I own a car so need parking too. Storage would be amazing if possible. I have my own Netflix account. I like my space to be relaxing and homey. My friends say I’m helpful and thoughtful. I’ve lived in sharehouses before with couples and singles when I’ve lived in London so up for a social chat but mostly do my own thing. The house is perfect for those working or studying around the St Leonards area, it is: 9 mins walk to Wollstonecraft train station 10 mins walk to St Leonards train station 10 mins walk to NSI TAFE 10 mins walk to Royal North Shore Hospital 15 mins walk to Crows Nest Trains from Wollstonecraft will get you to Wynyard in 12mins. I recommend walking to Wollstonecraft station to catch the train, it’s a nice walk through Greendale Park, great for heading out to work in the morning. If you prefer the bus, then the 261/265 is just opposite the house and will take you to North Sydney in 9 minutes, or Wynyard in 17 mins (traffic dependent) East Bedroom ($295 pw) The bedroom is lightly furnished with a single-bed, study desk and lamp, chair and night stand. We are a friendly happy household, in a really convenient part of the North Shore. This place has comfortable living areas, easy access to public transport and a fab view from the balcony! Close to the city, (but not too close!) and a short walk to restaurants and bars in Crows Nest, or to Bunnings and NRMA in Artamon if that’s more your style. This building does not allow pets or smoking sorry! There is a shared laundry with the other flats on this level. Buses go from directly outside the house, and both St Leonards and Artarmon Station are within walking distance. Being on a ridge, our balcony looks out over leafy green views, and is set up with a little lounge set. We are happy to share Netflix and Stan accounts and also have a Nintendo 64 that is open for use. Please note that the Room is unfurnished, however the rest of the apartment is fully furnished. However the former flatmate (Grace) is offering to sell her wardrobe, price negotiable.
