I am a bubbly, sporty and social person. I am quite easy-going, honest, considerate of others and clean ☺️ I love the gym, a good swim and playing hockey/basketball mainly but will play any sport. I am currently working in a piggery near Gingin but would love to move to Perth. I am currently looking for another job as well as my casual umpiring job.
Ask my flatmates! ☺️ I’m currently working for the courts, I love to travel and just getting back into the gym, yoga and fitness. I love the beach and getting out into the Perth sunshine, camping etc. I’m looking for something close to the beach. I’m Perth born and bred. I’m clean, tidy and respectful of others. I’m mature and keep to myself a fair bit but also very social and friendly. I am looking for an unfurnished room with storage space and plenty of areas to chill out in. I would like a bigger sized room to fit QS bed and drawers etc in with a built in wardrobe and lots of natural light. Ideally, my new housemates will be friendly and have a good positive energy. And be clean and tidy, enjoy having a wine together occasionally, meal, chat etc. Any questions just ask.
Hello potential room mate/s :) Ive moved here from brisbane in december 2016. Im a very fit and active person, I am currently prepping for a bodybuilding show in May so my days/ weeks are very regimented. I get tired easily but still like to interact and make everyone feel like they can talk to me 😂 I love animals but dont have any - So its a win-win for me if you do. I dont smoke and I rarely drink but i do like to be social and go out - Im a good cook and if youre too lazy to cook dinner one night, i'll be happy to make us something. My weekends are usually spent cooking meals for my next week, catching up with friends and exploring what this great city has to offer. Over the last 8 years of renting I have lived with mainly females too, so maybe that shows I'm a very clean and tidy person if all females can handle me.. I do drive, so parking would be a preference but not a necessity as perth has lots of street parking. I work Monday to Friday in the city.. I know boring office job, but I am also an online fitness coach so it’s a win for you if you are looking to improve your fitness and nutrition. I think I have covered everything about me, only thing to do is meet me in person and see for yourself if you like me - Im also looking for anywhere between 6-12 months, maybe less but as i've moved here from brisbane. i'm trying to find a place where I can start to build myself and not have to move around a lot.
I'm a professional working in Mount Hawthorn. I am in need of a place because my current landlord is selling his property. I enjoy the outdoors and will throw myself into sports although I'm not the best. I also love playing board games and welcome anybody to hit me up as flatmates.

Absolutely huge house character house but with modern renovations, in lovely suburb close to both the city and the beach. Large rooms with the one available measuring 3m x 3.3m comes with small built in closet space and a ceiling fan. Windows with security screens too. House is fully furnished by us, you only need to bring your bedroom furniture. The house also includes a brand new renovated main bath, a large laundry which is also a second full bathroom and a third toilet. The kitchen has just been fitted and is brand new also. Off street, secure parking available and there is some space for storage of small items as we have a shed and a garage. Easy going house share, we are looking for somebody who is clean, tidy, pays the rent and bills on time and is good with cats.
We are looking to rent a double-sized bedroom in our Mount Hawthorn two-story four-bedroom family home with shared use of our secondary bathroom. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, dresser, and has a built-in mirrored closet. We are flexible with the furnishings and can also do semi or unfurnished. Our home includes a theatre room, family room, upstairs retreat, large dining area, chef's kitchen, and a backyard alfresco area with a large limestone table and barbecue. The house would be shared with my family; my wife and I are in our mid 40's and we have two respectful easy-going boys aged eleven and nine that will not bother you unless you want their attention. We also have a British Bulldog named Winnie so you must be okay with one well trained dog in the home. Winnie does not jump on you, is non-destructive, and sleeps in the boys room or my office at night. Note, we do not want any more pets in our home. Our home is highly secured (safe). We have off-street parking on our driveway for your car. We could fit some sports gear, bike(s), or a little bit of storage into the garage if needed. We are clean, tidy, and fitness minded people and are only interested in non-smokers and light / social drinkers. We are also a pretty easy going family and keep more or less standard hours. We like to laugh, have a wine or beer on the weekends, and just enjoy good times! The room would work great for a single employed / professional person or student. Short stay 3-months minimum or longer term. Our location is ideally situated within easy reach of the classy Mount Hawthorn retail and cafe strip (7-minute walk), Lake Monger (7-minute walk), Menzies Park (3-minute walk), Brittania Park (5-minute walk), Leederville (25 minute walk), Glendalough Train station (12-minute walk), and the Perth CBD (3-minute drive). We are chasing $210 per week for the bedroom, $420 bond, ALL utilities are included, and unlimited internet broadband included. We are only interested in NON-SMOKERS and are not interested in taking on couples or anyone with pets. We are more interested in someone that will fit well in our home rather than renting it quickly. That said, the room is available now pending our acceptance of a best fit candidate and any reference checks that we see fit. Move-in requires photo / copy of identification, bond, and first week rent.

