Super convenient location - close to public transport (2 mins walk to tram & buses), short trip to both CBD and beach, good location for Uni students or workers close to CBD. Very quiet street. House is relatively modern and is fully furnished. If you have other household furniture, this can be negotiated. One bathroom + second toilet off the laundry, small garden at the front and rear of the house, undercover patio area. Available bedroom is unfurnished, but a wardrobe can be made available if required. Dimensions of the room are: 3.05m x 2.95m. Available now - any start date will be considered. Bond $700.
Chilled sharehouse in a great location. It's a really good spot for people needing to catch public transport with train and tram spots ten minutes away. Would suit a student studying in the city. The house itself is on a quiet street and has lots to offer. It has a big communal space and a good kitchen, great projector for movie nights, an outdoor entertaining area, fire pit for spring, big garage, and a really nice garden with some established fruit trees and we’ve just started an awesome veggie patch out the back. There is airconditioning in all the rooms, a gas heater in the communal area, and we have NBN internet installed. The room up for grabs has great light and is a decent size - it would easily fit a queen size bed in there and also has a big walk in robe.
Thank you for visiting my profile~ :) Hey! I'm Daniel - I'm a 23 year old human, birthed and raised in Adelaide - I'm currently working part-time as an Electronic Security Technician, and I'm planning on continuing full-time study in 2018~ I've previously rented twice - with friends; I'm reliable, organized and cordial :) I take value in being around likeminded people~ I value respect, cleanliness and space~ particularly the Orion constellation. I have a car - I'm looking for a single unfurnished room~ Personally, I'm a pretty active guy, and you'll find me to be doing things either around the house or out in the open world. I like to create art in my free time. Living in a household where everyone feels comfortable and happy is absolutely paramount to me! Can't stand drama :) My interests are: mystics, 8ball, 7 eights, one gram of solar, a second cup, five Star Treks and a Metallica album. In other words: photography, painting, poetry, astronomy, sci-fi, philosophy, metal \m/ and miscellaneous me stuff etc. :P I don't bite! Don't hesitate to give me a message if you're interested! So thank you! And take care! :)
Recently moved to Adelaide from the country. I’m clean and courteous. Passionate about cooking/baking. Work in hospo so I’ll be home late most nights, but I won’t make a ruckus. Just looking for a furnished place to move just below the city, near a tram line.
Hi, my name is Jaraad, I am a spiritually (no religious affiliations) minded person looking to live with people of similar mind sets or that are just chilled in general. I'm a laid back, honest, relaxed person and I am a vegan but not a preacher. Not into the whole drinking/partying scene, prefer nature, calm, serenity and would like to share a place with a nice back yard. Working on North Terrace so a house with a nearby public transport would be a plus but not essential. I am a clean, quiet person, warm and friendly. Please don't hesitate to message me, I am open to all opportunities. That includes any offers outside of my designated areas as I'm pretty flexible.
Hi my name is Meg, I am 26 years old, have a psychology degree and currently work in Government. I am laid back, tidy, respectful, open-minded, generally keep to myself and I love a good laugh. In my spare time I like to draw, paint and craft in general. Unfortunately I am a Netflix addict so that is also a great pass time of mine. P.s. sorry for he Snapchat filter picture. I have no photos of me independently except for this one. #shame

Welcome to the Shark Tank! We're on Norman Terrace and the legendary Greg Norman's nickname is 'The Shark', hence the Shark Tank! (Nobody is into golf in the house). You will be given a shark nickname when you enter the house. Great White, Goblin and Port Jackson are already taken. The Place: The house is in a block of units but is a stand alone house in the block (14 units). It was build in 1975 so a bit aged but the place is nice. The unit (house) is quite big. One dining area, medium sized kitchen with dishwasher, huge lounge area with a little study off to the side, compact laundry with washer and dryer, plenty of storage, 4 bedrooms (1 small, 2 medium and 1 large) and one bathroom. There is also a toilet which can only be accessed from outside the house. We also have a small backyard with a lemon and orange tree and a little area for a table and chairs. We have ducted reverse cycle aircon/heating in all rooms. All bills aren't included in the rent. The internet costs $17.50/month, water about $50 every 3 months and electricity about $150 every 3 months. Your room: Your room will be the biggest in the house. Total rent is $400/week for the house and as you will have the biggest room, your portion will be $110. The room has a huge built in wardrobe and is carpeted. It comes unfurnished. The area: Where the house is it is super quiet and a bit off the side street. There is actually a retirement village on the other side of the fence so no noise from them. We do try and keep the noise down, even on weekends so we don't disturb our neighbours. The Black Forrest tram stop is a 50m walk from the house, 15 minutes to the city by tram and 15 to Glenelg. You can't hear the tram from the house. We only have 3 car spaces so one has to park their car on the street. Who we're looking for: We're looking for either a male or female, preferably around the same age. Someone who is going to be respectful to the rest of the housemates. We want someone who is looking for a long term stay. We only have a one year lease but intend to renew it next October. We've been told that the house will be available for the next 7 years. If we decided to choose you for the house, you'll have to be referenced checked by the landlords (Adcorp) and will be added to the lease. They'll check a personal reference and check your income source. The bond is $600.

Hi ! I'm August, and I'm looking for a place ideally with a good backyard as I have a small dog named Gidget, she is obedience trained and loves cuddles! I am clean and quiet to live with, I'm often either at work or Uni during the daytime and spend most of my spare time studying.
