I'm 18 years old, currently work two jobs as a retail assistant in greensborough and also work in fast food as well. I am also studying sports and exercise science at uni and have also completed my cert 4 in fitness and am happy to personal train any of my room mates for fun as I am always either working out in the gym or going for runs. I like to be in a clean environment and love to spend time with my friends yet also love my alone time too. I'm an animal lover but don't have any pets of my own. I'm a very chilled out person and am happy to meet new people and have a fresh start in a new home :)
I work full time and have steady income, like to keep to myself, I'm fairly quiet. Happy to help out with any chores or cleaning that needs to be done. I pay all bills on time or early. I've currently been living in Melbourne for over a year after finishing school and moving from the country to Melbourne to work. Would very much like to find a place to move into. Before 17/7/17. I'm a full time Mechanic at BMW, my love is cars and working on them. Happy to live with all people who would be happy to live with me. I'm quite busy outside of work so I'm not always at home. I'm looking for a place at $150pw without bills included.

Beautifully renovated throughout, it consists of 4 bedrooms all with birs, large north facing family room, updated bathroom, well-appointed kitchen with quality appliances, large meals/dining area. . I am looking for two housemates to share the house. I can furnish the bedrooms but you are welcome bring to your own furniture. I will set up unlimited internet. Rent is 160pw, including bills. Bond is 600 dollars. The house is current occupied by me 28 years old, work full time as an IT professional in the city. And a female full time uni student. We are both very clean and quiet. We are looking for tidy and respectful housemate who is employed or studying. Cheers Liam
Close to bus, train and parks. Large and private room upstairs, in a quiet neighborhood. The room has brand new carpet and a built in wardrobe. I have a shed that you could store a bike in. I am renting this room in my home who I share with my 4 year old daughter, 1 year old spoodle dog and my boyfriend also spends some time here. I work full time at University near by and my dog is very loving and nice. My house is clean and spacious, with 2 separate living rooms. Your room is upstairs away from the living spaces and other bedrooms and so you can have privacy. I only have one functioning bathroom right now ( the other is being renovated, slowly!), so the bathroom is shared. The room is unfurnished. I am nice and fairly laid back however as I have a 4 year old I need to find someone relatively quiet and definitely nice. I like to keep the house relatively clean however I am not a perfectionist. My house is a 60's house that I am currently working to renovate where I can, so it is not the most modern house yet it is comfortable and spacious. Internet connection, and gas are included. I'll charge a quarter of the electricity and water usage. I have put up to 9 months as i am currently not sure if i will continue to live in this house beyond the start of next year. So there may be rim to extend but that is unknown right now.
I am a respectful considerate easy to get along with person. I like to keep my place clean and I'm very houseproud. I like a little bit of socialising with my housemate but I do also like my space. And I am not a party person. I work for VicRoads where I have been working for the past 7 years. I do work part time, however it is permanent, Monday to Friday, 6 hours a day. I am a very honest person where what you see of me is what you get. I also have a very good sense of humour and love a laugh.

6 Bedroom home in the beautiful location of Apollo Parkways Greensborough. You will have your own private self contained room downstairs which includes a kitchen, bedroom with ensuite and a small living area. Your own private access to your room so you don't need to come through the house, also a door to the backyard. As we are a family of three we would prefer to keep our living areas seperate but we are very friendly and accommodating so if you get bored and want to come in for a chat or have a meal with us you will always be welcome! Internet included in rent. No couples and no children sorry as unit is not big enough. Would suit single or student. We have two well behaved dogs so must be ok with animals but not come with any animals.
Im a 45 year old from Darwin that likes to chill and have fun, I've only been here a few weeks and looking for a large unfurnished space with ensuite preferably ( 3.5 x 3.0 )... I like a good laugh with house mates but also respect we have our own lives, On weekends I generally visit friends or find something exciting to do, im very easy to live with, very clean and responsible with bills and house hold chores.
I keep myself busy working as an apprentice electrician, doing two nights a week at a pizza shop as well as djing in and around Melbourne on weekends. Always up for a chat and to lend a hand. Will enjoy a beer or two and will respect personal space and being neat and tidy.
Hi I am Stephanie, i am 26 and work full time in Marketing. Pretty chilled and easy to live with. I respect other people's space but also like to be friends with my roommates instead of strangers. My budget is $200 as my share of the rent. Moving at the end of May and am interested in teaming up with one or 2 people to find a place. Or finding a established house with a decent size room and my own bathroom 😀😀😀
Hi! We're Shannon & Tim, and currently we live in a share house in Greensborough. Due to our lease ending and our third housemate moving interstate, we are looking to find new digs and a third housemate! A little about us, we're cousins for starters: My name is Shannon, I work full time in administration (for now) and I come with a dog- a gorgeous kelpie mix. Koda is really well behaved in the house, she's on our current lease and we have never had a problem. She is super friendly and loves other dogs, people and cats too (which is lucky as Tim has 2). I walk her daily and she's really well trained, and with her big golden brown eyes she easily wins people over. I've been living in share houses for about 5 years so I'm pretty respectful of others space. During the week I like to keep it quiet, but I think it's important to live with people who can have a chat or cook a meal, watch some TV etc. During winter I do enjoy footy season and home cooked meals, as well as checking out different pubs for live music so some evenings I'm not around. Overall I'm a pretty clean person, respectful of other peoples space and hopefully easy to live with. Tim also works full time in recruitment, he's been renting for years now and also happens to be my cousin! He comes with 2 cats, so any additions to the house may have to be of another variety (we don't want it to be crazy!). He's got a super dry & sassy sense of humour, is great at cleaning the kitchen and pretty much keeps to himself through the week. He's also really respectful of others space, and makes a mean chicken & slaw dish. So if you're interested in teaming up please hit us up!!