Any questions please feel free to get in touch and have a chat, cheers!
You’ll be living with FIFO workers! 3 who are all 25 and totally chill. We are each hardly home 1/3 weeks which occasionally are spent travelling out of Perth. I need someone who will respect (please❤️) the house and be clean when we are home as when we are away the house is basically all yours! I am home the first week; I study and see family and friends mostly. Tyler and Jack are home the second week; they mostly travel but enjoy a beer/chill down time. We all drive trucks and are real chill. 🦋✌🏻
The house is across the road from Lake Monger and is a 6 minute bike ride into Leederville and Subi, so a bit of a hotspot for cafes, bars, restaurants and/or shopping. The lake’s awesome for riding around or just soaking up some vitamin D. It’s a 10 min drive to City Beach and a 20 min bike ride to the city. The room is furnished but we can move that out if you want to bring your own stuff in. Rent is 125.00 per week excluding bills, which are usually around $50 per month. The lease is until January, when it can potentially be renewed. We would ideally like someone who is looking to stay until that point at least. We all go in on communal food purchases to make things easier and to focus on shared meals. As much as we love animals, no pets allowed.
PLEASE NOTE THAT I ARRIVE MID OF JULY! So please do not message me if you are looking for a flatmate anything sooner than this - saves us both a fair amount of time :) Also I am looking for a furnished room since I will be living only for about four months in Perth. I would describe myself as an easygoing, respectful and very clean housemate. I have lived in shared flats before and am open to a chat or meal together but also do value my privacy. I will be studying at ECU for a semester and probably spending my time either studying, doing sports, or exploring the surroundings. Additionally, I might be working part-time. I am definitely not a party animal and prefer a chilled evening with some food and a nice movie or good talks.
Hey! I'm Alex...from Perth...easy going...like a laugh, cooking, travel and a bit of fun. I work full time, study and also uber a little (so irregular hours). I have a social life and I like to go out (when I can find the time). Looking for a place with air-con, parking space, internet and own bathroom.
I am a 20 year old nursing student, due to graduate at the end of 2018. I am very respectful and studious and i also love a wine at the end of the day and cooking healthy meals. i work part time at a winery and study full time. i am looking for somewhere with a big room, in a nice suburb which is not a party house and where the tenants are respectful of others space and down time.
Hello everyone! I am coming back to Australia to explore another part of the country that I have not seen during my gap year–very excited! I will actually be there for my exchange so I need a place to stay for the months I'll be going to UWA. All I really need is a simple room with friendly housemates, the rest I'll hopefully be doing outside. I really want to enjoy the nature as much as possible (hike and surf), make new chill friends and explore the city. I am half Italian and half Swedish (yes I speak both languages) so I am a great cook (actually just average but I don't mind cooking) and I want to be very active during my exchange (also just putting it out there, I LOVE DOGS, so I wouldn't mind that). I did the usual backpacking trip starting from Melbourne all the way up the east coast and ended up in Cairns and sisi I loved it! I'll be staying in Perth until around end of november I reckon, really hope to find a cool area to stay
i'm Mohamed from Egypt, i'm a computer engineer. i will study at Murdoch University full time. I want to rent a room for about 3 months so that I could prepare a suitable flat for my family who will join me later. I need the room on 21/5/2018 i'm friendly and easy going . and i will spend most of my time studying. i prefer to live in north perth near joondanna or mount hawthorn thank you :)
I am currently studying Full time (3 days), and working part time at Coles. I am easy going, shy at first but social once you get to know me. I love art, crafts, nature and am a big fan of dining out! (and cooking). I love travel, relaxing with Netflix and wine, and would love to live in a house with pets! I'm studying Fine Art, so a big place with somewhere (garden maybe) I could work on uni projects would be great!
Hi My name is Ella and I am looking for a house to call home. I've lived in shared housing for years with a variety of people both close friends and stranger and sadly due to my last share house being sold I have had to head back to my family home. Currently working full time in the City Centre but will be resuming my studies in the next year. Have studied whilst in a share house before and this was never an issue. I'm not clean freak but I like a tidy house and while I like my space to be mine I definitely enjoy a drink or two on the weekends. Looking for a few people to live with who like a good wine and a chat but also know how to keep their house liveable. Cheers!
I'm an academic working full-time. Early 30s, I teach film studies at one of the metro universities. Obviously I'm into films and that sort of thing :) I spend a fair amount of time teaching on campus but I also work from home writing & doing lesson plans (1-2 days a week, depending on how many classes per semester I teach). I'm quiet and neat, enjoy cooking and a nice wine on occasion. Non-smoker, and I like both cats and dogs. Would be great to have a housemate who enjoys a chat - I think it's nice when flatties can talk & socialise on occasion. ps. I'll take this ad down when I've found a place :)
