Hi! My name is Erin and I'm a professional HR Recruiter working in the CBD full time. I love dogs, softball, travelling and cooking. I like to keep things tidy and enjoy going to the movies. Sitting down with friends with a bottle of wine and a nice cooked meal every so often is something I enjoy too! I’m currently looking for an unfurnished place to move into with one other person. I have most things for a house already too! Looking for something that is easy access to the city. Happy to find a place together and apply!
Working full time at a Perth hospital and go home to my country town every second weekend. Very easy going, love gardening and I am very clean and tidy. Love to have a chat and a wine or two. Love walking and travelling. Very reliable. My preference is for an all female flat and I require parking for my car. I don't smoke. My budget only allows $180 a week in rent so please do not message or ring me if you are looking for more than that. I'm also a contractor and can't commit to anything longer than 3 months at a time. My preference is for a unfurnished room however, I'm happy for a furnished room with a double or larger bed. I do have a small dog that I would love to bring with me but I am able to house her elsewhere if required. She has a great personality, does not shed is toilet trained and well behaved. Thankyou
Hello potential room mate/s :) Ive moved here from brisbane in december 2016. Im a very fit and active person, I am currently prepping for a bodybuilding show in May so my days/ weeks are very regimented. I get tired easily but still like to interact and make everyone feel like they can talk to me 😂 I love animals but dont have any - So its a win-win for me if you do. I dont smoke and I rarely drink but i do like to be social and go out - Im a good cook and if youre too lazy to cook dinner one night, i'll be happy to make us something. My weekends are usually spent cooking meals for my next week, catching up with friends and exploring what this great city has to offer. Over the last 8 years of renting I have lived with mainly females too, so maybe that shows I'm a very clean and tidy person if all females can handle me.. I do drive, so parking would be a preference but not a necessity as perth has lots of street parking. I work Monday to Friday in the city.. I know boring office job, but I am also an online fitness coach so it’s a win for you if you are looking to improve your fitness and nutrition. I think I have covered everything about me, only thing to do is meet me in person and see for yourself if you like me - Im also looking for anywhere between 6-12 months, maybe less but as i've moved here from brisbane. i'm trying to find a place where I can start to build myself and not have to move around a lot.
I work as a full time apprentice chef in Island Market Cafe in Trigg. I'm not a party guy though I'm very sociable always like a good convo at the end of the day or on the weekend over a social drink or two if desired. Love to cook a lot of delicious food. I’d also sing to replace the radio upon request 😁. I’m a 21 year old straight male but can be quite effaminate at times young but mature minded. I like getting my pedicures and manicures😆. I’m happy to divide house chores as it should be. I don’t have any pets but I’m not bothered to have housemates with pets.
Town house 3 x2 aircondition 3 toilets. Three rooms all with robes - Smaller room $170, Second room $185. Master bedroom $205. Just had new flooring. Double garage. Close to train and buses. Water and power included. Patio. Secure. Require references. Perfect for female students.
My names Wiremu, I'm 28 years old, I'm looking for a place for 6 months or more close to my work in osborne park. I work full time for the police, but by no means am I a cop 🐖 I've lived with a mixture of both males and females over the years and spent the last 2 years living with my best mate (who is female) until she moved over east. I think this shows I'm a tidy, respectful and laid back person. I'm not a party animal but I am social and like to have a beer or two every now and then. I do like to chill with my flatmates but also respect privacy. I'm a cruisy guy, I ride a motorbike, love the beach/surfing, having a laugh and going on adventures. I'm looking to live with some like minded people and I'm not too concerned about the age of the people I live with. As long as you're a good human. If you want to know more please contact me.
My name is Danielle, in 28 from the Netherlands. Moving to WA for a year this April and looking for a nice place to stay. I don't make a lot of noise and like keep things clean! Would love to live with other travellers or working people. I need a place close to bus/trainstation because i don't own a car. Hoping to find a nice job and staying in/around Perth for about 9 months.
