Cool room with brand new king single bed, nice desk and designer wardrobe. The room is small, but has a great outlook. Free netflix with unlimited cable internet. It's at the back of the building and is very very quiet. It's also right on Pacific Highway, so the bus to the city is directly out the front (city in 15min, chatswood in 10mins). Female only please :-) This building is close to RNS hospital and the tafe.
Im easy going, I’m barely home. I’m out of the house by 5:00am (I go to the gym before work) then I finish work at 6:00pm Monday to Friday (I may stay back later) I love a laugh, a wine and good banter. I’m clean and tidy and would love to not just be housemates but be friends too!
I am a friendly and genuinely easygoing person. I love to make friends and share different thoughts with each other. I could be intrvert and extrovert at the same time, means we could have some awsome movie nights together, or would totally respect your personal space if you need. Not a fan of party, but wouldn’t mind sitting together for a few drinks.😊
Hi, I'm Alex, formerly a software engineer, now I work in sales and recruitment. I'm moving from Perth to Sydney for a new job. I have two guiding principles in life: 1. Don't lie. 2. Be responsible. My rent is always going to be paid on time, if I break something I'll let you know about it, and I won't eat your food in the night. I clean my room, as well as common areas after I use them. I've been renting for the last ten years and have a great rep with my former landlords. Things I will happily do with you: * Play board and video games * Watch Japanese pro wrestling and Jordan Peterson lectures * Study sessions * Go for a walk on a Sunday * Visit the art gallery * Lift weights * Go to church * Be included in a cleaning roster or pitch in for a cleaner I won't be a good fit if: * You're lazy and irresponsible, and blame others when life doesn't give you what you feel entitled to * You're frequently up late making lots of noise (I hit the sack around 9:30pm every night, and wake at 6:30am every morning) * You want to share cooking duties on weekdays (weekends are a different story). I eat strictly during the week so I can reward myself with some delicious carbs on the weekend * You don't want meat cooked in the house * You think it's ok to lie Benefits of living with me: * No stress about not receiving rent money * The house will be as neat and tidy as you want it to be * Can approach me about investing money to make the house nicer (professional cleaner, better internet, nicer furniture, adding artwork, etc.) * I keep emergency funds and can afford to replace your things if I break them * I will help you solve most of your IT issues * Gym buddy * No obligation to keep me entertained as I have enough commitments, friends, and interests to keep myself busy * It won't take much convincing to get me to your church, if that's your thing * Uber Eats, board/video game nights for housemate bonding I'm a fairly assertive guy; I don't beat around the bush. If you're hard-working, organised, honest, and refuse to be a victim we will get along very well.
The property is brand new at only 5 years old and is located in a convenient yet quiet place. You will be within 700 meters of Coles and IGA for groceries shopping, restaurants, train station, bus stops, a gym and the Royal North Shores Hospital. You will have your own room, toilet and fridge. The only shared aspect of the house is the kitchen which is kept clean by the caretakers.
My name is Shae - I moved from Melbourne to Sydney a year ago. I work full time (regular hours) as well as studying a health science degree part time online - so I tend to be quite busy and keep to myself during the week (mostly because i'm on my laptop in my room studying after work throughout the week). I keep myself active and enjoy going to the gym bright and early before work most mornings. I am a social person but also enjoy my own downtime and respect others personal space. I am an average cook (getting better) but a GREAT cleaner and love to keep organised! Very easy-going, friendly and considerate. I have an extremely affectionate, loving and playful Ragdoll teenage cat (5 months old) named Harvey. He is an extremely sweet boy who loves being around people. He stays indoors only and is perfectly toilet trained - really, he has never missed... ever!
Hi I'm Lici. I'm 24 and I just finished my Law degree near London. I'm doing a gap year in Sydney before I start my training so I'll be working for the whole year. I'm looking for a housemate who is sociable and friendly but also chill. I don't play loud music or anything and I'm normally a quiet housemate but I do want to have some of my friends who live nearby to stay over occasionally. I love typical girl stuff but I also lived with four guys so I'm used to that, too. I'd prefer a teamup because I'd rather rent somewhere through an agency to avoid being scammed.
French guys staying in Sydney until Christmas. I work in Lane cove and i’m looking for a accomodation in the north of sydney not far from a subway station. I’m very friendly :)
I'm an Aussie professional female relocating back to Sydney from the US. Looking for a furnished sublet on the lower north shore or inner city. I will be a professional, quiet, reliable tenant.

