Looking for a team up so I can move from my current residence. Been here for going into 4 years and has been talk of the owner selling Looking for 1-2 people who are interested in teaming up to apply for properties in the Cardiff / Cardiff South / Glendale areas. I currently have 2 jobs and am usually quiet when at home as I grew up with shift workers. I also have a cat (Tink who is my profile pic) who is desexed and is fully house trained. Shes an indoor and outdoor cat and is a massive sook once she gets to know you. I have a house worth of furniture so you would just need to bring your own bedroom stuff or I have a couple of spare bedroom pieces you can use
I'm 25 and work part-time in retail, a lot of my other time is spent out of the house as I volunteer at a few different art galleries around the place. Looking for a pretty chill house, I'm not one to have crowds over or parties and am interested in a kinda similar house.
Hi, I'm a registered nurse doing night shift and looking for a team up. I'm easy, just want to chill on my days off and sleep a lot lol I like to go out as well..like movies or just chill somewhere nice with a relaxing view :)
Hi! I’m a 23 year old apprentice electrician. I’m looking for a couple of fun room mates who enjoy hanging out but also respect each other’s privacy. I enjoy cooking and clean up after myself as I want to live in a tidy house. Love the outdoors and don’t mind a drink on the weekends. Looking to move out soon so Hit me up ! (I also come with a 4sceen Netflix account)
I’m 25 years old working full time in the Maitland area. Im a laid back guy who’s easy to get along with, am able to have a chat and socialise but also like some quiet time to myself. I have a 2 year old daughter who stays with me every 2nd weekend. Interests are music, guitar, football, and relaxing after work and of course spending time with my daughter. I’m self sufficient and clean and tidy.
Neatness by keeping house clean and respecting others opinions. I work as an Agency Nurse and I love watching soccer
Hi, My name is Marissa and my partner Matt and I are looking at moving in together from mid-August. We both currently live in separate share houses. We are looking at the possibility of renting a three-bedroom house and sharing with another person. We are looking for a person who may be interested in sharing with us and becoming a future flatmate and hopefully friends. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Laws/Communication at the University of Newcastle and am in my fourth year at university. I work part-time as a youth support worker in Out of Home Care. I enjoy living an active lifestyle, am outgoing and make friends easily. I'm a hard worker and like to keep myself busy. I go to the gym four times a week and enjoy the beach and visiting my parents on the Central Coast and in Sydney when I have free weekends as well as camping. I enjoy reading and watching movies and will be in Europe from mid-June to mid-August this year travelling. I've lived out of home since starting university, spending two years on college and the last 18 months in a share house with friends. I'd love a workout or study buddy, I'm very close friends with my current housemate! Matt works full time as a fence installer; his hours are between 5:30am-5:30pm Monday - Friday so he is not home much during the week. Whilst he is up early he is extremely quiet and rarely hear him leave. He is currently also living in a share house. On weekends he enjoys motorbike riding, fishing and a quiet beer or two. We are a laid back couple who rarely argue and get along well with each other as well as everyone else. We have our own friends outside our relationship and don't mind doing our own thing. Whilst a couple we have different interests and aren't joined at the hip. We don't go out a lot other than for the occasional dinner. It wouldn't be a party house but we wouldn't mind having friends around for a BBQ or dinner and a few drinks. We are both mature, clean and courteous and looking for someone who is similar. I'm easy to live but do admit to being a tad of a clean freak. I would rather let you know now so it doesn't create conflict in the future! As well as someone who cleans up after themselves we'd be also looking for a person who is willing to participate in general cleaning of the house on a regular basis to keep things clean, tidy and hygienic. This would include basics such as cleaning of bathrooms, mopping, dusting and vacuuming of other common areas etc. We'd each be responsible for our own rooms. Matt is a keen gardener and mower so it's unlikely we'd have to worry about outside. In the share house I live in we currently have a roster but happy to discuss different options. It would be the perfect place for someone studying or working fulltime who has possibly lived out of home before, wants to be social and likes some company but also to do their own thing. We'd like someone with a steady job or secure means to pay rent and bills. If this sounds like something you'd be interested in please contact us! I'd be looking to set one of the rooms up as a study/guest room so we are happy to split whatever the rent is three ways. Matt goes to bed early due to work and I often either finish work late or study late so will need a separate space. Matt and I both have savings and a stable income to purchase furniture and appliances so you'd only have to worry about furnishing your own room. Bills would additionally be split three ways - we'd like someone who is conscious when it comes to electricity as nobody likes seeing money wasted. Our max budget for a house overall would be an approx $510 - $170 each. We would prefer no pets not because we don't like animals but it makes finding a rental extremely difficult. We'd be looking at securing the house first and then discussing with the landlord/real estate moving a third person in once we have found someone suitable. We're happy to provide references of what we are like to live with! If this sounds like something you may be interested in please contact us to discuss further the possibility further! We know it's early but wanted to explore different options before making a decision!
