I'm an active, friendly and fun-loving person who loves socialising but also enjoys my down time at home. I'm 20, currently working full time in a Psychology Practice in the CBD. I'm a clean, responsible and respectful individual who values organisation (a little bit of a clean freak) and personal space. I'm very focused on my health and fitness so I'm not much of a party animal and I'm looking for a place that will respect that. I would like to find somewhere with people I can socialise with but who also respect my alone time.
This is a great three bedroomed unit in Glen Waverley in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood. Its 5 minutes walking distance to the Monash Aquatic Centre and the train station is about a 5 minute drive. The Glen Shopping Centre is also 5 mins away and is full of restaurants and cafes.

I am a IT international student from Sri Lanka. I am a clean, friendly, easy going person. I love playing games and watching movies and tv shows a lot and i enjoy gardening too. Looking to share a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom house/apartment Feel free to message me and ask me for information if i have left something out.
This place has just about everything you need. It includes a study (instead of a 4th bedroom) that gets plenty of natural light from the courtyard situated in the middle of the house. There is evaporative cooling upstairs, ducted heating throughout the house, and a split system downstairs. We also have a BBQ in the front yard for those special occasions. As for location, it's in a quiet neighbourhood with easy freeway access, and it's only a 12 minute bike ride to Monash University if studying is your thing. It's also a walk away from Waverley Cinema which has $8 MOVIE TICKETS!!! I LOVE MOVIES!!! The lounge room, kitchen and laundry are also fully furnished so you don't have to worry about being couchless, fridgeless, washing machine-less or any of that. In the short-term future we plan to put up fairy-lights in the courtyard so its preeetttyyyy. We have included a floor plan to give you a better idea, and currently we are looking to fill out the bedrooms closest to the stairs. The bedroom adjacent to the courtyard (smallest bedroom) will be used as a study. Note that the furniture in the pictures isn't there anymore (these are outdated pictures).
A little about us... We're a young, easy going couple who have been together for over 4 years. Tom works part-time in Neuroscience and is a Army Reservist whilst I am a Primary School Teacher. In our free time we enjoy hiking and spending time outdoors with Tom possessing a passion for photography. Whilst we like to have a social drink or two, we usually prefer to stay in and are not party people. We would prefer a pet friendly house and would ideally like to bring a cat along. We are neat and tidy and are willing to contribute equally to the home. We are interested in starting a NEW share home and have many items we can contribute (i.e. - kitchen things, bar stools, a T.V). If interested, please message us and we will be happy to catch up for further discussions.

I'm an Accounting professional working in a Government organisation in Melbourne CBD. I am open-minded,friendly, clean and very neat and tidy person. I love life and I love living life. I enjoy travelling, good food, laughing, movies, going to cultural events and socializing with quality people.
I'm currently a Monash student studying Biomed and I'm also heavily involved with MCJAF (the circus club on campus). I can be quiet but also enjoy getting to know my housemates a bit and don't mind doing household activities/outings of everyone else is up for it. I do have a beautiful cat I will need to bring with me named Lucy. Lucy is about 8 and has lived in rentals all her life with no problems.
Friendly, non-smoker, hardly drink, work full-time and tidy around the house. I don't usually have people over as I prefer socialising outside and keeping home as a place to relax and escape from all the noise and daily demands. I have a king size bed and hope to find a big enough room for it so I don't have to downsize and also someone who is similar so that we can get along well and respect each other's space. I also speak Spanish and dance salsa and am more than happy to share this with anyone interested 😄 Send me a message if you have a room available and we can have a chat.
I'm friendly, funny and relaxed. I get along with open minded, honest people. I'm used to taking care of myself, and I'm mostly pretty quiet and introverted, but enjoy a friendly, chill vibe at home. I'm on disability benefits, so I spend a lot of time at home with my cats and watching Netflix. I have 2 indoor-only cats that are friendly and playful. They are desexed, litter trained, and have previously lived with a dog. Feel free to message me if you would like to ask anything.
Hi everyone, I'm looking for a place somewhere around the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne (but I'm also happy to travel a little further too) that is pet friendly, as I have an older cat - she is house trained and is happy to go in and out to the toilet as needed. A little about me: I work full time (MHSW/AASW) and I'm a clean, quiet person that doesn't make too much of a racket. Please feel free to get in touch if you have something available. Cheers!
I am a 20 year old Kiwi who moved here 4 years ago to attend uni. I have a strong sense of humour, LOVE animals, am quiet but I don't mind going out for a drink now and again - not a party animal tho. I am really into art, reading and Netflix, I can make great pasta and can reach high shelves :) Not looking to move until February 20th!
I have recently been asked to work in Melbourne starting in 2 weeks so here i am trying to secure a home in Melbourne promptly. Once again I set deadlines for myself that are tight and i may have told my new boss that I can change departments on the 2/10. I calculated the maths in my head, the same mind that told me to start on the 2/10 and came to the conclusion that once again I may have overestimated my abilities. I have decided I need to utilise some of the skills I have written I possess in my resume to get me through this predicament I have put myself in. Using effective communication, creative thinking and taking initiative to get the desired result i hope to secure a property before the deadline. When all else fails I will employ desparation. A characteristic not mentioned in my resume, however it is attribute that is evident in interviews. If someone could offer me a room that would be great as I have a lot of clothes to pack and some hard decisions ahead of me In relation to culling some of these once loved items. I am a full time working, aspiring to something different every month 26 year old gal. I am like most of the descriptions on here, neat, friendly and looking for those qualities in prospective housemates. For fun? friends, eating, sleeping, dancing, eating, movies, music, eating, becoming obsessed with a musical instrument for a week, googling how long it takes to become a master at said instrument and giving up before i even begin. Any questions, i would be happy to answer.

Hi there, My name is Nana. I'm from China, have been studying and working in Melbourne for 2 years. I'm currently at the last trimester of my master degree for accounting, will graduate in late October this year. I work as a part time accountant and got another part time job in the city as well. I will stay in Melbourne after graduation. I'm looking for a place that close to the train station so I have easy access to city. A room in a all female two bedrooms flat will be ideal, but open for other options. Prefer a furnished room, but if the room is unfurnished is OK too. My moving date is flexible. I'm easy going, friendly, generally pretty quiet but also enjoy being social. I like Yoga, swimming, running and enjoy cooking. I’m used to share houses, lived in current place for 2ys and my flatmate and I became very good friends, so I have good understanding of different culture, I'm respectful and responsible. I'm a non-smoker, like to keep the place tidy and clean. Looking after the property, treat it not just as a room but also nice and cosy like home. That's pretty much all I can think of for now. If you have a room or whole property available, please feel free to contact me. Looking forward to hearing from you. Warm regards, Nana
