Hi I'm Ugurcan! 25 year old originally from Turkey but moved from Turkey for working and studying in Melbourne. Looking for a private room in a flat with a cool group of people to live with that loves to socialise together but also doesn't mind some downtime alone! Would be happy to even do short term! I'm super tidy and enjoy cooking however can be easily persuaded into a cheeky uber eats over an ep of bachy.
Love to keep fit! Going gym and exercising is a daily for me. Always up for a new adventure and anything outdoors. Easy going and keep to my self mostly tho always up for a chat and do enjoy the occasional beers on the weekend. A Clean and well looked after living area is important to me and looking for people with a similar mindset.
This property is spacious with huge front yard. Rooms are bigger and alot of space around the house. Hadfield shops including safeway and BWS is 1 min walk away. 2 minutes walk to bus stop and glenroy medical clinic. Area is very quiet and nice.
Pros of our place - Table tennis table - Pool table - Big Garage for hangs - Huge kitchen space + mint cooking equipment - Nintendo 64 with 4 controllers and Mario Kart - We have a neato Library - Close to Public Transport - Fully furnished with furniture inside the house and out - Off-street parking - Best Pho restaurant in Melbourne (according to us) a few minutes’ drive away - Close to West Street shops Cons - Right next to a cemetery if you’re easily spooked 👻🎃 The room itself is 3.3m x 3.1m with timber floorboards and is not shared or furnished
I'm a very fun loving person who gets along with anyone and I also like to keep a clean house and don't mind sitting around chatting for a bit but also like to have time on my own with my little dog and spending time with my friends. I am currently not working. I'm looking for somewhere with roommate's who won't mind having a little dog around who is friendly to all and like to keep a clean house and don't mind sitting around chatting for a bit every so often.
7 mins walk to Glenroy station and Glenroy Coles 30 minutes train ride to city 10-12 minutes walk to Pascoe Vale Rd markets and food joints Access to bus, train and tram Coffee maker - help yourself to an awesome coffee each morning TV in your room (HDMI/USB ports) Split system - heating/cooling Cute little backyard with BBQ facilities to make the most of warmer conditions My home rules are simple! Neat, tidy and cat friendly flatmate who respects privacy. No smoking, drinking and late night parties on the premises. My idea of a night out takes place outside of home and a home is purely to enjoy the calm, rest and rejuvenate.
This free-standing house has a fantastic garden with over 30 fruit trees and a large veggie patch. The house itself is big so you won't feel like you are living on top of other people and the room on offer is at the front of the property which also helps to provide a sense of seclusion. The room can easily fit a queen size bed, has loads of natural light and a view of the front garden, block out blinds and picture hanging rails around the entire room. Gowrie Train Station is an 7 minute walk away and the local shops a 2 minute walk away.
Lounge is furnished Little backyard * en-suite is 230 per week and the other room is 210 per week Bond is 1300 each You will be outnumbered on the lease so the part of your bond will go into your name. We are looking for some people to fill our house for 6 months while we are adventuring around the world from 10th April-10th November. Our place has 2 bedrooms, a living room with AC, separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen and walk-through laundry. There is a 3rd room without a door that could be used as a study, or 3rd bedroom. It also has a decent sized back and front yard. Pets are welcome too! There is a shed/garage but it will be used for storage and locked up while we're away but you're free to use our outdoor pool table! We will empty the house of all of our belongings and leave the furniture, so the house comes fully furnished with what you see in the photos. Leftovers include a TV in the lounge room and all of the trimmings in the kitchen (plates, appliances etc). We are looking for people to fill the full 6 months for $500 per week including all utilities (we calculated based on our average bills but this will be easier then transferring all utilities to your names). The residents will need to sign 6 month lease and 4 week bond contract through Consumer Affairs. The rooms will be equipped with a mattress each and some furniture, you're welcome to rearrange as you see fit! Please PM us if you have any questions or would like to organise to see the place :)

I am a very friendly person and love meeting new people that are out going and that respect the people around them. Just crazy enough not to be boring :)
Heya! Thanks for taking the time to reading about me. I just started an Information Technology course at RMIT and I'm keen on finding a energetic, friendly household of awesome people to live with while I study. About me I'm extroverted, very happy-go-lucky, genderqueer, social drinker and am usually pretty keen on a good night out or relaxed night in. I adore turtles, as well as most other animals (besides spiders), and enjoy listening to pop music. In my spare time I practice coding, have various projects I do, practice art, play games and organize my life. I have a wide social circle of lovely Ally/LGBTQIA+ friends. If you have any questions feel welcome to message me! I've been renting in share houses since 2014, I am reliable with bill and rental payments and never lost bond. I've gotten along well with housemates in the past, can keep the household clean and very easy to talk to about problems or household issues. :) Move date is a bit flexible, same with location. I'm mainly looking within an hours PT of the city. :D
