Hi, I'm Anastasia and I will be moving to Geelong this January to study Medicine. I am 27 years old, I enjoy seeing live music, camping and other outdoorsy things. I also enjoy doing homely things like gardening and baking bread. I am looking for a room in existing share house or to start a new one. Happy to answer any questions!
Hey all, The house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with 3 living areas. The house itself is fully furnished with everything you could need, you would just need to bring your own bedroom furniture and linen. There is split systems in the living areas and a gas heater. There is a bus stop at the end of the court which takes you to Geelong or Deakin University. We are 5 minutes drive from Waurn Ponds shopping centre, leisure link, with all of your amenities super close to home. Our lease is set until April with the strong opportunity to renew. The way the house is set up is split into two, the front end with master bedroom and formal lounge with one housemate and the remaining 3 bedrooms and 2 living areas for everyone to use. Looking for female housemates in their 20's who have hopefully lived in share housing before and understand respecting each others privacy, being friendly and cleaning up after yourself. Must be cat friendly as Albie lives with us and comes in at night time to sleep. He is pretty friendly and mostly just lounges in the sun or stares out the window longingly at birdies. Bedroom 1 - $160 p/week all bills included. The room is down the end of the house away from all other bedrooms adjacent to the living areas and is a medium sized room with built in robes, large window, ceiling fan and can be furnished with a double bed and tallboy if needed or you can BYO. There is space in the living area for you to set up a desk, and you'll be sharing the bathroom with 1 or 2 other housemates (toilet is separate to bathroom so never had any issues) Bedroom 2 - $110 p/week all bills included (neg). This is a very small bedroom with double built in robes and a large window that would fit a single/king single and maybe a small dresser and not much else hence the low price of rent. At the moment the room is unfurnished apart from 2 single mattresses, but happy to furnish the room or have you BYO. You will be sharing the main bathroom with 1 or 2 other housemates (toilet separate to bathroom so never had any issues) This would be perfect for someone who needs to come down to Geelong for a couple nights a week for work or uni and needs somewhere to stay. Please email us with a bit about yourself as we will only be accepting people who we think will fit the household best.
Hi flatmates community, We are richard and bibi, a nice couple from germany and we need a room with a bed, kitchen and bathroom access for approx. 6weeks between 15th jan. and 1st of march 2017. Hi there. I'm looking for a new place to move into. I'm 21 years old and planning to start uni (Waurn Ponds campus) this year. I have my own bedroom furniture and car. I'm pretty quiet and not too much of a party animal, but I am friendly and like to hang out. I am relatively neat and clean up after myself. I like to frequently visit friends and my family who don't live in Geelong so I'm not always about. I work part time at Liquorland and I always pay my fair share. Wouldn't mind living either by myself or with others. Looking to move and settle in before start of March ideally. Send me a message if you think you might have something for me, thanks in advance!
I am an enthusiastic 21 year old from rural victoria, aspiring to be a primary education teacher who will be studying at Deakin throughout 2017. Looking for a fun person/people to live with of either gender, who is up for a chat and a laugh, also someone who is honest and trustworthy. I am a bubbly, kind and considerate person to live with. I love music and anything outdoors. I only drink on occasions or at events but this isn't something that is a weekly occurrence. Hoping to find someone with similar interests to make a relaxed place.

I'm 31yo, I work full time in pakington st as a barber. I'm looking to live with a social person/people that are easy to get along with and clean. I also have 3 large dogs with my ex that I have for a sleep over once a month roughly, just for the night and would be inside dogs when I have them. Preferably a house that doesn't have other cats and dogs. Would like a house that has 2 living area's if possible but not the end of the world if there is only 1. Would rather not live with couples, not fussed on gender. Happy to live with people in their 20's and early 30's. Would like a place where housemates feel happy to have friends over. Love most things from the gym and good food to a fun night out.
I can make a mean stir fry, I'm clean, I enjoy music and I play bass in a band. I'm pretty great to live with because I don't make a mess and literally only eat cheese toasties and pasta, so no kitchen mess! I work on checkouts at Kmart. I enjoy socialising, listening to music, working out and meeting new people.

I'm from regional Victoria and am currently studying teaching at Deakin University in Geelong, but will be commuting to Melbourne for 2017. I also teach Calisthenics in Geelong and work casually in retail. I'm looking for possible housemates to find a place with. I am laid back and pretty easy going, as well as organised. I like to keep my living space neat and tidy, but nothing over the top! I love socialising and going out for drinks occasionally.

Hey everyone! I'm a 21 year old Professional and Creative Writing student at Deakin Waurn Ponds, doing my honours year in 2017. (P.S - that's me on the right!) I'm currently living in a one-bedroom unit, and am looking for someone to go into a bigger place with me and help split the costs in February. I am almost fully furnished, so all you'd need is bedroom furniture! I have one small, well-behaved rabbit who I do bring inside on occasion (she loves cuddles). I am a relatively quiet person and focus on my studies, though I'm happy to meet new people and have a good time. My interests include movies, books and catching up with friends. If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, let me know and we can organise to meet!

My name is Tori and I'm 21 years old, currently living on the Gold Coast! I moved from Ballarat to the Gold Coast with my family half way through this year, however I am going to move back to VIC (Geelong) next year by myself, so I would love to share accommodation. I will be looking for full time work as a store manager in retail when I re-locate so most of my days are spent at work. I'm always happy to do my part in cleaning up and have a pretty easy going personality. I love my own company but am also quite a social person - I love spending my free time with friends, whether it's just having a coffee, watching a movie, going to the beach, hanging out at home or going out for a few drinks of a weekend! I'm looking to share accommodation for 6 months for now however it could turn out to be longer!
Essentially you'll have your own bathroom and toilet as I have two rooms for rent and have an ensuite myself both rooms have a queen bed and mattress already in but can be taken out if you have your own. Both rooms are also fitted with built in robes and hanging space. Second unfurnished lounge room so plenty of space to move stuff in if needed. Plenty of room to keep to yourself or hang out when you want. Decent back yard but I do have big dog so if your not a dog person then you probably won't enjoy being outside but he is loving and playful. 5 min walk to Waurn ponds shopping centre, gym etc. After clean people that clean and take care of themselves, someone who's relatively social and easy to get along with but not someone who's in your face. -split system heating and cooling. -close to Torquay, waurn ponds and Geelong -close to public transport
The house is fully furnished and has everything you could need! It's very close to the Waurn ponds train station (about a 2 minute walk) and a bus station 1 minute up the road. The house has a BBQ, ducted heating and air conditioning. It is a newly developed property and currently has NBN. Bond has already been paid by the other tenants so there would be no need for you to put down any payment for the bond upon moving in. (We also have a coffee machine!).
$150 per week + bills , close to Deakin Uni and train station, 15 min drive to beach , fully furnished , all the mod cons , 1 room to let keeping another spare . About me , been studying photography and graphic design, sports are surfing snow boarding , I also make surfboards and have a couple of part time jobs . Not the biggest party guy , but happy to be sociable , and I go to the gym nearly every day or yoga .
