I'm just seeking a nice place to live with good hearted people that don't take advantage, are on the level, no mess arounds. Somewhere I can feel safe, go to work or study etc. (like pay bills on time and just live) ***I do smoke tobacco rollies OUTSIDE only and pretty pedantic about keeping the ashtray clean as well as making sure no windows are open. Pretty welcoming kind of person I hope.. just wary of bad eggs out there. Sander (Canadian-Belgian, 24) and Ali (Tanzania, 25) just finished their lease in Amsterdam and are moving over for a working holiday. Ali just finished her Bachelors at University and Sander is an Electrical Engineer, and will be working full time. They are both respectful, social, and very easy going. Looking for either a two bedroom, or a share house with two rooms. We are all very respectful of others space and have been living in share houses for the last 5 years and will be happy to provide rental history.
