Best way to describe myself would be an organised multipotentialite. I am working in Northern Beaches as a physio and trying to start an online business. I wake up early, eat well and I am very active. I love riding bikes, I attempt to dance salsa weekly and I am practicing gymnastics. I clean up after myself and am a bit of a minimalist, so therefore enjoy clean, uncluttered areas :) I am completely respectful of privacy and need my alone time for reading books and work however love outgoing people like myself. Looking for like minded people to share a place with :)

Hey! I'm moving to Sydney the first week in November, originally from London, U.K. One of the main reasons I'm coming over is to explore Australia and see what it has to offer. I love trying new activities, photography, eating out, finding cool bars and keeping fit. Socialising with my house mates is somewhat important to me, but I totally love my own space and doing my own thing. I am a nurse for a living and will be working generally throughout the week. So a place with great transport links would be fab! I am looking for a clean, private, furnished room which is a must! If you have any questions about me please get in touch!

I am 43 and work full time as a nanny in Lane Cove. I have a 10 year old, house trained, gentle and sweet male french bulldog. He is an indoor dog and sleeps in my room with me. He comes to work with me most days. I work 12 hour days so on weekends I like to relax. I take my dog out for long bush walks or the beach and lounge about at home with a movie and a bottle of wine or have quiet meals out with friends. I love movies, cooking and jazz. Originally from Malaysia, I lived in NZ for 10 years where I went to uni before settling here. I don't actually know many people in Sydney so I rarely have people over. I am looking for a quiet place that is safe for my dog and I and somewhere we can call home. I am tidy, quiet and easy going and would like to be in a home where the occupants are stable without dramas. Perhaps an owner/occupier as I prefer a long term stay (1 year or more). I have lived on my own for 10 years but am starting to find it very unaffordable. I'd like to flat with people of similiar age and lifestyle (quiet, tidy and no party types). Ideally, I'd like my own bathroom.

I cook! Though not a clean freak, I like a clean house, especially the kitchen (Chef trained). I am also happy to do garden chores (a vege' patch?). Currently I work as a Sydney Harbour Historical tour guide. I love the smell of Real coffee anytime ..... Sport interested and active. I sometimes do cosplay - medieval re-enacting mostly in the winter months. I have some of my own furniture, and some baggage too .... O well. Into education, currently studying eco/sustainability with Inner West Councils. The photo is of The Sydney Harbour Pirate show. Me offering a few encouraging words to the Captain. I have a camper van that I would like to use as an extra bedroom parking off street if possible. Though hot during the height of summer it is an excellent abode.
Hi guys I am currently working full time in St Leonards, but travelling from the inner west is making me sad! Looking to live closer to work in a beautiful environment/near nature. I work full time at a Management Consultancy firm, and study digital marketing in my spare time. So I am quite busy . I am naturally quite social, but also am a bit of a hermit at the moment with my study! So, looking a place/ roommates who get that balance. I love dance, theatre, art and nature. If you have any questions, feel free to ask! Cheers, Karena
This place is very strategically located. It is roughly a 10minute walk to Wollstonecraft station and about a 15min walk to St Leonards station. It is roughly a 12min walk to RNS hospital. It has a bus stop across the road. It has local shops across the road, including a post office, supermarket, cellars, doctors, physio, local restaurants and cafes. It has a local primary school just down the road with parks and city views only a stone's throw. It is a quiet place with very peaceful surroundings and is a suitable place to study. Everything is new, a shared kitchen and laundry. The location and the peace are its 2 main advantages. It is a large room in a shared house with district views from the balcony. Female preferred.
Big balcony with glorious Harbour Bridge views. Small building in a quiet, leafy area. Sunny, airy flat, up in the trees. The room is currently furnished, but we're happy for you to bring your own furniture if you prefer. There is a generous built-in wardrobe with two sliding mirror doors. Separate laundry includes a brand new washing machine (exclusive to our flat) and tumble dryers (shared with the other 11 flats). Limited off-street parking - not exclusive to the flat, but it's generally pretty easy to get a spot. Walking distance to: - St Leonard's Forum (train station and shops) - <10 mins. - Wollstonecraft Station - 10 mins. - Crow's Nest (bars, restaurants, cafes, shops) - 20 mins. - Berry Island/Balls Head Reserve/Greenwich Point - all bushwalks that start within a 10 min walk of the flat. - Royal North Shore Hospital - 5 mins.
Very clean socialable out going man whats to share with like minded people. I'm very considerate and respectful of other people and their privacy. Happy to share a meal over a beverage after work or just kick back and relax. Work fulltime and spend most weekends away from the unit currently. Look forward to hearing from you in the near future. Greg

