Hi I'm Ian, I'm 41 and currently working full-time as an estimator in the renovation industry. I prefer a quiet home life with work & exercise during the week but enjoy getting out & about on the weekend for exercise and fun. I'm pretty easy going and looking for friendly, sociable flatmates. I consider myself a tidy person and happy to pitch in regularly to keep the place clean & tidy, and expect the same of others. I enjoy social dinners and outings with my flatmates, or catching up with friends over a BBQ sometimes. I work regular hours during the week but rise early for exercise. I always try to be respectful of others when at home as understand people do work/study at different hours of the day and appreciate the same in return. Happy to chat or chill. I like to follow a healthy diet most of the time and into regular exercise by walking or on the bike Prefer to organise my own meals mostly for convenience, but always happy to contribute in shared/social meals with my flatmates. I don't follow any particular diet but respect those who do. I don't have any furniture but just need a bit of storage space for a bicycle.

Looking for a place to call home for myself and my best buddy, Ash 🐈‍⬛. Our budget is $350 for rent and utilities included and require a good sized room due to my bedroom furniture and vanity. I work part time in Community Services and I also work most Friday/Saturday evenings at a second job. Undercover parking would be great but am flexible. My only non negotiables are someone who is an animal lover, trustworthy and respectful. I’d love to become friends with my housemate's where we can have a movie night or dinner once in a while or even hit the beach/markets. I’d love a harmonious household that feels like home where we are free to enjoy alone time as well 😊 I enjoy Netflix or a games night but also a night out once in awhile, going out on adventures/traveling/beach, shopping/food dates, gym/yoga/breathwork 😊I’m a virgo too for those who are into that haha. Ash is approximately 11 this year and is a rescue. He is my world and is honestly an Angel and has helped me through a lot, he is house trained, desexed/vaxed and just a bit shy with new people but when he comes around he is so loving and loves attention ❤️he has never been an issue at a rental but prefers to be the only animal. Small dogs have been ok in the past. Needing a place by start August latest- just need to provide my current place notice.
