My name is Sarah and I'm 26 years old, looking for a place to call home as I study a bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) at UNSW Art and Design. I'm entering my 2nd year this year. I am friendly and am fine having a chat and a cuppa though I work from home full time making products for the markets on the weekend for my income (paintings, coasters, pendants, etc) so I will commonly retreat into my room to make sure I get stuff done! I don't have any pets of my own though I love pets and am fine with having pets in the house (and know how to take care of them, etc), be it dogs, cats, whatever. I am friendly and enjoy going out as well; I'm not a huge party animal but I do love going out for a meal, movie, or the odd dance. The quality of the place and area is generally more important to me than how far I travel or where I am--- my budget is no higher than $260 per week INCLUDING bills as of my current full time uni commitments. As uni has just started I am keen to find a place within the next month before assessments get heavy--- ideally by April. Message or call me if you'd like to meet and think I'd fit in with your crew as a new flatmate. :) Sarah
Hey there! I'm Monique, a 22 year old working professional as a Marketing Manager in Crows Nest. I'm looking to move closer to work to save my 4 hour commute i'm currently doing daily. Finding a place in Crows Nest/St Leonards would enable me to walk to work (would be a dream!). I am easy going, very clean and tidy. During the week I usually just work and make time to go to the gym. On the weekends I enjoy catching up with friends, having a wine with dinner and a movie and just chilling out. I enjoy time to myself as well as socialising, and am looking for someone with similar interests as myself. Hoping to move within the next few weeks (sooner if the opportunity arose). :)
Hi! My name is Franzi, a full-time international business student. Originally from Germany, I have moved to Sydney to study the Master of Research program at Macquarie University for one semester. I have lived in shared flats before (three times) and I am easy-going, reliable and respectful of shared spaces and privacy. I enjoy relaxed and calm evenings watching Netflix, having a chat and a nice dinner. In my spare time, I like to do sports (interval training, running, badminton), spend time with friends and explore Sydney. I am keen on living with like minded people who value having a neat and tidy flat to come home to. The ideal place would be a private and furnished room (but open to room share) in a quiet shared flat.
There is a room available for short term or long term which is fully furnished within a tidy and clean unit in a great location. It is close to bus stop, st leonard station, wollstonecraft station and supermarkets around. This place has a good water view to enjoy and quiet at night for you to maintain your good night sleep. Unlimited data Internet is provided, internal laundry with a front load washing machine and plenty storage in a kitchen to share. There is also a spacious living/dinning room for everyone to social life. 1x single bedroom (Queen bed+mattress, bedside chest, built-in wardrobe, study table and chair) for $250 all bills included I am looking for a housemate, none-smoker, nice and clean person. You will share the place with other three male professional worker, 26 (Hospitality) and 30 (IT) and 26 (Technician) while you have your own room.
Hi potential flatmate! I come from Switzerland and I’m going to work for a year as a timber structures engineer in North Sydney. I'm easy going, friendly and quite. I like to do sport during my free time but also to have a drink with friends (or flatmates ;)). As I'm not used to have the ocean so close to me, I will be really happy to go to the beach or close to the ocean as soon as I can :)
I'm a med student from Sweden, and I'm going to Sydney at the end of March where I will do a student exchange at university of Sydney. I've lived in Brisbane before, and really was just aching to return to Aus, so when this opportunity came up I jumped on it. I'll be spending the weekdays at Royal North Shore Hospital, and will be planning on doing as much exploring as possible during the weekends. I love travelling and exercising, and am hoping to find a good gym or bootcamp while there. I'm an easy person to live with, I respect the living area and I always tidy up after myself. I like to hang out, but I also respect people's personal space. I can also introduce you to some Swedish food (and curse words). I'm a non-smoker and do not have any pets, and would love a shared accomodation fairly close to Royal North Shore Hospital!
Hey! :) I am an exchange student from Austria and I just arrived to Australia. I'm currently searching for a nice place to stay for the next 6 months. I love travelling, cooking, running, photography and meeting new people. I am looking for a place with people who enjoy activities together but also respect each other's privacy. If you are looking for somebody to rent your free room I would be very happy to meet you for a room inspection and to get to know each other!

I work in Chippendale full time as a writer for a marketing agency, and am studying my Cert III in Dog Trainership and Obedience on the side (so I'm pretty obsessed with dogs!) Into the gym, attempting to cook good food, watching movies, singing jazz music, playing piano and all that excellent stuff! Happy to be social or keep to myself! I'll be away for course training until the 18th March, and then looking to find somewhere for after that. Just thought I'd put the early call out! Basically looking for a place to crash and relax during the week after work :)
Hi, my name is Sarah. I am 23 and working full-time at a hospital. Looking for = open, spacious place, neat, relaxed, quiet. A place with a backyard is perfect as I would like to have a herb garden. About me = clean, tidy, easy-going. During the week I like to run, read books, watch tv series and cook food. On weekends I tend to take advantage of the sun and be as active as I can be.