I’m a 31 year old professional who is young at heart. I love being social, meeting new people and am often out and about trying new restaurants or doing things with friends. I also like to keep fit and active and keep my space clean and tidy. I have a 5yr old well-trained short-haired malamute I would love to take with me but don’t have to. Prefer to live with one other female in a 2x2. Thanks!
I am very clean and organised; I tidy up after myself and expect the same of others I live with. I am very friendly and sociable but also enjoy the ocassional alone time. I am looking to move in with males and females preferably not couples who I can create new friendships with and share in the daily household upkeep. I will be starting my first year at Curtin studying Psychology full time. I also work 2 jobs, one as a freelance mortgage broker and the other a casual retail assistant in the city with a minimum 30 hour fortnight. My hobbies include gym, beach, painting/drawing and socialising with the occasional drink on weekends! :)
All furniture in the living, dining and kitchen area are included. The Living and Dining Area has an Air Conditioning Unit. The Room I have available comes with single mattress and built in Robe with a shelving rack on top to put your personal belonging. I have plenty of storage in my Garage area. The room is pretty reasonable to fit in an single or double bed mattress plus a study table if it need be. I am happy to have the room unfurnished or furnished upon discussion. Location wise is brilliant as it is within a couple of minutes walk to Glendalough Stn and it is within couple of kilometre to the freeway both North and South and it is very close to shopping centre, beach, parks and universities. The property is only two years old as it is newly established unit. I am am looking for somebody who is clean, presentable, tidy and had capability in paying the rent on time.
After traveling for almost a year I'm looking for a new place to live! I am currently studying Psychology at ECU and am looking for a job. I'm very tidy, clean up after myself and love cooking for both myself and others. I enjoy seeing my friends and going for a few drinks but don't mind having a weekend in either. I'm hoping to find a furnished place close to a train station on the Joondalup line (walking distance would be great).
I'm an early riser, working full time, just relocated from Adelaide. Clean & quiet, not a big partier. I'll spend a lot of time in the kitchen (but will clean up after myself!). I'd love to find a place with a garden to grow my own veggies etc. I should probably mention that I'm vegan, but open to sharing with anyone.
Hi my name is Danielle, Im currently studying my diploma of nursing and will be needing to stay in PERTH for 4-5weeks around the Osbourne park area. I am clean and tidy and friendly, I generally keep to myself but I do like to have a chat.
I'm currently looking for places not far from the Joondalup train line to move into ready for when I start TAFE. I can be a bit messy and disorganised at times but willing to change my ways to make sharing a place bearable. I'm currently located in Gosnells and work in Kelmscott but will be seeking a transfer or new job once I confirm accommodation. I would prefer to have bills and internet included in the rent unless the rent is a decent price. Please note that I am looking for somewhere no more than a 10min drive away from a train station along the Joondalup train line.
I am tidy, organised, outgoing and always happy. My attitude is positive and I am hard-working and focused. I am very communicative, love talking to people and make friends quickly. I am always looking forward to meet some new people. As you can't send me a message without me paying please send me an SMS to contact me or answer to my message.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.

Close to some great little cafes in Wembley we're a couple of minutes walk from lake Monger and a few more minutes to Leederville. It's a large house which allows us to all live somewhat independently and have our own space. Having said that, there's an awesome outdoor area for BBQ's and the kitchen works well for dinner parties (not that we're having raging parties all of the time). There's plenty of parking and it's close to public transport. Bedroom up for grabs comes with some furniture if you need it and it's quite a large room. How large you ask... well... last housemate had a king size bed, a desk, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a piano and still had room for more. We'd love to live with a full time working professional or someone who works and studies. Let us know if you're keen!

