I work as accountant & cook 5 nights a week If you cook you can arrange before me possibly. We can arrange that when we meet. If you are a student wanting home cooked food then that is open for discussion. You need to be working and primarily a non-smoker. I could consider smoking outside only. I am an ex-smoker so there would have to be no smoking inside. There is alternate weekend cleaning of common areas. Only normal electricity useage is included, not heater usage. You would have to pay for what you use for the heater. I heat the main area. The house has 5 bedrooms, a study and a weirdly positioned lounge room that was previously used as a large bedroom. It has a large bathroom with a vanity and mirror etc outside of the bathroom. There is one toilet in the house and another in an attached outside laundry. The house is on approximately 1 acre and there is also another house next door rented by others. The house is only 1km from the start of the M5 and M7 as well as the Hume Highway. The house has been used as FIFO workers accommodation for four males for the past 7 months but 2 are returning home next week. We are not looking for clean freaks to move in but just ask that you tidy up after yourself and chip in with the usual chores. Our current work roster is 3-1 so the house will be all yours for 1 week per month and while we are in Sydney we are working 6 days per week, leaving at 5.30am and usually home at 5.30pm We do like to unwind and have a few drinks on Saturday night though. The house is earmarked for demolition to make way for a new development but we have been told by the real estate agent that this has been delayed for 12 months. The house is tiled throughout except for 3 bedrooms and the lounge and there are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. There are a few issues such as outdated carpet, painting is pretty crap in some rooms but these issues will not be replaced or repaired due to the pending demolition. You will have a green light though to replace, repair or modify anything to your personal taste within reason. There is plenty of room outside for a vegie patch or chickens etc. House would be most suitable for single workers. No bond is required other than being a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. The rental amount covers all foxtel channels in the main living room and unlimited wireless internet. The only other bills are electricity and excess water which would be split. Not really fussed with age or gender as long as your not a dickhead. Sense of humour would be a good attribute.
