I'm 40 years young and looking for my own peaceful private space where I can call home. I don't currently work and am in the process of applying for disability. I'm a bit of a home body but will keep to myself in my own om most of the time. I will rarely have people over as my home is my safe zone and I want it to always be that way. I am happy to look after the house hold chores during the week if you are off busy with other responsibilities. I'm very respectful of others and their belongings and I would treat your house as it's my own - as it is my own for the duration of my stay. I enjoy reading a good book, doing anything craft related, watching a good romcom on the smart tv, having a good conversation and learning new things. I believe in open communication and I reckon as adults we can talk through any problems together as they arise. I am very approachable. I am not a clean freak, but I do believe that everything has its place in a home and that a certain amount of order is necessary in a home or you get disorder. All that being said Doesn't mean I don't like a great party with some tunes n laughs, just means I'm getting older and I appreciate the down time more often then not these days.

Hi ☺️ My name is Maxima, I’m 32 and have just accepted a job in Brisbane and will be moving around the 12th of August. I’m very clean, always up for a chat and to share a meal or a drink, but I love my own space too. I love cooking, music, being outdoors, reading, traveling. I’m looking for a room, ideally sharing with no more than 2 other people. I’m flexible on location but it would need to be no more than 40 minutes on public transport to the city. I will also need space to park my car - street parking or garage is fine. I’m looking for a place for 6-8 months ideally. I can provide rental ledgers and references if required. My budget is max. $350 per week including bills.
