Working full-time job as a Marketing Manager in Crows Nest and am looking to move closer to work (preferably being able to walk to work). When I'm not working I love catching up with friends, going to cafes, heading to the beach or drinking wine with friends. I'm a very easy going, neat and respectable person and am ideally looking to share a place with fun, relaxing flatmates.
Hi I'm Nic and I'm looking to move back to Sydney after several years living in Forster on the Mid-North Coast. I'm studying a bachelor of business part time by correspondence to keep me busy. I'd say that I'm driven but also certainly know how to enjoy my down time with cooking or reading a good book. I'm also into cars, property and travel and I'm always looking to meet new people or pick up a new hobby. I do have all the furniture for a one bedroom flat so it would be great if that could be accomodated, but I can sell what is not required if necessary. I would prefer an unfurnished bedroom.
The bedroom is large, has an ensuite, a walk-in robe and an exit to a balcony. The apartment is new and bright with amazing views to hills and updated bathrooms and kitchen. It is located between St Leonards and Artarmon, in a 15 min walking distance from St Leonards station but there are also free shuttle busses from the doorway to the station. Direct buses to St Leonards, Chatswood, Lane Cove, Manly and Macquarie University! The unit has a parking place in a secure garage.
I work in North Sydney looking to find a place on the Lower North Shore. I'm reliable, open minded and easy going. Ideally looking to team up with someone (M or F) and start a new share place, also happy to consider an existing share opportunity. Any questions happy to chat.
Hey I'm Leon, I'm usually social and outgoing, but I can end up spending heaps of time writing and reading, working on scripts and editing, practising cinematography and directing actors. Dance monkey, dance! I keep fit and healthy - I don’t drink or smoke anymore, and I no longer see the weekend as a 2 day bender - I’m focusing on other goals. But I still love to have fun and do adventurous stuff on the weekends, its just shifted slightly, more to nature and outdoors, rather than those ol' smoky bars and dance floors. In between film work I work contract IT jobs for those gold doubloons. If you like escape rooms, then please swipe right :) Looking forward to meeting you.
I'm a happy, friendly and easy-going type of person. I enjoy spending time with my friends on the weekend and live a pretty active life, but do like a bit of down time. I love going to the beach and out to little cafes and restaurants for a treat! I work full-time as a pre-school teacher and really enjoy what I do. I'm neat and tidy and am looking for a comfortable and relaxed place to unwind. I'm always up for a chat but am respectful and considerate of others. I've lived in Sydney my whole life and love it!
One Fully furnished bedroom to rent. About The location: It is a really quite apartment with nice view, 10 minutes walk to Royal North Shore Hospital. Close to crows nest with lots of restaurants around. There is no car park in building but you can always find car park off the street. Bus Stop in front of building. Laundry is share for each floor but it is not busy at all and you can use it almost whenever you need it. Electricity will be shared between both of us. There is no internet but you can get yours if you need. This place is not really a party house but I don't mind to have a couple of drinks on weekends or Friday nights :)
My name is Kate (I'm the one on the right in the picture), I'm 30 years old, quite active and busy, friendly, social, love the outdoors and enjoy the company of others who are easy-going and friendly. Although I am quite social I also enjoy my own space from time to time to recoup. I keep a clean and tidy environment, clean up after myself, and also appreciate the same trait in my flatmates. I'm mostly looking for places on the North Shore around Gladesville, Lane Cove, Neutral Bay and Chatswood areas.
Me (Sara) - Moroccan, at the end of my student career, looking for a job, into food, movies and food; He (Alex) - French, marketing manager, entrepreneur, shares my passion for eating, both tidy and clean as new pins, both been here for a year and now on a long-stay work visa - looking for a place to call our own !
Hi I'm Soph, I'm studying at Macquarie university and have a few part time jobs. I am pretty easy going, love to cook and enjoy my fitness. I would love to find some housemates that I could have a few beers/wine with after a long week, and have a netflix binge with every now and then! I am quite social, love the beach and am very clean :) (I am the one on the right of the picture)
Looking for a comfortable, quiet space close to work. Currently renting in Neutral Bay (short term) I am a conscientious roommate, always happy to pitch in wherever needed, will give others their privacy but happy to be there at the end of the work day for a good rant. Studying at Macquarie University and working most other days, often overnights, I happy to share space with women or men. I can also be relied upon to have some sort of chocolate available if needed.
Graduate Architect finally making the move to Sydney (original from Armidale, previously living in Newcastle and currently on the Central Coast). I am clean, tidy and respectful and I like to have a good chat with people. I love to cook and bake (products of which I happily share around), and am a market enthusiast. Generally am a quiet sort at home, but like having people over for dinner but am not the partying kind. My new job is in Redfern, and my boyfriend lives/works in the Northern Sydney area, so looking ideally for somewhere either within walking distance to work, or somewhere close to a station from Milsons Point up to Artarmon.
I am a young physician (Dermatologist) from Sao Paulo-Brazil. I am an easy-going and tidy person. I will be spendind three months doing research and clinical fellowship in a hospital in North Sydney from August to November 2017.
Hi there, My name is Sidney Kupers, I am 23 years old and have recently moved to Sydney after completing my games design course in Holland for the last 5 years. I am currently looking for employment and a house I can share with a lovely group of people, somewhere near Sydney where I can have my own private room. I am a gamer and also a bit of a social drinker. I enjoy spending time on my computer, playing games, watching tv shows, and also enjoy going out every now and then for a couple drinks. I am a friendly guy, and very capable of cleaning up after myself. I look forward to meeting new people and hopefully making a few friends in the process.
