I have lived in a share house for the past 18 months. I am clean, considerate and driven. I study journalism and international relations full time and also work in a busy cafe in the city. I am friendly and get along with everyone :)
I'm Chantal, I am 21, a uni student and will be moving out of my current place at the start of 2017. I've lived with my current house mates for almost two years and are parting due to the end of our lease. With that being said I like to think I'm a good housemate who is capable of both interacting with who I live with but am also able to give them space when it's needed. I am looking for long term accommodation and believe I am a trustworthy, tidy and an honest person who's eager to hopefully make some new friends.
Hi. I'm a qualified Chiropractor working in private practice and also currently completing a Psychology degree. So my life consists of being at work, or studying. I enjoy socialising as much as the next person, but I'm also well past the days of partying 24/7. I'm pretty laid back, and I come with a PS4 :)
Hi guys! I'm a social worker who works full time in the CBD. I'm a social person who enjoys meeting new people and hanging out with friends, but also enjoy my down time too. I've lived in a few share houses so understand how they work. I'm easy going, respectful and considerate. I enjoy cooking, crafts, reading, good food, good wine and good company! I'm looking for a place as soon as possible, please feel free to contact me if you've got any questions Cheers :)
Hello! We are Chris and Marian, a couple from the UK and the USA respectively. After travelling around Australia for the past 8 months we've decided to call beautiful Adelaide our home for the remainder of our time in Australia, until March 2017. We're very friendly, easy going people but also like our space at times. We are also well organised and keep our living environment clean and tidy. We are both working, so will be out of the house for a majority of the time, so for.us a good location to get to and from work easily and a comfy spot to rest our weary bones at the end of the day is what we're after! If you're interested in us, please don't hesitate to give us a call Thanks for reading our post, and we look forward to hearing back from you! Chris and Marian

I like chillin' after work. Music, movies, cooking, chats. Sometimes I'll just chill in my room if I need downtime. Looking for someone that I can share my home with that will chip in with keeping it nice and pick up after themselves. I'm happy to hang out and respectful if you need alone time. Hit me up if you're keen to come and check the place out :)
This is a 2 bedroom house in Plympton, 2.5 if you include the office with a sofa bed. But this isn't just a house, this is a home, somewhere to chillax, unwind and live safe and stress free. These are some of the things I value. I have been renting this house a little over 6 years, it has character and a warm and comfortable vibe. Across the road is a sporting oval making for a better than average view. 6km to the city, 6km to Glenelg, great location for a great price. Oh did I mention the larger than usual backyard? Rent includes internet (half of 200gb), a gardener and Netflix costs. Bills are split evenly as they come in but I'm a conscious user of power and water so they are usually pretty low. A little about me: I am a 30 year old professional guy, working in the city, dedicating my time to helping others. I am pretty focused on my work so I love to unwind at home. I do my partying outside of the home but enjoy get togethers for a bbq and beers on occasion. I like good music, good friends and am generally pretty chilled. Happy to make a new friend and have a chat around the table or on my variety of amazing couches. Sorry this is not a party house. I have a 2yo female blue heeler who is 90% an outside dog, she is very friendly and loves to play. About you: If you are respectful, responsible, reliable and generally all round nice person, then I would be more than happy to hear from you. Email only at this stage please. Room is unfurnished but apart from that I have everything else you need. Looking for someone around my age and am not fussed on gender If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask. Cheers Reece

Really nice big house with a large kitchen and beautiful outdoor area. Suited for a student as you would be living with other students. 2 minute walk to the train, 15 minute walk to the tram and busses available aswell. Built in aircon and heating.