Awesome place in Greenwich! We are located on a quite street directly across the road from a beautiful nature reserve with regular visits from the local bush turkeys! This house is lovely and open with wooden floors and high roofs, light and airy with a huge sun lit deck that wraps around the house. Super close to everything you’d need, if the buses that go past the driveway don’t go where you want it’s a quick, 5 minute walk to St Leonard’s tafe and buses to the city, a 15 minute walk to st Leonard’s train station and 10 minute bus to Chatswood! The house has a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, not to mention a comfy couch that can convert into a double bed. 2 rooms available one with mirrored built ins one without, we have a spare queen bed matching bedside tables and a dresser that can also come with the room if necessary. Both rooms have dimable lights to help you set the mood😉. Shared bathroom between yourself and one other! Pets considered pending approval from the land lord.
Room available in a great big house very close to the city. With beautiful back garden with woodfire pizza oven, huge living room, spacious kitchen, a games room (table tennis area), with shared office workspace, private driveway and lots of free street parking spaces just outside the house. It's a detached house in a safe and pleasant suburb, 15 min walk to Wollstonecraft train station. 3 stops to Wynyard station. Close to Greenwich Baths if you wanna go for a swim! The room comes with a double bed and mattress with a electric heated blanket and a built in double wardrobe with a beautiful garden view. $310 per week including all bills. If you have any questions please shoot me a message. Jack
Not more than One person in each room allowed to avoid over crowding. This place is very sunny and airy. You will enjoy sun bath in the bed room and lounge room with great view from balcony. It is in handy location, newly renovated fully, all bamboo floor, in built cupboard, study table, fully furnished, off street car park.
This place is very strategically located. It is roughly a 10minute walk to Wollstonecraft station and about a 15min walk to St Leonards station. It is roughly a 12min walk to RNS hospital. It has a bus stop across the road. It has local shops across the road, including a post office, supermarket, cellars, doctors, physio, local restaurants and cafes. It has a local primary school just down the road with parks and city views only a stone's throw. It is a quiet place with very peaceful surroundings and is a suitable place to study. Everything is new, a shared kitchen and laundry. The location and the peace are its 2 main advantages. It is a large room in a shared house with district views from the balcony. Female preferred.
A traipse from the harbour and a verdant stroll from the station, Greenwich certainly goes alright, hey. Centrally located next to a coffee shop and a two-minute walk to the better coffee shop, the IGA, bottle and fish n' chip shop, it's high living at a strangely sensible price. Amazingly, the bus stop is literally next door, smack dab on a road that is certainly not populated enough for you to notice. Five minutes up the road is St Leonards, Crows Nest and Lane Cove; five minutes down it is the harbour. You can take the ferry to work, to casual weekend afternoon revelries, or just because, I guess. The house itself is quiet. In our unit block is four others, which we regularly cross paths with, but return nothing more than a nod. Sadly, we're not allowed pets, but if we were, we'd have many. For dog lovers, many walk past the house. We have a shared bathroom, a shared kitchen and a shared lounge room. We split everything three ways, the rough estimations of the bills are $20 p/m internet, $150 p/m power. Unsure what else to put. It's nice. Unassuming. Bin night is Monday.
8 minutes Walk to St Leonards Train Station. Close to Shops, TAFE and Northern Hospital Address: 4 Sarner Road, Greenwich, NSW 2065 3 rooms in 2nd floor for rent. 2 minutes to bus stop. 9 minutes to St Lenoards train station convenient location and close to shop, hospital and TAFE Safe, Quiet and Clean The prices Include water, electricity, furnitures and internet Minimum staying period: 3 months
I have recently (3 months) started working in construction as a geologist with my works office based in North Sydney and the sites I most commonly work at being in Crows nest and Chatswood. Looking to live closer to work as my commute is currently 45 mins to an hour. I consider myself an easy going guy and in my free time I enjoy outdoors activities such as hiking and archery. I also enjoy motorcycle riding and maintenance.
We're two mates who love great chats while knowing how to respect space. We're clean, tidy and dinner with wine or beer is more our style than thumping parties. Rob's a lawyer (works long hours) and Charith works 9-5 for a publishing company. Looking for 2 rooms before the Northern Line to Chatswood goes down. Looking for a male flatmate to occupy a 3rd room.
