Let me briefly introduce ourselves.
I'm a 28-year-old woman, and my friend is 30. We're both in Australia on a working holiday visa.
First of all, about our financial stability – we both worked for two years at companies in Korea, so we’re able to pay rent without any issues.
Personally, I believe in keeping financial matters clear and responsible. I truly understand how important it is to meet financial commitments.🙂
Both of us have experience living in dormitories and on our own, so we’re used to following shared living rules.
I also lived in an international dorm during university for two years, which taught me how to respect and appreciate different cultures.😄
We both tend to take good care of our belongings and try to make things last as long as possible.
We also get along well with others and enjoy building good relationships. I'm still in touch with all my previous roommates, and we remain close friends.
We’re non-smokers, so you won’t have to worry about any cigarette smell in the room.
