Hi We are Chieng and Kayoko. We are currently looking for places to stay in Canberra for 1 month to do our clinical placement in Canberra Hospital. We would prefer the offered accommodation have 2 separate rooms for each of us as we would like to keep our privacy. It would be the best if the rooms are furnished and bills included. As we are only having short stay in Canberra and never been there before, we will pretty much doing the stuffs like tourists. We enjoy baking and cooking but one month stay will probably withdraw our thoughts of showing the skills. Please give us a message if you are able to offer us 2 rooms in one spot. (max rent: 150/week from each of us).
I'm a 46 year old professional from Sydney working for a company in Braddon. I'm planning to stay only 4 nights as I will be travelling to back to Sydney for the weekend.
I am easy going, tidy, pretty quiet and love to read but am always up for a chat or just to hang out and watch a movie. I work part time at a local cinema and can bribe you with free trips to the movies. I really like music and going out to gigs and concerts. I also quite like a chill beer and bit of pool in a pub.
Hey, I'm Gen! I'm currently a student and public servant. I like to socialize and catch-up but am largely independent and enjoy my own space as well. I'm generally pretty flexible and easy going and you'll find me a tidy and respectful roommate. My Friday nights vary from hanging at a pub with friends to a night-in with a good movie or book and a maybe glass of wine. I currently live in NSW and expect to travel back to my hometown on weekends every so often. I will be in Canberra for work purposes June 18 - 24 which would be the ideal time to meet and view the property. I'm planning to move to Canberra permanently mid-July as part of a new full-time job. A furnished room is preferred but not strictly necessary. If you're interested in having the honour to welcome me as your roommate please reach out :)
Hi! I'm Adam. I work full time as an animator for a small digital advertising company. I'm very laid back and like to keep things tidy, I mostly keep to myself but I'm always down to socialise! I've lived in a share house for the past 5-ish years so I'm used to pulling my own weight, I'm just keen to upgrade to a bigger place that can offer a bit more privacy and space (as well as a proper sized kitchen!), as well as secure parking and air conditioning. I have no pets but I miss having pets around so if you've got any that's a bonus as far as I'm concerned. :) And, although it's not a requirement, if you've got a place where I could consider getting a pet of my own that would be amazing. I'm also not keen on moving around a lot so ideally I'm looking for a long-term arrangement, somewhere I can call home. Aiming to stay on the south side of the ACT as my office is there and the stage 2 plans for the light rail taking up a couple of lanes on Commonwealth Avenue bridge and making traffic horrendous sounds terrifying, so I'd rather not deal with that!
hi hello 👋🏻 if you would like to team up to establish / if you already have a quiet yet revitalising home and share the following peculiar preferences, i'd love to hear from you: ✨ : appreciation for the therapeutic impacts of clutter-free living spaces ⛰ : a leafy suburb south of canberra 📅 : mid-end July move 📦 : interest to explore / respect for minimalist living 🌏 : interest to explore green, biodegradable household products — i'm happy to buy them for the place a garden / a nourishing amount of greens, lots of natural light, evenings of quiet coexistence or with music in the background, occasional beau-tea-ful chats are indicative of what i'm dreaming of / would be looking for. please don't hesitate to reach out for a hello :) peace,
Im 24 and currently working full time in Hospitality and studying full time online. Im pretty easy going and clean. I like to socialise and always up for some wine/food or to hangout when people are available but also like my own space at times too and can respect that of others as well!
Hi, I’m transferring to Canberra with my employer and will be spending the majority of my time at work or at home in Sydney, I am considerate, respectful and enjoy other company but understand when people need their own time. I’m clean, organized and handy in the kitchen and look forward to meeting some great flatmates :)
I’m 29, work in comms in the public service in the city, grown up in Canberra for most of my life, but recently moved back from a 4-year stint in Sydney. Love being active and getting to the gym after work and i do a dance class once a week. I tend to stay in during the week and try and chill/do a few social things on the weekend. I consider myself pretty chilled, love food/cooking and cooking for others, trying new recipes. I like keeping things clean and tidy for not just myself but for my housemates so will always clean up after myself. I have a tv and an Apple TV as well as some shelves, but also happy to buy some furniture if need be. Flexible with move dates :)
I'm easy-going and friendly, and completely accepting of anything. I am punctual and on time with payments and I like to keep things clean. Unfortunately my landlord is selling so I have to move, and I am desperately trying to find a place. Move date is flexible.