I am an outgoing person and live well with people of different cultural backgrounds! I am a full-time student so I usually stay in my room to study or be in school till night time. I don't party and I am pretty neat and organized with my things.
We are a cruisy quiet couple with 2 dogs and 2 birds that are our babies. Like to have a drink or two, hang out, go for a ride and play with the dogs when we arent working. Matt has a motorbike for transport, so if possible we would like it parked undercover.
Easy to get along with. neat and tidy. Pretty quiet during the week but enjoy to be social on the weekends. Live a very active lifestyle and love going on little adventures. I also own a 4yr old labrador that's house trained and lives outdoors
I easy going, mature and respectful. Don't let my age deter you, I'm young at heart. I'm well travelled and happy to talk about most things. I'm not looking for a party house, rather a tranquil place to return home to. I have a thirst for life and humanity, by that I mean, people matter! I happy to pitch in and do my share of household chores and up keep of the home. I'm comfortable with pets. You won't find a better chilled out room mate. I enjoy walks, deep conversations, music, culture, spirituality, sport, and more, however I do like my own space Off street parking for my motorcycle would be ideal, but not totally essential. I'm looking to move in at the end of June, but keen to secure somewhere as soon as possible, and happy to pay a larger bond, if necessary. I look forward to hearing from you, male or female. David
I’m a laid back kind of girl that loves camping and off-roading. I drive to Sydney every weekend to visit my family otherwise I’m working part time mostly day shifts, I am trustworthy, loyal and I’m always here if you need help My best friend will be with me as well, he’s gonna be staying with me a few nights a week. I also have a 2yo male staffy that might potential join me in Newcastle if that doesn’t bother anyone, my parents can look after him if I am unable to
I am Chrissy and I am friendly and easy going I have a small 10 year old dog who is my constant companion I am a neat tidy person and happy to contribute to the running of the household. I work part time in retail and also do volunteer work I am a friendly easy-going person who enjoys nights at home having a few quiet drinks watching Netflix or the footy. I also have all my own furniture to bring to the house as well as bedroom furniture.
Ah where to start I’m an electrician who has just decided to come home to Newcastle after a 5 year stint of FIFO work interstate and doing some travelling in betweeen. My hobbies are surfing, cooking and drinking craft beer but in no particular order and with some Netflix and reality Tv thrown in as well. I am currently working but will be starting a new job shortly that will see me travelling quite a bit meaning I would be away for a couple of days every couple of weeks. p.s I’m well housebroken I came from a family home where mum taught us to be self sufficient. I would prefer to join an existing share house as I only have room furniture but am open to team ups. Any questions please don’t hesitate to call or message me.
Very clean tidy and respectful. Personal trainer/jack of all trades, handy around the house. Bright positive personality. Keep pretty quiet mostly but I’m also pretty social. Enjoy spending time with friends, working on cars or building projects. Will get on/in anything with wheels or a motor, or both. Enjoy the beach, shopping and dinning out.
Looking to live anywhere in Newcastle! We're tidy, easy going, good natured, and love to cook. Looking for team-ups or somewhere preferably with our own bathroom/ensuite (but happy to share) to move into. Prefer unfurnished, as we have a bed/bedside table/chest of drawers/desk etc of our own that we hope to bring with us. I'm a full time student (uni and soon to be tafe) which means I spend a lot of time studying. Miller works casually most nights of the week, but is super friendly and is always happy to sit down and watch a game of footy. Happy to have a few drinks or sit down and watch a movie every now and then, but also like keeping to ourselves. We have one cat who we'd love to bring with us, she's mostly an outdoors cat who only comes in to eat and occasionally to sleep with us. She can stay here if pets aren't possible, but we'd love to bring her along.