I have a spare bedroom in this 3 bedroom place, but one of the bedrooms is a spare room for visitors. I think it's a pretty cool place. Located on a quiet street halfway between the city and Glenelg beach (approx. 6km each way). Room is 3.3m x 3.7m. Somewhat close to local shops and amenities (1.2km walk according to Google). There's also a good Chinese takeaway shop down the road, which is important for any decent place to live. Huge backyard with so much room for activities, I don't even know what to do with it all. Past activities have included: inflatable pool, backyard cricket, backyard rugby tournament, hammocks and beer pong just so you get the idea. Possibilities are pretty much limitless. There is another resident in the backyard that goes by the name of Stella. She doesn't pay rent, but she loves bones and she has her own version of "fetch" where she finds the ball, but doesn't give it back. She's a 1.5 year old Labrador. House itself is not bad either. Super fast internet (with Netflix!), fully furnished (except for your room), washing machine, big TV, air con in main living area, BBQ, etc. Utilities are not included and are split 50/50. Room is not furnished. About me: I'm a professional 9-5'er, 27 year old male and can make a great chicken schnitzel with chips if you're wondering. I love to travel, so if you're looking for some travel tips too, they come for free. Available Immediately.
I work full-time at a local high school and have the cutest little mini-schnauzer puppy (also looking for a home). I like cooking each night after work and am always happy to share a meal. I am clean and tidy and don't mind a good Saturday morning house clean. The puppy is completely house trained an lives outside. He comes in each evening after dinner for a little cuddle before bed.
I am quiet, a non-smoker, almost a non-drinker, environmentally aware, work Monday to Thursday. I am looking for a place for six months between July 2017 and Jan 2018, while my own home is rebuilt. I have a small 14 year old dog (terrier cross).
Hi, So I am a full time worker in the city looking for a place that has two rooms available or with someone willing to split a three bedroom place. I do have a cat, he is very well behaved and has his own scratching post so no worries about destroyed furniture. I am a very good cook and am happy to split meals and such :) My hobbies include random Sunday drives, beach walks and reading. * I will not be able to move until January
I'm very respectful, responsible and I clean up after myself. I work in North Adelaide, My work hours are a minimum 21hrs weekly, likely to increase to full time. I like to cook, garden, enjoy health & fitness and the outdoors. Love great coffee. Old fashioned. I love live music and getting out now and then. I rarely drink alcohol I'm very friendly, helpful, motivated and have a positive attitude. Always up for a laugh and conversation, also value quiet times. I'd like to share with people with similar values of respect, while I work as much as possible to save for my own place. Thanks for looking, any questions please ask 🌞
Hi, I am looking for share house or someone who may be interested in renting a 'new' 2 - 4 bed place with me. I like relaxing in a clean & tidy place, with mature easy going people, male or female. Any quiet area of Adelaide & reasonably close to shops & public transport . I have my own bedroom furniture. A built in wardrobe in the bedroom would be good. I am friendly, clean, respectful of others and like to live a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately can't live with cats or other animals inside the house and prefer no carpet though its ok in bedrooms. I rarely watch tv as have other things to occupy me. I'm quiet but also enjoy socialising. I'm a bookkeeper and studying and in the process of moving from Brisbane. I stay in Adelaide regularly though where I am is too far from the city. I'm looking forward to getting established in Adelaide early next year 2017.
Hi! my name's Drew, I love to have a chat, get along with anybody, and have shared houses before & am well aware of the etiquette required! I'm currently completing my Pilot's licence, so spend a lot of time studying, along with leading an active lifestyle & I attempt to eat healthy when I can be bothered. I am usually attached at the hip by my 4 year old english staffy (the smaller kind!). Everyone loves Hank when they meet him, he's very quiet, very well trained & loves people. Anything else you need to know? Don't be afraid to ask.
Hi! Chris and I are people who appreciate a quiet night in playing cards or going out for a long walk. We are clean, respectful of privacy and space, and in general are looking for a great place to stay in our last few months in Australia. Chris is a Pommie and I'm a Yank. We've been traveling around since March and now we're working in Adelaide and want a place to call 'home' as we do so. We love meeting new people! We are fans of dogs, cats, the outdoors, gardens, reading, documentaries, and the ocean. If we sound like a good fit, we would love to meet over a coffee or perhaps for a trial to show why we are great people to have as flatmates. Best, Marian and Chris
Im a happy go lucky hospo girl, looking to share a place and a laugh with lgbt friendly housemates. keen to have a quite knock off beverage with after work, or a friendly game of fifa on days off. would love the possibility of having a fur baby in the future, but not a deal breaker.
