I am ridiculously tidy and will on many occasions, procrastinate my uni work to clean the house (yes, I even dust, who knew that was a thing?). Unfortunately this can be a plus and a minus as I'm pretty anal so if you're a slob we may not get along. However, in saying this, the two 23 year-old men I currently live with are slobs but we've been able to co-exist happily for over a year now. Sadly we must part ways as our work/uni requirements mean we must re-locate to different areas. I am looking for flatmates to either rent a place with or for a room in a pre-existing share house to move into. I don't come with any pets, just a boyfriend who would occasionally stay over. This also comes with the added bonus that I will always pay rent/bills but you will probably only see me 3/7 days as I live part time with him (he's not ready to move out of home yet, I know.. lame). I'm at uni doing a Bachelor of International Relations (nerd) at LaTrobe in Bundoora during most days, and if I'm not there I'm at my boyfriends house or locked in my room studying. I work as a swim teacher most afternoons/nights so I'll be gone from about 4-8pm, which means dinner time the kitchen is all yours. Also the added bonus that I will almost never contribute to dishes as I pre-prepare most meals at my boyfriends house at the start of the week. Okay enough of the boring stuff. I'm super bubbly and have been told that I am incredibly mature for my age. I don't shy away from a conversation or a party in that case. This doesn't mean I like hosting rowdy parties every weekend, but my house-mates and I have had a couple of awesome social events at our place and its always been super respectful and nothing has been broken (woohoo). I love animals/pets if you have them, but have no interest in owning my own until I'm stable (not a uni student lol). I'm a non-smoker but I currently live with a smoker and have had no qualms, I just expect butts to be disposed of responsibly (in the bin - I'm a greeny) and doors/windows to be shut so the smoke doesn't drift in the house. I also enjoy travelling and will probably be overseas or out of the state for about 2.5 months in the next year. So as I've said, I'm like the invisible housemate, perfect for people who like their "me" time. I'm down to have a housemate where we just live under the same roof and that's it, as I have a hectic schedule and don't like being around fairly high maintenance people. Or if you sound fairly similar to me and you think we'll get along.. well then I'm also happy to have a housemate that becomes a best friend too :)

I'm a super easy going person who is currently studying 3rd year Speech Pathology. Looking for a room ASAP in the vicinity of La Trobe Uni ! I am an organised, clean, vibrant person who loves having a good time but also don't mind a bit of quiet time!
Hey guys, I am looking for a room ( it's fine without bed, I got one ). Please don't too far to La trobe university cause I study in there and I don't have car. I'm friendly to pets ( except spider or snake ). I'm from China. I have 4 years share house experience in Melbourne. 🤓I'm a easy going man and not a party animal. Sometimes I will keep quiet in my room or hang out with friends. I'd like to chat with new mate and learn new culture or language from them :) I hope we can be good friend. I respect my roommate and I know how to keep privacy. Most important thing is, I pay rent on time. Btw, I'm good on cooking. Have lived in a shared household before. If you want to know more or have any questions feel free to ask. Much appreciated for your reading. Alex
Hey Guys, We have one bright sunny MASTER bedroom for rent in a friendly share house. With Greensborough and Watsonia train station a 10 minute walk away and the 566 and 902 bus stop at the front door, it is in the perfect location for those traveling to RMIT, La Trobe, or NMIT. The house is 2 storeys located on a large block on Greensborough's main street, seconds from the plaza, restaurants and the Watermarc sports centre. With ample off street parking in the backyard. Our home is made up of one guy and 2 girls, one of whom the downstairs bathroom will be shared with. Aged 23-25 working full time or as students. We really do enjoy our space which is easy in a house of this size with two lounges and 3 balconies . The room can either be furnished as pictured or you can bring your own set up if you like with all bills included. We would love to live with a guy or girl who likes to keep a tidy house but we are also realistic, enjoys a good chat but respects privacy and space. Our house at times can be like an episode of friends, or we can keep to ourselves, just depending on how sociable your feeling. If your interested or have any questions get in contact! xo J, B and B Public Transport Foxtel Wifi
I am so easy going its not even funny. I am also very clean and neat. I like to have my own space but socialise and spend some time with the "house fam". I love a good joke, love a good pun. Looking for those similar to me. Interested in fitness but also interested in fitness whole pizza in my mouth. I like watching tv shows too. I study part time. Etc...
i can fix anything! non smoker, no pets. however i do have 2 cars that require a garage or secure off street parking. working full time, saving for a house, quiet during the week but generally go out most weekends. willing to team up and find a place as well, feel free to message me at anytime :)
Hey! I'm Crystal and i'm currently on a gap year after finishing my VCE studies last year. I'm unemployed currently, but i'm a model and an artist and enjoy spending alot of my time working on my art or walking the catwalk. My partner and i are ready to face the world and find a place of our own. I do have a cat, whom is litter trained and also has a very pleasant, loving temperament. I'm a very clean and tidy girl, always happy to help out with anything you may need and of course i'm organized when it comes to payments on time. Being unemployed, i would need to be able to pay the amount set but i'm happy for discussions on the matter. I am looking for work and i am prepared to pay more p/w than asking as long as it fits my current budget. The reason i'm in need of a place of my own, is due to a recent death in my family which is making it hard to stay at home with my parents. The stress is putting to much pressure on me. I would gladly attend any meetings or interviews before you make any decisions. My partner is also currently unemployed, but he is waiting until we find a place together to start looking for work due to distance and not being able to transfer when the times come. Please don't hesitate to ask me any further questions! :) -Crystal
I'm a 21 year old first year Podiatry Student at La Trobe Uni. I'm looking for a place that I can call home, I want it to feel like I live there! I currently work part-time as a bartender in Fitzroy & can make some killer cocktails! I'm super into movie nights, I come bearing a Netflix account, Inlove to bake when I have time (good for you if I live with you) & I love drinking in or out with good company. I always clean as I go and tidy after myself.
I am a friendly and respectful man that enjoys the company of others but is equally happy doing my own thing. I enjoy cooking and gardening. Non smoker. Very easy to get a long with and am coming to Melbourne for work and following my heart.
Hey! I'm Liz, I'm in my mid 20s and I am looking for someone to be my flatmate! I study at La Trobe in the discipline of health sciences and I work in Heidelberg. I enjoy bushwalking, listening to music and watching Netflix. I also like going out to stand up comedy shows, and drinking coffee and wine with friends. About the unit: The available room is unfurnished and is in a 2 bedroom apartment in a quiet cul-de-sac. It's walking distance to both Greensborough and Montmorency train stations, Greensborough Plaza/shops as well as several parks and walking/running tracks. The rest of the unit is furnished, with everything you need in the kitchen, including a huge fridge! The room itself has built-in wardrobes, a mirror on the door and looks out over a private bush setting. There's a large garage downstairs with plenty of storage space, and enough room for 2 cars! About you: I am looking for someone who is considerate of bills, keeps living areas tidy and is easy-going. I prefer to live with someone who is happy sharing communal items (ie olive oil, tomato sauce, washing powder, etc, perhaps even red wine!), can survive a winter's day without a heater, and someone who is willing to contribute socially to the household (including the odd shared meals) but also knows how to keep to themselves. Also, if you are a student at La Trobe university, I'd be happy to car pool together! If this sounds like you I'd love to hear from you! The room is available early December. Cheers, Liz