We are a young couple aged 25 and 28 and both Australian. We are clean, friendly and easy-going. In our spare time we enjoy cooking or going out for a nice meal and drink, spending time at the beach, exercising and music gigs. Trent works as a Finance Analyst in North Sydney and I work casually as a nurse while studying Radiography. We are looking for somewhere to share around the lower North Shore with similarly laid back and friendly people. We do currently have all of our own furniture but we are happy to part with it if not needed :)
Hey, I'm Janine :) I have been renting on my own in the North Sydney area for over a year now but am ready for a change. I work full time in North Sydney for a finance company. I have degree in Social Science and I enjoy being super active and I love the outdoors. I have 2 cats who have lived with me in my current unit who are very well behaved. I have all my own furniture so would prefer somewhere unfurnished. I also have my own car so somewhere with parking is essential :) I don't mind if it is on street parking but I will need somewhere where I can store a bike and a stand up paddle board. Cheers, Janine
Non Smoker, Quiet and respectful. works full-time and is looking at moving closer to work. More than happy to answer any questions. Shoot me a message :)
My newly renovated house is separated into a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 kitchen unit and a 3 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 kitchen unit. 2 units are entirely separated. It has a very big, well maintained back yard, 300 square meter plus, which is ideal for after work relaxation and exercise. My house is very close to the Royal North Shore Hospital, only a 8 min walking distance and a 5 min walk to the TAFE. It is located next to the park and bus stop to Sydney CBD, North Sydney, Chatswood. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and big wardrobe.
My name is Sarah and I'm 21 and looking to move out closer to work! I'm easy-going, and willing to compromise on living arrangements. I love to meet new people and would be happy with a team up if it works. I have lived in Western Sydney for my entire life, and now I work in a media agency down at Millers Point. I'm looking to move closer to work to make the commute to and from a little bit easier. I love animals, fitness and Netflix. (Good food and coffee is a must!) I'm self-sufficient, tidy and happy to pull my weight in rental costings and daily chores. I would love to have the occasional drink or dinner with new roommates and to get to know them better!
Hi I'm Bonnie, I am a 26 year old professional looking to find a new apartment preferably with 1-2 roommates. I am super clean and tidy, respectful, social and easy going. If you have a room or would like to teamup please send me a message. Thanks :)
Hey my name is Jesse and I really love the prospect of meeting new people and taking the extra steps through life. I am a very friendly natured and genuine dude whom is respectful of all those around me and likes to create a relaxed vibe. I am a full time student studying a course of business admin/ global studies meaning that I like to find a balance between fun times and quiet, focussed times. I also enjoy playing guitar (only have an acoustic so no need to worry about constant noise!) and running. To my future room mate(s) I look forward to meeting you and am excited to start a new chapter of my life with new friendly people!!
Moving to Sydney for work as a sonograher. I work full time Monday-Friday with some weekend shift work. Looking for like minded housemates who are easy going and enjoy a clean well kept home. Looking for a friendly house were we're not strangers yet respect each other's space. I enjoy cooking and normally make enough to share :) On the weekends I don't mind a glass of wine with friends but not looking for a party house. I enjoy getting outdoors and exploring new places and am fairly active on the weekend. I'm looking to move start of march and am flexible with dates. My job is in St Leonards so looking around that area.
Hi housemates! I'm from Barcelona and I am a geologist, currently employed as a postdoc (full-time researcher) at Macquarie Univeristy. This means that every now and then I have to spend long hours in the lab... but I really like the idea of going back to a place that I can call "home" every evening. I'm looking for a place close to the city, but near a train station going to Macquarie uni, since I don't want to spend too much time commutting every day. I'm very open-minded, friendly and I like meeting new people from other cultures. Actually, I always thought that this is the best thing about living in Australia! And after a few years here, I can confirm that aussie people are absolutely great... so as far as my housemates are nice and sociable people, I'm fine! I'm active, I like outdoor activities (climbing, caving, hiking and canyoning) and I've been playing volleyball since I was 12. I love reading, playing board games and travelling (a lot!). Ah, and I have a passion since I was a child: human towers. You're more than welcome to join our team, but that's another story... ;) I have been living in Sydney (Macquarie uni area) for more than 2 years now, always sharing a house, so I'm used to it and you'll have no complain about me, since I'm a very clean and easy-going girl. My landlady and housemates will confirm both! To be honest, I'm very sad to leave my current place and my friends who have become my Australian family, but my landlady had to rent my room while I was away for work for 2 months and I have no option but to find somewhere else to stay. I'm looking for a clean and tidy house to stay at least 3 months, with nice and sociable housemates (not crazy parties in the house though, I have to be able to rest during the week!); people who are happy to do activities together and share some meals from time to time. Obviously no need to say that I'll definitely respect your privacy (and I hope that you will as well), but I'm not interested in a place where my housemates spend most of the time in their rooms! Please do not hesitate to contact me if you want to know more about me. I'm looking forward to meeting you!