Looking for somewhere in Newcastle/Lake Macquarie that is pet friendly. I have a medium size dog who is super friendly and lovable, he has never destroyed or damaged anything and he is available for cuddles anytime you need. I also have a a heap of furniture, lounge, dining table, coffee table, dryer, washing machine, lawn mower and whipper snipper etc. I work full time, very reliable pays all bills before there due date! :)
I'm relocating from Sydney to Newcastle with my job and to live closer to my boyfriend. I keep to myself but can still be fairly social, I work full time which generally keeps me occupied. I'm a vegetarian, prefer to live environmentally friendly and as plastic free as possible. I like to keep things clean and tidy will make sure to keep any mess I do have to my own space. I have a 4 year old Ragdoll/snowshoe cat called Romeo. Hes a lovely boy who is fairly low maintenance, he has a kind temperament and enjoys company (but not necessarily attention).
Is your home a blissful, amazing sanctuary that lights up your heart? Is the granny flat, converted shed or self-contained something on your property calling for a loving, creative, grounded & balanced being to inhabit it? Hi, I'm Jen. After many years of house sharing I feel a longing to have a space to call my own. However, I believe we are meant to exist in community, so I'd love to share the land & cost of overheads with organically minded, earth conscious & energy conscious people. A snapshot of me: I'm 36 and work in a variety of fields in the Arts, Self-development & Event Management fields. Last year I returned to my home town of Newcastle after over a decade away of job pursuits & I'm happy to be back & closer to friends, family & the beach. I enjoy my work as Studio Manager of an Art Studio in Wallsend, alongside building my own business as a Shamanic Womancrafter, Life Doula, Artist, Healer & Teacher, running women's circles & currently studying the women's mysteries & spiritual practises. I want to be radically honest here about who I am. For some, what I just wrote may seem a bit far out or 'hippy', but I hope for the right people, you'll read between the lines & feel what I'm about. I'm caring, empathetic, motivated, logical & got my feet firmly on the ground! Apart from all the usual 'fully house trained' stuff (even considered a bit of a handy-woman & come with tools to help with odd jobs & repairs around the house), I come with a fur child. Elkie is my 14yr old, female tabby cat. She's super chilled, doesn't wander very far, spends most of her time sleeping on my bed & loves a good chat. My wish list - We're longing for a self-contained space that is quiet & safe - Window & doors screened for mozzie protection - Separate bedroom to the living space would be ideal - Loads of natural light & air flow - Grass, tree's & nature are my daily medicine, so some greenery would be amazing - Bath & air con are luxury items I would thank the stars for! - Space for my art studio/office set up - Storage for my camping stuff, bits & pieces - Kitchen I can create in - No more than a 30min drive from Wallsend would be preferred & close to a water source would be magic! - Unfurnished, as I have everything. There are so many different types of properties, homes, families & living arrangements out there, so if any of this has kept you reading so far & you've got something that might suit, I'd love to hear from you. I know the perfect sanctuary exists! I look forward to meeting you.
Hi hey! My name's Caitlin, I'm 22, I work in a cafe called Bonta Vera (vegan cafe in Minmi). I'm also a freelance photographer and videographer in my spare time. I'm vegan, and stay pretty active, mostly going rock climbing both indoor (at the Pulse Adamstown gym) and outdoor on weekends. I keep to myself quite often when home but I can be social at times so always willing to have some nice chats and stuff. I have a 1 year old indoor only ginger cat named Ash who is veeeeerrryy affectionate so he will shower you with love and cuddles once he gets to know you. I have Netflix that I'm more than happy to share, I'm eco-concious around the house so recycling is a must, and I'm very very clean and like to keep the house organised so that it feels nice to come home to less mess. Looking for other people to team up with to find a place together or the right room available within my price range! Hope to get in touch! Looking for a pet friendly place please. I cannot part with my pet cat. If for some reason you can't reach me through this website :)