Great little spot, 1 minute walk to busy bus route on Pacific Hwy and 10 minute walk to St. Leonards train station. Also super close to RNSH & St.Leonards Tafe. The room itself currently has a sofa bed in there and built-ins in rooms so its only partially furnished. It may better suit someone with their own bedroom stuff but if your happy with the sofa bed i can look at getting a few things to fill out the room for you. Other benefits include Foxtel, Air Con, Nice balcony with BBQ facing a park and a small amount of storage downstairs. p.s. I won't lie, i pinched some of the pictures from a real estate ad! But the room itself has pics taken from my phone which really don't do it justice either.
I'm a New Zealander in Sydney. Looking for a quiet (small street/quiet neighborhood ), dark bedroom. I work in an IT company in the CBD. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 45 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Personality wise, I am mature, sociable and very considerate (this is most important ) enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. My hobbies include: cooking, exercise, Japanese language and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) . Weekends I like to sit in the sun/go to a beach/meet friends/go to gym. I am not a party/noisy person and i don't want to live with people who are. My office has showers so Monday to Friday I sometimes shower there before and after work which means no rush in the morning if we are sharing a bathroom. I also have meals with my job so don't really use the kitchen in the evening, however i sometimes do a cooked breakfast. Other notes. Do not intend on buying a car so parking space or garages are not necessary. No drugs/smoking. Perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me. I can also provide a range of references in New Zealand.

Hey I am looking for some fun, friendly and clean housemates to live with. I'm happy, outgoing, house-trained and well travelled, I also lived in Melbourne previously for two years and now in Sydney . I'm working full time in Sydney CBD and I like to keep fit and eat healthy but everything in moderation. It'd be great if we could share a glass of wine/watch a movie/cook dinner/all that kind of stuff, but I am also busy doing my own thing sometimes and respect privacy of the housemates. i'm looking for a home closer to the city and move around 10th Oct (flexible). Let me know if you think we could get along. Cheers , Dee
Where is Greenwich? It is conveniently located between St Leonards and Chatswood. A 5 minute bus ride to North Sydney, and a 10 minute train ride to the city centre. This brand new, incredibly private granny flat ,with outlooks on nature and also our pool is now available for rent. There are two large bedrooms complete with built in robes, full bathroom including a freestanding bath and rainwater shower under a sky light, separate toilet, internal laundry, kitchen with breakfast bar and lounge room overlooking the pool. The 60m2 granny flat has ducted air conditioning, and beautiful artwork, as well as professional cleaning each fortnight. We are a 2 minute walk to the bus stop and 15 minute walk to the nearest train station.Travel to the city takes about 20 minutes door to door, and Chatswood is a 10 minute bus ride. There is on street parking available. The main house has 5 bedrooms and we often have students doing homestay however we are a very quiet family and have a no smoking/party policy on the whole property. The granny flat has a professional male in one bedroom, and we are seeking a suitable flatmate to share the beautiful flat. The room is available for one person $400 and includes WIFI and all bills in the rent. We feel that a good mix of people is very important. We have 3 gorgeous puppies (Jack Russel cross Pugs) who love affection however are not allowed into the granny flat! Please contact us with any questions you may have.
