I am very understanding and easy going. I am courteous due to my work requirements, and honest. I work in the aviation industry. I have just returned from being based in Sydney and while I look for something to buy over the next 6-12 months I wanted to rent something tidy and pet friendly as I have a small dog. I am a lot of fun, love the outdoors and trying new things, hence giving this a go.
I'm a health professional working at Ipswich hospital and only recently moved to Brisbane for work. I'm considerate and respectful as well as tidy and friendly. Ideally I would like to live in a unit with only one other person, in the south suburbs of Brisbane.
I am a friendly 25 year old who has just moved to the Brisbane and living in a temp house and looking for a room to rent closer to my work place. I do have a cat back at my old home and if i can find a place that will allow to have him with me that would be great, he is toilet trained.
Hello! Looking for a shared accomoation with one or two flatmates. A clean, private bedroom with utility bills and internet included in rent would be fantastic. I'll be studing at UQ, St Lucia start of March, currently working full time. Let me know if you're looking for a flatmate! Cheers, Jazz :)
I'm looking for a granny flat, studio unit, or 2 bed unit to rent with another female close to Princess Alexandra Hospital. I work part time, am neat tidy and have some furniture and household items, I don't smoke, and prefer to live in quiet surroundings. I enjoy music and cooking, movies and eating out with friends. Car space and internet connection is needed. Hoping to hear from like minded owners or long term rental buddies, thanks in advance Maxine
Clean reliable loyal fun friendly respectful I am looking mainly for a team up unless there is a a new place with a very large main bedroom available and ensuit as I have a lot of stuff and furniture. With aircon. I am looking at getting a house with 1 or 2 people in these areas preferably a 4 bedroom house around $500-$600 a week so there is room to spread out. I am also wanting to get a puppy or kitten in the near future. I have most furniture needed to set up a new house. Looking for someone preferably that is around my age that can enjoy social time together but also respectful of eachothers space. Male or female. Flexible with moving times for the right place. Want something modern with a bit of a yard.
Hazel and Michael are both quiet people who like to keep a house clean and tidy. Michael actually likes doing the dishes lol. Hazel has a cat named Lyra, who is sweet and likes to be on her own or attached to Hazel. Michael has a son who he sees fortnightly at the moment and wyen he has his son they like to go out and do fun stuff or be at home for a chill day. His son is very shy and reserved, very polite and smart. We always pay rent on time. Don't mind sharing a room if need be. Like music and hanging out with other housemates.
I work Monday to Friday, and I’m not studying atm though it isn’t out of the possibilities. I’m pretty tidy, I like to cook and I’m almost always down with sharing my cooking. I don’t mind going out, but I like staying in more, and I’m a bit of a nerd.
Hi my name is Tayla! I've been house sharing from essentially the age of 18 (besides my brief stint living alone...not a lover of it). I'm incredibly fun, friendly and love to have a chat with my housemates. I'm respectful of people's personal space and like to keep a nice clean and tidy house. I have a precious fur baby, she's a Dalmatian named Daisy. Daisy is a gem of a dog and generally just loves to be loved and to take long naps on my bed. I currently work full-time and am an early riser as I love taking my dog for jogs in the morning. So, I'm not one for being rowdy at night...bit more a Netflix and go out for dinner kind of gal. (Whatever that means)... So, in summary I'm fairly easy going, upbeat and frankly downright hilarious. I keep my house clean, respect my housemates and go out of my way to make friends with my housemates to continually keep a happy, wholesome living environment. After all, its a home, not just a house. Also, my dog is fantastic and adorable.
I'm in my mid-20s working as a secondary school teacher. Like to watch a bit of trashy TV or interesting docos on the couch, but equally, a stroll headed to a few beers is always an option. Whilst I'm no stranger to a night out I'm definitely not up for a party house and am pretty set in my weekday routines so am looking for flatmates who can respect that. Though whilst my weekdays are somewhat mundane I'm always keen to socialise come Friday 3pm. I like to look after my place pretty well so ideally would like to be with people who are equally as clean and tidy and happy to share the load.
I'm a 24 year old full-time student. I'm moving to Brisbane from Sydney in December looking for a single room. I have a good rental history and pay rent on time and have lived in share houses for over 5 years so am familiar with the dynamics. I'm a pretty relaxed and easy going person. I enjoy the odd glass of wine when i get home and a netflix binge every now and again (I am a genuine whiz kid at useless movie trivia!).
I am moving from Melbourne to Brisbane as I got a full time job and looking for amazing accommodation. I am a very happy going person, flexible and easy to adjust. I always keep my surroundings neat and tidy.
