I’m a 39 year old professional guy that is really chilled. I’m clean and look after the place I live in.... not a clean freak but house proud. Like to have a chat and like to be watch sport (mainly at the pub). I respect your privacy and expect the same. Looking to move out ASAP
I’m easy going and I like a good chat but respect others and my own space. I’ve been brought up in an army family so I’m very clean and organised when it comes to the house. I work pretty much full time with two jobs and TAFE on top.
Looking to find a new house/housemate in the Richmond area. I work full time 5-6 days a week and enjoy many hobbies such as painting, riding motorcycles and visiting my girlfriend in the country on weekends. Very approachable/mature, easy going and non judgemental kind of guy that likes to have good laugh. I don't party but enjoy an occasional drink and a chat. Can also be very comfortable left to my own devices due to busy working hours. I have lived by myself and with many housemates over the years so I'm well versed in household cleanliness and respect. I do consider myself to be quite a tidy person which is a good household attribute. I would ideally prefer a place with a lock up garage/shed as I have work tools and a motorcycle that need adequate storage arrangements. Would look forward to hearing from anyone who seeks a similar arrangement as soon as possible!
Student working a little, tidy, looking to live with similar people, hopefully with an interest in the environment.. would love a veggie garden. I like growing things, also down for netflix, pizza etc.
all i do is work and sleep, i am seriously no trouble at home lol. i’m always out or in bed a sleep, i don’t cost a lot of money and if i do 100% will pay for myself. i work full time on good money for my age. i’m 20, but i’m not a party girl, very mature
Hi! We are both very friendly people looking for someone to team up with to find a new rental. Indiviually we have over a years worth of rental history. We are both full time students at wsu so we aren't the type who are going to disturb you with huge parties every weekend but we love a bit of fun! We do have pets so looking for someone who is accepting of that. Feel free to message me with any questions! :)
Hi I’m a responsible, clean and tidy person looking for a quiet place to live. Please message me if you have a room available for me. Thanks.

I completed a Bachelor of Arts (psychology/philosophy) & Bachelor of Science (Developmental Biology/Molecular Biology) at Monash in 2017. I have recently come back from Germany where I did an internship at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory. I am soon starting part-time work at a lab. I'm also doing a 6-month visual arts course at RMIT - I'm working on a creative project with a friend. I like visiting art galleries, museums, biking, hiking, reading, travelling, film festivals, classical music concerts, electronic music concerts. Don't mind a drink once in a while. Perks: I'm flexible with move in date. I'm very clean, and like to have a routine (e.g. vacuum & laundry every Sunday). I cook delicious Mediterranean food and make awesome salad combos (I'm vegetarian). I don't watch TV and like to keep myself busy so I'm quiet. I'm a book nerd, and so I come with a small library (mostly philosophy & literature classics). I don't own any pets. I'm respectful and try to be non-judgemental, but I also expect cleanliness and safety at home. I like putting an effort in making a place feel like home (candles/incense, pot plants, etc) - but if you prefer I keep this to myself, happy to do so. Also, I don't need a car space! About you: Clean & tidy. Able to give me my space and allow me to feel at home. I love animals so I don't mind pets, but routine hygiene care is a minimum. Also a student or working professional. Sorry don't want to live with backpackers, but don't mind living with international students/expats. Also duration is minimum 5 months. I can work around something less than 12!
House mate – Hobartville, Richmond Great home, a/c, wood heating, dishwasher, Foxtel IQ, 2nd toilet. Very homely. Room has built in and carpeted. Looking for someone that is easy to get along with, clean, tidy and respectful. $190 p/w. Require weeks rent and two weeks Bond.
Quite and friendly neighbourhood close walk to shops, train, park, tafe and uni. Clean and tidy house with Aircondition, 2 bathrooms and a seperate toilet. Garage for storage and large carport plus a small garden. 1 or 2 room(s) available, one smaller with built in robe and one bigger with own AC and seperate entrance but no built in.
Eccentric little 1870's cottage located close to town and river. Sits on a little bit of acreage and looks out over council land and turf farms. Lots of space and room for vehicles and toys (boats, motorbikes, horse riding gear, etc) if required. Owner has dropped off an open fire pit which we sit around and sometimes use for BBQs. There is an option to rent out one of the paddocks for an extra fee. Internet is $60/month and would be split between the two of us Electricity is approx $40/month plus a small final amount at the quarterly read and split between the two of us Water is unknown; still waiting for that to come from owners. New flat mate needs to be comfortable signing a tenancy agreement as it is a requirement of the real estate agent.
