I’m Jess a 29yo education professional, working full time and studying on the side. I’m looking to move out of my current apartment in Jan 2018. Ideally I’m looking for: A house with enough space (so I don’t feel like I’m squished into a cardboard box...) 1 other housemate (female). Maybe 2. Space to park my car. Private bathroom would be great but isn’t necessary. A housemate who, like me, enjoys keeping the house clean. So, if that sounds good to you and you’re looking for a housie in Jan let me know. :)

I'm a 19 year old Politics & International Relations student at ECU Mount Lawley. Moving to be closer to uni, my current travelling time is almost 2 hours. I'm a down to earth, pretty straight forward person. I like to keep my space clean but not pedantically. I'm usually either gaming, watching YouTube or out having some adventure. Planning to swim a lot this summer so if you like the beach that's a bonus I guess! :)
Hey! I'm Carla from Tuscany (Italy), 21yo. I arrived in Australia almost 2 months ago, I lived in Bondi Beach and now I'am in Perth, looking for a place to stay. I'm friendly, smiling, easygoing and respectful. I love travelling, nature, adventures, art, music but I also like hanging out with friends, have some drinks during chat and party sometimes. P.S Sorry for my English, I have to improve it!

Hello potential room mate/s :) Ive moved here from brisbane in december. So im still semi-new to perth and what there is to do! Im a very fit and active person, yet I too have my lazy days where you'll find me in my bedroom watching a movie and ordering a pizza. If you like the movie choice I'll be happy to share my pizza! I train at the gym 6 days a week and work in sales for Toshiba, I love animals but dont have any - So its a win-win for me if you do. I dont smoke and I rarely drink but i do like to be social and go out - Im a good cook and if youre too lazy to cook dinner one night, i'll be happy to make us something. My weekends are usually spent cooking meals for my next week, catching up with friends and exploring what this great city has to offer. Over the last 8 years of renting I have lived with mainly females too, so maybe that shows I'm a very clean and tidy person if all females can handle me.. I do drive, so parking would be a preference but not a necessity as perth has lots of street parking. I think I have covered everything about me, only thing to do is meet me in person and see for yourself if you like me - Im also looking for anywhere between 6-12 months, maybe less but as i've moved here from brisbane in December i'm trying to find a place where I can start to build myself and not have to move around
Ask my current flatmates! ☺️ I’m currently working for the courts, I love to travel and just getting back into the gym and fitness. I’m Perth born and bred. I’m clean, tidy and respectful of others. I’m mature and keep to myself a lot but also very social and friendly and prefer to live with younger people than myself. Any questions just ask, I’m very open.
All furniture in the living, dining and kitchen area are included. The Living and Dining Area has an Air Conditioning Unit. The Room I have available is unfurnished but it comes with built in Robe and a rack on top to put your personal belonging safe in the wardrobe. I have plenty of storage in my Garage area. The room is pretty reasonable to fit in an single or double bed mattress plus a study table if it need be. Location wise is brilliant as it is within a couple of minutes walk to Glendalough Stn and it is within couple of kilometre to the freeway both North and South and it is very close to shopping centre, beach, parks and universities. The property is only two years old as it is newly established unit. I am am looking for somebody who is clean, presentable, tidy and had capability in paying the rent and bills on time.
7 minute walk to Glendalough Train Station 7 minute drive to Scarborough Beach 7 minute drive to Perth City Large bedroom with Air con and ceiling fan Can have furnished or not - queen size bed only a few years old with an expensive mattress and bed linen, as well as a 6 draw tall boy and a bed side table. Small TV, and a storage box unit. IGA supermarket 5 minute walk Freeway entrance and exit less than 5 min drive
I am moving to Perth next year as I play footy for East Perth Colts. I am hoping to do a course at tafe while I'm up there trying it out for the year and get a part time job as well. I am easygoing, can be quiet but enjoy doing stuff with friends. I don't smoke, I do enjoy a quiet drink but am not a regular heavy drinker. I love sport - football, basketball, cricket, motorbikes, running. I am willing to do my bit around the house and can keep things tidy. The reason I have put my girlfriend on as well is that wherever I end up, I need her to be able to come and stay some weekends - when she's free to come. Most of the time it would be just me though.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
Close to some great little cafes in Wembley we're a couple of minutes walk from lake Monger and a few more minutes to Leederville. It's a large house which allows us to all live somewhat independently and have our own space. Having said that, there's an awesome outdoor area for BBQ's and the kitchen works well for dinner parties (not that we're having raging parties all of the time). There's plenty of parking and it's close to public transport. Bedroom up for grabs comes with some furniture if you need it and it's quite a large room. How large you ask... well... last housemate had a king size bed, a desk, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a piano and still had room for more. We'd love to live with a full time working professional or someone who works and studies. Let us know if you're keen!
Hi, I have 2 rooms available from early February at a house in Mount Hawthorn. I've lived here for years and its a great area. Its a safe area with great neighbours. Its a central location between the city and the ocean. 10 mins to city, 15 mins to beach. Public transport is very close and its walking distance to the local shopping centre. Lots of nice parks and a lake nearby. There's no pets put Im open to the possibility depending on what it is. Its a three bedroom house, sharing with myself and one other. The room is partly furnished with a double bed, desk, bedside chest of drawers and a portable clothes hanging rack. You are welcome to bring some of your own furniture if you have it. Larger Room : $200 all inclusive. $170 per week plus $30 for bills and unlimited wifi. Smaller Room : $180 all inclusive. $150 per week plus $30 for bills and unlimited wifi. AMAZING location 5 min to Dog Swamp shops, 8 min to city centre, 15 min to beach and bus stop 2 min walk away!! It's a cute place with off street parking and evap aircon in all rooms. Kitchen has just been renovated as well as the whole house recently painted, new curtins and new carpets put in. Great outdoor area and the whole house will be furnished except for the bedroom available for rent (does have a built in robe).

