Hi there im Kasia Im 20 from new Zealand been in oz for nearly two years just moved to Canberra from Brisbane where I was living with my bf. Seamus is 29 and Irish been in Australia the same amount of time as me . I work night shifts and day shifts depending on what I’m feeling that week. Just want something comfortable and flatmates who are respectful of privacy but social as well. Good vibes are so important to me. Im very friendly and respectful , keep mainly to myself but not I'm not shy of socialising at all. When I'm home I enjoy cleaning , cooking , working on art ,Meditation , reading ect . I hope to hear from some friendly faces soon ! Ideally looking for a furnished place . My partner will be joining me in Canberra over the next couple weeks as he has picked up full time work in the city he is in carpentry. Thanks for taking the time to read a bit about me Cheers!! (:
Hey I'm Alice - I work at a childcare centre and also as a receptionist. I am currently studying at the University of Canberra. I love meeting new people, staying active and having fun. I also love all pets ever!!! but don't actually have any of my own :(
I'm currently studying IR at ANU and am looking into moving off-campus into a two bedroom flat at the start of next year. I work at McDonald's Manuka (not glamorous, but it pays rent) and between that and studying I love to just chill out and read or watch Netflix. I'm fairly quiet and not the most social person, so the chances of me ever having more than one person over at a time is slim to none, but I love a good yarn and watching TV or playing board games (though I'm not very good). I'm very tidy and will always keep up my end of the cleaning deal. My budget is $200 a week (but less would be even better). Feel free to shoot me a message or text if you'd like to get to know me more before making the plunge! I'd prefer living with a friend anyway so we should get to know each other! :)
I am a positive, happy, chill and funny guy from Stockholm, Sweden. Currently I'm studying Master of Laws at Stockholm University and this fall I'm heading to Canberra for my exchange semester. Besides my studies I've been acting and modeling a bit, and also working as a trainee at a law firm. I like being creative. I like to hang out with friends, meet new people, go for walks, barbecuing, museums, movie night and basically doing all those things that makes life a bit better. I hope to find like-minded people who would like to share a flat or a house with me. Make new friendships, helping each other and just hang out a lot, at the same time respect is shown for the others privacy etc.
Hello! My name is Zina. Ideally, I'm looking to share a place with one other roommate or two if I can have my own ensuite. I am clean and tidy and respect other peoples belongings and space, but also sociable and friendly. I'm looking to share a place with people who share my values in maintaining a tidy environment and who are conscious of not making loud noise at night (for example, throwing parties all the time or playing loud music).

I'm studying my final module to complete my CA, so that keeps me occupied. In what spare time I have I like to learning guitar, play Ice Hockey and catch up with friends. Looking forward to meeting you! Best regards, Rex

Hey I am from the Philippines but i've been working in Australia for almost 2 yrs now. I am a chef based in Adelaide and was recently assigned in Canberra (Woden to be specific) for work. Interests are food, music, movies, little bit of working out. I am looking for a room to rent in Canberra around 2nd week of april, I am bringing my car with me so a parking spot would be needed. I am a easy going person who loves to hang out with friends whenever I have free time but I also value my own private time. I love to cook during my rest day fron work and I really value cleanliness around the house. Cheers!
Hey guys! My name is Cheyanne, I’m 24 and moved up to Canberra a couple of years ago from little old bega. I’m looking for a room with like mined people. I work at Mawson primary school so the closer the better! I like to think of myself as super colourful, bubbly, outgoing person who can bring laughter into any household :) I would ideally like to have a ‘family’ dinner and a few bevos regularly with my housemates but I also like my own space and alot of the time while at home I’ll be studying or doing my art. I’ve lived in share houses before and know what’s expected, I’m very respectful of others property and space :) I clean as I go and like to live in a clean house but I’m not over the top haha im happy to live with males or females (and any animals!) and I will need a medium to large room to fit all my art and craft stuff, as I have an online store and do markets most weekends (extra storage would be a plus!) I smoke when I drink but that’s rarely and always outside of course. Please message me for anymore details! Ready to move in anytime within the next couple of weeks :) Thanks for reading!
I am working as an APS at the Department of Finance. I love nature, watching artistic films and want to get back into reading. I am looking for walking distance to Forrest or a maximum of 20 minute drive to Forrest. I am very flexible and do not require a personal bathroom. Additionally, I am a neat and tidy person.
I enjoy a chat and some banter but I also like to simply chill/relax on my own. Cooking is something I enjoy when I have time. I also like getting outdoors to do things like bushing walking and socialising. Wholistic health is an interest of mine too. Furthermore, I am easy to get along with and enjoy a good laugh. I am not from Canberra but I have been here a few years. I work in a busy caring field/environment 4-5 days per week in a permanent part-time role, and am planning to resume study in 2019 in addition to this.