I'm a socially conscious person, I like to have fun but I like quiet time and my own space as well. Love a good TV series. I clean up after myself and keep communal areas tidy (bedroom is a different story, I often have a bit of a floordrobe happening, but it's an organised one) I'm a bit social so won't be around all the time. Currently working as a temp in the healthcare industry which gives me a bit of flexibility. My sister and I have joint custody of my 10 year old kelpie x. Although my dog mainly lives with my sis, I'm looking for a place where she will be welcome from time to time.

Hello. I work as a nurse during the week, and enjoy mountain biking and other outdoor activities over the weekends. I have two mountain bikes and need a secure garage for safe storage.
The house is a spacious, comfortable, light filled home. It is situated on a quiet residential street just a short walk to Greensborough plaza/station and is serviced by a bus at the end of the street. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (separate toilet), great kitchen, heating, cooling, laundry, huge backyard. Room available has a built in robe and is large enough for a double bed, tall boy and desk. The rest of the house is furnished but you need to bring your own bedroom stuff. We have a little dog who stays outside during work hours but can be inside when we are home, so you must be okay with dogs. Sorry, landlord will not allow additional pets.

Hi all. My name is Jenny and I am a nurse working PT 8/shifts a fortnight. I don't work night shifts so that's a bonus! I like to keep myself tidy and respect the space I am in. I enjoy chatting and helping people yet will always respect your privacy and space. I also enjoy lifting weights and once I find a good gym nearby I will also probably be there a lot. I do like to just be out and about on my days off. I'm pretty quiet generally and thus would prefer a non-party home. ☺️👍 I'm looking for a room with an own bathroom, furnished preferably but if unfurnished it's ok also. Thanks 😊

I am currently living in Geelong at present and am looking to move closer to Melbourne towards the end of this year. I am very responsible and a considerate person. Respectful of others and their privacy. I'm not looking for a party place, but I do enjoy socialising with a quiet beverage every now and again. I love my soccer, and am looking to get back in to playing again. Always looking to make new friends to hang out with ! I am looking to share a house with 4 Bedrooms, preferably in a quiet area or near the CBD. Also, somewhere that is near to public transport. Can pay up-to $250 including bills. I'm also interested in teaming up with other people to start a lease with. So, if you'd like to have me as a roomie, let me know. Am happy to share with people of all ages. pretty easy going and get along with others well. I have a slight ocd problem when it comes to tidiness and cleaning... I consider myself to be a trustworthy person which is an important factor to consider in a house mate. I'm also very respectful towards others and would like that to be mutual. I'm an artist so my work hours are all mixed up but will be out of your way most of the time giving you space and privacy.
My sister and I would like to rent out two cheap bedrooms in Bundoora or near La Trobe university or just in suburbs that are near Bundoora in the coming weeks. We are both La Trobe students and very easy going.