Hi there, I'm looking for an unfurnished large double room in a friendly, social house-share. I would prefer to live with just one or two other people. I'm looking for a homely spot where the housemates socialise together from time to time. I work 9-5 and I'm also studying yoga teacher training. I'm easy going, active, friendly and enjoy getting out and about, cooking, traveling and keeping fit. I'm considerate of others, clean and tidy. I'm originally from Ireland and have been living in lovely Perth just over 3 years. Look forward to hearing from you if you think you may have a suitable place :) Thanks in advance.

I'm a positive and motivated person that is moving from Sydney to study at WAAPA in 2018, and looking for somewhere close by to stay. Am just as happy to chat and socialise as I am to keep to myself, so I find that it's easy to live with all types of people. Things I like: reading, ukulele, piano, theatre, netflix, dancing & funky socks.
Hi, im moving to Perth from Sydney. Im in media and already have work lined up. Im a great cook! I'm clean and tidy and easy going, love a good laugh. I keep to myself mostly. I'm looking for a furnished room as I only have a suitcase, and I would prefer to have my own bathroom.
I am usually quite busy so I wouldn't be that roommate who is constantly at home lounging on the couch smashing episodes of her favourite TV series in her PJS. I am a university student, and very active in the gym so this requires together quite a lot of my time. I cook most of my meals in advance meaning I wouldn't have much use in the kitchen, I am relatively quiet, I don't party, and I am extremely clean. However being said I can have a laugh, i am friendly and extremely respectful :)

Lawley, south Perth, Melville, Palmyra, Attadale, Claremont and Cottesloe etc.

Would prefer people round my own age, non-smoking and a furnished room. References available and happy to answer any questions you may have. Thanks

I currently work casually as a receptionist though i'm also looking for more part-time work as well. I'm originally from Newcastle NSW, but moved to Perth in 2016 to Study a Diploma of Lighting Design at WAAPA.

Irish couple. We both work full time and train most evenings. We are friendly and chatty but also like to have our own time and live a busy life style. We would like to live with 1 or 2 other people max. Not into party houses. One of us works in Jandakot so need to be near enough the Kwinana Freeway. We will need two parking spots also. :-)
If you're after a roomie that can cook, clean, iron and look after themselves...look no further. Can either keep to myself or get amongst what is going on. Not a party animal. Do spend weekends studying. Enjoy getting out for fitness. Looking for a room that is unfurnished. Only looking to live with one other person. No cats.