Well hello eligible flatmate! I'm Maddy, I think I'm a great catch, do you think you are too? Are you ready for commitment? OMG you are!? I am too! We have so much in common! My lease ends mid May and after 7 years living in North Canberra, I am ready to take a plunge and go South of the lake wall. I would love to meet some new people who would be keen to find a house together that's somewhat cheap but somewhere we can comfortably call home and be cool with decking it out with awful, incongruous decor. I am a 25 yo policy lawyer & freelance journalist. I am a sprinter and somewhat a powerlifter. I enjoy travelling and hiking. I love a drink and watching a respectable Q & A episode or a shameful MAFS. I would love to be friends with my new housemates. If this sounds like you please don't be shy and shoot me a message. Lets get this ball rolling!
Government veterinary moving down to Canberra for a temporary transfer for 6 months with working for the RSPCA starting in June. Easy going, tidy and social. Love a cheeky wine but mainly just love chilling at home or getting out for a hike. I have an adorable long haired cat named Casper that I'm hoping to bring with me, he is very lazy but loves attention.
Hi I'm Claire. I am late twenties and moved up to Canberra a year and half ago for work. I am pretty neat but not OCD and in my spare time, I like to hang out with friends, keep active and occasional netflix binges - don't hesistate to message me if this sounds like your kind of housemate
I am a 22 year old female currently studying a Bachelor of Nursing and Paramedicine part time at ACU. I also work part-time on a casual basis in Deakin in the aged care industry. I enjoy staying active, travelling, and enjoy socialising as well as time to myself.
The townhouse is centrally located, only a few minutes’ walk to Westfield Woden, CIT, Hospital, Police station and government departments in the Woden Town Centre. The Woden interchange is also a central transport hub and has direct buses to Civic, and the parliamentary triangle. There is also a bus stop conveniently located right outside the house. The area is extremely safe and quiet given its close proximity to the police station. Your bedroom will be furnished with built in wardrobe. The main bathroom and kitchen is shared. The whole house is furnished with beautiful mahogany furniture which you need to show care for. Light cooking is fine but not food with heavy odour. Rent: $240 per week, 4 weeks in advance with 4 weeks bond. All utilities bills are shared equally in half. Free parking available onsite. The room will be available from 18 May 2019 (or earlier if required).
The house has: a well equiped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, 6 jet stove and microwave); a formal dinning room with a 12 person dinning table (great for dinner parties); a formal living room with a fireplace; open plan kitchen/ family room/dinning room; an in-ground swimming pool; an outdoor table on the patio overlooking the swimming pool; ducted gas heating; ducted gas aircon; good wii-fii internet; a Yamaha piano; and separate electric heaters in each bedroom. The house is relatively new, being about 10 years old, and is well insulated. The property is at the base of Red Hill, which has lots a great walking tracks and a cafe on the top with great views over lake Burley Griffin. Red Hill is arguably one of the best suburbs in Canberra. It is located centrally in the inner-South region, has a lot of the diplomatic residences and Missions (Embassies and High Commissions) and, due to the extra policing, a very low crime rates. Also, Red Hill is close to the bar and restaurants located in Kingston, Kingston Foreshore, Manuka, Griffith, Civic and Braddon. There is a bus that runs directly to Civic via Kingston, Manuka and Braddon one way and directly to Woden the other way.
Hey! I've just come back from a working holiday in Queensland and looking to settle in Canberra for a while :) I am a very friendly person and respect others space. I am also keen on dinner and wine nights and the occassional adventure.
I'm mature and professionally focused. I don't spend much time at home but I always clean and pay rent on time. I'm low maintenance, very nice and i'm easy to get along with. I'm fitness focused and am a qualified PT, but I have temporarily left the industry. I work full time in the hospitality industry. I don't smoke, drink, do drugs, have a pet or throw parties. My girlfriend will be over some of the time, but I spend most weekends at her house. I know what sharehouses are like, having lived in a few, so i respect peoples space and clean up and do share my part of the housework. I'm also pretty great :)
Current lease ends in March 2019, looking for a place to move in immediately after that > clean > full-time phd student > friendly and easy-going > respect others' privacy > have a car and happy to drive my roommate around

Hi Future Housemate, My name is Rita. I am an easy going person with good hygiene. I enjoyed cooking when I have time. I work equivalent full-time RN, and I enjoy volleyball a lot. No dramas in life, but enjoy relaxing life style in my free time. Hope we will be suitable to share the house.
I am a 25 year old female who is looking for a place to stay long term. I am currently working 4 days a week and studying 1 day a week. I work and study on the North side and am hoping to be closer to both locations. I am clean, respectful and give people their own space, however, I am also happy to have a chat and watch a movie! I am an active person who likes to exercise and volunteer in my spare time.
My name’s Cherisse and I’m looking for somewhere to live in the ACT or Queanbeyan with housemates who are easygoing and fun. I’m pretty busy so I mostly keep to myself, but I’d love to live with people who share a few drinks or go out from time to time (I love love love karaoke). I’m a freelancer and often work from home, so I need a room with a reasonable amount of privacy and housemates who don’t mind helping me procrastinate through my writers block. Everywhere’s a twenty minute drive from everywhere else in Canberra, so the most important thing for me is finding housemates who are a good fit. Otherwise, I’m into fitness, don’t smoke, like animals and have a healthy fear of spiders. I come with an eight year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Dexter. He’s not very active, so he doesn’t need much space, but he does need secure fencing. He’s adorable, housetrained and loves cuddles and other dogs. I’m open to any sort of lease for any length of time. I’ve got my own furniture, internet and Netflix account, so all I really need is a bedroom. Hit me up if you’ve got a room that might suit me.