I'm CLEAN! I don't hoard dishes and am very considerate of those around me. I cook most of my meals, can live independently but will happily involve housemates in whatever I'm doing. I enjoy the occasional BBQ and certainly know how to party but will happily enjoy either a quiet or loud place so long as I can get to sleep at midnight on a weekday! I'm not hard to reach and I'll often tell you my plans so you can make your own! I pay bills on time and will happily keep all the records. If you want to play Xbox I'll play Xbox, want to hike or hit the beach I'm up for that too. Whatever you've got going house-wise you can be certain I'll make it better =)
easy going sales professional with good housekeeping skills, a positive attitude and a healthy respect for other peoples space and privacy. A google categories manager with a local seo company I enjoy the beach, doing stuff with friends and keeping fit.

hi folks, we're two young professional guys (one working full-time and the other is a full-time MBA student) living in a 3-bedroom house in kurralta park, 12 mins drive/or bus to city. You would be sharing a bathroom / toilet, and have your own furnished bedroom. The house has a spacious tiled open-plan living / study / dining area. Decent back-yard with great olive tree and extra courtyard area. Fully-stocked / equipped kitchen, laundry (w/ washing machine) and pantry. House split-system a/c and heater in living area (you'd need your own fan / portable AC/heater for your room). 1 room is available now for rent. Rent is $130/week + bills (approximately $30-50 extra per month, so roughly $160-180/week incl. rent + bills) There is a double-bed in the room available. House is fully-furnished, with sofas, rugs, dishes, dining table, kitchen-ware, fridge, washing machine, etc, so pretty much ready to move in and enjoy. Excellent location / nearby everywhere. House is very close to city (12 mins by bus or 10 mins by drive), close to flinders university (via south road bus), close to aiport & ikea (15 mins), walking distance to coles / kmart / nandos / cibo (10 mins). There is a gymn (walking distance) and nearby parks. House is close to henley beach too (15 mins) Neighbours are all friendly and helpful and street is fairly quiet. Housemate has already moved out, so we're ready for new housemate to move in asap. please call or sms me to come check out the place and chat further.
Large upstairs room in great friendly household. Owner has hosted international students for 15 years. Large pergola area and garden too. Great central location close to tram, buses and trains. Most students have stayed one or two years, but would consider 6 months. All bills including internet included.
Edit - house sitting over December, early January so on looking from mid January now I'm a kiwi originally but have been living in Dubai for the last 6 years. I am married, with 3 primary school aged kids but they will be staying in Melbourne while I work in Adelaide from late November until early July 2017. I'm looking for preferably furnished accommodation with just one or two other people. Although I haven't been flatting since my 20's I am well house trained and very good at getting on with all sorts of people and doing my share of cleaning etc around the house. I'm pretty easy going and have a good sense of humour. I will be working at the airport and will be doing shiftwork on a 24/7 roster. Most shifts will be during the day but I will need a place where I can sleep during the day occasionally or get an early night on the weekend so don't want a party house. Having said that I am more than happy to share a drink on the days I have off. I will also try to get back to my family in Melbourne on a regular basis so I won't always be around either. I'm a non smoker, live a reasonably healthy life style and happy to be around most pets.
Hi ! I'm Marika from France, student in Biomedical Engineering. I'll be doing an internship near Tonsley Campus from early January to early April and looking for a furnished room. I love being outdoors and am pretty active. I play hockey and tennis and love a good gym session and going for runs. I also enjoy some chill time on the couch though - love a good movie and a glass of wine!
