Hi Guys I'm Gul. Working full time ATM . Can describe my self as neat tidy , fitness freak always looking to spend my spare time with friends out trying new things or in the gym! Very open minded and easy going personality , looking for a room to move in the northern suburbs not very far than CBD . I prefer to share a house with someone mature enough no dramas or drugs please and Also not to mention I get along with my housemates really quick and can also provide references from previous houseshares! Please buzz me if you see my post and have something for me as I'm still getting familiar on how to use his website. Happy flat mate hunting! Cheers
I work full time with kids with autism. In my free time, I play sports (ice hockey and rugby) which keep me pretty busy during the week. In my ice hockey off-season, I keep active in my club as a committee member and team manager. My team and club are my family. I also like to ride my bike, go for walks/runs, go to cafes, read, and bake. I like my Netflix but am not really one to watch too much TV (unless I'm sick or it's raining all day). I have a pet rabbit. She's a floppy eared mini lop. She's desexed and very cute, sweet, and clean. I've been keeping her in a cage in my room which I'm happy to keep doing. You hardly know she's there. I'm quiet and like a quiet place to come home to. I'm respectful of other people's things, am pretty clean and tidy, and always pay rent and bills on time. I generally keep to myself but can be up for a chat with the right people. For team-ups, my preferred location is Fawkner. I'm looking in a place with large bedrooms and hardwood floors. Gas cooking is always a plus. I'm also looking for a place close to a train station, preferably on the upfield line. I only have bedroom furniture so I'm looking for someone who already owns house furniture or who's willing to split the responsibility of buying furniture. I'm looking for people who are mindful of their electricity/gas/water consumption and who also enjoy peace and quiet at home. I'm not in a huge rush to move so I'm willing to wait for the right place and people to come along before I make a commitment to move!
The house is a beautiful 1950s weatherboard with polished floorboards, large open living spaces, front and back decking, and a good-sized backyard. The front room is set up as a cosy library, while the kitchen/dining/living area is open and flooded with light, and both offer comfortable places to sit with a good book and a cup of tea (or wine). There's ducted heating throughout, and a split system unit (AC) in the main living area. The house is 200-600m from three bus stops, and Merlynston train station is close by (20 min walk, 3-4 min drive). There are also cafes, shopping strips, and supermarkets in the vicinity. The room is about 3x4m, and is currently unfurnished, although I do have a bed if you need it. Unlimited internet (wifi) is included in the rent, other bills to be split equally (usually quite low). The room is down the side of the house, so is nice and quiet. There is only one bathroom, but there are two toilets in the house.
New townhouse and 1 bedroom available. ..New kitchen, laundry, own bathroom and toilet, heating and air conditioning, queen size bed, wardrobe and much more. Approximately 150 meters walk from local supermarket, bank, doctors clinic and bus stop in front of property which is about a 2-3 min drive from train station.
The house has 3 bedrooms, a study, living room, laundry with washing machine and dryer, kitchen and dining area. The inside is freshly painted and well kept. There is a big backyard boasting a large grapevine, lemon tree and apricot tree. Important: There is a cat in the house, she spends most of the time outside and does her own thing. The cat is up-to-date with all injections and has regular visits to the vet. She is very well behaved, and if you like pets can be very cuddly. Bus stops are 2 minute walk (just around the corner) for Route 513 towards Glenroy Station or towards Coburg Station and Night Bus 951 during weekends. It is close to Route 527 and 534. Also the house is 2 blocks away from a 7/11, IGA, post office, cafes, shops and restaurants. The gym is 10 minutes walk. If you drive, the house is roughly 15-20 minutes from the CBD using City Link or about 45 minutes driving through the suburbs.

I'm moving to Australia; prefer to live in Melbourne of all places; and looking for an affordable living quarter while I job hunt. Then we'll see :) I am 37 this July, married with 1 child and another on the way :) But I will be on my own for time being. No current plans to get the family out here.
Starting a new job working full time as a speech pathologist in the northern suburbs, I like going to gigs, sharing a drink, making delicious brunches, drinking coffee, travelling (I've just come back from a 14 month trip so have lots of good stories), easygoing, not messy, keen to find housemates I can hang out with and have a good chat, but I've got my own stuff going on too :)