Easy going 21 year old male. Work part time and currently in the process of getting into the police academy. I play in the SANFL - so I live a healthy lifestyle to ensure I stay fit and healthy (no drug use and non-drinker). I do have a very mellow Labrador whom is now 13 years old and just enjoys lazing around. Preferably looking for a detached self contained granny flat. Looking for anything surrounding the Adelaide area - 6 month to 1 year term
I'm 27 and have been living in Adelaide for 4 months in Moana so I’m keen to move down the hill closer to everything. I’m looking for a friendly share house with housemates who are looking for friends and are keen to socialise. I work part-time as an analyst from home and I travel to Brisbane once a month to check in with my team up there. I’m also looking for a part time job in a cafe. I'm super laid back and I'm not high maintenance. I like having people around and i get along with anyone. I like wine, coffee, art and music in equal measure and am keen to explore all the cool places around this city and state. Let me know if you have any questions!
Hi, I am Valentina a 30 year old student (International Management M.A.) from Germany. I will work for the travel agency Peterpans for the next 5 months and therefore need a permanent accomodation in Adelaide. I am a non-smoker, tidy, considarate, trustworthy, have no pets and no children. It would be nice to do something together from time to time, like cooking or watching a movie... but I will definitely respect, if you want to have your peace. I would like to move in as soon as possible and am looking forward to a quick response and a quick inspection date. Best regards, Valentina
Hi. My name is Joachim. Im 23 years old and i am from Norway. I study business in Norway, and i am taking an exchange semester at Flinders university. Im a social person and easy to hang around. So i hope we can make a nice flat during my stay in Australia. A few things about me. I love sports and to work out. I also enjoy a chill night in the flat with some good food and a movie. As a former backpacker i really love travelling, and can´t wait to explore Australia.
(Only looking for new team ups, not existing room shares) Hey friends, I'm Lucy, I'm 20 years old and currently still living with my family Looking to move out within the next few months for more freedom and independence. (Don't be worried that if you were to get a house with me I'd be hit hard with reality and take off half way through the lease, because when I plan something, I stick to it, and this is me forever, or at least the amount of time I commit too) I work Monday to Friday in a Call Centre, work evenings and weekends part time, and work weekends doing Freelance Makeup. On weekends when I'm not working I party like most 20 year old's do. When at home, I like to lounge around either in my bed with Netflix, or on the couch with a good movie, which will most likely result in afternoon naps or dancing around the house with no pants on (I'll try to be fully dressed when your family comes over but no promises) In a roommate I'd be looking for someone like minded and respectful, it would be a huge plus to become friends aswel rather than just passing in the kitchen everyday (I can understand that becoming friends with your roommate can ruin things but I'd be determent to keep the divide) In a house I would be looking for something clean and low maintenance (not necessarily new but preferably new appliances) , would love a spare bedroom (which we can both use) for when friends need to stay, and a dishwasher for me is a must. (Nice bathtub also preferable for lush bath bombs!) I also wanted to mention first up, I have collected a lot of the furniture that would be required for the shared spaces in our home so I'm not too fussed (would actually be preferable) if you didn't have much furniture already, hence avoiding having double.
Clean, professional and hard working individuals. We are moving to Australia to be close to family and to start a new life from New Zealand. We have steady jobs as an accountant and a painter.
Hi there! I'm Ryan, a 26-year-old Melburnian moving westward to complete a Master of Archaeology and Heritage Management at Flinders University in 2018 after graduating from a Master of Arts and Cultural Management and BA at the University of Melbourne, alongside work in the creative industries, communications and higher education. I suppose with that you could say I'm an avid learner, but I'll also admit to being a friendly, helpful and fairly capable person. Considering I won't be moving over to Adelaide until the latter half of February 2018, I guess I'm also a bit anal as well — apologies if my premature profile leads to any false starts! I'm certainly happy to assist in any way I can around the house and be as quiet or sociable as necessary and appropriate, as well as always being tidy and courteous. Having travelled, worked with and become friends with people from plenty of places, I'm of course tolerant and accepting of everyone and would hope the feeling is mutual. Being quite the culture vulture, you'll likely spot me studying, reading or exploring Adelaide's arts and culture in my down time. As you can see, I've listed a handful of suburbs, but anywhere within a reasonable distance from Flinders University's Bedford Park campus works well. Feel free to be in touch to ask any questions or provide any advice!
I just finished my masters in Supply Chain & Logistics, I work full time as a Project Officer fairly free on the weekends. I am super clean, bubbly and love to meet new people. I enjoy food, wine and being healthy and being around positive people. Outside of work, I love to go to the gym, perform yoga, play squash, cricket, socialize and love spending time in the kitchen cooking healthy meals. I am super active and always up for never-ending conversations but also enjoy a drink (a few) on occasion looking to live with people who are relatively social, would be up for sharing a bottle of wine every now and then. I am just a beautiful monkey keen to have some fun.
I'm friendly, easy going, love dogs (i don't have pet), I like to have an ensuite bathroom so it'll be easier for me to go at night :) , I'm a student (master program at uni of adelaide), prefer female flatmates
I have degree in biotechnology but have two jobs completely unrelated. One's at a bottle-o, the other is a gas field technician, and with it comes a work ute. So I have two cars, but am happy to leave them on the street if there is room. Apart from having 2 cars I'm a pretty solid housemate. Quite tidy, happy to wash as you go or take turns with dishes, happy to cook separately, take it in turns or share a meal every now and then. Have always gotten along with my housemates, the last house I was living with a couple of 21 yo's but the owner is moving back from Sydney to live here. I can spend a decent amount of time in my room but happy to watch the footy/game of thrones/a movie or have a few drinks and banter every now and then! I have a girlfriend who is just finishing a physio degree, we visit each other a couple times of times a week but she's delightful.
