized and clean, but I know I have some sloppy days, but I swear I try to avoid them. I believe is very important to keep things clean and organized, specially when you are sharing your house with someone else. I am not a party person, I don't really like to drink but I won't refuse some occasional drinks. Usually I prefer to stay at home at night, unless ther is a special occasion. If I could, I would probably die watching Netflix, but I also like to exercise, I am really into cross fit. or riding my bike around Melbourne getting to know new places. My internship ends in December, but I am thinking about starting a Masters next year, which means I would be around until April or the next years, there are a lot of things that could happen, so I am Taking one step at a time. I believe for now that is it Best regards for you reading this Yuri Michel Piantniczka
I am a really easy going guy, who likes to go out, meet new people and explore. I have traveled the world and have lived on my own before. So I have no problem paying bills, or keeping the place clean. I am from Toronto Canada and have decided to live in Australia for a year and then maybe travel a bit around Asia and New Zealand. I am into business and sports, I love hockey even though I hear there's not much of it in Australia, but also love tennis, basketball, baseball, and soccer. I like to try new things for fun, and will always say yes to going out and partying. I do enjoy though sometimes staying in and watching Netflix haha. Looking for a roommate not only to be a roommate but maybe a friend, a person to go out with and show me the city when you have the time, or even go on adventures. I am a young professional and plan on working part time or full time during the week, while I am studying for my CFA exam. Looking for a furnished room with a bed and a place to put my clothes most importantly.
Kiwi, working in advertising. Have been in Melbourne six months. Looking for a quiet and sunny room in a central suburb. Can cook. Average chat.
