My terrace style townhouse is conveniently positioned close to St Leonards station, bus stops, Crows Nest restaurants and shops. Your room will have a good sized builtin wardrobe as well as large windows resulting in a light and bright bedroom. There is a shared bathroom and a large lounge room which I have decorated in beautiful french/shabby chic furnishings (differently to what is seen in the photos above). The townhouse is located about 5-10 minutes walk to Royal north shore and RNS private hospitals. It is 5-10 minutes walk to St leonards station where there are also cafes and a pharmacy, gyms etc. It would be ideal for nurses or doctors working at the hospital or for someone working in the city. There are also buses to chatswood and the CBD from the end of the street. A parking permit can possibly be provided so that you can park on the street for an unlimited amount of time if you have a car. There is plenty of on-street parking all around the area. The townhouse will be furnished but if you have a washing machine or dryer, a tv or anything you would like to ad we can work it out:) I will potentially be having a dog living here so am looking for someone who likes dogs and isn't scared of them. He is very friendly, laid back and gentle and loves being around people. You would not be expected to walk or feed him but if you wanted to that would be a bonus:) Feel free to come and have a look. It is much nicer in person as the photos don't do it justice.
Hey! I'm Jules, I work full time Monday to Friday at a software company. I enjoy spending time with my family/friends, I'm tidy and also very reliable. Hey! I'm Kim, I am looking to start a share-house with 1-2 other people that are down to earth, respectful and enjoy good conversation. I have lived out of home since I was 18. I have quite a bit of furniture including a fridge, microwave, couch, arm chair and dining setting (plus maybe an outdoor setting) to contribute. I love music, I play guitar occasionally and am often caught singing in the shower. I’m always down for a Netflix binge. I play netball 3 times a week so I am out of the house at least 2 nights mid-week. I love to cook most of the time, although if the opportunity arises I’m almost always down to chuck in for takeout. I’d love to have flat mates who enjoy having a chat over dinner and an occasional drink on a Friday night. I work full-time in North Sydney and would love to be able to walk to work. I am also doing an online course which requires small amounts of study-time. If you’re interested in pairing up to search for a large apartment/ townhouse/ house to call home then click message, I’ll be glad to hear from you! 😊 Until then, Kim
Married professional couple looking for a place to call home. Looking to rent a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment (not studio or flat / room share). Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you!

Looking for a furnished private room (doesn't have to be fully furnished, just the basics like a bed, wardrobe etc) Im looking for a home away from home, not a party house.. I like to relax on weekends as well as trailing through the local markets. Will need to move in around 30/7/17, starting work on the 2/8/17 in Sydney CBD. I have a small car and would prefer a property with available street parking.

We are two college students from Boston, Massachusetts doing internships in St. Leonards and would love to be relatively close to work, to nightlife, and to the beach for when the weather gets warm! We are friendly and love to meet new people, as well as courteous and neat. Would love to get to know you!
Hello there - thanks for stopping by :) I am looking for a room in a all-female house that is close to a train station and ideally a grocery and other shops. I am a 22 year old journalist who relocated from Melbourne at the start of this year. I will not be home much during weekdays as I will be full time working, but will be keen to chill in/out on weekends! I am an extremely clean and organised person who has experience living in shared accommodation before. I love anything food related and am also a huge sucker for garbage TV, such as The Bachelor (I realise this could potentially rule me out for this property, but best to lay all your cards out first, hey? 😛 ) I know how important privacy and some 'me time' is and therefore am always respectful of other people. Please feel free to ask any questions and message me if you think I'd be a great fit in your place. Hope to hear from you soon :)
Hi, I'm Lauren, I've lived in Sydney for most of my life with a couple of years spent living in Canada and extended travel. I work full time for a large tech company based in the CBD, managing the operations + events. I'm an easy to get along with housemate who likes a clean environment in the communal areas and takes care and pride within the furnishings of the property. In my free time I enjoy socialising, cooking, F45, a glass of wine and the occasional Netflix binge. Happy to share with a flatmate who wants to join in with any of the above but also love my own down time and space. Loz :)