Hey I'm Dan. Recently moved back to Canberra after 13 years in Perth. I Travel a lot for work so wouldn't be around all the time. I'm quite a tidy person and can sometimes have a bit of OCD, so i'd like to live in a clean environment. A typical night at home for me would be a few beers, some experimenting in the kitchen and decent tunes on in the background.
Hey, I'm Jacob! I am a 27-year-old male looking for a share place in Canberra. I am easy going, social but also enjoy my own time. I also consider myself responsible and clean. It is a little strange writing about myself - but I would love to meet you and discuss the possibility of sharing something cool. In a nutshell: I am a full time public servant who enjoys sport (primarily soccer), music, movie nights, gaming, board games and hummus. Seriously hummus is really nice. Not overly phased about the location and i am flexible with a commencement date.
We're quiet, chill and respectful homebodies. I enjoy reading, baking and swimming (though I'm not very good at baking); Hunter loves sports, movies and taking online courses. We love board games and hanging out, but we also understand that everyone has their boundaries and commitments.

Hi! I'm Jasmine and I'm looking for some like minded people to share and create a beautiful space with :) I love bush walking, gardening, yoga and I do a bit of painting. I also love to party on the weekends but am equally partial to chilling out and being quiet with my books and my poetry. I like a clean and organised yet fun space and enjoy helping create the space I share with others. Looking to share a home. Big fan of cooking! I make a kick ass banana bread and am mostly vegetarian. I also love cats, bike riding, sunshine, crocheting and good tunes. I am currently working on creating my own small business which is based on helping people establish productive creative relationships through play and theatre. I'm a fun bubbly person who loves to communicate, share ideas and food.
Hello! We are a friendly couple who have recently relocated to Canberra from Wanaka, NZ. We both work full time and are looking for a nice house that don't mind a beer and a chat and some snacks. We are into skiing, biking, food etccc. Happy to meet up for a coffee to have a chat
Hi I'm Claire. I am late twenties and moved up to Canberra a year and half ago for work. I am pretty neat but not OCD and in my spare time, I like to hang out with friends, keep active and occasional netflix binges - don't hesistate to message me if this sounds like your kind of housemate
29 year old professional, fresh off the plane from Perth. Looking for a place reasonably central to the city or inner south. I have an ancient cat who keeps to herself and won’t bother anyone. Sociable, but too old to hit the clubs every night!
Hi there! I'm Tom - I'm 26, a corporate stooge (don't hold it against me), and I love cheese, wine and reading. I also am as happy to go for a drink as to have a quiet night in - Movies, TV shows, solid conversations or just chilling are all options; I'm pretty flexible. I can appreciate having 'me time' as well. I'm neat, clean and tidy and having lived by myself and in multiple types of share arrangements, I'm pretty cool with chores (even taking the bins out :D). I'm moving to Canberra just prior to the start of July, so looking for a place around my new work! Looking forward to connecting with you :)
My name is Evan, I'm 20, work full-time in the public service, and study part-time at ANU. I'm doing an arts degree, with majors in anthropology and English, and speak conversational Italian. I do taekwondo, love musicals and writing (although I don't do it enough). I don't own a car, so being close to public transport is pretty important to me. I'm transgender and am starting my transition, so I would need you to be okay with that. I haven't lived independently before, so I don't really know much about the whole rental process, but I can cook decently and like baking.