Hi There! We've recently moved to the Lower North Shore suburb of Woolwich. Where is Woolwich? Good question, I had no idea about this suburb until I found this flat! Woolwich is located 11 kilometres north-west of the Sydney CBD. It take 25 minutes to reach Circular Quay via Ferry (amazing views of the Harbour on your way in!) and about 40 minutes via bus. Woolwich has a really nice village-y feel to it, there are a few cafe's and an award winning pub with some of the best views of the city skyline. It's very leafy and has great harbour walks. I'm thinking about getting a paddle board for the summer as there is a boat launch at the bottom of the street! I'm loving this area, after living in Sydney from Bondi to Leichardt, Woolwich is by far the most chilled out and underrated suburb. If you want to feel like your living on an island sanctuary but still close to city this is the place! The Flat: Has three bedrooms, water views and is recently renovated, timber flooring, modern kitchen and bathroom. The flat is: - furnished, - kitchen has all modern appliances - there is an internal laundry and dryer - ADSL2 broadband So to the room! The room has a bed and is the smallest of the three. The room has water views, a garment rack and double bed. To us - you're awesome flatties! We're are Eryn and Michelle - our flat mate Mick is moving back to Melbourne :( Eryn - I'm 33yo and work as an Corporate Sales Coordinator at a Mental Health charity. Michelle - I'm 20yo recently moved to Sydney from Mudgee and work in hospitality. We are looking for a flatmate who is chilled and respectful, who has their own life, but who doesn't mind having a chat, netflix binge or a "faux family" meal + vino from time to time :) We are are both pretty clean and tidy but not pedantic about putting things away, so the flat does look lived in. As long as there is equal share of cleaning the common areas, its all good. We also do have friends that pop in from time to time, so your friends are welcome too :) but we are definitely not a party house... We are both easy going and approachable and are looking for someone like-minded that will be able to talk about any issues if they do come up. Eryn - I have also two cats, both keep to themselves and are totally chill... They will only seek affection if they want a cuddle i.e they're both typical cats ;) Looking forward to hearing from you! :) Eryn & Michelle
We are a young couple who are looking for a place to stay during the period between mid-late January and August/September in 2017. We love different languages and cultures, and find that we get along with lots of different people. I am a Greek/Filipino (born here) who is studying Japanese, French and German. Nadine is Austrian and speaks German, perfect English and understands French. She also studies Arabic, Spanish and Russian. We're young but mature, a good night in is just as fun as being anywhere if you have the right company. We'll be out and about whenever we're not too tired from work, otherwise we'll crash at home. We respect people's space but we're friendly and sociable. I'll be working at a school in the Hills District (I don't mind commuting), while Nadine will be out at a communications firm near the airport. We'd love to hear if you'd love to have us!
Hi everyone, I'm looking to find a new 2 bedroom apartment in the lower north shore. I'm a pretty easygoing guy, enjoy a clean and tidy place and looking for someone to share with who is like minded, enjoys a chat, a couple of vinos every now and then and also considerate of others space. I work Mon - Fri and can do some pretty long hours in the week sonny weekends are spent relaxing or on the golf course or beach.
Hi I'm Tess, a management consultant in circular quay. Looking for somewhere to stay from November 26th til February 5th. I'm a tidy and clean flatmate, and for fun I love to chill to music and hang with friends. Message me if you have a room and you're keen to hear more about me!
Hi there! My name is Rez and I am a born and bred Australian looking to move out during the summer or possibly longer. I am also looking to live with people similar to my age or older. I am currently studying my Masters degree and work two jobs. I am a very active person currently playing tennis as well as doing yoga and working out as much as I can. On the weekends I like to wind down and chill over a glass of wine or like to have the occasional nights out (would be a bonus if my future roommate is the same). I feel that I am quite considerate of others so I would get a feel as to what people like/don't like and respect that. I am quite amicable and love getting to know people. I would also like to live with someone I feel I could possibly be friends with. I'll admit I am not much of a cook only because I haven't exactly learnt how to cook (although I'm ace at cooking eggs haha) however I am a quick learner and do love to learn new things so I am happy to be taught otherwise I genuinely enjoy cleaning up so that is a bonus itself! If there are any questions please do not hesitate to message me.
Hi future flat mate or mates :) I've recently moved from Perth to Sydney. I got an exciting job transfer with the company I was working for in Perth. I'm super keen on getting out and about and meeting people and discovering all which Sydney has to offer. Please feel free to contact me if you'd think that I am a suitable flatmate. Feel free to ask for references etc. Thanks, Jaryd PS: If you're and AFL fan...I will continue supporting the Fremantle Dockers but may consider going to a few Swans games.

Hi, I'm Ary! I work as a product manager for a tech startup in Sydney, which basically means that I spend my days planning, designing, and building new online services we provide to customers. At home and in the office I'm known as the guy you go to when you need help with something, whether it be personal or work related. I'm quite laid back and I have a natural tendency to want to make people laugh - I get along with pretty much anyone and anything. I'm a tech geek, an NFL fan, a tennis player, a PS4 owner, a Marvel fan, and a clean freak (if I need to be).
