However, Chermside Shopping Centre, Woolworths, Aldi and Coles are within 5 minutes drive. There is a train station located in Zillmere which is only a 2-minute walk, which is quite convenient. There is also plenty of bus routes that can take you into the city and Chermside Shopping Centre. There is also a library just across the road from the apartment which is handy for anyone who may need to print, hire books or use the internet. The apartment has 3 rooms, one large and 2 medium. There are 2 rooms which include sliding wardrobes for storage which has plenty of space for your stuff. The larger room includes aircon, which is also good during the summer. With a big drive way we can fit 4 to 6 cars however our car port is unavailable for use. Best part about this property is the bbq and poolside area already for summer sessions! We have gym equipment in our garage that can be used if respected :) 2 bathrooms accessible to all persons in the house, neither of them being ensuites. Both of the rooms have air con/heat units, one room is bigger then the other hence the price difference. I'm a 30 year old solicitor who works in the city and has just purchased the house. I work decent hours Monday-Friday (7.30am - 6:30pm'ish). Most weekends I'm out and about surfing, fishing, catching up with friends or away on weekend trips. Two of the bedrooms have built in cupboards. The bedrooms are not furnished, however the remainder of the house will be (lounges, dishwasher, fridge/freezer/, washing machine, dryer etc....all the usual stuff). Really close to everything you need. The nearest supermarket (Coles) is 900m away, Geebung train station is 2.3km (20 minute ride into the city), Westfield Chermside is 3km. The house is located on a quiet street.