Just two gal pals and a little inside doggo looking for a new home close to Toowong/Indooroopilly for work. We are looking for two separate rooms. We are both very laid back and tidy people. We are social people but also enjoy our downtime. Our budget is roughly $165/ea. We're both Olympic level couch potatoes but tend to get weird spikes of enthusiasm towards fitness. There are two different types of people; the people that say the "Hip Hip!" part and the people that say the "Hooray!"... We are the "Hooray!" people. =') Caitie - Currently lives in share accommodation in Graceville, - Working full time in Toowong as a Dental assistant, - Owns an almost deaf 8y/o King Charles Cavalier Spaniel called Bella - Enjoys a glass of wine and lame jokes - Likes a bit of gaming and sci-fi shows - Below average cook but enjoys watching cooking shows - Likes plants Samantha - Lives in share accommodation in Griffin - Working part-time in Indooroopilly - Owns a car - Enthusiastic about pizza - Likes cars and motorbikes - Plant killer Please note: Bella is a very friendly dog and has lived with other people as well as cats and dogs. Unfortunately Bella was recently attacked by a housemate's foster dog and she is still recovering. Due to the trauma, it is unsure if she will feel safe right now with another larger dog in the house so we are hoping to avoid another dog if possible. Small dogs should be okay. Thanks for your understanding :)
I've been sharehousing for 10+ years, so I know the drill. I generally keep to myself, but would like to find someone who enjoys a drink or share dinner every now and then. I'm clean, respectful of the noise, and mess I make and am fairly accommodating. I'm looking to move from my small two bdrm flat to a roomy townhouse closer to work in Toowong. Ideally looking to share with someone around my age. I've been looking at 3bdrm places with several bathrooms (so we don't have to share!). My budget is around $200 to $280/week. I'd prefer to share with just one other person. I have enough furniture to furnish everything, but most is old so i don't mind donating most of it to charity. My 'must haves' are a garage for my new car, and my own bathroom. About me: I work full time in Toowong, love touch football, beer and have recently taken up surfing. I spend most weekends out of the house catching up with friends. I don't go out much anymore, the party lifestyle is way behind me. About you: you also work full time, and are able to pay your own rent. If you work FIFO, or shift work, thats more than ok with me. I've lived with shift workers before, and understand how important sleep is.
I am looking for someone who likes to keep to themselves but is friendly and doesn't wines everyone now and then. Someone who is clean and likes dogs. I have a sausage dog.:) Looking to move early January. Happy to move in to your place or find somewhere together.
I'm friendly and easy to get along with, respect others privacy, like a clean house and enjoy the occasional drink or two with dinner. I would like to live with relatively social housemates as I'm always up for making new friends. I am also looking for a place within walking distance to a train station as I don't own a car. I am also pretty keen on teaming up with a few people to find somewhere new. ps. a/c is desirable :)
I am a neat and respectful person. I enjoy being active - I run often, love cooking, and happy to share the responsibilities of house chores. Currently I'm studying a double degree part-time at QUT, and working full-time as an Accountant in Fortitude Valley. I am looking to move into a place after the 4 November, also, if my personality suits, I intent to stay for over 1 year.
Quiet Friendly Respective to everyone Clean and tidy Not often at home ( due to hospitality work's demand ) I'm Asian from Vietnam. I enjoy reading books, travelling and making friends
Perfect Housemate - almost never around! Professional who works away 70% of the time. I work a 10 day on, 4 day off shift and also fly back to the UK, infrequently, so there will be times when I'm away all month. I require a place near the city (on a train route); as on my off days I usually go into the city office, to catch up with the team - so even when I'm back I'm rarely about. I need a base to come back to and therefore require a fully furnished room in a neat, clean, tidy house / flat. I require a spot from the end of January but don't mind paying a % to secure something earlier.
Hi Everyone! My name is Julia and I'm 22 years old. I've just graduated from uni and have a full time job. Im starting another degree later next year, so I'll also be studying part time. I'm looking for a room as both of my housemates are moving overseas! I'm pretty easy going, always up for a chat and love being active. I have a fairly busy schedule consisting of work, study and sport, so I'll hardly be around at home. Looking to stay for 6 months + and quite flexible with the move in date. I have some of my own furniture, so I prefer a non furnished bedroom! I'm not much of a partier, but do enjoy the occasional quiet drink with my housemates. Keen to hear from you!! :)
I'm a clean, friendly, happy and accomodating housemate who loves living with like minded people. I have a great attitude and I love a healthy and happy environment. I love cooking for others and enjoy a good game of scrabble or cluedo with my housemates.
Hey there! I'm a psych student at UQ who is nearing the end of my undergrad degree but will likely be staying at uni for the next few years. I am pretty clean and a decent cook. I work a few days a week and the other days I'm at uni. I'm breezy about move in dates but would love to be in my new place before mid jan. The place I'm in currently is looking to offload some furniture so I do have the option of bringing whitegoods/ living room furniture etc. if needed
llo! Myself and Charlie are looking for a place to live in South Brisbane, near a train station and not too far from Springfield as that is where Charlie works. I am about to start a job in Fortitude Valley so living near a station (nothing over a 20 minute walk) is very important. We are English and in our mid twenties. We enjoy sport, socializing and having a few beers in the sun at the weekend. Me and Charlie are hoping to meet some mates who are up for having a good time and maybe even a few trips! We are friendly, clean and tidy and enjoy sitting in the living room having a chat. If you aren't very sociable, then we probably aren't the right housemates for you. But if you like a laugh and a chat, give us a message if you have a room for us! We are looking to stay in Brisbane for around 3-6 months. Thanks!
