Hi,
I’m a Taiwanese female currently living in Australia for about 2 months.
I have a stable full-time job at Nerang Park Poultry (QC position) and I’m looking for a long-term place to stay starting from July.
Since I don’t have a car at the moment, I hope to find a place with convenient public transport, ideally with easy access to buses going towards my workplace.
What I’m looking for:
• Private room (single occupancy)
• Around $170/week (bills included better, but not necessarily)
• Fully furnished room (bed/mattress, wardrobe, desk)
• Shared house with basic furniture, kitchenware, washing machine, fridge
• Kitchen available for cooking
A little about myself:
• Responsible tenant who always pays rent on time
• Quiet, friendly, and easy-going
• Clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces
• Looking for a peaceful and stable living environment
I hope to find a nice place I can call home for a longer period, and I will take good care of the property.
