I am looking for a medium to large size room with the basic furniture in a share accommodation, 1BR flat or S/C Granny flat. I am a retired professional, ex-Telstra and ex-NBN field technician, not longer working. I try not to be at home during day hours. Every two weeks I go for the whole weekend to Ballarat to visit my grown up kids. I am 70 years old from Spanish background, non smoker, easy going, I like to respect someone else's space and I expect the same treatment towards me, keep to myself, clean, organised and do not like partying.
