The house: is spacious and bright 3 bedroom semi detached on a corner block in a quiet street. You’ll get a big (Queen? King? it’s pretty big by Sydney standards) bright room with a Nth facing window and more than one power point! The house has - Large sunny garden (with a big lawn, BBQ and space for a large vegetable patch). - Well taken care of and recently painted - Gas cooking - Two large shared living/dining areas - Unlimited fast internet - Next to a large park and a stones throw away from shops. It’s surprisingly convenient with a 30 min bus ride to the city and a 20 minute walk to Ashfield and Summer Hill Stations. It’s also super convenient for cycling if you’re into that 30 mins to city and 20 to syd uni. We’re right next to Haberfield shops which seems to have the best Italian food about, as well as some pretty good café’s and a great cheesecake shop. There’s plenty of green spaces and the bay run which is great for being so close to the city. The house has all the essentials like a washing machine, fridge etc. but there’s plenty of space to store doubles, and with multiple living spaces we still need a few things like a dining table and another couch.
We have lovely rooms available in our flat in Haberfield. We are a mixture of international students and professionals. Bills - 20 bucks per week (for power, gas, internet, water) Bond - 3 weeks of rent + bills. Furnished - Yes. Minimum stay - Both short-term or long-term are fine. Internet - ADSL2+ unlimited wifi Rent is paid in advance on the 1st Sunday of the month. We would like to have a balanced house, with different nationalities. If you're working full-time, on a working holiday visa or an international student then that would be perfect. On the weekend there is a cleaning schedule, so one housemate each completes the checklist. We like to keep the house clean and friendly :) About the rooms - Great sizes, nice windows, fully furnished with bed and furniture, freshly painted. About the house - We have a nice communal lounge area to hang out in and also a small undercover outdoor patio. There's no smoking inside, but smoking outside is fine. Very safe and secure. It's fresh, minimalist, clean, yet with boho-inspired furniture and artwork to add character. Location - Our flat is in the heart of Haberfield... You'll find parks, restaurants, cafes, pubs, bars, shops, gyms, yoga schools and supermarket right out front. Light rail train station is 8 minutes walk, and buses to the CBD and unis are directly out front the house etc. Rules - No pets, no couples, no parties, no smokers. We can arrange an inspection, message me with with brief info on yourself including your name, email address, age and job. Thanks :)

Havana: I work as a receptionist at UNSW, four days a week. I'm hoping to move out of home for the first time with my best friend, who is also a part time professional, and my fur babies (2 small, extremely friendly doggos). Transitioning into vegetarianism (slowly), i love to cook, equally enjoy big nights out and just curling up in bed on a Saturday evening. I aspire to grow my own herbs and vege and would love someone who has a bit of a green thumb. I'm about to finish a sculpture short course but would love to continue tapping into my creative side. Love a bit of banter and would be down for chills on my days off but also appreciate some "me" time. Would love someone kind and chilled out to join our happy little home :)
Hello! I'm looking for somewhere to call home, hopefully with some easygoing housemates. I'm laid-back and tidy around the house. I'm usually busy with work and yoga in the week, or hiking/ camping/ visiting art galleries at the weekends. I'm not a huge party animal, preferring a quiet night in with a cup of tea, but occasionally I let my hair down and love going to gigs and having the occasional glass of wine :) Let me know if you'd like to know more!
Born and raised in sydney, recently graduated from University and returned to Australia from extended overseas work & travel. Looking for a place to call home close enough to the CBD to start my career as a legal professional. I like spending my free time nicely divided between being in nature and exploring whatever culture or food is on offer in this city! Speaks german, learning spanish and Korean
Mature, friendly, easygoing , clean and tidy and reliable. I work full-time in the building and construction industry so means early starts and early finishes and early nights so need a quiet chilled place to come home to. I am also an organised person, I pay my bills on time everytime, I need enough fridge / freezer space for my food and cupboard space for the same as I am busy and food shop once a week. I pretty much do my own thing and enjoy the gym and visiting friends, AFL and a good yarn and a laugh. I tinker with music and IT in my spare time so I need fast and reliable internet, its a deal breaker as far as i am concerned. I am looking for a clean and quiet environment, with a good social aspect to it, fast and reliable internet and most importantly good honest reliable housemates
My name is Andy and I study Medicine in Germany. I will come to Sydney for doing some research at the faculty of Pharmacy. After I finish school I went to Israel for volunteering, then I went to Austria for becoming an actor. in 2013 I decided that I prefer to be a doctor. Sydney will be the place where I'm going to do my doctor thesis, but hopefully not only this, because I've a lot of other interests. I love doing triathlon and cooking. Actually I love to experimentate with different food. I love communication and language is something very important. I'm sad that I'm far away from expression my self in English as well, as in my mother tongue, because the little difference between to similar words is what makes me curious about language. I lived together with 25-35 different flatmates in the last ten years which was a great experience, because it gave me the chance to meet many different people with different priorities. Whats important for me. A respectful way for living together is as well as essential, as natural. I love it clean, but not sterile. I will arrive in Sydney on the 21st of April, so I can't come around personal before that date, but may be we can arrange something via Skype. Whoever the ones are I'm going to live with, I'm curious to meet you! I really appreciate your answers
Hi all :) I’m Joey, I’m a 27 year old retail worker, born and raised in the Inner West. I’m looking for a place within walking distance to my work that allows for a cat (I have a cat named Angus who is 8 years old, a total sweetheart <3) I love to cook and bake and I have a bachelors in contemporary music so I love to sing and play my guitar. I love to have a beer and catch up with my housemates but also have some quality downtime as well . Looking forward to meet you soon :) :) my moving time is flexible in June.
Two girls from the Netherlands who both already lived on their own. We know how to cook and how to do the dishes. We are taking an internship for 20 weeks. So, we will be on the office four days in a week. The other days we like to explore Sydney and we love to go out with friends to dance.
Hi! We are looking for a fun and cozy place in the inner west. Both of us work full time and are hoping to find a great person/people to move in with.
Hi there, Thanks for viewing my page. I work in Real Estate (yes means long hours). I'm not just looking for somewhere to just sleep at, I'm looking to live with housemates i could potentially be good friends with eventually. I am honest, fun, genuine, very clean, pay my rent in advance on time & considerate of others' privacy. I've lived in share houses all my adult life so very well aware of the dynamics required to have a great share house. Looking for a share house with great energy and vibe where housemates are clean, fun and don't take life too seriously. P.s: I'm fit & spend some spare time working out at the gym. Also generally out & about catching up with friends for lunch, dinner, drinks etc etc
