I am a student studying in Perth 3 days a week. I have a white rag doll cat named Loki but he stays outside mostly during the day and sleeps with me at night so he won't be trouble. I'm happy to contribute to all chores and enjoy my alone time but also like chatting or watching movies together from time to time. I'm hoping to gain employment for most of my free days so I won't be around too much. I have a car and am overall very self maintaining and independent.
I am looking to spend up to $150 inc bills. I am clean, non smoker and can be social a little but tend to keep to myself more often reading or watching movies in my room. Looking for a private furnished room with a comfortable mattress as I do have a sore back. Or I can supply my own king single bed. I have no issues sharing a bathroom. I own a car so I will need to park it somewhere, but I am looking for a place where I can walk to the bus stop or only a short drive to the train station as I work in the city. I do go out to see friends sometimes during the week and sometimes come home very late, so I hope this doesn't disturb you. I would just prefer to be a boarder, looking for long term and would prefer to live with the home owner/s rather than in a rental as I do not want to take over a lease if you plan on leaving soon.