Hello, I am Grace. I will relocate from Manchester (UK) to Sydney for a new role on August 3rd. I will work Monday to Friday ( 8am to 5pm). My work is located in Saint Leonard so I am hoping to find a place in this area. I am easy going, always up for a laugh and sociable. I don't like living in a mess so I am looking to share with someone tidy. I am also hoping to share with someone, I will call my friend overtime. Any thing else you want to know feel free to contact me
Hi, we are Anthony and Bethany, a couple from the UK. We are looking for a private room to rent short term for roughly 2-3 weeks from the 11th August until the 31st August before we relocate to Brisbane. (Dates slightly flexible). Ideally a fully furnished room would be perfect, however as long as the room has at least a bed & mattress we would be fine! Anthony is 27 and works in construction. Bethany is 24 and is working in admin. We both work full time so are out all day Monday - Friday. We enjoy the gym after work through the week and on a weekend we enjoy going for food, a couple of drinks and sightseeing! We would consider ourselves quiet, clean and respectful flatmates, who are very friendly and up for a chat but also like keeping ourselves to ourselves generally through the week after work. Please give us a message if you think you have a room suitable, we look forward to hearing from you. :)
Hi my name's Danielle, I am respectful, clean and tidy, easy to get a long with and love making new friends. As much as I enjoy socialising I do also love a bit of quiet time as well and I understand that in a share house there needs to be a level of both:) I work full time as a Skin Therapist and love spending the weekends going on walks and exploring Sydney or catching up with friends. If I sound like the right fit for your household, please don't hesitate to contact me! xxx
I am looking for Accommodation starting mid August around North Sydney suburbs. Work full time during the week and usually like to relax and go out for lunch / social events on weekends. Easy going, clean, I enjoy my own space and I will be respectful of yours, but in saying that I also dont mind hanging out and the occasional drink but I am quite focused on my fitness so I don't drink often. Thanks
This old house has been converted into an apartment block of 6. This unit is a beautiful, light-filled apartment on the second floor, overlooking the city. The living room is spacious and has high ceilings. The kitchen is basic but has everything you need. The bathroom has been renovated and has some of the best views in the house. There is a huge shared back yard that is great in summer. External private laundry with some storage has a washing machine, dryer and drying rack. The garage is available for parking at extra cost and is currently being used for storage which you can also utilise. There is plenty of on-street parking all around the area. The house is currently filled with furniture, but if you have anything you would like to add or change, we can sort something out. Only a 10min walk to Wollstonecraft station. Just 5min walk to Greenwich shopping village which has an IGA, Post Office, Chemist, Cafes and more. There's also plenty of walks around the area, like Berry Island or Greenwich Point which both have great views of the city. Send me an email with some info about yourself and come see the place. It's much nicer in person - the photos really don't do it justice.
Hi I'm Jonathan! I have just recently relocated from Brisbane to Sydney after falling in love with the city here and deciding I wanted to have a crack at making this my new home. I have a full time job working in sales out of St Leonards and was previously studying law/economics full time at the University of Queensland. I would describe myself as a kind and empathetic individual. I am tidy, have always paid my bills on time and am also pretty quite - although I do enjoy going out on the odd weekend and meeting new people!
Hey all my name is Rhianna, I am 26 and work full time in the city as a communications officer. I am originally from Newcastle and go back there some weekends to visit family and friends. I love the beach, going to the gym and spending time with my friends:) Feel free to ask me any questions!
My name is Vaida (25).I've been living in Australia for 2 years. I'm working full time and I'm also a student ..so I'm really busy during the week :). I'm looking for a single room for only 3-4 months as I'm moving to London at the end of November. I'm available to move in immediately:)
We are medical students in our last year coming to Sydney for a clinical elective at Royal North Shore Hospital. We are desperately looking for an accommodation preferrably close to the hospital or in the center of Sydney. We are non-smokers, don't have any pets and will definitely not have exzessive partys in your accommodation. Of course we are all extremly kind, always in a good mood and very pleasant lodgers 😄 We are really looking forward to our trip to Australia and want to see as much of the country as possible 😊
I usually get busy during the week, so don't get to spend time away from work during the weekdays [apart from my evening gym routine]. On the weekends, I like to be outdoors, catching up with my friends for a few drinks, have good conversations, watch live music, play outdoor sports. If you are looking for someone who socializes well, is responsible, financially secure, easy to get along with, then look no further :)
We are an easy going couple who love adventuring outdoors and experimenting in the kitchen. Chris is a youth worker and artist manager. I work in childcare, teach yoga and can be caught frequently wielding a paintbrush. Neither of us are party animals but we enjoy a good chat, a fine brewskie and the occasional house dinner. We are looking to move into a new place with new faces by the end of July, hope to hear from you soon!
