I'm a 26yr old country bloke; pretty easy going, tidy and keep to myself. Ideally seeking something for 12 months+. I have no pets, drugs or smokes. Emotionally stable and single. I work full time as an engineer so I can fix stuff, and I'm tall so the top shelf and changing lightbulbs are also useful things I do. Wait this isn't tinder.... Besides these activities I enjoy running, swimming/surfing/getting smashed by the surf (my friend assures me it is entertaining to watch), mountainbike riding and motorbike riding. I'm new to Geelong so still getting a feel for the area, could be convinced to play another season of footy for the right club. If any of this sounds like it could fit in your spare room then hit me up. Proximity to Waurn Ponds preferred, but other suburbs still worth consideration.
I'm an engineer working full time in Geelong city, been travelling from Melb every day for the last year. Been in various sharehouses over the last 5 years, so I've got the manners/cleaning/respect/rules down pat. I'll be spending some time back in Melb on random nights/weekends, but otherwise I don't know anyone in Geelong, so it'd be cool to have housemates who are sometimes around after hours to hang out with. In my own time I'll go to the gym, read, Netflix, you know the drill, but I'm up for joining in on pretty much anything. Also a musician (within reasonable hours), so plenty of good tunes throwing around.
A double bedroom available from 8 February 2018 for 140$/week excluding bills or 160$/week including all utility bills. Couples are also welcome for 190$/week. The room has its own air conditioner, gas wall heater, and a separate refrigerator. And another small bedroom available from 7 February 2018 for 110$/week including all bills. Rooms are fully furnished, clean and quiet, NBN internet unlimited. Walking distance to Waurn Ponds shopping centre, Leisurelink and Library. Bus 40 runs in front of the house. Bus 41 and 42 are less than 4 minutes walking distance. All these 3 buses go to Deakin University Waurn Ponds campus and Geelong City Centre (Deakin Waterfront campus). Housemates are very decent and friendly. House has a big lounge and huge covered alfresco. Please contact if interested.

I'm an 18 year old high school student currently studying Year 12 VCE at Belmont High School. I love Art, Music and my friends. I'd be a great flatmate because I am always willing to spark up a conversation yet I can easily tell when someone needs there own space. I always pick up after myself and I'm always willing to lend a helping hand :)
Hey Everyone! My name is Zoe, I'm currently looking for room to move into once my lease is up in mid March. I'll be working full time and studying next year so I'll be keeping myself busy. I'm not 100% set on a location yet, but i'll be working in Waurn Ponds and commuting to Melbourne for study so somewhere around there and a train station would be awesome. I'm painfully organized and pay everything on time so I promise you'll never be chasing me up for anything! I'm clean and respect others privacy so I'm an awesome housemate. I'm always down for a movie or binge watching marathon. I don't have any pets so it's just me, but I'm happy to live with someone who does have them. I do have my own furniture (couch, dining set, fridge, washing machine etc), which I'd be happy to either use in the house or store in a garage or something. Please let me know if you've got anything available
Yo My name is Caitlin & I am 24 years old, I will be moving to Geelong, from NSW, to start university at Deakin Warun Ponds, end of February. I will be studying full-time and also working on weekends. I'm looking for a room to rent/house to share. Also, I have a dog (kelpie x) and would love for her to move with me. I have lived out of home for the last 6 years in shared accommodation. I am easy-going, quiet and happy to contribute to the household.
Big house in Grovedale! A five minute drive from the Deakin Waurn ponds Campus and only 20 minutes from Deakin Waterfront. There is a IGA around the corner and we're only a ten minute walk from Waurn Ponds shopping centre, with a bus stop right around the corner. The Property itself has: - 7 spacious bedrooms - 2 shared bathrooms - Kitchen has also been renovated and has new appliances. - Spacious living area, to watch TV and hang out. - Outdoor entertaining area and a large backyard which is a great space to chill out and relax in the warmer months of the year. - Fast internet wifi, unlimited usage for all tenants.
Hey guys :) I’m 26, work full time in Torquay at a childcare centre and studying my diploma in early childhood education. Currently living in Armstrong Creek and hoping to stay around the area if possible but would definitely consider torquay or grovedale. My spare time involves family & friends, the gym, online shopping, long walks, an occasional drink or 10, and abit of tv every now and then. I’m easy going & clean, fairly social kind of person but I also enjoy ‘me’ time. Animal lover but don’t have any of my own. If you’d like to know more please feel free to contact me :)
Hi I’m Marli! I’m looking for a new house accepting a student, roughly 140 per week including bills. I enjoy going to the gym, staying in watching movies and cook most nights. I am studying a certificate IV in fitness and diploma in sport development and looking for part time work. I love animals but don’t have any pets of my own and I don’t smoke. If you are looking for a respectful, tidy and friendly housemate then you’ve found the right person! I don’t mind sharing but I also appreciate my own space and respect other people’s privacy and personal belongings.
Easy to get along with , able to agree on anything.. we are currently unemployed but are seeking work.. Hi guys, my housemate is moving out soon and I'm looking for someone to move into her room. I'm going overseas for three weeks at the start of Feb so I'm hoping to have someone organised to move in for when I return before I leave. I live in a low maintenance 2 bedroom flat in Grovedale, in a quite location less than a 5 min drive from Waurn Ponds Shopping Center and Deakin University. The house is fully furnished except your room, however I am able to help with basic furnishing for your room if you need (including a bed). It is a good sized bedroom with lots of closet space and a 1/2 ensuite (shower and basin). The flat has both heating and air-conditioning. There is a small courtyard out back with a hammock and we have some gym equipment in the garage you are more than welcome to use. The flat is owned by my cousin so he doesn't require a bond and we have an open ended lease so it is very flexible in terms of length of stay. The room is perfect for students or anyone looking for low maintenance, simple living on a budget.

Close to all amenities including Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre, Waurn Ponds Train Station, Deakin University and Epworth Hospital. Local to the Police Station and Cinema. Housemates are friendly and easygoing. Currently with BBQ. All our work/ study hours vary, so daily comings and goings are common. Laid back living, happy to have mates over for drinks on weekends, just not overly rowdy. House comes with basics already provided eg. microwave, fridge, washing machine, toaster, pod coffee maker, oven, wifi etc. Move in ready, just need to furnish your own room. Room available now, looking to fill ASAP :)
I'm a fairly social person who respects privacy. I'm well travelled having lived overseas for 6 years. I enjoy reading (mainly science stuff) and a good netflix binge, I play guitar too but rarely in public. I like a drink, craft beer, single malt whisky and I'm quite partial to wine too (I like nearly all good booze). I like sport, particularly Football (round ball variety), hitting the gym and I love getting in to the mountains especially for some snowboarding. I have an eclectic taste in music; alt rock, country, folk, jazz, electronic and metal eg in no particular order Soundgarden, Queens of the Stone Age, The Mars Volta, Muse, Faithless, Major Lazer, Parkway Drive, Tool, Foals, Blackalicious, Ryan Adams, PJ Harvey, Neil Cowley Trio, Moon Hooch, First Aid Kit, Angus & Julia Stone and so on. I have also developed an almost unhealthy podcast addiction. Recently completed an Honours degree in Zoology and Animal Science from Deakin, so if you have pets I am more than willing to help out. I am currently working hospitality in Geelong and I am about to start a Master of Teaching (Secondary) at Melbourne Uni.
