    $200/week61 year old man

Hi, my name is Glenn and I'm a single 61 years old guy. I was born in Australia and my last job was in IT (government) some years ago but I am on a disability pension now due to my slowly deteriorating health made worse last year due to catching covid19 in hospital. Go figure. I'm quiet I don't drink, smoke or do drugs. I keep to myself and have plenty of interests and hobbies that keep me interested and busy. I pay my bills and on time. I'm looking for some quiet, long-term, stable accommodation until I can get a housing commission place (could be years). Unfortunately the last place I was at for about 12 years was sold this year in the middle of the 'housing crises'. So it's very hard to find somewhere now like it used to be decades ago. I'm a quiet humanitarian, agnostic/atheist, leftish of center (but not 'normal' political leftish as you might think. More into Jacque Fresco and R. Buckminster Fuller type of thinking.) person. I have my own fridge, single bed, small tv and internet access. I'd like to find a place that has a supermarket (esp Aldi (love their spaghetti and cheese, lol)) and public transport near by as I don't have a car. I do have a mobility scooter now so I can go a certain distance easier rather than toddling along with my fold-up wheelie-walker. I'd also like to find a place somewhere on the Gold Coast near to the bus and tram system so I can have an easy way to get to the Gold Coast University Hospital for my health appointments. I'm open to teaming up with someone stable, reliable and fairly sensible to rent a place together with. Thank you very much for reading. And thank you very much for any help you can offer me. Glenn :o)