Hi, I am Bela and a Canberra university student who'll also be working part-time in Canberra. I am relocating to Canberra and need a nice and safe place to live as soon as possible to make way for a smooth transition and prepare for my university study and professional life. I will only consider to share with decent and ethical female(s). I am a very neat, tidy, quiet, trustworthy, friendly and helpful lady with high moral standards and fine etiquette. Thank you for reading :-) Cheerio
Modern two-bedroom apartment with lots of light, and a decent-sized balcony. There's a pool in the complex and underground parking. 5 min walk from the Westfield and the Woden bus interchange. We've got pretty much everything furniture-wise, but the flatmate who is moving out will take a couple of big items (e.g. the washing machine). Happy to split or work out some arrangement to replace those.
A freshly renovated house in Red Hill. Room comes furnished as does the house so you can move straight in with no hassle. Water, gas, electricity, Netflix, Foxtel Play and unlimited WiFi are included in the rent, as is a lock up garage spot if you need it. Gardening is also taken care of. Red Hill is a great suburb, only a 5 min drive to Kingston and Manuka and about 10 mins to the city most days. Bus stop is a 3 minute walk if you need it and the Red Hill shops are just around the corner.
Hi! I'm a 24 year old professional who is about to endure their second winter in Canberra after moving down from Queensland. I enjoy spending most of my spare time in the outdoors rock climbing, hiking, camping and mountain biking. I'm social yet also enjoy some me time, would enjoy long walks along the beach if Canberra had any, and am looking for housemates who have at least basic survival skills (keep tidy etc). Get in touch if you have a room and think I'd be a good housemate!
I am a professional engineer, working full-time for the public service. Originally from Melbourne, I enjoy playing flute, reading, and the odd bit of painting. I'm a fairly quiet person who likes to keep tidy surroundings but am OK with pets.
Self-Organised, kind, clean, non-smoking student finishing off my last university semester while working part time at a company in Fyswich. I will be travelling to Sydney once a week for university. I am able to take care of myself and willing to help around in any way possible and keep the place clean.
Hi ! :) I am a 27 year old professional working full time, teaching myself a language! and looking to move into a shared apartment with own ensuite. I have lived in share houses and my own apartment in Sydney for roughly 6 years. Back in Canberra for about 12 months now. I enjoy cooking, getting outdoors, running and gym, sometimes bingeing on Netflix series, a few drinks on the weekend here and there, and generally keeping busy and up to date within my social circles. I am well mannered, very clean/tidy and responsible, and I respect personal space. looking to live with a female preferably. An ideal housemate for me, also has their own life but likes to chat over a glass of wine every now and then, and of course have a laugh :) Anything else you would like to know just ask ! Emily
I'm a responsible, easy going Engineer and really I'm just hoping my future housemates don't leave all of the housework to me. I'm single, come with the most adorable little rag-doll cat you'll ever see and I mostly spend my spare time relaxing with Netflix, movies and games. I'm happy to cook & socialise as well, although I generally keep to myself.
Hello everyone, my name is Debora. I am an independent dance artist (teaching dance, choreography, performance, events) and I also work in hospitality part-time. I am living in Canberra since 2015 and I like it very much. I also like to travel around Australia or overseas to take dance courses and give workshops when possible. I have It/Au Citizenship and every few years I try to visit my family in Italy. I am a quite dynamic person but I also like to have some quite time on my one when at home (work, study, meditate..). I like nature and to go for walks when I have some time. I am allergic to cats and dogs. I am tidy. Nice to meet you!
I'm a quiet and shy person, I like to keep to myself but am also happy to have a yarn and a wine with some trashy netflix on in the background. Good sense of humor, reliable and tidy.
I am a public servant relocating from QLD to Canberra for work. I am clean and considerate. I enjoy my alone time, but I am also sociable and look forward to getting to know my flat mates. I love animals, especially dogs. I’m vegetarian but have no objection to living with non-vegetarians, as I believe this is a personal choice. I enjoy a few drinks, but not too many as I like to make the most of the day and get outdoors bushwalking, jogging and doing yoga.
> full-time phd student > friendly and easy-going > respect others' privacy > have a car (so that my roommate and I can go out and have fun on holidays)
