There is beach access at both ends of the street. Approx. 2 mins walk each way. Feel the sea breezes and hear the waves most days. There is a big fully fenced yard with car access. Large undercover bbq area. Storage area in the seperate garage. Seperate internal entrance to the downstairs area that has a full bathroom/toilet, bedroom with built ins, combined lounge/dining laundry plus a kitchenette area (no kitchen but will help set one up) or share the upstairs one. There is regular public transport from Bishop rd, about 5 minutes walk, that goes to Caboolture. Quiet street, great neighbours! 6 months left on the lease, pets etc subject to approval from real estate/owner. There won’t be internet access however NBN has been enabled and is in use by other tenant atm. Im the only tenant that’s upstairs, I’m pretty quiet, keep to myself and am a pretty easy going female.
Old Qlder with nice sea breezes and only a short walk to the beachfront, shops and bus stop into Caboolture and Bribie Island. You would have two rooms in the house to call your own. Air conditioning in the lounge room and ceiling fans in 1 of your rooms
I'm an easy going guy who is clean and prefers to keep to himself most of the time. I have a 9yr old dog (Red Healer X) who is clean and well behaved and we are looking for a dog-friendly home. Happy to pay a pet bond if needed and can offer to clean the house weekly. Currently a student and looking to obtain part-time or full-time work once I move to the Brisbane area. I am a fifo worker ad work in western australia on a 2 weeks on 1 week off roster so will only be home roughly 5 &1/2 days at the end of every 2 weeks. I do have 2 young children that I love to see every time that I am home but only have them with me over night on the weekends before I have to fly back to work. I am very domesticated and also know how to put a toilte seat down hahhahaa. Either gender does not phase me as very easy going and respectful of others space

Friendly, easy going, love a conversation, good company- get along with anybody, race cars (which i have included a pic of as I need to store it at the property also) trustworthy, honest, handyman, good around the garden and with home duties, caring, upfront, blunt, intense sense of humour. I have OCD for hygiene and cleanliness and live a clean hassle free life. I dont smoke, drink or take drugs. Qualified chef by trade, love to cook at home for all...(be my guinea pig!) Professional, intelligent, aquarian, single, no kids/but great with kids! enjoy fishing, bush walking and the beach. Astronomy is my hobby.