I have a fluffy cat, so please dont apply if you have allergies or don't them :) About me: I work full time in the city, I am a travel bug and live for my next trip! I enjoy socialising, meeting new people and checking out all the cool places that keep popping up in Perth. I'm independent but also like catching up over dinner, wine, movie. Looking for someone that is independent, clean and tidy, enjoys life and is happy go lucky :) Air conditioning Pool and Entertaining area Right next to Herdsman Parklands Bottle shop out the back gate Feels like Bali by the pool 2 balconies

Early riser with mostly full days either studying or working. Don’t watch too much TV- more so Netflix or a full series. Up for a social night, but not fussed about parties. I like a tidy space and agree on sharing cleaning duties
I'm house proud so like to keep things clean and tidy. Love to share a meal and drink (and occasional outings) with my housemates. I'm easy going and enjoy keeping active/fit. Always up for a laugh and happy to play taxi once in a while - within reason of course! I am after a large unfurnished room, aircon and own bathroom would be fab. Something close to public transport as my work is relocating to the CBD and we won't have parking :( Ground floor room preferred as I may need to have a knee recon at some point haha (thank you dirt bike!). I have a motorbike so somewhere secure (garage) to park it is essential - no on street parking for both my car and bike. Please feel free to ask me any questions :)
Hey Mates :) I'm Anna, 23 y/o student from Germany with Russian roots and urgently on the look out for a new place to stay. I was supposed to move on 4th of March but unfortunately the guy I was going to live with bailed on me! So now I have to find another place where I can move in on that date, as I can not longer stay at my current place. I'm interested in any share house or flat on the north of Perth, as I'm studying at north metropolitan tafe and work at cbd. I'm an easy and outgoing person who loves to socialist. I keep myself fit with yoga. Also I don't mind a to share a room with other girls. I have a car, so it would be good if there would be a parking spot. If you need any further informations, please don't hesitate to contact me. Cheers, Anna :)

Hi there! I'm a full time uni student, studying primary school teaching at ECU in Mount Lawley. I'm easy going, reliable and super respectful of other people and their space. I like being active, spending time with family & friends, and love being out of the house most of the time. Looking for people around the similar age as me (20-25) to live with preferably. Please contact me if you have any questions, I look forward to hearing from you :)
Professional female, 29 years. Quiet but social, clean and organised :) I've just returned to Perth after working overseas and travelling for 2 years. Originally from country WA and I am currently working full-time and doing a bit of study on the side. I enjoy the beach, eating out and seeing my friends. I tend to be quite busy but somehow I manage to fit in a lot of netflix. Looking for a place with my own bathroom, preferably near a train station.
Hello! I'm a professional working in the CBD. I'm often out in the evenings, but I'd like to live in a friendly house (shared meals, drinks and movie nights are a plus).
I work as a compliance auditor in West Perth and love my job. I have a talking baby galah who is in training for future education. I love gadgets, tech, walking, sports, world politics and art. I am a clean & responsible person who looks after properties as if they are my own.
2 for 1 deal: my bully (Olly) and I are clean, respectful, reliable and friendly! I work full-time hours at a cafe and enjoy coming home to a bit of down time. My idea of a perfect night is a chilled out evening after coming home from training. When i'm not outdoors with Olly I'm either at work or at training which doesn't leave much time for partying. Olly is a chilled out 2 year old inside dog that enjoys the company of any human or animal. He can be quite energetic but doesn't take long to settle. He enjoys belly rubs and will use you as a pillow if you let him.
I'm a friendly, clean and mature female professional in her late-twenties, relocating from Brisbane to Perth for work. Working in the tourism industry requires me to work day & night shifts, however I am always quiet and considerate when coming and going at night. I'm not seeking a loud, party lifestyle and I would prefer to live with people who treat their home like a retreat and a place to relax. Depending on the day I have had at work, I may keep to myself or will be keen for a glass of wine and chat. I live an active & healthy lifestyle and enjoy spending my downtime at the beach and time with family & friends.
I am currently studying Full time (3 days), and working part time at Coles. I am easy going, shy at first but social once you get to know me. I love art, crafts, nature and am a big fan of dining out! (and cooking). I love travel, relaxing with Netflix and wine, and would love to live in a house with pets! I'm studying Fine Art, so a big place with somewhere (garden maybe) I could work on uni projects would be great!
