I'm great to live with because I am friendly, easy-going, relatively tidy and not a party animal (non-drinker). I'm an engineer working on a construction site, so I am not at home from around 7AM-6PM each week day. I enjoy hanging out and having a chat, but as an introvert, I also need my space some times (and will respect yours). Having moved to Sydney recently (from Brisneyland), I would like housemates with whom I could see myself becoming good friends. In terms of what I do for fun, I like movies, video games, nature walks, reading, travelling, learning languages. I would love some housemates that enjoy similar things and are looking to live more sustainably. Currently based in Newtown, I am enjoying the inner-west lifestyle, but also wishing it were quieter and had more trees. That said, I am also looking for cheaper rent and probably a place along a train line to the CBD (too optimistic?). So currently I am thinking inner-west for lifestyle, further west or north for decent rent, or towards the shire for the serenity. As for the room set-up, I am fairly flexible.
Hi everyone! We are an easy going couple from Spain. Quiet and honest. Looking for a quiet place to live in Sutherland area. Preferably granny flats or one bed units. Looking forward from you! Regards, Sara & Pedro

I am looking for a place to live as my current unit block is being knocked down for new apartments on February 28th.

I'm a friendly African girl, easy to get long with ,respectful, maintains privacy and mind my own business I enjoy time together but also respect other's privacy. I'm a uni student and work at the hospital
Hey there. On the right. Starting a new job as a teacher in the Sutherland shire this coming February. Pretty kick back when it comes to most things. Social, so friendly roommates would be great. Busy most 'school nights' doing work but open for drinks on weekends.
I am friendly, easy to get along with and very respectful of others privacy as I mostly keep to myself. I don't smoke. I am clean and tidy, and I will happily contribute to all housework. I work in Engadine 3 days a week in retail and as a dog trainer, and I am continuing studies online. I have a very small (1.7kg) 11 year old, indoor dog. Pommes is very affectionate and spends most of her time sleeping; she is more of a cat than a dog. Pommes is happy being an indoor-only dog, is fully house-trained and if I am out for longer than 7 hours she will come with me to work or go to my parents house. She only barks if there is a loud noise that startles her and she is otherwise quiet. Health wise; Pommes is vaccinated, desexed and routinely treated for flea/tick/worms. I have a reference for her from a previous landlord if required. *Pommes cannot share with other dogs but is okay with cats, rabbits and birds.
I am the warehouse and logistics manager for Be Enlightened candles, so will always have the place smelling good. I'm a national swimmer and I train every morning and most arvos so you won't see me much during the week. Really nice, friendly, easy going guy.
Hi everyone, What to say? well I'm laid back, friendly and outdoorsie. I want housemates that I can share the occasional beverage and a good chat with. I come with a 10 month old (fully house trained!) blue heeler named Goose. I might have jumped the gun and posted this ad too early, but I'm not available to move until the 6th of March. I'm a full time shift worker so even though I sleep like a log housemates that respect that are a must. I'm pretty flexible with where I live so if you're outside of the suburbs I've listed still give me a shout. I'm also happy to team up with a few people to find a new house.
I am a busy professional , very active spent 3 years living in Cronulla and loved the energy and lifestyle. I run a a travel wholesale business plus my own speaking, training and consultancy company . Enjoy running , going to the gym and of course the beach
Hola! My name is Jess, I'm 27 years old (originally from Wollongong). I've been living overseas for 4 years (Whistler, Manchester and Berlin) and moved back to Australia this year. I currently work full time Mon-Fri in the Shire and am looking for a place close by as I'm over the commute from Dapto where I currently live. I love traveling, hiking and being outdoors, techno, gigs, floristry, fashion, going out for brunch at the weekend and socialising/making new friends! Not only am I looking to move in with a flat mate, I'm also looking for a friend/someone to hang out and have fun with! I'm a pretty chilled person, I don't party loads but occasionally I like to go out for some good times! I'm clean, but I'm not ocd about anything. Feel free to contact me :)
Hey I’m Belle I’m 21 years old originally from Cronulla. Im beginning study to become a social worker while working part time. I like to hangout with my mates on weekends and have a drink or two. I like to think of myself as an accepting person who is respectful of other people that I live and hangout with.
The apartment is only a 5 minute walk to Gymea train station and has a bus stop right out the front for good transport links. In 40 minutes the train will take you into the city or ten minutes to Cronulla beach. Off street parking only. Your room can come urnfurnished or furnished with a queen double just depending on you. Your room has a really pleasant outlook over Hazelhurst. No looking into another apartment block. Bills are inculded in the rent. We have unlimited internet. Most importantly with this heat we have aircon! but right now it doesnt reach the bedrooms. So, hoping to have ceiling fans installed in the next couple of weeks.
Hi. I am moving from Adelaide to complete my masters at the Film School (AFTRS) in Sydney. I will be working part time and studying full-time. I am a friendly, relaxed guy and have lived out of home for several years. I am quiet, tidy and very respectful of my housemates. I enjoyed a friendly and positive atmosphere and would like a similar environment to move into. To give you an idea of what I'm like, you'll often find me enjoying the following: -Chocolate -Soccer -Surfing -Playstation I plan to move early February 2019 and looking for a private room with housemates around my age (20-30). Previous housemate reviews: James: "5/5. Very nice guy. Highly recommend. Always lends me a banana when I'm short". Isaac: "Always offers to drive on surf trips. If he played cricket he would be an all-rounder".
I’m laid back and easy to talk to with a good sense of humour. I’m not big on baking but my mother is. So if I pay her a visit I’ll bring back treats. I do like order and cleanliness. I pick up after myself and hope that others do the same for themselves. I am always happy to help and I like to make sure I make an equal contribution to maintaining the household. Likewise, I hope that my future housemates are open-minded and easy to get along with too. I currently work at Sydney airport in ground service, meaning really early morning starts or late finishes. So you may not see me but you’ll know I’m there. I use my down time to go to the gym or go for a walk, listen to music, podcasts or read. I’m in my final year of my studies so if I’m not procrastinating then I’m nerding out in my room. If you own a pet I’d be more than happy to take it for a walk. I have a phobia of cockroaches therefore I am happy to pay for pest control. I enjoy going out for dinner or coffee but not too big on late night partying. Been there, done that. As mentioned, I am open-minded therefore open to trying new things. So if you’re the adventurous type I’ll probably draw inspiration from you. :)
